- 一种改造型冷却机,包括第三代冷却机前段篦床,其特征在于:还包括中段高温辊式破碎机及第四代冷却机后段篦床;所述中段高温辊式破碎机设置在所述第三代冷却机前段篦床的右侧尾部;所述第四代冷却机后段篦床处于第三代冷却机前段篦床的右下方,两者间存在高度差。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种改造型冷却机,其特征在于:所述中段高温辊式破碎机设置在连接框架上,所述连接框架与第三代冷却机前段篦床的右侧尾部相连。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种改造型冷却机,其特征在于:所述第三代冷却机前段篦床为第一段篦床,或者为第一段篦床加部分或全部第二段篦床。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种改造型冷却机,其特征在于:所述第四代冷却机后段篦床为列进式、推动棒式或其他任何具备模块化安装条件的无积灰斗冷却机篦床。
- 一种权利要求1所述改造型冷却机的改造工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:保留原第三代冷却机的前段部分篦床,将原第三代冷却机的后段篦床改成第四代冷却机的后段篦床;根据原有土建标高开挖部分后段篦床基础,用于布置所述中段高温辊式破碎机的基础平台;原地坑拉链机位置不动,对拉链机后端不需要的回灰管进行封堵。
