Abstract

Le procédé d'après la présente invention a été développé pour la teinture de fils de chaîne. Il est utilisé lors du tissage de toiles en jean. En résumé, il suppose respectivement une première cuve d'application, des cuves de lavage intermédiaires, une seconde cuve d'application, un pulvérisateur à rotor, une unité d'aération, des cuves de lavage à contre-courant, des cuves d'encollage, des modules de séchage et un mécanisme d'enveloppement d'ensouples de tissage, tous ces éléments étant destinés à des chaînes faisant partie des ensouples placées dans des cantres d'ourdissage. Le procédé d'après la présente invention, qui a été développé récemment, permet la teinture à motifs sur une teinture unie préparatoire, la teinture secondaire sur une teinture unie préparatoire, la teinture à motifs sur un mouillage/mercerisage préparatoire et un traitement de teinture unie sur un mouillage/mercerisage. Au cours dudit procédé, qui a été développé en intégrant une encolleuse et un pulvérisateur à rotor, la teinture unie ou à effet des fils de chaîne est assurée par l'intermédiaire du pulvérisateur à rotor, des agents de coloration indigo se trouvant à la première place, après la mise en œuvre sur un fil de chaîne de traitements de mouillage, de mercerisage et de teinture préparatoire, ensemble ou séparément dans la machine d'encollage. Les chaînes teintées donnent un effet naturel au tissu après le tissage.
