在动车组前罩开闭机构产品中,设计师需要在极为紧凑紧张的司机室前端空间中实现头车车钩的连挂与车钩防护功能,同时前端车钩还需满足过曲线的大摆角要求。
现有开闭机构主要采用上翻式开闭与左右双头罩开闭等两种方式,二者各有优略。上翻式开闭机构可实现前罩外部运动,能够提供更大的空间供车钩运动工作,但其无法实现前罩左右端同步均匀开闭与机构的锁定功能;左右式开闭机构可实现前罩左右同步运动,但又存在头罩向车体内部运动,占用车钩运动空间,不利于车钩的正常连挂工作,并且难以满足过曲线的大摆角的需求。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种轨道车辆及其列车前罩开闭机构,以解决现有技术中的列车前罩开闭机构难以锁定的问题。

如图3、图6和图7的记载,在该实施例中,闭锁装置安装架32上形成两个环形的卡箍,两个卡箍构成导向部,插杆31被卡箍限位仅能够进行伸缩运动。第一推杆装置33为活塞缸,优选地为气压活塞缸,此外还可以是液压活塞缸或电机机构。
优选地,手动操作部包括操纵杆35,操纵杆35与曲柄34连接并与枢转轴同轴地设置。
在进行手动操作时,利用棘轮扳手转动操纵杆35,进而带动曲柄34转动,以伸出或缩回插杆31。
优选地,滑块结构包括:开设在曲柄34上的长导轨和设置在插杆31上的导向块,导向块与长导轨配合以形成滑块结构。
如图6所示,长导轨为开设在曲柄34上的长孔,导向块为设置在插杆31上的凸部,凸部插入长孔内以构成滑块结构。
优选地,前罩驱动装置20上设置有滑轮24,滑轮24呈两端直径大、中间直径小的沙漏形,当插杆31处于伸出位置时,插杆31与滑轮24配合,插杆31由滑轮24导向定位。
如图4、图6和图7所示,滑轮24的侧面呈凹形曲面,并且该凹形曲面与插杆31的曲率半径相适配,插杆31伸出并停留在安装于连接臂21上的滑轮24的内侧,通过滑轮24的凹形曲面与插杆31的凸形曲面间的型面配合,实现机构的锁定。
优选地,前罩驱动装置20包括:连接臂21,连接臂21的一端与列车的车体连接,另一端与前罩10连接;第二推杆装置22,包括第二固定端和能够相对第二固定端进行伸缩运动的第二驱动端,第二固定端与车体可枢转地连接,第二驱动端与连接臂21可枢转地连接。
如图5所示,连接臂21为四连杆结构。当需要打开前罩10时,第二推杆装置22的第二驱动端伸出,第二推杆装置22与四连杆结构通过销轴连接,四连杆结构在此推力下绕其定轴向上旋转,带动前罩10上翻实现前罩10的打开功能;当需要关闭前罩10时,第二推杆装置22的第二驱动端缩回,第二推杆装置22与四连杆结构通过销轴连接,四连杆结构在此拉力下绕其定轴向下旋转,带动前罩10下翻实现前罩10的关闭功能。因第二推杆装置22与四连杆结构通过销轴连接,在打开过程中,第二推杆装置22可随四连杆一起运动,从而减小了机构在开闭过程中的占用空间,方便车钩连挂运动工作。
其中第二推杆装置22为活塞缸,优选地为气压活塞缸,此外还可以是液压活塞缸或电机机构。
优选地,前罩驱动装置20包括:多个连接臂21,连接臂21的一端与列车的车体连接,另一端与前罩10连接;一个或多个第二推杆装置22,包括第二固定端和能够相对第二固定端 进行伸缩运动的第二驱动端,第二固定端与车体连接,第二驱动端与连接臂21连接;同步连杆23,与多个连接臂21连接,以使多个连接臂21同步运动。
如图1至图3所示,同步连杆23位于两连接臂21的中部,通过在两连接臂21的中部增加同步连杆23,使得连接臂21能够实现机械结构同步运动。其中同步连杆23优选地为中空杆。
优选地,前罩10的内表面上设置有浮动螺母11,前罩驱动装置20与浮动螺母11连接。
如图3所示,前罩10与连接臂21相配合部位设计有浮动螺母11,同时在浮动螺母11与连接臂21间设计有调整垫片,通过浮动螺母11与连接臂21间的连接配合,可使机构在前罩10装配过程中具有六自由度的调节余量,简化了前罩10的安装。
优选地,列车前罩开闭机构还包括接口装置40,接口装置40与车体连接,列车前罩开闭机构的管路接口和/或线路接头均集中设置在接口装置40中。
如图1和图5所示,接口装置40为集线盒,该车前罩开闭机构中的电线的接头和风管的接口均集中在集线盒内,以方便布线与连接。
根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供了一种轨道车辆,包括车头,车头包括上述的列车前罩开闭机构。
采用了本发明的列车前罩开闭机构的轨道车辆,列车前罩开闭机构采用的是上翻式开闭结构,因此车钩的运动空间较大,列车具有较好的转向性能,并且前罩开闭机构还能够实现自动或手动的锁定与解锁,因此具有更高的可靠性。
