上述所述上凸耳124与所述活动块122之间设有第一加强筋1242,所述下凸耳123与所述固定块120之间设有第二加强筋1232。第一加强筋1242和第二加强筋1232加强了上凸耳124和下凸耳123的坚固性。
上述所述外管12于所述环状凹槽13底部设有至少一个排水孔128,所述排水孔128外凸出有排水管129。排水孔128方便冷凝水的排出。
本实施例所述引风机结构简单,所述转换接口和密封圈安装方便。
实施例二:
如图4至图6所示,本实施例提供的引风机与实施例一所述引风机类似,不同之处在于:
上述所述固定块120左端凸出有下凸耳123,所述活动块122左端与所述下凸耳123对应地凸出有上凸耳124,所述固定块120的右端与所述活动块122的右端卡接或铰接,所述上凸耳124和所述下凸耳123通过所述紧固件锁紧。所述活动块122右端卡接或铰接在固定块120上,使活动块122的安装更简单。
上述所述紧固件包括螺丝51和螺母52,所述下凸耳123上设有第一安装孔1231,所述上凸耳124上设有第二安装孔1241,所述螺丝51安装在所述第一安装孔1231和第二安装孔1241内,所述下凸耳123和所述上凸耳124通过所述螺丝51与所述螺母52的配合锁紧。
所述固定块120的右端与所述活动块122的右端铰接,具体为所述固定块120的右端凸出有铰接座125,铰接座125上设有铰接孔1251,所述活动块122的右端与所述铰接孔1251对应地凸出有铰接柱1221,所述铰接柱1221套在所述铰接孔1251内。
上述所述上凸耳124于所述第二安装孔1241旁设有倒扣孔1243,所述下凸耳123于所述倒扣孔1243对应的凸出有卡扣126,所述卡扣126包括与所述下凸耳123连接的连接臂1261以及安装在连接臂1261上的钩头1262,所述连接 臂1261穿过所述倒扣孔1243,所述钩头1262扣在所述上凸耳124上。
所述倒扣孔1243的一个侧壁倾斜向外设置。
本实施例所述引风机组装方便。
实施例三:
如图7至图8所示,本实施例提供的引风机与实施例二所述引风机类似,不同之处在于:
上述所述固定块120的右端与所述活动块122的右端卡接,具体为所述固定块120的右端凸出有连接块127,连接块上设有卡槽1271,所述所述活动块122的右端与所述卡槽1271对应地凸出有扣块1222,所述卡块1222卡在所述卡槽1271内。
实施例四:
如图9至图11所示,本实施例提供的是一种燃气炉,包括引风机和转换接口2,所述转换接口2安装在所述引风机的出风管10上,其特征在于:所述引风机为实施例一或实施例二或实施例三所述的引风机,所述转换接口2嵌装在所述环状凹槽13内,所述转换接口2与所述外管12之间还设有密封圈3,所述密封圈3位于所述环形固定部14内,所述紧固件将固定块120与所述活动块122压在所述密封圈上。
本实施例所述燃气炉中,可先将转换接口2和密封圈3套入环形凹槽13内后再安装所述活动块122,转换接口2和密封圈3安装方便快捷,所述螺丝51和所述螺母52配合将所述环形固定部14压在所述密封圈3上,加强了外管12、密封圈3与转换接口2之间的密封效果。
上述所述转换接口2套入所述环状凹槽13后,所述转换接口2内壁与所述内管11之间形成排放腔131,排放腔131与所述出风通道111连通,所述排水孔128与所述排放腔131连通,引风机工作时,所述风轮4转动形成气流,所述气流从所述内腔19通过所述出风通道111流出至所述转换接口2,气流中的水汽逐渐冷却变成冷凝水,冷凝水从所述排放腔131流进所述排水孔128中, 并通过排水管129排出到引风机外。
以上实施例为本发明的较佳实施方式,但本发明的实施方式不限于此,其他任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种引风机,包括蜗壳(1)和安装在蜗壳(1)内腔(19)的风轮(4),所述风轮(4)与一电机的转轴连接并由所述转轴带动转动,所述蜗壳(1)的侧部设有出风管(10),所述出风管(10)包括内管(11)和外管(12),所述内管(11)与所述内腔(19)连通并形成引风机的出风通道(111),所述外管(12)包围所述内管(11),所述外管(12)与所述内管(11)之间形成环状凹槽(13),其特征在于:所述外管(12)外端设有缺口(121),所述外管(12)于所述缺口(121)外围形成固定块(120),所述缺口(121)上安装有活动块(122),所述活动块(122)与