技术领域
本发明涉及日化领域,具体而言,涉及一种洗护发组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗发水,又称香波,是生活中常见的一种用于清洁头发的日用品。二合一香波是在洗发的同时增加护发功能,使洗发护发合二为一的洗发水。但是就原理上来说,洗是要洗去头发上的油污,而护发则是要赋予头发适当的油脂,以达到头发清洁清爽,柔顺光泽的目的,洗发、护发原本是相互矛盾的。
二合一香波即是把洗发护发两种相互矛盾的需求在一个配方中揉和到一起,实现使用上的简便,但两种相互矛盾的作用原理,使得配方结构上存在一定的困难,处理不当会使产品出现分层破乳等现象,最终导致严重的质量问题甚至事故。现有技术中,为解决二合一香波的配方稳定性问题,大部分生产厂商均采用以高分子悬浮稳定剂如卡波、TAB等来悬浮配方中的油酯类成分。但高分子悬浮稳定剂的网状结构在头发冲洗过程中对头发的缠绕大大降低了配方中调理剂的效能,也对泡沫的产生产生极大的障碍,使得必须添加过量的调理剂以及发泡剂,形成不良循环造成配方成本低效率增加,即使使用效果能达到消费者需求,配方成本也会较高,加上高分子材料的工艺处理困难,也增加了配方工艺成本的增加,在市场上缺乏相应的竞争力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种洗护发组合物,其避免了使用具有网状结构的高分子悬浮稳定剂,在保证配方稳定性的同时增加了洗发、护发的效果。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种洗护发组合物的制备方法,其操作简单,对设备和工艺条件的要求较低,能够高效地生产上述洗护发组合物,并且适合工业化的大规模生产。
本发明的实施例是这样实现的:
一种洗护发组合物,按重量份数计,其包括:
表面活性剂10~40份;
调理剂0.1~5份;
悬浮稳定剂0.1~3份;
水50~90份;
其中,悬浮稳定剂优选为三羟基硬脂精。

本发明实施例提供了一种洗护发组合物,其包括表面活性剂,调理剂,悬浮稳定剂和水。其中,悬浮稳定剂为三羟基硬脂精。本发明提供的洗护发组合物采用三羟基硬脂精作为悬浮稳定剂,三羟基硬脂精的亲水基团能与表面活性剂通过氢键形成胶束,同时其亲油基团与调理剂通过分子作用力相互交链溶解形成结合力较弱的网状结构,能够较好的保持洗护发组合物的悬浮稳定性。在产品使用过程中,这种结合力弱的网状结构又能够随着搓揉而断开,让调理剂得以充分释放与头发接触。相比于传统洗护发用品中采用的通过共价键结合的具有网状结构的高分子悬浮稳定剂,本发明实施例提供的洗护发组合物避免了悬浮稳定剂对头发的缠绕,使调理剂得以充分与头发接触并发挥功效,在保持较佳的洗护功能的同时,降低了调理剂的添加量,从而降低生产成本。
本发明还提供了一种洗护发组合物的制备方法,其操作简单,对设备和工艺条件的要求较低,通过简单的混合操作即能够高效地生产上述洗护发组合物,适合于工业化的大规模生产。

三羟基硬脂精通常被用作植物油、色拉油和烹调油中的抗结晶剂,螯合剂以及消泡剂等。三羟基硬脂精是丙三醇与硬脂酸酯化反应所得,其本身就是脂类物质,具有油脂的一般特性,过氧化后所形成的羟基又使得三羟基硬脂精具备了极弱的亲水性质。一般情况下,三羟基硬脂精不具备水溶性能,但在含有表面活性剂的配方中,三羟基硬脂精的亲水基团(羟基)可以与表面活性剂通过氢键形成胶束,而亲油基团(脂肪链)则可以与调理剂中的非极性部分(油脂硅油等)通过分子作用力相互交链溶解,使得在本申请配方溶液中围绕着三羟基硬脂精形成“八爪鱼”式的网状结构,从而保持配方中各成分的悬浮稳定性。
现有技术中,二合一香波中通常依靠具有网状结构的高分子聚合物(例如聚丙烯酸类,聚氧乙烯类,纤维素类等)来实现配方中各成分的悬浮稳定性,这种网状结构由较强的共价键结合而成,在洗发过程中,这些具有网状结构的高分子聚合物会对头发进行缠绕,使得香波中的调理剂难以与头发接触,并且影响泡沫的产生,往往需要添加过量的调理剂和发泡剂才能达到所需的洗护效果,再加上这类高分子聚合物的工艺处理困难,这就造成了二合一香波的配方以及工艺成本整体升高,在市场上缺乏相应的竞争力。
相比之下,在本发明实施例中,三羟基硬脂精通过氢键和分子间作用力等弱作用力与 表面活性剂、调理剂等形成网状结构,这种网状结构的结合较弱,在洗发过程中,通过轻轻揉搓就可使该网状结构断开,并释放出调理剂,同时因为网状结构容易断开,使得三羟基硬脂精不会对头发进行缠绕,从而保证调理剂能够充分的与头发接触,与现有技术相比,仅需少量的调理剂即可达到同样的洗护效果,从而大大降低二合一香波的生产成本,提高产品市场竞争力,获得显著的社会经济效益。
