成分(B)は、成分(A)との親和性が高く、粉末状組成物の保存中における成分(A)の揮発を抑制することができる成分である。成分(B)は、Fedors法によるSP値が、成分(A)のアルカノールアミンとしてのSP値(以下、単に「成分(A)のSP値」という)の±6(cal/cm3)1/2以内の化合物であるが、成分(A)のSP値以上で成分(A)のSP値+6(cal/cm3)1/2以下の化合物が好ましい。なお、成分(B)からは成分(A)に該当する化合物は除かれる。
成分(C)の粉末状担体は、成分(A)と(B)の混合物を担持する成分である。粉末状担体としては、染料やアルカリ成分、成分(A)、(B)と反応しない限りは、有機、無機のいずれの粉末を用いることもできる。具体的には、シリカ、珪藻土、カオリン、ベントナイト、スターチ、タピオカ、ライス、小麦、ジャガイモ、ナイロン粉末、モンモリロナイト、石膏、おがくず、パーライト等が挙げられ、なかでも珪藻土、シリカが好ましい。これら成分(C)は、単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
本発明の粉末状組成物には、更に成分(D)としてハロゲン化アンモニウムを含有させることができる。成分(D)は、毛髪の膨潤を促進させ、染毛性、脱色性を向上させる機能を有する。ハロゲン化アンモニウムとしては、塩化アンモニウム、フッ化アンモニウム、臭化アンモニウム、ヨウ化アンモニウムが挙げられ、なかでも塩化アンモニウムが好ましい。これら成分(D)は、単独で又は2種以上種以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
本発明の粉末状組成物が染毛用である場合には、成分(E)として直接染料を含有させることができる。成分(E)の直接染料としては、下記アゾ染料(E-1)、(E-2)及び(E-3)、酸性染料、塩基性染料、ニトロ染料並びに分散染料からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種又は2以上の染料を用いることができる。
塩基性染料としては、例えば塩基性赤51、塩基性青99、塩基性茶16、塩基性茶17、塩基性赤76、塩基性黄57等が挙げられる。
ニトロ染料としては、2-ニトロ-p-フェニレンジアミン、2-アミノ-6-クロロ-4-ニトロフェノール、3-ニトロ-p-ヒドロキシエチルアミノフェノール、4-ニトロ-o-フェニレンジアミン、4-アミノ-3-ニトロフェノール、4-ヒドロキシプロピルアミノ-3-ニトロフェノール、N,N-ビス(2-ヒドロキシエチル)-2-ニトロ-p-フェニレンジアミン、HC青2、HC橙1、HC赤1、HC赤3、HC黄2、HC黄4、HC黄5等が挙げられる。
分散染料としては、分散紫1、分散青1、分散黒9等が挙げられる。
本発明の粉末状組成物には、酸化剤水溶液との混合物のpHをアルカリ性に調整することによって、脱色力を高めるため、及び成分(E)として前述のアゾ染料(E-1)~(E-3)を含有する場合には染色性を高めるため、更に成分(F)として、固体状アルカリ剤を含有することが好ましい。
本発明の粉末状組成物は水を含有することもできるが、その粉末状形態を維持する観点から、含水率をできるだけ抑制することが好ましい。本発明の粉末状組成物中における水の含有量は、好ましくは0質量%以上10質量%以下、より好ましくは0質量%以上7質量%以下、更に好ましくは0質量%以上5質量%以下、更に好ましくは0質量%以上3質量%以下、更に好ましくは0質量%以上1質量%以下である。
本発明の粉末状組成物には、その粉末状形態、及び染毛剤、毛髪脱色剤としての機能を損ねない限りにおいて、通常化粧品原料として用いられる他の成分を更に加えることができる。このような任意成分の配合目的としては、防腐、金属封鎖、安定化、酸化防止、紫外線吸収、保湿、製品着色、付香等を挙げることができ、具体的な任意成分としては、動植物油脂、高級脂肪酸、タンパク質加水分解物、タンパク質誘導体、アミノ酸、植物抽出物、ビタミン、色素、香料等が挙げられる。
本発明の粉末状組成物は、例えば成分(A)、(B)及び(C)並びにその他適宜任意成分を混合することによって製造することができる。混合には汎用的な混合機であれば何れも使用することができるが、成分(A)、(B)及び(C)の混合性の観点から、撹拌力の高い混合機が好ましい。好ましい混合機としては、例えばヘンシェルミキサ等が挙げられる。成分(A)及び(B)の混合物が常温で固体である場合は、混合機のジャケットに混合物の融点以上の温度の温水を流すことができる。ただし、成分(A)の揮発を抑える観点から、可能な限り低い温度で処理することが好ましい。まず、混合機に成分(C)を投入し、その後、あらかじめ混ぜ合わせた成分(A)と成分(B)の混合物を添加し、混合を行うことが好ましい。
