Description

船舶锚链舱及船舶 技术领域
本实用新型涉及船舶技术领域,尤其涉及一种船舶锚链舱。
背景技术
目前在船舶停泊时,需要抛锚使用锚链和锚给船舶提供用于固定船舶的牵引力,锚链通过固定在船舶上的锚机来收放,并且在船舶上专门设置有用于存放锚链的锚链舱,锚链舱位于锚机的下方。现有的锚链的使用存在以下问题:1、船舶在收放锚链时,如果船舶横摇摆幅度过大,锚链会与锚链舱壁碰撞,长期作用下将会损坏锚链舱;2、当收放锚链时,锚链会与锚链舱底板碰撞摩擦,损坏锚链舱底部结构;3、堆放的锚链在船舶摇晃时,会与锚链舱侧壁发生碰撞,损坏锚链舱壁,同时造成较大的噪音,影响居住舱的居住人员工作生活。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一个目的在于:提供一种船舶锚链舱,其能够避免锚链在收放及存储时锚链对锚链舱的破坏。
本实用新型的另一个目的在于:提供一种船舶,其锚链舱的使用寿命长,工作噪音小。
为达此目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一方面,提供一种船舶锚链舱,包括锚链舱本体和设置于所述锚链舱本体的顶部的锚链管,所述锚链舱本体的内壁上沿锚链的收放方向间隔设置有多个环形的第一缓冲部,所述锚链舱本体的内侧底部上设置有第二缓冲部,所述锚 链舱本体靠近底部的内壁上设置有第三缓冲部。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述锚链舱本体的内壁上凹设有用于安装所述第一缓冲部的环形槽,所述第一缓冲部设置于所述环形槽内。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述环形浅槽的深度小于所述第一缓冲部的厚度。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述锚链舱本体的底部设置有污水收集井,所述污水收集井与所述锚链舱本体之间设置有带通孔的隔离板,所述第二缓冲部为与所述锚链舱本体的底部形状配合的结构,其设置于所述隔离板上。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述第二缓冲部上对应所述通孔开设有疏水孔。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述第三缓冲部呈筒状,所述第三缓冲部外壁与所述锚链舱本体的内壁连接,所述第三缓冲部的内部内具有用于容纳收起状态的锚链的容纳腔,所述容纳腔的高度大于所述锚链处于收起状态下的高度。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述第一缓冲部、所述第二缓冲部和所述第三缓冲部的厚度为50mm-150mm。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述第一缓冲部、所述第二缓冲部和所述第三缓冲部采用橡胶材料制成。
另一方面,提供一种船舶,所述船舶上设置有上述的船舶锚链舱。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述船舶锚链舱设置于所述船舶的船艏内部,所述船舶锚链舱与所述船舶的甲板面垂直设置。
本实用新型的有益效果为:与现有技术相比本实用新型中的船舶锚链舱在内壁上间隔设置多个环形的第一缓冲部、在内侧底部设置第二缓冲部、在靠近底部的内壁上覆盖设置第三缓冲部,可在收放锚链时减缓锚链与锚链舱本体的壁面硬性碰撞的碰撞力,保护锚链舱本体的舱壁,同时还可以减少锚链与锚链 舱本体的舱壁碰撞发出的声响,较少噪音污染。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
如图1所示,于本实施例中,本实用新型所述的一种船舶锚链舱,包括锚链舱本体1和设置于所述锚链舱本体1的顶部的锚链管2,所述锚链舱本体1的内壁上沿锚链的收放方向间隔设置有多个环形的第一缓冲部3,所述锚链舱本体1的内侧底部上设置有第二缓冲部4,所述锚链舱本体1靠近底部的内壁上覆盖设置有第三缓冲部5。具体的,锚链管2位于锚链舱本体1的一端呈喇叭状。
在锚链舱本体1的顶部设置的锚链管2可方便锚链6进入锚链舱本体1内,在内壁上间隔设置多个环形第一缓冲部3、在内侧底部设置第二缓冲部4、在靠近底部的内壁上覆盖设置第三缓冲部5,可在收放锚链6时减缓锚链6与锚链舱本体1的壁面的硬性碰撞时的碰撞力,保护锚链舱本体1的舱壁,同时还可以减少锚链6与锚链舱本体1的舱壁碰撞发出的声响,较少噪音污染。