本发明实施例中,表面活性剂优选包括阴离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂中的至少一种。进一步优选地,表面活性剂包括主表面活性剂以及助表面活性剂,主表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂,助表面活性剂优选包括两性离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂中的至少一种。
其中,阴离子表面活性剂具有起泡和清洁的作用,其具有泡沫性高、残留量低、易形成胶团等优点,通常作为洗发水中的主表面活性剂。优选地,在本发明实施例中,阴离子表面活性剂包括月桂基硫酸钠、月桂基硫酸铵、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸铵和α-烯基磺酸钠中的至少一种。
阴离子表面活性剂具有优异的清洁力,但脱脂力往往过强,过度使用会损伤头发,因此需配入助表面活性剂以降低体系的刺激性、调整稠度、稳定体系。两性离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂通常属于助表面活性剂。优选地,在本发明实施例中,两性离子表面活性剂包括氨基酸表面活性剂、椰油基丙基甜菜碱、咪唑啉甜菜碱、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱和十二烷基二甲基氧化胺中的至少一种。非离子表面活性剂优选包括聚葡萄糖苷、椰子油单乙醇酰胺、椰子油二乙醇酰胺中的至少一种。
调理剂优选包括聚二甲基硅氧烷、氨基硅油和环戊基硅氧烷中的至少一种。以上含硅的调理剂能解决湿梳时头发与洗发水接触部位的涩感,该涩感在头发初干的时候会消失,而到次日午后明显表露出来,而通过加入含硅的调理剂可以很好的改善这种涩感,使头发滑爽、光亮。
进一步优选地,按重量份数计,洗护发组合物还包括0.1~1份的抗静电剂。抗静电剂优选包括阳离子瓜尔胶、乙烯吡咯烷酮、丙烯酰胺和季铵化丝氨酸中的至少一种。抗静电剂为阳离子化合物,其活性高,与阴离子表面活性剂配伍好,可以通过沉积在头发表面起到抗静电的作用,抗静电剂与调理剂共同作用可极大地改善头发的可修饰性和调理性,对头发的调理、保湿、光泽、顺柔、滑爽都具有明显的效果。
本发明实施例所提供的一种洗护发组合物,按重量份数计,洗护发组合物还包括0.5~2份的珠光剂。优选地,珠光剂包括乙二醇双硬脂酸酯、乙二醇单硬脂酸酯和珠光浆中的至少一种。珠光剂与其它类型的表面活性剂相溶性好,其在表面活性剂中加热后会溶解或乳化,在降温过程中析出镜片状结晶,在液体洗涤产品中使用可产生明显的珠光效果,并且 还具有滋润皮肤、养发护发和抗静电作用。
进一步地,按重量份数计,本发明实施例所提供的一种洗护发组合物还包括0.1~2份功能添加剂。其中,功能添加剂优选包括去屑剂、防腐剂、香味剂、缓冲剂和着色剂中的至少一种。功能添加剂的种类不仅限于上述列举的几种,可以根据实际的需求适当进行添加。
本发明实施例还提供了一种上述洗护发组合物的制备方法,其包括:将表面活性剂、调理剂、悬浮稳定剂和水混合。其操作简单,对设备和工艺条件的要求较低,能够高效地生产上述洗护发组合物,并且适合工业化的大规模生产。
进一步优选地,该制备方法包括:先将水、表面活性剂和悬浮稳定剂混合,加热至85~90℃,搅拌至完全溶解得到混合溶液。再降温至10~45℃,将混合溶液与调理剂混合,并搅拌均匀。针对各组分的自身特性,选择合适的温度进行分批添加可以使洗护发组合物的混合更加均匀。
具体地,该洗护发组合物的制备方法包括:
S1.先加入75~85vol%的水,加入阴离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂和悬浮稳定剂,高速分散均匀后,加热至85~90℃,搅拌至完全溶解。
S2.用适量冷水分散抗静电剂,加入至S1中所得溶液中,保持在80~85℃,继续搅拌10~30min。其中冷水优选为30℃以下的水;进一步优选的,冷水为20℃以下的水。
S3.降温至45℃以下,取S2中所得溶液的5vol%与调理剂混合,用均质马达均质10~20min,分散均匀后与S2中所得溶液余下的95vol%混合,并搅拌均匀。
