在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
以下,对本申请中的部分用语进行解释说明,以便于本领域技术人员理解。
仿形底座,是指与待打磨工件的外形相匹配,且用于固定待打磨工件的底座。
本发明实施例中的仿形底座和打磨治具适用于对打磨工件进行打磨,打磨工件例如可以包括手机、平板电脑等电子设备,而且打磨工件具有孔位,例如耳机孔、USB孔等。
图1为现有的仿形底座示意图。图2为现有的打磨工件使用场景示意图。如图1所示,打磨治具包括有与打磨工件形状相匹配的仿形底座1,打磨作业时,如图2所示,需将打磨工件2固定在仿形底座1上,然后对分型线进行打磨。
图2中打磨工件具有孔位,在打磨过程中,如果打磨治具的打磨头直接从孔位经过,则容易将孔位边缘打塌陷,使得良品率较低;如果直接跳过孔位位置不打磨,则孔位两边容易有分型线残留。
因此,本发明实施例基于上述问题,提出一种仿形底座,包括:与打磨工件相匹配的底座、至少一个塞头和伸缩组件;伸缩组件可以控制塞头伸缩,从而在对打磨工件进行打磨时塞头伸入孔位,对孔位起到支撑作用。
下面以具体地实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。下面这几个具体的实施例可以相互结合,对于相同或相似的概念或过程可能在某些实施例不再赘述。
图3为本发明提供的仿形底座一实施例的俯视结构图。如图3所示,本实施例的仿形底座可以包括:
与打磨工件相匹配的底座3、至少一个塞头4和伸缩组件5;
其中,所述伸缩组件5固定设置在所述底座3上,且与所述塞头4连接;所述伸缩组件5用于控制所述塞头4伸缩。
具体的,仿形底座,包括与打磨工件的形状相匹配的底座3,固定在底座3上的伸缩组件5,以及与伸缩组件5相连的至少一个塞头4。
其中,塞头的数量与打磨工件的孔位的数量相同,而且塞头在底座上的位置与孔位在打磨工件上所处的位置对应。图3中仅以两个塞头为例进行说明。
塞头用于在对打磨工件进行打磨时,伸入打磨工件的孔位中,对孔位起到支撑作用,防止打磨头对打磨工件进行打磨时将孔位边缘打塌陷,而且也能够将孔位边缘的分型线打磨干净。
在对打磨工件进行打磨之前,伸缩组件可以控制塞头收缩在底座上,从而可以将打磨工件固定在底座上;在对打磨工件进行打磨时,伸缩组件可以控制塞头伸入打磨 工件的孔位中。
示例性的,若对手机外壳的分型线进行打磨时,手机外壳具有耳机孔和USB孔,则相应的塞头可以设置两个,而且位置与耳机孔和USB孔在手机外壳的位置相对应,则在打磨前,通过伸缩组件控制两个塞头将塞头收缩在底座上,在打磨时,通过伸缩组件控制塞头伸入手机外壳的耳机孔和USB孔中,则在打磨过程中,不容易将耳机孔和USB孔的孔位边缘打塌陷,而且也能够将耳机孔和USB孔的孔位边缘的分型线打磨干净。
本实施例提供的仿形底座,包括:与打磨工件相匹配的底座、至少一个塞头和伸缩组件;其中,所述伸缩组件固定设置在所述底座上,且与所述塞头连接;所述伸缩组件用于控制所述塞头伸缩,对打磨工件进行打磨时,伸缩组件可以控制塞头伸入打磨工件的孔位中,对孔位起到支撑作用,因此不容易将打磨工件的孔位边缘打塌陷,而且也能够将打磨工件的孔位边缘的分型线打磨干净。
图4为本发明提供的仿形底座另一实施例的俯视结构图。在上述实施例的基础上,如图4所示,本实施例中,若所述塞头的数量为一个时,则所述伸缩组件包括:第一导轨51、中心轴52、转盘53、操作手柄54;
其中,所述中心轴52固定设置在所述底座3上;所述转盘53套设在所述中心轴52上;
所述操作手柄54固定在所述转盘53上;
所述转盘53包括贯通所述转盘的第一滑槽531,所述第一滑槽531呈弧形状;所第一滑槽531的一端与所述中心轴52之间的距离,大于,所述第一滑槽531的另一端与所述中心轴52之间的距离;
所述第一导轨51的一端上设有第一连接件511,所述第一连接件511穿设在所述第一滑槽531内;
所述第一导轨51的另一端与所述塞头41固定连接;
所述底座3上设有第一滑道;所述第一导轨51设置在所述第一滑道上。
具体的,本实施例中,若打磨工件只具有一个孔位,相应的,仿形底座也可以设置一个塞头,即塞头41,相应的,伸缩组件包括:第一导轨51、中心轴52、转盘53、操作手柄54;其中,所述中心轴52固定设置在所述底座3上,所述转盘53套设在所述中心轴52上,所述操作手柄54固定在所述转盘53上,操作手柄54可以控制转盘 54绕着中心轴52转动。