优选的,所述锚链舱本体1的内壁上凹设有用于安装所述第一缓冲部3的环形槽,所述第一缓冲部3设置于所述环形槽内。
进一步的,所述环形槽的深度小于所述第一缓冲部3的厚度。
通过在锚链舱本体1的内壁上开设用于安装第一缓冲部3的环形槽可方便对第一缓冲部3的定位和安装,加强第一缓冲部3的连接强度,保证第一缓冲部3的结构稳定性。
优选的,相邻两个第一缓冲部3之间的间距不小于1m,第一缓冲部3的内孔直径不小于锚链在收放时可摆动的最大距离。
进一步的,相邻两个第一缓冲部3之间的间距不小于单节锚链的长度。
优选的,所述锚链舱本体1的底部设置有污水收集井,所述污水收集井与所述锚链舱本体1之间设置有带通孔的隔离板,所述第二缓冲部4为与所述锚链舱本体的底部形状配合的结构,其设置于所述隔离板上。
进一步的,所述第二缓冲部4上对应所述通孔开设有疏水孔。
在锚链舱本体1的底部设置污水收集井可用于在锚链6收起时对带入锚链舱本体1内的海水进行收集,较少锚链6被海水浸泡的时间,可有效的加长锚链6的使用寿命。
优选的,所述第三缓冲部5呈筒状,所述第三缓冲部5外壁与所述锚链舱本体1的内壁连接,所述第三缓冲部5的内部内具有用于容纳收起状态的锚链6的容纳腔,所述容纳腔的高度大于所述锚链6处于收起状态下的高度。
第三缓冲部5的设置在锚链6被收起时,可有效的减小船体的晃动带动锚链6撞击锚链舱本体1的底部的冲击力,增强锚链舱本体1的使用寿命,容纳腔的高度大于锚链6收起状态下的高度可确保锚链6与锚链舱本体1接触的地方均被第三缓冲部5保护到。
优选的,所述第一缓冲部3、所述第三缓冲部5和所述第二缓冲部4的厚度为50mm-150mm。
具体的,在本实施例中第一缓冲部3、第三缓冲部5和第二缓冲部4的厚度为100mm。
优选的,所述第一缓冲部3、所述第二缓冲部4和所述第三缓冲部5采用橡胶材料制成。
采用橡胶材料制成的第一缓冲部3、第三缓冲部5和第二缓冲部4可在保证具有一定的缓冲作用的前提下同时能够抵抗海水的腐蚀。
此外,本实用新型还提供一种船舶,其上设置有上述的船舶锚链舱。
进一步的,所述船舶锚链舱设置于所述船舶的船艏内部,所述船舶锚链舱与所述船舶的甲板面垂直设置。
船舶锚链舱与船舶的夹板面垂直设置可在锚链6的收放过程中减少锚链6与锚链舱本体1的接触,减少了碰撞的反生,进一步的保护锚链舱本体1避免受到锚链6过多的碰撞。

  1. 一种船舶锚链舱,其特征在于,包括锚链舱本体和设置于所述锚链舱本体的顶部的锚链管,所述锚链舱本体的内壁上沿锚链的收放方向间隔设置有多个环形的第一缓冲部,所述锚链舱本体的内侧底部上设置有第二缓冲部,所述锚链舱本体靠近底部的内壁上设置有第三缓冲部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的船舶锚链舱,其特征在于,所述锚链舱本体的内壁上凹设有用于安装所述第一缓冲部的环形槽,所述第一缓冲部设置于所述环形槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的船舶锚链舱,其特征在于,所述环形槽的深度小于所述第一缓冲部的厚度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的船舶锚链舱,其特征在于,所述锚链舱本体的底部设置有污水收集井,所述污水收集井与所述锚链舱本体之间设置有带通孔的隔离板,所述第二缓冲部为与所述锚链舱本体的底部形状配合的结构,其设置于所述隔离板上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的船舶锚链舱,其特征在于,所述第二缓冲部上对应所述通孔开设有疏水孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的船舶锚链舱,其特征在于,所述第三缓冲部呈筒状,所述第三缓冲部外壁与所述锚链舱本体的内壁连接,所述第三缓冲部的内部内具有用于容纳收起状态的锚链的容纳腔,所述容纳腔的高度大于所述锚链处于收起状态下的高度。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的船舶锚链舱,其特征在于,所述第一缓冲部、所述第二缓冲部和所述第三缓冲部的厚度为50mm-150mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的船舶锚链舱,其特征在于,所述第一缓冲部、所述第二缓冲部和所述第三缓冲部采用橡胶材料制成。
  9. 一种船舶,其特征在于,所述船舶上设置有权利要求1-8所述的船舶锚链舱。