本発明の粉末状組成物は、使用直前に、過酸化水素を含有する組成物と混合した後、毛髪に適用することによって、毛髪の染色又は脱色に使用することができる。

水の含有量が、好ましくは0質量%以上10質量%以下、より好ましくは0質量%以上7質量%以下、更に好ましくは0質量%以上5質量%以下、更に好ましくは0質量%以上3質量%以下、更に好ましくは0質量%以上1質量%以下である<1>又は<2>に記載の粉末状組成物。
成分(A)のアルカノールアミンのSP値が、好ましくは11(cal/cm3)1/2以上、より好ましくは12(cal/cm3)1/2以上であり、また、好ましくは15(cal/cm3)1/2以下、より好ましくは14(cal/cm3)1/2以下である、<1>~<3>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。
成分(A)のアルカノールアミンのSP値が、好ましくは15(cal/cm3)1/2以下、より好ましくは14(cal/cm3)1/2以下である、<1>~<4>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。

成分(B)が、好ましくは脂肪族ジオール又は芳香族ジオールであり、より好ましくはエチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、1,3-プロパンジオール、1,4-ブタンジオール及びレゾルシノールからなる群より選ばれる1種又は2種以上である、<1>~<11>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。
成分(A)が、好ましくは一級アルカノールアミン、より好ましくは2-アミノ-2-メチル-1-プロパノールであって、成分(B)が、好ましくはポリオール、より好ましくはジオール、更に好ましくは脂肪族ジオール又は芳香族ジオール、更に好ましくはエチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、1,3-プロパンジオール、1,4-ブタンジオール及びレゾルシノールからなる群より選ばれる1種又は2種以上である、<1>~<12>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。
成分(B)の含有量が、好ましくは0.5質量%以上、より好ましくは1質量%以上、更に好ましくは3質量%以上、更に好ましくは5質量%以上である、<1>~<13>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。
成分(B)の含有量が、好ましくは20質量%以下、より好ましくは18質量%以下、更に好ましくは15質量%以下、更に好ましくは12質量%以下である、<1>~<14>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。
成分(B)の含有量が、好ましくは0.5質量%以上20質量%以下、より好ましくは1質量%以上18質量%以下、更に好ましくは3質量%以上15質量%以下、更に好ましくは5質量%以上12質量%以下である、<1>~<15>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。

成分(C)の含有量が、好ましくは10質量%以上、より好ましくは30質量%以上、更に好ましくは50質量%以上である、<1>~<20>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。
成分(C)の含有量が、好ましくは90質量%以下、より好ましくは80質量%以下、更に好ましくは70質量%以下である、<1>~<21>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。
成分(C)の含有量が、好ましくは10質量%以上90質量%以下、より好ましくは30質量%以上80質量%以下、更に好ましくは50質量%以上70質量%以下である、<1>~<22>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。

