Claims (3)
- 초음파 신호를 송수신하기 위한 초음파 센서;상기 초음파 센서를 구동하기 위한 구동부; 및상기 초음파 센서가 구동되도록 상기 구동부를 제어하되, 온도에 따라 변하는 초음파 센서의 공진 주파수 중에서 둘 이상의 공진 주파수가 번갈아 출력되는 방식으로 상기 초음파 센서가 구동되도록 상기 구동부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 초음파 센서 구동 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제어부는 미리 정해진 온도 범위에 해당하는 상온에서의 초음파 센서의 제1 공진 주파수와, 상기 상온보다 낮은 온도 범위에 해당하는 저온에서의 초음파 센서의 제2 공진 주파수와, 상기 상온보다 높은 온도 범위에 해당하는 고온에서의 초음파 센서의 제3 공진 주파수가 번갈아 출력되는 방식으로 상기 초음파 센서가 구동되도록 상기 구동부를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 센서 구동 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제어부는 미리 정해진 단위 시간 동안 상기 제1 공진 주파수를 소정 횟수만큼 버스팅(bursting)하여 출력하고, 상기 제2 공진 주파수를 상기 횟수만큼 버스팅하여 출력하고, 상기 제3 공진 주파수를 상기 횟수만큼 버스팅하여 출력하도록 상기 구동부를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 센서 구동 장치.
