针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种餐厨垃圾粉碎研磨装置,能够对垃圾进行粉碎和研磨处理,垃圾粉碎处理效果好。

使用时,垃圾从投料口11进入工作腔室内,在粉碎腔室中,在第一电机6驱动下,动刀盘4上表面的刀头二41对垃圾进行粗粉碎,垃圾通过动刀盘4边缘及排料孔8进入到动刀盘4和定刀盘3之间形成的空间,在动刀盘4下表面刀头二41和定刀盘3刀头一31的作用,进一步对垃圾进行交叉粉碎,随后粉碎的垃圾通过定刀盘3中间开口及排料孔8进入到研磨腔室,在研磨面二51和研磨面一32的作用下,进一步研磨粉碎,最后通过排污口21随污水排出。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的餐厨垃圾粉碎研磨装置,采用粉碎处理和研磨处理相结合的方式,能够对餐厨垃圾二次粉碎后再进行研磨的处理,垃圾粉碎颗粒小,粉碎效果好。