S4.向S3所得溶液中加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀。
S5.加入其它添加剂和余量水,搅拌均匀。
以上步骤可以根据洗护发组合物的具体构成,对部分步骤进行删减和顺序调整。
以下结合实施例对本发明的特征和性能作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种洗护发组合物,其包括:
阴离子表面活性剂(月桂醇聚醚硫酸钠20kg、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8kg),两性离子表面活性剂(椰油基丙基甜菜碱2kg、氨基酸表面活性剂2kg),非离子表面活性剂(椰子油二乙醇酰胺5kg),悬浮稳定剂(三羟基硬脂精1kg),调理剂(聚二甲基硅氧烷2kg、氨基硅油2kg),抗静电剂(阳离子瓜尔胶1kg),珠光剂(珠光浆2kg),以及余量水。
其制备方法包括:
S1.先加入80vol%的水,先加入阴离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂和悬浮稳定剂,高速分散均匀后,加热至90℃,中速搅拌(60转/分钟)至完全溶解。
S2.用适量冷水(10℃)分散抗静电剂,加入至S1中所得溶液中,保持在85℃,继续 搅拌15min。
S3.降温至45℃,取S2中所得溶液的5vol%与调理剂混合,用均质马达均质10min,分散均匀后与S2中所得溶液余下的95vol%混合,并搅拌均匀。
S4.向S3所得溶液中加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀。
S5.加入珠光剂和余量水,搅拌均匀。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种洗护发组合物,其包括:
阴离子表面活性剂(月桂醇聚醚硫酸钠10kg、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8kg),两性离子表面活性剂(椰油基丙基甜菜碱0.5kg、氨基酸表面活性剂2kg),非离子表面活性剂(椰子油二乙醇酰胺1kg),悬浮稳定剂(三羟基硬脂精0.1kg),调理剂(聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1kg、氨基硅油2kg),抗静电剂(阳离子瓜尔胶0.1kg),珠光剂(珠光浆0.5kg),去屑剂1kg,以及余量水。
其制备方法参照实施例1,区别在于,在S5步骤中,将去屑剂与珠光剂一并加入。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种洗护发组合物,其包括:
阴离子表面活性剂(月桂醇聚醚硫酸钠20kg、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2kg),两性离子表面活性剂(椰油基丙基甜菜碱1kg、氨基酸表面活性剂0.5kg),非离子表面活性剂(椰子油二乙醇酰胺3kg),悬浮稳定剂(三羟基硬脂精0.5kg),调理剂(聚二甲基硅氧烷2kg、氨基硅油0.1kg),抗静电剂(阳离子瓜尔胶0.5kg),珠光剂(珠光浆0.5kg),防腐剂1kg,以及余量水。

本实施例提供一种洗护发组合物,其包括:
两性离子表面活性剂(椰油基丙基甜菜碱2kg、氨基酸表面活性剂20kg),非离子表面活性剂(椰子油二乙醇酰胺5kg,聚葡萄糖苷8kg),悬浮稳定剂(三羟基硬脂精1kg),调理剂(聚二甲基硅氧烷2kg、氨基硅油2kg),抗静电剂(阳离子瓜尔胶1kg),珠光剂(珠光浆2kg),以及余量水。
其制备方法参照实施例1。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种洗护发组合物,其包括:
两性离子表面活性剂(椰油基丙基甜菜碱1kg、氨基酸表面活性剂10kg),非离子表面活性剂(椰子油二乙醇酰胺3kg,聚葡萄糖苷1kg),悬浮稳定剂(三羟基硬脂精0.1kg), 调理剂(聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5kg、氨基硅油0.5kg),抗静电剂(阳离子瓜尔胶1kg),珠光剂(珠光浆2kg),去屑剂2kg,以及余量水。

实施例6
本实施例提供一种洗护发组合物,其包括:
