一种引风机蜗壳密封结构
技术领域: 本实用新型涉及一种引风机蜗壳密封结构。
背景技术:
传统的引风机结构, 包括电机、 蜗壳和风轮, 蜗壳顶部上设置通孔, 电机 的转轴穿过通孔并连接风轮, 在通孔位置处, 转轴与蜗壳之间存在缝隙, 灰尘 等异物容易沿缝隙进入蜗壳内部, 影响风轮正常工作。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种引风机蜗壳密封结构, 它结构筒单, 安装方 便, 密封效果好, 防止灰尘等异物进入蜗壳内部, 保证风轮正常工作。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下的技术方案予以实现的。
一种引风机蜗壳密封结构, 包括电机、蜗壳和风轮, 蜗壳上设有进风口和 出风口, 蜗壳内设置风轮, 蜗壳顶部上设置通孔, 电机的转轴穿过通孔并连接 风轮,在通孔的位置、蜗壳上安装有密封圏,所述的密封圏外侧设有环形 槽, 环形凹槽与蜗壳相嵌合, 密封圏中间开设中心孔,在中心孔壁面中间凸出一环 形边, 转轴穿在中心孔里面并与环形边紧靠在一起。
上述所述的通孔内壁面凸出环形凸台, 密封圏的凹槽嵌入环形凸台里。 上述所述的密封圏外侧凸出挂钩, 挂钩卡在蜗壳的顶部上筋条间。
上述所述的在通孔边缘、蜗壳顶部向外凸出围边, 围边的内侧壁面上凸出 环形凸块, 密封圏的凹槽嵌入环形凸块里。
上述所述的密封圏外侧凸出凸耳, 凸耳嵌入围边开设的缺口里。
上述所述的密封圏的制成材料是橡胶。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的有益效果是: 1 )本实用新型在通孔的位置、 蜗壳上安装有密封圏, 所述的密封圏外侧设有环形凹槽, 环形凹槽与蜗壳相嵌 合, 密封圏中间开设中心孔, 在中心孔壁面中间凸出一环形边, 转轴穿在中心 孔里面并与环形边紧靠在一起, 结构筒单, 安装方便, 密封效果好, 防止灰尘 等异物进入蜗壳内部, 保证风轮正常工作; 2 ) 密封圏外侧凸出挂钩, 挂钩卡 在蜗壳的顶部上筋条间, 结构设计合理, 紧凑; 3)密封圏的制成材料是橡胶, 成本低廉。

具体实施方式: 下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
实施例一, 如图 1、 图 2、 图 3和图 4所示, 本实用新型是一种引风机蜗 壳密封结构, 包括电机 1、 蜗壳 2和风轮 23, 蜗壳 2上设有进风口 21和出风 口 22, 蜗壳 2内设置风轮 23, 蜗壳 2顶部上设置通孔 24, 电机 1的转轴 11 穿过通孔 24并连接风轮 23, 在通孔 24的位置、 蜗壳 2上安装有密封圏 3, 所 述的密封圏 3外侧设有环形凹槽 31, 环形凹槽 31与蜗壳 2相嵌合, 密封圏 3 中间开设中心孔 32, 在中心孔 32壁面中间凸出一环形边 33, 转轴 11穿在中 心孔 32里面并与环形边 33紧靠在一起; 通孔 24内壁面凸出环形凸台 25a, 密封圏 3的凹槽 31嵌入环形凸台 25a里; 密封圏 3外侧凸出挂钩 34,挂钩 34 卡在蜗壳 2的顶部上筋条 27间; 密封圏 3的制成材料是橡胶。
实施例二, 如图 1、 图 5、 图 6、 图 7和图 8所示所示, 本实用新型是一 种引风机蜗壳密封结构, 包括电机 1、 蜗壳 2和风轮 23, 蜗壳 2上设有进风口 21和出风口 22, 蜗壳 2 内设置风轮 23, 蜗壳 2顶部上设置通孔 24, 电机 1 的转轴 11穿过通孔 24并连接风轮 23, 在通孔 24的位置、 蜗壳 2上安装有密 封圏 3, 所述的密封圏 3外侧设有环形凹槽 31, 环形凹槽 31与蜗壳 2相嵌合, 密封圏 3 中间开设中心孔 32, 在中心孔 32壁面中间凸出一环形边 33, 转轴 11穿在中心孔 32里面并与环形边 33紧靠在一起; 在通孔 24边缘、 蜗壳 2顶 部向外凸出围边 26, 围边 26的内侧壁面上凸出环形凸块 25b, 密封圏 3的凹 槽 31嵌入环形凸块 25b里; 密封圏 3外侧凸出凸耳 35, 凸耳 35嵌入围边 26 开设的缺口 260里; 密封圏 3的制成材料是橡胶。
