Abstract
一种复合材料成形品,包含有一由强化纤维所制成的本体(20),本体(20)具有至少两个相对的侧壁(21),每一个侧壁(21)的内部埋设一个发泡体(30),藉由两个发泡体(30)的配置,可以让本体在不影响轻量化的情形之下同时达到高强度的效果。
Description
本发明与复合材料成形品有关,尤指一种可兼顾轻量化及高强度的复合材料成形品。
现今自行车的设计日趋轻量化,除了在车架方面已经使用具有低比重、高强度及高刚性的复合材料进行制造以外,有一部份的轮框材质也开始改用前述复合材料,使整个车体的轻量化效果能达到最佳化。然而,前述复合材料在成形之后会让结构内部呈现中空的状态,如果壁厚太大将影响轻量化的效果,但是如果壁厚过小可能会因为承受不了过大的扭力而破裂。因此,如何让使用前述复合材料所制成的成形品兼顾轻量化及高强度实为目前业界所欲解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种复合材料成形品,其能兼顾轻量化及高强度的效果。
为了达成上述目的,本发明复合材料成形品包含有一本体,该本体由强化纤维所制成,该本体具有至少两相对的侧壁,各个侧壁内埋设有一发泡体,使得该本体可以藉由该两发泡体来达到轻量化与高强度的结构特性。
在本发明的实施例中,该本体为一轮圈,在结构方面更具有一外环壁及一内环壁,该外环壁连接于该两侧壁之间且与该两侧壁之间顶端保持有一预定距离,该内环壁连接该两侧壁的底端。此外,各个发泡体在顶、底两端的厚度均小于在中央位置的厚度。
在本发明之实施例中,该本体为一车架管,且该本体具有四该呈两两相对的侧壁,亦即为两个上下相对的侧壁及两个左右相对的侧壁,各个侧壁内设有至少一该发泡体。较佳地,各个侧壁具有多个呈间隔排列的肋部,各个发泡体位于相邻两该肋部之间,如此可以对各个侧壁提供良好的支撑效果。

请先参阅图1及图2,本发明第1实施例复合材料成形品10包含有一本体20与两发泡体30。
本体20在本实施例中为轮圈。在制造时是以积层技术将强化纤维材料(如碳纤维)一层层黏贴于模具上,待干燥后再从模具中取出。在制造完成之后,本体20的结构包含有两相对的侧壁21、一内环壁22及一外环壁23,其中的内环壁22将两侧壁21的底端连接在一起,至于外环壁23连接在两侧壁21之间且与两侧壁21的顶端保持有一预定距离。
发泡体30的发泡密度主要介于0.05~0.5g/cm3之间,其中又以0.1~0.3g/cm3为较佳范围,在本实施例中所使用的发泡体30的发泡密度为0.13g/cm3。当一部份的强化纤维材料黏贴于模具上之后,再将发泡体30设置于强化纤维材料上,接着再将剩下的强化纤维材料黏贴于模具上,待本体20成形之后即可让发泡体30被本体20的侧壁21所包覆住,亦即每一个发泡体30埋设于本体20的一个侧壁21内,使发泡体30能够对本体20的侧壁21提供支撑效果,进而提升本体20的侧壁21的结构强度。而且,每一个发泡体30在顶、底两端的厚度T1均小于在中央位置的厚度T2。
另一方面,本体20的每一个侧壁21的内部可以形成多个肋部24,然而肋部24在本发明中有两种不同的态样。在本发明第2实施例中,如图3所示,这些肋部24以间隔方式排列,使得发泡体30被这些肋部24区隔开来,另外在本发明第3实施例中,如图4所示,这些肋部24以两两成对的方式呈现,使得发泡体30将这些肋部24予以包覆住。然而不论肋部24以哪种方式呈现,均能有效提升整体结构的强度。
请再参阅图5及图6,本发明第4实施例复合材料成形品40包含有一本体50与多个发泡体30。
本体50在本实施例中为车架管,制造过程如同前述实施例一样,亦即以积层技术将强化纤维材料(如碳纤维)一层层黏贴于模具上,待干燥后再从模具中取出。在制造完成之后,本体50的结构包含有四个两两相
对的侧壁51、52,亦即两个上下相对的侧壁51与两个左右相对的侧壁52,而且,前述四个侧壁51、52的内部具有多个呈间隔排列的肋部53,这些肋部53位于每一个侧壁51、52的中央位置及相邻两个侧壁51、52的交界处。
发泡体30在本实施例中与前述实施例不同的地方在于本实施例的每一个发泡体30在硬化之后位于相邻两个肋部53之间,亦即每一个侧壁51、52的内部埋设有两个发泡体30。
综上所陈,本发明复合材料成形品10、40利用至少两个彼此相对的发泡体30的配置,让以强化纤维所制成的本体20、50可以兼顾轻量化及高强度的效果,进而达到本发明的目的。
Claims (11)
- 一种复合材料成形品,其特征在于,包含有:一本体,由强化纤维所制成,该本体具有至少两相对的侧壁;以及两发泡体,分别埋设于该本体的一该侧壁内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的复合材料成形品,其特征在于该本体为一轮圈。
- 根据权利要求2所述的复合材料成形品,其特征在于该本体更具有一外环壁及一内环壁,该外环壁连接于该两侧壁之间且与该两侧壁的顶端保持有一预定距离,该内环壁将该两侧壁的底端连接在一起。
- 根据权利要求3所述的复合材料成形品,其特征在于各个发泡体在顶、底两端的厚度均小于在中央位置的厚度。
- 根据权利要求3所述的复合材料成形品,其特征在于该本体的各个侧壁具有多个呈间隔排列的肋部,使各个发泡体被这些肋部区隔开来。
- 根据权利要求3所述的复合材料成形品,其特征在于该本体的各个侧壁具有多个两两相对的肋部,各个侧壁的该多个肋部被一该发泡体给包覆住。
- 根据权利要求1所述的复合材料成形品,其特征在于该本体为一车架管。
- 根据权利要求7所述的复合材料成形品,其特征在于该本体具有四该呈两两相对的侧壁,各个侧壁内设有至少一该发泡体。
- 根据权利要求8所述的复合材料成形品,其特征在于该本体的各个侧壁具有多个呈间隔排列的肋部,各个发泡体位于相邻两该肋部之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的复合材料成形品,其特征在于该发泡体的发泡密度为0.05~0.5g/cm3。
- 根据权利要求10所述的复合材料成形品,其特征在于该发泡体的发泡密度为0.1~0.3/cm3。