阴离子表面活性剂(月桂基硫酸铵10kg、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8kg、α-烯基磺酸钠5kg),两性离子表面活性剂(十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱2kg、咪唑啉甜菜碱5kg),非离子表面活性剂(椰子油单乙醇酰胺5kg,聚葡萄糖苷5kg),悬浮稳定剂(三羟基硬脂精3kg),调理剂(聚二甲基硅氧烷2kg、氨基硅油2kg),抗静电剂(乙烯吡咯烷酮1kg),以及余量水。
其制备方法包括:
S1.先加入70vol%的水,加入阴离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂和悬浮稳定剂,高速分散均匀后,加热至90℃,中速搅拌(50转/分钟)至完全溶解。
S2.用适量冷水(15℃)分散抗静电剂,加入至S1中所得溶液中,保持在85℃,继续搅拌20min。
S3.降温至30℃,取S2中所得溶液的10vol%与调理剂混合,用均质马达均质20min,分散均匀后与S2中所得溶液余下的90vol%混合,并搅拌均匀。
S4.向S3所得溶液中加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀。
S5.加入余量水,搅拌均匀。
实施例7
本实施例提供一种洗护发组合物,其包括:
阴离子表面活性剂(月桂基硫酸钠5kg),两性离子表面活性剂(十二烷基二甲基氧化胺3kg),非离子表面活性剂(聚葡萄糖苷2kg),悬浮稳定剂(三羟基硬脂精2kg),调理剂(聚二甲基硅氧烷1kg、环戊基硅氧烷1kg),抗静电剂(季铵化丝氨酸1kg),以及余量水。
其制备方法参照实施例1。
实施例8
本实施例提供一种洗护发组合物,其包括:

实施例11
本实施例提供一种洗护发组合物,其包括:
两性离子表面活性剂(椰油基丙基甜菜碱6kg),非离子表面活性剂(椰子油单乙醇酰胺6kg),悬浮稳定剂(三羟基硬脂精0.8kg),调理剂(环戊基硅氧烷1kg、氨基硅油1kg),抗静电剂(丙烯酰胺0.4kg),珠光剂(乙二醇双硬脂酸酯0.8kg)以及余量水。

实施例12
本实施例提供一种洗护发组合物,其包括:
阴离子表面活性剂(月桂基硫酸铵12kg),两性离子表面活性剂(椰油基丙基甜菜碱8kg),非离子表面活性剂(咪唑啉甜菜碱8kg),悬浮稳定剂(三羟基硬脂精2kg),调理剂(氨基硅油2kg),抗静电剂(季铵化丝氨酸1kg),珠光剂(珠光浆2kg)、香味剂1kg以及余量水。
其制备方法参照实施例1,区别在于,在S5步骤中,将香味剂一并加入。
实施例13
本实施例提供一种洗护发组合物,其包括:
阴离子表面活性剂(月桂醇聚醚硫酸铵10kg,和α-烯基磺酸钠6kg),两性离子表面活性剂(十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱6kg、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺6kg),悬浮稳定剂(三羟基硬脂精2kg),调理剂(氨基硅油2kg、环戊基硅氧烷1kg),抗静电剂(乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5kg、丙烯酰胺0.5kg),珠光剂(珠光浆1.5kg)、去屑剂1kg、着色剂1kg以及余量水。
其制备方法参照实施例1,区别在于,在S5步骤中,将去屑剂、着色剂以及余量水一并加入。
试验例1
采用实施例1所提供的一种洗护发组合物,制成80ml装的试验样本,分别在日光灯照射下、不同温度环境下采用pH计和粘度计对试验样本的pH值和粘度值进行测定,再通过感官对试验样本的外观和香味进行评判,测试结果如表1所示。

由表1可以看出,本发明实施例1所提供的一种洗护发组合物在日光灯光照下以及在-15℃、5℃、25℃、40℃、48℃等条件下,经历12周仍然能够保持较为稳定的pH值以及粘度,等级均为1、2级,均符合合格标准。同时,在-15~48℃的循环变温过程中,pH值以及粘度依然稳定,表明本发明实施例所提供的洗护发组合物稳定性较好。
试验例2
采用实施例3所提供的一种洗护发组合物,制成80ml装的试验样本,并在在不同温度下用粘度计对其粘度值进行测定,测试结果如表2所示。

