具体实施方式
首先,本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。本领域技术人员可以根据需要对其作出调整,以便适应具体的应用场合。例如,虽然本发明的网口插座是结合于洗衣机的情形来描述的,但这并不是限制性的,本发明的网口插座还可以应用于其他需要连接网线的电子设备,如电视等家用电器。
再者,需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“竖直”、“水平”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第 一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
此外,还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
首先参阅图1和图2,图1是本发明的网口插座和洗衣机的正向安装示意图,图2是本发明的网口插座和洗衣机的后向安装示意图。如图1和图2所示,洗衣机外部的壳体1上设置有安装孔11,网口插座2通过容纳于安装孔11的方式安装固定在洗衣机上。网口插座2包括方形的插座主体21和设置于插座主体21上的网线连接结构(图中未示出)。具体地,网线连接结构包括直接与网线相连的插接结构和与插接结构相连的接线引脚。插座主体21的前侧形成有向内凹进的容纳腔,插接结构容纳固定于该容纳腔中,接线引脚从插座主体21的后侧伸出并与洗衣机内部的电子模块连接,以便洗衣机外部的网线能够通过设置于洗衣机壳体上的网口插座2与洗衣机内部的电子模块相连。优选地,插座主体21上设置有锁紧部22,且锁紧部22设置为能够使插座主体21可靠地固定于安装孔11的待安装位置。其中,此处的“待安装位置”具体是指网口插座在安装孔11内的固定位置。从图1和图2中能够看出,在插座主体21处于安装孔11内的待安装位置的情形下,锁紧部22能够从安装孔11的前、后两端固定插座主体21,使插座主体21不能在安装孔11中向孔的前端或者后端窜动,从而将插座主体21可靠地固定于安装孔11内,避免在洗衣机因作业或者运输而发生震动或者晃动的情形下,网口插座在安装孔11晃动、移位或者脱落出安装孔11。
接下来参阅图3和图4,图3是本发明的网口插座的第一结构示意图,图4是本发明的网口插座的第二结构示意图。如图3和图4所示,作为一种优选的实施方式,锁紧部22包括设置于插座主体21上侧的卡爪221。具体地,从图3中能够看出,卡爪221是从插座 主体21的上侧表面的中间偏后位置向插座主体前方延伸出的板状结构,该板状结构的总体形状为L形,即,卡爪221包括从插座主体21的上侧表面向上延伸出的竖直板件以及从该竖直板件端部向前延伸的水平板件。更具体地,卡爪221具有一定的弹性,且卡爪221的水平板件与插座主体21之间设置有一定空隙,以便使插座主体21能够插入安装孔11中,并以卡爪221的上侧表面与安装孔11的上侧孔壁紧密抵接的方式固定于安装孔11的待安装位置。例如,按照图3的方位所示,上述空隙的大小可以设置为使得网口插座(包括插座主体21和卡爪221)在竖直方向上的总高度等于或者略大于安装孔11的竖直高度。在插座主体21从安装孔11的后侧插入安装孔11时,卡爪221随着插座主体21的插入而逐渐深入安装孔11。在此过程中,卡爪221沿安装孔11的上侧孔壁向内滑动,且卡爪221的水平板件伸入安装孔11的部分与安装孔11的上侧孔壁紧密抵靠,具有弹性的卡爪221处于被压缩状态,以便插座主体21能够通过卡爪221固定于安装孔11内的待安装位置。更优选地,卡爪221的端部设置有向上突出的第一卡紧结构2211,插座主体21的下侧表面设置有向下突出的第二卡紧结构222。其中,第一卡紧结构2211是从卡爪221的上侧表面延伸出的、相对于安装孔11的上侧孔壁向上突出的结构。第二卡紧结构222是从插座主体21的下侧表面延伸出的、相对于安装孔11的下侧孔壁向下突出的结构。在插座主体21固定于安装孔11的情形下,第一卡紧结构2211抵靠并挂接至安装孔11的上沿,,第二卡紧结构222抵靠并挂接至安装孔11的下沿,以抵靠至壳体1的方式限制插座主体21的窜动,从而将网口插座可靠地固定于安装孔11中,避免网口插座相对于安装孔11内的待安装位置向孔的后侧窜动。作为示例,从图3和图4中能够看出,第一卡紧结构2211和第二卡紧结构222分别是向上或者向下突出的楔形结构,在插座主体21固定于安装孔11的情形下,网口插座上侧的卡爪221的水平板件与安装孔的上侧孔壁紧密抵接,卡爪221端部的第一卡紧结构2211的后侧表面抵靠并挂接至安装孔11的上沿,网口插座下侧的第二卡紧结构222的后侧表面抵靠并挂接至安装孔11的下沿。