所述固定块(120)围成一环形固定部(14),所述固定块(120)与所述活动块(122)之间通过紧固件锁紧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种引风机,其特征在于:所述固定块(120)周向两端凸出有下凸耳(123),所述活动块(122)周向两端与所述下凸耳(123)对应地凸出有上凸耳(124),所述上凸耳(124)安装在所述下凸耳(123)上,两个所述下凸耳(123)上均设有第一安装孔(1231),两个所述上凸耳(124)上均设有第二安装孔(1241),所述紧固件包括螺丝(51)和螺母(52),所述螺丝(51)安装在所述第一安装孔(1231)和第二安装孔(1241)内,所述下凸耳(123)和所述上凸耳(124)通过所述螺丝(51)与所述螺母(52)的配合锁紧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种引风机,其特征在于:所述固定块(120)左端凸出有下凸耳(123),所述活动块(122)左端与所述下凸耳(123)对应地凸出有上凸耳(124),所述固定块(120)的右端与所述活动块(122)的右端卡接或铰接,所述上凸耳(124)和所述下凸耳(123)通过所述紧固件锁紧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种引风机,其特征在于:所述紧固件包括螺丝(51)和螺母(52),所述下凸耳(123)上设有第一安装孔(1231),所述上凸耳(124)上设有第二安装孔(1241),所述螺丝(51)安装在所述第一安装孔(1231)和第二安装孔(1241)内,所述下凸耳(123)和所述上凸耳(124) 通过所述螺丝(51)与所述螺母(52)的配合锁紧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种引风机,其特征在于:所述固定块(120)的右端与所述活动块(122)的右端铰接,具体为所述固定块(120)的右端凸出有铰接座(125),铰接座(125)上设有铰接孔(1251),所述活动块(122)的右端与所述铰接孔(1251)对应地凸出有铰接柱(1221),所述铰接柱(1221)套在所述铰接孔(1251)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种引风机,其特征在于:所述上凸耳(124)于所述第二安装孔(1241)旁设有倒扣孔(1243),所述下凸耳(123)于所述倒扣孔(1243)对应的凸出有卡扣(126),所述卡扣(126)包括与所述下凸耳(123)连接的连接臂(1261)以及安装在连接臂(1261)上的钩头(1262),所述连接臂(1261)穿过所述倒扣孔(1243),所述钩头(1262)扣在所述上凸耳(124)上。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种引风机,其特征在于:所述固定块(120)的右端与所述活动块(122)的右端卡接,具体为所述固定块(120)的右端凸出有连接块(127),连接块上设有卡槽(1271),所述所述活动块(122)的右端与所述卡槽(1271)对应地凸出有扣块(1222),所述卡块(1222)卡在所述卡槽(1271)内。
  8. 根据权利要求2至7中任意一项所述的一种引风机,其特征在于:所述上凸耳(124)与所述活动块(122)之间设有第一加强筋(1242),所述下凸耳(123)与所述固定块(120)之间设有第二加强筋(1232)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种引风机,其特征在于:所述外管(12)于所述环状凹槽(13)底部设有至少一个排水孔(128),所述排水孔(128)外凸出有排水管(129)。
  10. 一种燃气炉,包括引风机和转换接口(2),所述转换接口安装在所述引风机的出风管(10)上,其特征在于:所述引风机为权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的引风机,所述转换接口(2)嵌装在所述环状凹槽(13)内,所述转 换接口(2)与所述外管(12)之间还设有密封圈(3),所述密封圈(3)位于所述环形固定部(14)内,所述紧固件将固定块(120)与所述活动块(122)压在所述密封圈上。