如图4所示,转盘53包括贯通转盘的第一滑槽531,第一滑槽531呈弧形状;第一滑槽531的一端与中心轴52之间的距离,大于,第一滑槽531的另一端与中心轴52之间的距离。第一导轨51的一端上设有第一连接件511,第一连接件511穿设在第一滑槽531内,第一导轨51的另一端与所述塞头41固定连接,第一导轨51铺设在底座3的第一滑道上,在转盘53转动的过程中第一滑槽531带动第一连接件511移动,从而带动第一导轨51和塞头41伸出于底座3或收缩在底座3上。
具体的,在转盘转动的过程中,由于第一滑槽的一端与所述中心轴之间的距离,大于,所述第一滑槽的另一端与所述中心轴之间的距离,因此第一滑槽能够带动第一连接件移动,从而带动第一导轨和塞头伸出于底座或收缩在底座上。
其中,在实际应用中,第一连接件可以为销钉。
图5为本发明提供的仿形底座一实施例的应用场景示意图。如图5所示,在对打磨工件2打磨时,将仿形底座固定在机台上,将打磨工件2放到仿形底座上,通过扳动控制操作手柄54,带动转盘转动,从而使得塞头伸入打磨工件2的孔位21中。
上述具体实施方式中,通过转盘的转动,带动第一导轨和塞头伸缩,从而能够在对打磨工件进行打磨时,可以控制塞头伸入打磨工件的孔位中,对孔位起到支撑作用,因此不容易将打磨工件的孔位边缘打塌陷,而且也能够将打磨工件的孔位边缘的分型线打磨干净。
图6为本发明提供的仿形底座另一实施例的俯视结构图。图7为本发明提供的仿形底座又一实施例的俯视结构图。在上述实施例的基础上,如图6、图7所示,本实施例中,若所述塞头的数量为两个时,则所述伸缩组件包括:第一导轨51、中心轴52、转盘53、操作手柄54;
其中,所述中心轴52固定设置在所述底座3上;所述转盘53套设在所述中心轴52上;
所述操作手柄54固定在所述转盘53上;
所述转盘53包括贯通所述转盘的第一滑槽531,所述第一滑槽531呈弧形状;所第一滑槽531的一端与所述中心轴52之间的距离,大于,所述第一滑槽531的另一端与所述中心轴52之间的距离;
所述第一导轨51的一端上设有第一连接件511,所述第一连接件511穿设在所述 第一滑槽531内;
所述第一导轨51的另一端与其中一个塞头41固定连接;
所述底座3上设有第一滑道;所述第一导轨51设置在所述第一滑道上。
伸缩组件还包括:第二导轨55;
其中,所述转盘53还包括贯通所述转盘53的第二滑槽532,所述第二滑槽532呈弧形状;第二滑槽532的一端与所述中心轴52之间的距离,大于,所述第二滑槽532的另一端与所述中心轴52之间的距离;
所述第二导轨55的一端上设有第二连接件551,所述第二连接件551穿设在所述第二滑槽532内;
所述第二导轨55的另一端与另一个塞头42固定连接;
所述底座3上还设有第二滑道;所述第二导轨55设置在所述第二滑道上。
具体的,本实施例中,若打磨工件具有二个孔位,相应的,仿形底座也可以设置二个塞头,即包括塞头41和塞头42,相应的,伸缩组件包括:第一导轨51、中心轴52、转盘53、操作手柄54和第二导轨55;其中,所述中心轴52固定设置在所述底座3上,所述转盘53套设在所述中心轴52上,所述操作手柄54固定在所述转盘53上,操作手柄54可以控制转盘53绕着中心轴52转动。
如图6、图7所示,转盘53包括贯通转盘的第一滑槽531和第二滑槽532,第一滑槽531和第二滑槽532呈弧形状;第一滑槽531的一端与中心轴52之间的距离,大于,第一滑槽531的另一端与中心轴52之间的距离;第二滑槽532的一端与中心轴52之间的距离,大于,第二滑槽532的另一端与中心轴52之间的距离。第一导轨51的一端上设有第一连接件511,第一连接件511穿设在第一滑槽531内,第一导轨51的另一端与其中一个塞头41固定连接,第一导轨51铺设在底座3的第一滑道上,在转盘53转动的过程中第一滑槽531带动第一连接件511移动,从而带动第一导轨51和塞头41伸出于底座或收缩在底座上(如图6、图7所示,第一连接件远离中心轴或者朝向中心轴移动)。第二导轨55的一端上设有第二连接件551,第二连接件551穿设在第二滑槽532内,第二导轨55的另一端与另一个塞头42固定连接,第二导轨55铺设在底座3的第二滑道上,在转盘53转动的过程中第二滑槽532带动第二连接件551移动,从而带动第二导轨55和塞头42伸出于底座或收缩在底座上(如图6、图7所示,第二连接件远离中心轴或者朝向中心轴移动)。