关于上述实施方式,需要说明的是,尽管卡爪221是结合一体形成于插座主体21上、形状为L形的弹性板结构来描述的,但是这并不是限定的。卡爪221显然还可以是由具有一定弹性的材料制成的其他形状的结构;或者由如弹簧等弹性构件和非弹性材料共同组成的结构。另外,卡爪221与插座主体21的连接方式以及设置位置可以根据卡爪221的具体结构确定,只要卡爪221的设计方案能够满足将网口插座固定于安装孔11中的需求即可。再者,第一卡紧结构2211和第二卡紧结构222的形状也不仅局限于楔形结构,第一卡紧结构2211和第二卡紧结构222还可以是除楔形以外的其他形状,如方形块状。此外,第一卡紧结构2211和第二卡紧结构222的形状可以是相同的,也可以是不同的。例如,第一卡紧结构2211和第二卡紧结构222中的一个是楔形结构,另一个是方形块状结构。上述形状、结构以及设置位置的改变并未超出本发明的原理和保护范围。
再参阅图5并继续参阅图2、图3和图4,图5是本发明的网口插座的第三结构示意图。如图3、图4和图5所示,作为另一种优选的实施方式,锁紧部22还包括设置于插座主体21上的至少一个支撑锁紧件223,且支撑锁紧件223设置为:在插座主体21固定于安装孔11内的待安装位置的情形下,支撑锁紧件223紧密抵靠至壳体1的内侧。具体地,如图5所示,插座主体21的左侧和右侧分别设置有支撑锁紧件223。支撑锁紧件223为弹性片,且该弹性片的一端通过如注塑等方式与插座主体21一体成型;或者,该弹性片的一端通过如粘接等方式固定连接于插座主体21的左、右侧表面,另一端设置为能够紧密抵靠至壳体1的内侧。更具体地,作为一种示例,图中的弹性片是从插座主体21的左、右侧表面延伸出的、向插座主体21的前方倾斜的条状片,且如图2所示,在插座主体21固定于安装孔11的情形下,两个条状片的前端在插座主体21的左右两侧分别与壳体1的内侧表面、安装孔11后端的左侧和右侧位置紧密抵靠。
优选地,上述弹性片的端部与壳体1的内侧表面抵接的位置设置有柱状结构2231,柱状结构2231的外壁设置为能够通过被挤压的方式紧密抵靠至壳体1的内侧。在网口插座从安装孔11的后侧插入的过程中,随着网口插座的插入,插座主体21左、右两侧的支撑锁紧 件223逐渐靠近壳体1的后侧(即内侧)表面,直至支撑锁紧件223端部的柱状结构2231与该表面互相接触。在插座主体21上、下侧的卡爪221和第二卡紧结构222抵靠至壳体1的前侧表面(即插座主体21被固定于安装孔11)的情形下,与壳体1的后侧表面接触的支撑锁紧件223已发生小幅度变形,支撑锁紧件223的弹性片的倾斜角的倾斜幅度变大,从而使弹性片端部的柱状结构2231紧密抵靠至壳体1的后侧表面,阻止插座主体21相对于安装孔11中的待安装位置向孔的前侧窜动。再者,在上述支撑锁紧件223与壳体1的后侧表面从接触变为紧密抵靠的过程中,由于支撑锁紧件223会发生轻微变形,即,支撑锁紧件223的弹性片与插座主体21的左/右侧表面之间的夹角变大,因此,弹性片的端部与壳体1抵接的位置会随着支撑锁紧件223的变形而在壳体1的后侧表面上移动。所以,通过在弹性片的端部设置柱状结构2231,使得柱状结构2231在与壳体1抵接时能够与壳体1的后侧表面始终保持线状接触(即柱状结构2231的侧面与壳体1的接触面积的形状近似线状),从而避免因支撑锁紧件223的端部具有比较尖锐的形状或者支撑锁紧件223与壳体1的接触面积过大而导致支撑锁紧件223划伤壳体1的表面或者网口插座的安装过程不顺畅的问题。当然,由于柱状结构2231在壳体1上的滑动距离较小,所以柱状结构2231在壳体1上滑动对网口插座安装产生的阻碍作用可以忽略不计。
继续参阅图2和图5,由于支撑锁紧件223具有一定的弹性,因此,为了使网口插座的后端意外受力时,避免网口插座在安装孔11中向孔的前侧窜动,防止在上述受力情形下或者在网口插座的安装过程中支撑锁紧件223因网口插座插入安装孔11中的深度较大而导致变形过大进而断裂,所以优选地,插座主体21上还设置有至少一个限位凸起23,且限位凸起23设置为:在插座主体21固定于安装孔11的情形下,限位凸起23抵靠至壳体1的内侧以防止所述支撑锁紧件223过度伸入。如图5所示,插座主体21的上、下两侧分别设置有2个矩形的限位凸起23。限位凸起23从插座主体的左/右侧表面向左/右侧延伸,以便限位凸起23能够凸出于安装孔11的孔口、卡接于壳体1的后侧表面。如图2所示,在网口插座固定于安装孔11中的待安装位置 情形下,四个限位凸起23的前端表面均恰好与壳体1的内侧表面抵接,以阻止插座主体21继续插入安装孔11,从而将插座主体21定位至安装孔11中的待安装位置,避免支撑锁紧件223因插座主体21的插入深度较大而损坏。