需要注意的是,这里所使用的术语仅是为了描述具体实施方式,而非意图限制根据本申请的示例性实施方式。如在这里所使用的,除非上下文另外明确指出,否则单数形式也意图包括复数形式,此外,还应当理解的是,当在本说明书中使用术语“包含”和/或“包括”时,其指明存在特征、步骤、操作、器件、组件和/或它们的组合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种列车前罩开闭机构,其特征在于,包括:
    前罩(10);
    前罩驱动装置(20),一端与与列车的车体连接,另一端与所述前罩(10)连接,用于驱动所述前罩(10)的开闭;
    闭锁装置(30),设置在所述前罩(10)与所述车体之间,所述闭锁装置(30)包括插杆(31)和驱动所述插杆(31)伸缩运动的闭锁驱动装置,当所述前罩(10)打开且所述插杆(31)处于伸出位置时,所述插杆(31)与所述前罩驱动装置(20)配合以锁定所述前罩(10);
    所述闭锁装置(30)还包括手动操作部,所述手动操作部与所述闭锁驱动装置连接以手动控制所述插杆(31)的伸缩。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的列车前罩开闭机构,其特征在于,所述闭锁驱动装置还包括:
    闭锁装置安装架(32),与所述前罩驱动装置(20)、所述前罩(10)或所述车体连接,所述闭锁装置安装架(32)上设置有导向部,所述插杆(31)由所述导向部导向以进行伸缩运动;
    第一推杆装置(33),包括第一固定端和能够相对所述第一固定端进行伸缩运动的第一驱动端,所述第一固定端设置在所述闭锁装置安装架(32)上;
    曲柄(34),通过枢转轴设置在所述闭锁装置安装架(32)上,所述第一驱动端与所述曲柄(34)连接以驱动所述曲柄(34)绕所述枢转轴转动,所述曲柄(34)通过滑块结构与插杆(31)连接以驱动所述插杆(31)进行伸缩运动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的列车前罩开闭机构,其特征在于,所述手动操作部包括操纵杆(35),所述操纵杆(35)与所述曲柄(34)连接并与所述枢转轴同轴地设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的列车前罩开闭机构,其特征在于,所述滑块结构包括:开设在所述曲柄(34)上的长导轨和设置在所述插杆(31)上的导向块,所述导向块与所述长导轨配合以形成滑块结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的列车前罩开闭机构,其特征在于,所述前罩驱动装置(20)上设置有滑轮(24),所述滑轮(24)呈两端直径大、中间直径小的沙漏形,当所述插杆(31)处于伸出位置时,所述插杆(31)与所述滑轮(24)配合,所述插杆(31)由所述滑轮(24)导向定位。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的列车前罩开闭机构,其特征在于,所述前罩驱动装置(20)包括:
    连接臂(21),所述连接臂(21)的一端与列车的车体连接,另一端与所述前罩(10)连接;
    第二推杆装置(22),包括第二固定端和能够相对所述第二固定端进行伸缩运动的第二驱动端,所述第二固定端与所述车体可枢转地连接,所述第二驱动端与所述连接臂(21)可枢转地连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的列车前罩开闭机构,其特征在于,所述前罩驱动装置(20)包括:
    多个连接臂(21),所述连接臂(21)的一端与列车的车体连接,另一端与所述前罩(10)连接;
    一个或多个第二推杆装置(22),包括第二固定端和能够相对所述第二固定端进行伸缩运动的第二驱动端,所述第二固定端与所述车体连接,所述第二驱动端与所述连接臂(21)连接;
    同步连杆(23),与多个所述连接臂(21)连接,以使多个所述连接臂(21)同步运动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的列车前罩开闭机构,其特征在于,所述前罩(10)的内表面上设置有浮动螺母(11),所述前罩驱动装置(20)与所述浮动螺母(11)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的列车前罩开闭机构,其特征在于,所述列车前罩开闭机构还包括接口装置(40),所述接口装置(40)与所述车体连接,所述列车前罩开闭机构的管路接口和/或线路接头均集中设置在所述接口装置(40)中。
  10. 一种轨道车辆,包括车头,其特征在于,所述车头包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的列车前罩开闭机构。