具体的,在转盘53转动的过程中,由于第一滑槽531的一端与所述中心轴52之 间的距离,大于,第一滑槽531的另一端与所述中心轴52之间的距离,因此第一滑槽531能够带动第一连接件511远离中心轴或者朝向中心轴移动,从而带动第一导轨51和其中一个塞头41伸出于底座或收缩在底座上。而且由于第二滑槽532的一端与所述中心轴52之间的距离,大于,所述第二滑槽532的另一端与中心轴52之间的距离,因此第二滑槽532能够带动第二连接件551远离中心轴或者朝向中心轴移动,从而带动第二导轨55和另一个塞头42伸出于底座或收缩在底座上。
其中,在实际应用中,第二连接件可以为销钉。
可选的,在实际应用中,若打磨工件的两个孔位相对设置在打磨工件的两侧,则相应的,所述第一导轨和所述第二导轨分别设置在所述转盘相对的两侧。
需要说明的是,在本发明的其他实施例中,伸缩组件还可以通过其他结构实现,例如转盘上设置与导轨连接的弹簧,转盘在转动过程中弹簧收缩,在停止转动后弹簧恢复原状,使得塞头伸入孔位中,本发明对此并不限定。
示例性的,若对手机外壳的分型线进行打磨时,手机外壳具有耳机孔和USB孔,则相应的塞头的数量为两个,而且位置与耳机孔和USB孔在手机外壳的位置相对应,例如手机孔和USB孔分别设置在手机外壳相对的两侧。
在打磨前,通过操作手柄控制转盘转动,从而控制两个塞头收缩在底座上,具体的,如图6所示,若此时两个塞头并未收缩在底座上,则将操作手柄朝下扳动,使得转盘向逆时针方向转动,则使得第一滑槽531也随着转盘向逆时针方向转动,由于第一滑槽531的第一端5311与中心轴的距离较近,则第一连接件511朝向中心轴向下移动,第一导轨51带动其中一个塞头41往底座内部收缩,收缩后的状态如图7所示。如图6所示,此时第二滑槽532与第一滑槽531相对设置,则转盘向逆时针方向转动时,使得第二连接件朝向中心轴向上移动,则第二导轨55带动另一个塞头42往底座内部收缩,收缩后的状态如图7所示。
在打磨时,通过操作手柄控制转盘转动,从而控制两个塞头分别伸入手机外壳的耳机孔和USB孔中,具体的,如图7所示,此时两个塞头收缩在底座上,则将操作手柄朝上扳动,使得转盘向顺时针方向转动,则使得第一滑槽531也随着转盘向顺时针方向转动,由于第一滑槽531的第二端5312与中心轴的距离较远,则第一连接件511远离中心轴向上移动,第一导轨51带动其中一个塞头41向耳机孔中伸入,伸出后的状态如图6所示。如图7所示,此时第二滑槽532与第一滑槽531相对设置,则转盘向顺时针方向转动时,使得第二连接件远离中心轴向下移动,则第二导轨55带动另一个塞头42向USB 孔中伸入,伸出后的状态如图6所示。
因此,在打磨过程中,不容易将耳机孔和USB孔的孔位边缘打塌陷,而且也能够将耳机孔和USB孔的孔位边缘的分型线打磨干净。
上述具体实施方式中,通过转盘的转动,带动第一导轨、第二导轨以及分别与之连接的塞头伸缩,从而能够在对打磨工件进行打磨时,可以控制塞头伸入打磨工件的孔位中,对孔位起到支撑作用,因此不容易将打磨工件的孔位边缘打塌陷,而且也能够将打磨工件的孔位边缘的分型线打磨干净。
图8为本发明实施例提供的仿形底座另一实施例的结构图。在上述实施例的基础上,如图8所示,本实施例的仿形底座,还包括:
塞头座6;其中,所述塞头座6沿所述塞头的延伸方向设有通孔,所述塞头设置在所述通孔中,所述塞头座固定在所述伸缩组件上。
具体的,由于打磨工件时会对塞头造成磨损,因此在设置塞头时将塞头的长度设置为大于孔深的长度,在磨损之后,可以将塞头从塞头座中拔出与磨损长度相应的长度。
塞头座固定在伸缩组件上,如固定在伸缩组件的导轨上。塞头座沿塞头的延伸方向设有通孔,塞头容纳在通孔中。
可选的,所述塞头座上设有与所述塞头垂直的限位螺钉,所述限位螺钉用于将塞头固定在所述通孔中。
具体的,为了使得塞头在使用过程中,可以根据实际情况设置伸出于塞头座的不同长度,因此在塞头座上固定有与塞头垂直的限位螺钉,用于将塞头固定在通孔中。
在另外一个实施例中,塞头座6沿所述塞头的延伸方向设有凹槽61,所述塞头设置在所述凹槽中,所述塞头座固定在所述伸缩组件的导轨上。
上述具体实施方式中,通过塞头座对塞头的固定,使得塞头在磨损之后,可以将塞头位于塞头座外部的部分伸长,从而不影响对孔位的支撑。
