一种改造型冷却机,包括第三代冷却机前段篦床(1)、中段高温辊式破碎机(2)、第四代冷却机后段篦床(3),两个篦床具备一定高差,中段高温辊式破碎机(2)位于第三代冷却机前段篦床(1)的尾部,同时还提供上述改造型冷却机的改造工艺。在满足了投资少,工期要求高等条件下,改造现有第三代冷却机,增加了中段高温辊式破碎机(2),提高了冷却机冷却效果,有效解决了出冷却机熟料温度高的问题。

Description

一种改造型冷却机及其改造工艺 技术领域
本发明涉及水泥行业用冷却机,特别是一种改造型冷却机及其改造工艺。
背景技术
水泥行业一些老旧的生产线中的第三代冷却机通常采用尾部锤破设计,在长期运行过程中由于各种原因会出现冷却效果不好,出熟料温度高的问题,业主往往希望通过改造增加中段高温辊式破碎机来解决出熟料温度高的问题。但由于受到投资预算、改造工期及现场原有安装条件的影响,仅仅想在原有第三代冷却机基础上增加一台中段高温辊式破碎机会受空间条件制约无法布置,而更换全新的第四代带中段高温辊破的冷却机会一次性投资较大,改造工期也比较长,因此需要一种投资少、效果好、改造工期短的施工方案来解决原有第三代冷却机出熟料温度高的问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种改造型冷却机及其改造工艺,解决了业主想增加中段高温辊式破碎机来解决原有第三代冷却机出熟料温度高的问题,同时满足了投资少、效果好、改造工期短的条件。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明首先提供一种改造型冷却机,包括第三代冷却机前段篦床,还包括中段高温辊式破碎机及第四代冷却机后段篦床;所述中段 高温辊式破碎机设置在所述第三代冷却机前段篦床的右侧尾部;所述第四代冷却机后段篦床处于第三代冷却机前段篦床的右下方,两者间存在高度差。
优选的,所述中段高温辊式破碎机设置在连接框架上,所述连接框架与第三代冷却机前段篦床的右侧尾部相连。
优选的,所述第三代冷却机前段篦床为第一段篦床,或者为第一段篦床加部分或全部第二段篦床。
优选的,所述第四代冷却机后段篦床为列进式、推动棒式或其他任何具备模块化安装条件的无积灰斗冷却机篦床。
本发明还提供一种上述改造型冷却机的改造工艺,包括如下步骤:
保留原第三代冷却机的前段部分篦床,将原第三代冷却机的后段篦床改成第四代冷却机的后段篦床;
根据原有土建标高开挖部分后段篦床基础,用于布置所述中段高温辊式破碎机的基础平台。
原地坑拉链机位置不动,对拉链机后端不需要的回灰管进行封堵。
本发明的积极效果:本发明所采用的改造方案改造范围小,因此投资相比于整体更换第四代带中段辊破的冷却机更省。局部改造的冷却机可以同步采用模块化安装方式,因此施工工期更短。改造后的冷却机由于前段部分保留了部分第三代冷却机篦床,可以通过灰斗收集大部分细粉料,因此对飞砂料适应性好,克服了单纯改造第四代中段辊破冷却机对飞砂物料适应性差的问题,该发明所采用的方案适应性强,可以广泛在水泥各类生产线改造中进行推广使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明。
参照图1及图2,本发明优选实施例提供一种改造型冷却机,包括第三代冷却机前段篦床1,还包括中段高温辊式破碎机2及第四代冷却机后段篦床3;所述中段高温辊式破碎机2设置在所述第三代冷却机前段篦床1的右侧尾部;所述第四代冷却机后段篦床3处于第三代冷却机前段篦床1的右下方,两者间存在高度差。
所述中段高温辊式破碎机2设置在连接框架上,所述连接框架与第三代冷却机前段篦床1的右侧尾部相连。
所述第三代冷却机前段篦床1为第一段篦床,或者为第一段篦床加部分或全部第二段篦床。
所述第四代冷却机后段篦床3为列进式、推动棒式或其他任何具备模块化安装条件的无积灰斗冷却机篦床。
本优选实施例还提供一种上述改造型冷却机的改造工艺,包括如下步骤:
保留原第三代冷却机的前段部分篦床,将原第三代冷却机的后段篦床改成第四代冷却机的后段篦床;
根据原有土建标高开挖部分后段篦床基础,用于布置所述中段高温辊式破碎机的基础平台;
原地坑拉链机位置不动,对拉链机后端不需要的回灰管进行封堵。
由于第四代冷却机后段篦床没有底部回灰斗,因此利用现有的土建进行局部改造,可以在尽可能的少改动设备及基础的前提下,布置中段高温辊式破碎机。
本实施例在满足了投资少,工期要求高等条件下,改造现有第三代冷却机,增加了中段高温辊式破碎机,提高了冷却机冷却效果,有效解决了出冷却机熟料温度高的问题。

  1. 一种改造型冷却机,包括第三代冷却机前段篦床,其特征在于:还包括中段高温辊式破碎机及第四代冷却机后段篦床;所述中段高温辊式破碎机设置在所述第三代冷却机前段篦床的右侧尾部;所述第四代冷却机后段篦床处于第三代冷却机前段篦床的右下方,两者间存在高度差。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改造型冷却机,其特征在于:所述中段高温辊式破碎机设置在连接框架上,所述连接框架与第三代冷却机前段篦床的右侧尾部相连。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种改造型冷却机,其特征在于:所述第三代冷却机前段篦床为第一段篦床,或者为第一段篦床加部分或全部第二段篦床。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种改造型冷却机,其特征在于:所述第四代冷却机后段篦床为列进式、推动棒式或其他任何具备模块化安装条件的无积灰斗冷却机篦床。
  5. 一种权利要求1所述改造型冷却机的改造工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    保留原第三代冷却机的前段部分篦床,将原第三代冷却机的后段篦床改成第四代冷却机的后段篦床;
    根据原有土建标高开挖部分后段篦床基础,用于布置所述中段高温辊式破碎机的基础平台;
    原地坑拉链机位置不动,对拉链机后端不需要的回灰管进行封堵。