当然,虽然本实施方式是结合四个矩形的限位突起23来描述的,但实际上限位凸起23的数量显然还可以大于或者小于四个。限位突起23具体设定的形状也可以是除矩形以外的其它形状,如圆柱状等。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,虽然支撑锁紧件223是结合相对于插座主体21倾斜的平直板状结构来描述的,但这并不是限制性的。显然,支撑锁紧件223还可以是除上述结构以外的形状,如波浪形板状或者从插足主体21侧面向外延伸一定距离后再向插座主体21的前侧延伸的L形板状。也就是说,支撑锁紧件223的结构可以根据网口插座的具体安装环境具体设置,只要能够实现支撑锁紧件223的限位功能即可。
综上所述,在上述实施方式中本发明的网口插座的插座主体21上设置有锁紧部22,且锁紧部22包括卡爪221、第二卡紧结构222和支撑锁紧件223。其中,卡爪221和第二卡紧结构222能够将插座主体固定于安装孔11中,并能够限制插座主体在安装孔11中向孔的后侧窜动,支撑锁紧件223能够辅助卡爪221和第二卡紧结构222固定网口插座,限制插座主体21在安装孔11中向孔的前侧窜动,因此,在网口插座安装于本发明的洗衣机的安装孔11的情形下,由于锁紧部22将网口插座可靠地固定于安装孔11中,因此,即使在本发明的洗衣机处于作业或者运输的情形,网口插座也不会相对于洗衣机的壳体1上的安装孔11移位或者从安装孔11中脱落。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于洗衣机的网口插座,其特征在于,所述洗衣机上设置有安装孔,所述网口插座包括插座主体,所述插座主体设置为能够容纳于所述安装孔,
    其中,所述插座主体上设置有锁紧部,所述锁紧部设置为能够使所述插座主体固定于所述安装孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于洗衣机的网口插座,其特征在于,所述安装孔设置于所述洗衣机的壳体上,所述锁紧部包括设置于所述插座主体上的至少一个支撑锁紧件,所述支撑锁紧件设置为:
    在所述插座主体固定于所述安装孔的情形下,所述支撑锁紧件紧密抵靠至所述壳体的内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于洗衣机的网口插座,其特征在于,所述插座主体的左侧和右侧分别设置有所述支撑锁紧件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于洗衣机的网口插座,其特征在于,所述支撑锁紧件为弹性片,所述弹性片的一端固定连接至所述插座主体或者与所述插座主体一体成型,
    所述弹性片的另一端设置为能够紧密抵靠至所述壳体的内侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于洗衣机的网口插座,其特征在于,所述弹性片的所述另一端设置有柱状结构,所述柱状结构的外壁设置为能够通过被挤压的方式紧密抵靠至所述壳体的内侧。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的用于洗衣机的网口插座,其特征在于,所述锁紧部还包括设置于所述插座主体的上侧的卡爪。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于洗衣机的网口插座,其特征在于,所述卡爪的端部设置有向上突出的第一卡紧结构,所述第一卡紧结构 设置为:
    在所述插座主体固定于所述安装孔的情形下,所述第一卡紧结构抵靠并挂接至所述安装孔的上沿。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于洗衣机的网口插座,其特征在于,所述锁紧部还包括设置于所述插座主体的下侧的、向下突出的第二卡紧结构,所述第二卡紧结构设置为:
    在所述插座主体固定于所述安装孔的情形下,所述第二卡紧结构抵靠并挂接至所述安装孔的下沿。
  9. 根据权利要求2至8中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的网口插座,其特征在于,所述插座主体上设置有至少一个限位凸起,所述限位凸起设置为:
    在所述插座主体固定于所述安装孔的情形下,所述限位凸起抵靠至所述壳体的内侧以防止所述支撑锁紧件过度伸入。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣机包括上述权利要求1至9中任一项所述的网口插座。