在上述实施例的基础上,如图8所示,本实施例的仿形底座,还包括:
底盖7;其中,所述底盖7与所述底座3相匹配,盖设在所述底座3上。
具体的,底盖7盖设在底座3上,与打磨工件的外形匹配,伸缩组件设置在底盖7和底座3的容纳空间中。
其中,在实际应用中,底盖上部可以设有通孔,通孔用于容纳塞头座和塞头。
可选的,所述塞头为金属材料制成的。
其中,在实际应用中,所述金属材料可以为钨钢。
具体的,为了防止塞头磨损,可以选用钨钢,钨钢的硬度较大,不容易磨损。
上述具体实施方式中,塞头的材料可以选用钨钢,由于钨钢的硬度较大,可以防止塞头磨损。
本发明实施例中还提供一种打磨治具,包括:如上述仿形底座任一项实施例所述的仿形底座。
可选的,本实施例的打磨治具还可以包括:打磨头等其他部件。
本实施例提供的打磨治具,其实现原理及技术效果与上述仿形底座任一项实施例所述的类似,此处不再赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种仿形底座,其特征在于,包括:
    与打磨工件相匹配的底座、至少一个塞头和伸缩组件;
    其中,所述伸缩组件固定设置在所述底座上,且与所述塞头连接;所述伸缩组件用于控制所述塞头伸缩。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的仿形底座,其特征在于,若所述塞头的数量为一个时,则所述伸缩组件包括:第一导轨、中心轴、转盘、操作手柄;
    其中,所述中心轴固定设置在所述底座上;所述转盘套设在所述中心轴上;
    所述操作手柄固定在所述转盘上;
    所述转盘包括贯通所述转盘的第一滑槽,所述第一滑槽呈弧形状,所述第一滑槽的一端与所述中心轴之间的距离,大于,所述第一滑槽的另一端与所述中心轴之间的距离;
    所述第一导轨的一端上设有第一连接件,所述第一连接件穿设在所述第一滑槽内;
    所述第一导轨的另一端与所述塞头固定连接;
    所述底座上设有第一滑道;所述第一导轨设置在所述第一滑道上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的仿形底座,其特征在于,若所述塞头的数量为两个时,则所述伸缩组件还包括:第二导轨;
    其中,所述转盘还包括贯通所述转盘的第二滑槽,所述第二滑槽呈弧形状,所述第二滑槽的一端与所述中心轴之间的距离,大于,所述第二滑槽的另一端与所述中心轴之间的距离;
    所述第二导轨的一端上设有第二连接件,所述第二连接件穿设在所述第二滑槽内;
    所述第二导轨的另一端与另一个所述塞头固定连接;
    所述底座上还设有第二滑道;所述第二导轨设置在所述第二滑道上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的仿形底座,其特征在于,
    所述第一导轨和所述第二导轨分别设置在所述转盘相对的两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的仿形底座,其特征在于,还包括:
    塞头座;其中,所述塞头座沿所述塞头的延伸方向设有通孔,所述塞头设置在所述通孔中,所述塞头座固定在所述伸缩组件上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的仿形底座,其特征在于,
    所述塞头座上设有与所述塞头垂直的限位螺钉,所述限位螺钉用于将所述塞头固 定在所述通孔中。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的仿形底座,其特征在于,还包括:
    底盖;其中,所述底盖与所述底座相匹配,盖设在所述底座上。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的仿形底座,其特征在于,
    所述塞头为金属材料制成的。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的仿形底座,其特征在于,
    所述金属材料为钨钢。
  10. 一种打磨治具,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求1-9任一项所述的仿形底座。
