Description
本发明涉及车轮毂盖表面整理技术领域,特别涉及一种便于车轮毂盖表面图案快速粘贴装置。
车轮毂盖目的时为了帮助车轮延长使用寿命,减少轮毂的损耗,但是在车轮毂盖使用的时候为了外形更加美观就会选择将其车轮毂盖表面进行粘贴图案,便于人们使用过的时候更加绚丽,但是由于粘贴的时候多数工作全部由人工完成,这样就会大大降低的工作效率,严重时直接造成经济损失,所以要提高车轮毂盖表面粘贴图案的效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种便于车轮毂盖表面图案快速粘贴装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明所述的一种便于车轮毂盖表面图案快速粘贴装置,包括条形基座,所述条形基座上壁面焊接一对门型架,所述门型架横梁之间焊接横杆,所述横杆下壁面焊接第一电动滑轨,所述第一电动滑轨移动端下壁面焊接支撑座,所述支撑座下壁面焊接多个支撑架,所述支撑座下壁面且位于每个支撑架上方开有圆形凹槽,所述圆形凹槽内安装弹簧,所述弹簧下壁面焊接顶杆,所述条形基座上壁面且位于一对门型架下方安装位置相对应的一对n形架,所
述n形架侧壁面安装第二电动滑轨,所述第二电动滑轨移动端安装支撑板,一对所述支撑板侧壁面固定框架,所述框架上安装多个圆环,所述条形基座下壁面且位于一对n形架之间固定气缸安装座,所述气缸安装座上壁面安装气缸,所述气缸驱动端安装支撑杆,所述支撑杆能够通过圆环伸出。
进一步地,所述框架下壁面焊接一对垫板,所述垫板下壁面焊接移动轮,所述移动轮与条形基座相搭接。

如图1至3所示,本发明所述的一种便于车轮毂盖表面图案快速粘贴装置,包括条形基座1,所述条形基座1上壁面焊接一对门型架2,所述门型架2横梁之间焊接横杆3,所述横杆3下壁面焊接第一电动滑轨4,所述第一电动滑轨4移动端下壁面焊接支撑座5,所述支撑座5下壁面焊接多个支撑架6,所述支撑座5下壁面且位于每个支撑架6上方开有圆形凹槽,所述圆形凹槽内安装弹簧7,所述弹簧7下壁面焊接顶杆22,所述条形基座1上壁面且位于一对门型架2下方安装位置相对应的一对n形架8,所述n形架8侧壁面安装第二电动滑轨9,所述第二电动滑轨9移动端安装支撑板10,一对所述支撑板10侧壁面固定框架11,所述框架11上安装多个圆环12,所述条形基座1下壁面且位于一对n形架8之间固定气缸安装座13,所述气缸安装座13上壁面安装气缸14,所述气缸14驱动端安装支撑杆15,所述支撑杆15能够通过圆环12伸出;便于通过气缸14工作将放置圆环12上的图案向上顶起,与支撑架6上的车轮毂盖相粘贴,节省人工操作,同时通过第一电动滑轨4和第二电动滑轨9便于相互交错移动,便于工作正常进行。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述框架11下壁面焊接一对垫板16,所述垫板16下壁面焊接移动轮17,所述移动轮17与条形基座1相搭接;通过移动轮17起到支撑框架11作用,便于框架17移动的时候没有阻碍,同时得到
支撑。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述条形基座1下壁面四角处焊接立柱18;便于支撑本装置。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述条形基座1上壁面焊接梯形架19,所述梯形架19上壁面焊接多个短圆柱20,所述短圆柱20上套装防滑胶垫;通过梯形架19上的短圆柱20便于放置粘贴后的车轮毂盖。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述条形基座1侧壁面焊接位置相对应的一对把手21;便于本装置移动的时候有很好的施力点。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,多个所述圆环12的数量为3-6个,多个所述支撑架6的数量为3-6个;便于限定圆环12数量,便于限定支撑架6的数量。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,多个所述短圆柱20的数量为10-50个;便于限定短圆柱20的数量。
在使用本发明时,首先在本装置空闲处安装可编程系列PLC控制器和1台继电器,PLC控制器采用的型号优选的SIMATICS7-300,将该型号PLC控制器的输出端通过导线分别与第一电动滑轨4、第二电动滑轨9、气缸14的输入端连接,同时将1台继电器通过导线与气缸14自带的电磁阀连接。本领域人员通过PLC控制器编程后,完全可控制各个电器件的工作顺序,具体工作原理如下:通过在条形基座1上壁面安装的一对门型架2之间安装的横杆3起到支撑作用,用于支撑第一电动滑轨4,之后在支撑座5上安装的支撑架6便于车轮毂盖放置,之后通过弹簧7上安装的顶杆22,便于将放置在支撑架6上的车轮毂盖顶住防止晃动,之后n形架8侧壁面焊接第二电动滑轨9上安装支撑板10支撑框架11起到支撑作用,用于支撑圆环12,便于放置粘有胶
水的图案,通过第一电动滑轨4上的移动端移动,带动车轮毂盖向圆环12方向移动,之后第二电动滑轨9移动端移动,带动框架11上的圆环12与第一电动滑轨4方向相对移动,便于重叠,之后通过气缸14工作,让气缸14的驱动端上下伸缩带动支撑杆15升降,气缸14带动支撑杆15向上抬起时,通过圆环12伸出,便于将粘有胶水的图案顶起,之后车轮毂盖通过第一电动滑轨4带动下移动圆环12上方,这样就能将图案直接粘贴在车轮毂盖表面上,之后第二电动滑轨9和第一电动滑轨4继续工作,相对方向继续移动,气缸14反复工作,将圆环12上粘有胶水的图案依次顶起,依次粘贴到车轮毂盖表面上,框架11上的移动轮17与条形基座1相搭接,通过第二电动滑轨9带动框架11移动的时候,移动轮17也能滚动,不会阻碍框架11移动,同时也起到支撑作用,之后立柱18起到支撑本装置的作用,之后梯形架19上壁面安装的短圆柱20套装防滑胶垫,便于人们将粘贴图案之后的车轮毂盖放置,便于人们检查粘贴是否合格,把手21便于人们移动本装置的时候有很好的施力点。