由表2可以看出,本发明实施例2所提供的洗护发组合物的最高粘度值在20℃左右,低温粘度下降,高温粘度也下降,在20℃的温度点向两边成正态分布,最高粘度贡献温度比较符合实际生活的环境温度。另外,与市面上的洗发水比较,该洗护发组合物在低温条件下,粘度反而下降,但下降的斜率平缓,避免了低温条件下形成果冻状态,从而影响消费体验和使用。
试验例3
采用实施例1所提供的洗护发组合物,并以市售某洗护产品进行对照,根据HAB/R-WI-125《发用化妆品功效评估方法》、HAB/R-WI-118《头发梳理力的测试》以及HAB/R-WI-136《头发光泽度的测试》,分别对洗发前后头发梳理力、头发拉伸力以及头发光泽度进行测试,测试结果如表3所示。

由表3可以看出,使用本发明实施例1所提供的一种洗护发组合物洗发后,其干发梳理力下降了19%,说明该洗护发组合物具有显著顺滑发丝的效果。同时,使用该洗护发组合物洗发后硬度弯折力减少了38%,说明该洗护发组合物具有让发丝变柔软的效果。最后,使用该洗护发组合物洗发后干发的光泽度增加了13%,说明该洗护发组合物还具有显著亮泽发丝的效果。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供了一种洗护发组合物,其包括表面活性剂,调理剂,悬浮稳定剂和水,其中,悬浮稳定剂为三羟基硬脂精。三羟基硬脂精的亲水基团与表面活性剂能通过氢键形成胶束,同时亲油基团与调理剂通过分子作用力相互交链溶解,形成结合力较弱的网状结构,能够较好的保持配方的悬浮稳定性,而在产品使用过程中,这种弱结合力的网状结构又能够随着搓揉而断开,让调理剂得以充分释放与头发接触。相比于传统洗护发用品中采用的通过共价键结合的具有网状结构的高分子悬浮稳定剂,本发明实施例提供的洗护发组合物,避免了悬浮稳定剂对头发的缠绕,使调理剂得以充分与头发接触并发挥功效,在保持较佳的洗护功能的同时,降低了调理剂的添加量,从而降低生产成本。
本发明还提供了一种洗护发组合物的制备方法,其操作简单,对设备和工艺条件的要求较低,通过简单的混合操作即能够高效地生产上述洗护发组合物,适合于工业化的大规模生产。

工业实用性
本发明提供的洗护发组合物在保持较佳的洗护功能的同时,有效的降低了调理剂的添加量,从而降低了生产成本。本发明提供的上述洗护发组合物的制备方法具有工艺简单、操作方便的优点,适合大规模的工业应用。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种洗护发组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:
    表面活性剂 10~40份;
    调理剂 0.1~5份;
    悬浮稳定剂 0.1~3份;
    水 50~90份;
    其中,所述悬浮稳定剂优选为三羟基硬脂精。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗护发组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计,其包括表面活性剂15~35份;调理剂0.5~3.5份;悬浮稳定剂0.3~3份;水60~80份;其中,所述悬浮稳定剂优选为三羟基硬脂精。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗护发组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计,其包括表面活性剂20~30份;调理剂1~3份;悬浮稳定剂0.5~2份;水60~80份;其中,所述悬浮稳定剂优选为三羟基硬脂精。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的洗护发组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计,其包括表面活性剂25~30份;调理剂1~2份;悬浮稳定剂1~2份;水70~80份;其中,所述悬浮稳定剂优选为三羟基硬脂精。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的洗护发组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂选自由阴离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂组成的组合中的至少一种。