成分(C)の含有量に対する成分(A)と成分(B)の合計含有量の質量比[(A)+(B)]/(C)が、好ましくは0.05以上1.5以下、より好ましくは0.1以上1以下、更に好ましくは0.15以上0.5以下、更に好ましくは0.2以上0.4以下である、<1>~<25>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。

成分(D):ハロゲン化アンモニウム
成分(D)が、塩化アンモニウム、フッ化アンモニウム、臭化アンモニウム、及びヨウ化アンモニウムからなる群より選ばれる1種又は2種以上であり、より好ましくは塩化アンモニウムである、<27>に記載の粉末状組成物。
好ましくは、成分(D)が、親水性高分子化合物で被覆されている<27>又は<28>に記載の粉末状組成物。
親水性高分子化合物の融点が、好ましくは40℃以上、より好ましくは50℃以上である、<29>に記載の粉末状組成物。
親水性高分子化合物の融点が、好ましくは100℃以下、より好ましくは80℃以下である、<29>又は<30>に記載の粉末状組成物。

成分(E)が、好ましくは下記(E-1)、(E-2)及び(E-3)からなる群より選択される1種又は2種以上のアゾ染料である<43>に記載の粉末状組成物。
好ましくは、過酸化水素を含有する組成物と混合して染毛に用いられる<43>又は<44>に記載の粉末状組成物。
成分(E)の含有量が、好ましくは0.001質量%以上、より好ましくは0.005質量%以上、更に好ましくは0.01質量%以上、更に好ましくは0.1質量%以上、更に好ましくは0.5質量%以上、更に好ましくは1.0質量%以上である、<43>~<45>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。
成分(E)の含有量が、好ましくは10質量%以下、より好ましくは9質量%以下、更に好ましくは7.5質量%以下、更に好ましくは5.0質量%以下、更に好ましくは3.0質量%以下である、<43>~<46>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。
成分(E)の含有量が、好ましくは0.001質量%以上10質量%以下、より好ましくは0.005質量%以上9質量%以下、更に好ましくは0.01質量%以上7.5質量%以下、更に好ましくは0.1質量%以上5.0質量%以下、更に好ましくは0.5質量%以上3.0質量%以下、更に好ましくは1.0質量%以上3.0質量%以下である、<43>~<47>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。
好ましくは、更に、次の成分(F)を含有する<1>~<48>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。
成分(F):固体状アルカリ剤
固体状アルカリ剤が、好ましくはメタケイ酸ナトリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、炭酸アンモニウム、炭酸グアニジン、炭酸水素ナトリウム、炭酸水素カリウム、炭酸水素アンモニウム、及び炭酸水素グアニジンからなる群より選ばれる1種又は2種以上であり、より好ましくはメタケイ酸ナトリウムである、<49>に記載の粉末状組成物。
成分(F)の含有量が、好ましくは1質量%以上、より好ましくは2質量%以上、更に好ましくは3質量%以上である、<49>又は<50>に記載の粉末状組成物。
成分(F)の含有量が、好ましくは40質量%以下、より好ましくは30質量%以下、更に好ましくは25質量%以下である、<49>~<51>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。
成分(F)の含有量が、好ましくは1質量%以上40質量%以下、より好ましくは2質量%以上30質量%以下、更に好ましくは3質量%以上25質量%以下である、<49>~<52>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。
<1>~<53>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物からなる第1の組成物と、過酸化水素を含有する第2の組成物から構成される、染毛用又は毛髪脱色用キット。
<1>~<53>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物と過酸化水素を含有する組成物との混合物の毛髪への使用。
成分(A)~(C)を混合し、成分(A)及び(B)を成分(C)に担持させた後に、成分(D)と混合する<27>~<53>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物の製造方法。