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗护发组合物,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自由月桂基硫酸钠、月桂基硫酸铵、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸铵和α-烯基磺酸钠组成的组合中的至少一种。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的洗护发组合物,其特征在于,所述两性离子表面活性剂选自由氨基酸表面活性剂、椰油基丙基甜菜碱、咪唑啉甜菜碱、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱和十二烷基二甲基氧化胺组成的组合中的至少一种。
  8. 根据权利要求5至7中任一项所述的洗护发组合物,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂选自由聚葡萄糖苷、椰子油单乙醇酰胺、椰子油二乙醇酰胺组成的组合中的至少一种。
  9. 根据权利要求5至8中任一项所述的洗护发组合物,其特征在于,所述调理剂选自由聚二甲基硅氧烷、氨基硅油和环戊基硅氧烷组成的组合中的至少一种。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的洗护发组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数 计,所述洗护发组合物还包括0.1~1份的抗静电剂。
  11. 根据权利要求10中任一项所述的洗护发组合物,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂选自由阳离子瓜尔胶、乙烯吡咯烷酮、丙烯酰胺和季铵化丝氨酸组成的组合中的至少一种。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的洗护发组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述洗护发组合物还包括0.5~2份的珠光剂。
  13. 根据权利要求12中任一项所述的洗护发组合物,其特征在于,所述珠光剂选自由乙二醇双硬脂酸酯、乙二醇单硬脂酸酯和珠光浆组成的组合中的至少一种。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的洗护发组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述洗护发组合物还包括0.1~2份的功能添加剂,所述功能添加剂选自由去屑剂、防腐剂、香味剂、缓冲剂和着色剂组成的组合中的至少一种。
  15. 一种如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的洗护发组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,该制备方法包括:将所述表面活性剂、所述调理剂、所述悬浮稳定剂和所述水混合。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的洗护发组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,该制备方法包括:先将所述表面活性剂、所述悬浮稳定剂和所述水混合,加热至85~90℃,搅拌至完全溶解得到混合溶液,再降温至45℃以下,将所述混合溶液与所述调理剂混合,并搅拌均匀。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的洗护发组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,先将所述表面活性剂中的阴离子表面活性剂和两性离子表面活性剂、所述悬浮稳定剂和所述水混合,加热至85~90℃,搅拌至完全溶解得到所述混合溶液,再降温至45℃以下,将所述混合溶液与所述调理剂混合,并搅拌均匀,随后加入所述表面活性剂中的非离子表面活性剂搅拌均匀。
  18. 根据权利要求15至17中任一项所述的洗护发组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述混合溶液降温至45℃以下之前,将抗静电剂使用30℃以下的水分散后与所述混合溶液混合搅拌均匀。