下記工程(a)~(c)を有する染毛又は毛髪脱色方法。
工程(a)<1>~<53>のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物と、過酸化水素を含有組成物を混合する工程
工程(b) 上記混合物を髪に塗布し、1~45分保持する工程
工程(c) 髪から上記混合物を洗い流す工程
粉末状の塩化アンモニウムを密封びん(星硝株式会社製、0.5L)に20g入れ、蓋を閉めた状態で50℃で1ヶ月間保存した。保存後の容器の蓋を開けて、アンモニアの臭気の有無を確認したが、アンモニア臭は確認されなかった。
同様に粉末状の塩化アンモニウムを0.5L密封びん(星硝社製)に20g入れ、更に、2-アミノ-2-メチル-1-プロパノールを20g入れたPETスクリューバイアル(ニッコー・ハンセン株式会社製、30mL)を、蓋を開けた状態で密封びんに入れ、塩化アンモニウムと2-アミノ-2-メチル-1-プロパノールとが直接接触しない状態で50℃で1ヶ月間保存した。保存後の容器の蓋を開けて、アンモニアの臭気の有無を確認したところ、アンモニア臭が存在することを確認した。
この実験から、蒸散した2-アミノ-2-メチル-1-プロパノールが塩化アンモニウムと反応することでアンモニアが発生することが示唆される。
表1及び2に示す組成からなる粉末状組成物(染毛用)を下記の方法により調製した。得られた粉末状組成物について、以下の方法によって、成分(A)の揮発抑制、及び粉末状組成物の退色抑制を評価した。これらの結果を表1に併せて示す。
・実施例1~3、5~14の粉末状組成物
成分(C)、成分(F)及びパラフィンオイルを山本電気社製のフードミキサー(MB-MM22G)に入れ30秒混合を行った。次いで、成分(A)と成分(B)との混合物を投入し、3分間混合した。成分(D)及び(E)については、反応を避けるため、各評価試験前に混合することで粉末状組成物を得た。
次の工程(I)及び(II)からなる方法にて粉末状組成物を調製した。
工程(I)
500gの成分(D)をジャケットに80℃の温水を流したヘンシェルミキサ(日本コークス工業社製、三井FMミキサ 型式:FM5RC/1)に入れ、1分間混合した。次いで、80℃に昇温したポリエチレングリコールを滴下して加えた。添加終了後、機内から排出し、アーステクニカ社製のハイスピードミキサ(型式:LFS-GS-2J)に入れ、品温が40℃になるまで混合・冷却し、ポリエチレングリコールで被覆した成分(D)を得た。
成分(C)、成分(F)及びパラフィンオイルを山本電気社製のMB-MM22Gに入れ30秒混合を行った。次いで、成分(A)と成分(B)との混合物を投入し、3分間混合した。工程(I)で得たポリエチレングリコールで被覆した成分(D)、及び成分(E)については、反応を避けるため、各評価試験前に混合することで粉末状組成物を得た。
成分(B)を配合しない以外は実施例1~3、5~14と同様の方法で粉末状組成物を得た。
成分(B)を配合しない以外は実施例4と同様の方法で粉末状組成物を得た。
・成分(A)の揮発抑制(アンモニアの発生抑制)
染毛剤組成物を日電理科硝子社製のバキュームバイアルSVF-100に入れ、50℃で1日間保存した。保存後の容器中に溜まったアンモニアを以下の手順で測定した。なお、検知管はガステック社製の3HMを用いた。本評価では直接的には保存後のアンモニアの濃度を確認しているが、参考実験の結果を考慮すると、保存による2-アミノ-2-メチル-1-プロパノールの揮発の程度を間接的に評価する方法ということができる。
1.気体捕集用のサンプリングバッグの端をハサミで切り落とす。
2.1で切り落とした箇所からサンプルの入った容器を入れる。
3.1の箇所をヒートシールで閉じる。
4.バッグのコックを真空ポンプと繋ぎ、バッグ内の空気を完全に抜く。
5.シリンジを用いて、所定量の空気を封入する。
6.バッグの外側から、容器の蓋を30秒間開け、再度閉じる。
7.バッグのコックと端を折った検知管を繋ぐ。
8.気体採取器のハンドルを引き、測定を行う。
調製直後の粉末状組成物、及び上記バキュームバイアルSVF-100に入れ50℃で1カ月間保存後の粉末状組成物について、それぞれコニカミノルタ社製の分光測色計CM-700dを用いて測色した。なお、測定には、別売付属品である粉体セルを使用した。また、保存前後における粉末状組成物の色の変化を下記式により求めた。ΔE*が小さいほど退色が起きておらず安定性が高いことを示す。
表3に示す組成からなる粉末状組成物(毛髪脱色用)を下記の方法により調製した。得られた粉末状組成物の保存による毛髪脱色力の変化について評価を行った。この結果を表3に併せて示す。
・実施例15の粉末状組成物
成分(E)を配合しない以外は実施例1~3、5~14と同様の方法で粉末状組成物を得た。
成分(E)を配合しない以外は実施例4と同様の方法で粉末状組成物を得た。
成分(E)を配合しない以外は比較例1~3と同様の方法で粉末状組成物を得た。
成分(E)を配合しない以外は比較例4と同様の方法で粉末状組成物を得た。
・毛髪脱色力
調製直後の粉末状組成物、及び前記バキュームバイアルSVF-100に入れ、50℃で1カ月間保存後の粉末状組成物について、毛髪脱色力を比較した。
粉末状組成物とGoldwell社製のTopchic Developer Lotion-6%(過酸化水素6質量%含有)とを質量比1:2で混合したペーストを中国人白髪1gの毛束に浴比(剤:毛髪)=1:1(質量比)で塗布し、30℃で30分放置した後、約40℃の水ですすぎ、市販のシャンプーで洗浄、水洗した。次いで、市販のヘアリンスを塗布した後、約40℃の水ですすぎ、タオルで拭き、ドライヤーで乾燥させた。
得られた染毛直後の毛束の色合いを、コニカミノルタ社製の分光測色計CM-700dを用いて測色し、染色前の色合いとの差を前記式により求めて脱色力ΔE*とした。保存後の粉末状組成物による脱色力ΔE* 保存後と保存前の粉末状組成物による脱色力ΔE* 保存前との差(ΔE* 保存後-ΔE* 保存前)が0に近いほど脱色力の低下が抑制されていることを示す。
Claims (16)
- 下記成分(A)、(B)、及び(C)を含む粉末状組成物。
成分(A):Fedors法によるSP値が10(cal/cm3)1/2以上16(cal/cm3)1/2以下であるアルカノールアミン、又は当該アルカノールアミンの塩
成分(B):Fedors法によるSP値が成分(A)のアルカノールアミンとしてのSP値の±6(cal/cm3)1/2以内である化合物(ただし、成分(A)に該当する化合物を除く)
成分(C):粉末状担体 - 成分(A)及び成分(B)の混合物が、成分(C)に担持されている請求項1に記載の粉末状組成物。
- 水の含有量が10質量%以下である請求項1又は2に記載の粉末状組成物。
- 更に、次の成分(D)を含有する請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。
成分(D):ハロゲン化アンモニウム - 成分(D)が、親水性高分子化合物で被覆されている請求項4に記載の粉末状組成物。
- 成分(B)が、脂肪族ジオール又は芳香族ジオールである請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。
- 過酸化水素を含有する組成物と混合して毛髪の脱色に用いられる請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。
- 更に、次の成分(E)を含有する請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。
成分(E):直接染料 - 過酸化水素を含有する組成物と混合して染毛に用いられる請求項8又は9に記載の粉末状組成物。
- 更に、次の成分(F)を含有する請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物。
成分(F):固体状アルカリ剤 - 成分(F)が、メタケイ酸ナトリウムである請求項11に記載の粉末状組成物。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物からなる第1の組成物と、過酸化水素を含有する第2の組成物から構成される、染毛用又は毛髪脱色用キット。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物と過酸化水素を含有する組成物との混合物の毛髪への使用。
- 成分(A)~(C)を混合し、成分(A)及び(B)を成分(C)に担持させた後に、成分(D)と混合する請求項4~12のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物の製造方法。
- 下記工程(a)~(c)を有する染毛又は毛髪脱色方法。
工程(a) 請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状組成物からなる第1の組成物と、過酸化水素を含有する第2の組成物を混合する工程
工程(b) 上記混合物を髪に塗布し、1~45分保持する工程
