请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种防止脱模收缩的注塑模具,包括上模板1、下模板9和定位圈30,上模板1的上表面中间位置处设置有挤压板4,挤压板4的上方设置有横凹槽2,挤压板4的右侧上方设置有上模板连接杆3,挤压板4的左侧设置有斜凹槽8,挤压板4的右侧下方设置有上模板销栓孔5,上模板1的前表面设置有挡块6,上模板1的左侧外表面设置有凸槽7,下模板9的上表面中间位置处设置有凹面板15,凹面板15的左侧上方设置有下模板连接杆10,凹面板15的上方设置有横凸块11,凹面板15的右侧上方设置有下模板销栓孔12,凹面板15的右侧设置有斜凸块13,凹面板15的左侧外表面设置有凹槽14,定位圈30安装在上模板1的背面中间位置处,定位圈30的下方设置有料口29,料口29的右侧上方设置有辅助注料孔31,辅助注料孔31的右侧下方设置有杯头螺钉16,杯头螺钉16的左侧下方靠近辅助注料孔31的右侧下方设置有撑头17,撑头17的左侧下方设置 有回针18,回针18底端的两侧设置有回针弹弓19,回针弹弓19的左侧下方设置有限位钉20,限位钉20的左侧设置有顶棍孔21,顶棍孔21的左侧上方设置有底针板23,底针板23的上方设置有面针板25,面针板25的内部设置有顶针22,面针板25的左侧设置有垫块24,料口29的左侧下方设置有行位板28,行位板28的左侧设置有撑杆27,撑杆27的左侧下方设置有拉杆26。
本实施例中,优选的,上模板连接杆3和上模板销栓孔5均设置有四个,下模板连接杆10和下模板销栓孔12均设置有四个,上模板1和下模板9的四个拐角处通过四个上模板连接杆3和四个下模板销栓孔12与四个下模板连接杆10和四个上模板销栓孔5固定连接,在工作中,为了把上模板1和下模板9拼装在一起,在上模板1上设置有四个上模板连接杆3和四个上模板销栓孔5,在下模板9上设置有四个下模板连接杆10和四个下模板销栓孔12,四个下模板连接杆10对应四个上模板销栓孔5,四个上模板连接杆3对应四个下模板销栓孔12,使得上模板1和下模板9四个拐角处固定的更加稳定。
本实施例中,优选的,斜凹槽8和横凹槽2均设置有两个,横凸块11和斜凸块13均设置有两个,上模板1和下模板9的外表面通过两个斜凹槽8和两个斜凸块13与两个横凹槽2和两个横凸块11固定连接,在上模板1的外表面上设置有两个斜凹槽8和横凹槽2,在下模板9的外表面上设置有两个斜凹槽8和两个斜凸块13,使得上模板1和下模板9的外表面固定的更加稳定。
本实施例中,优选的,凸槽7和凹槽14均设置有两个,上模板1和下模板9的两侧表面通过两个凸槽7和两个凹槽14滑动连接,每个模具都是配套使用,为了防止因工作人员疏忽,造成模板丢失,在上模板1的两侧表面设置有两个凸槽7,在下模板9的两侧表面设置有两个凹槽14,完成工作后,通过两个凸槽7和两个凹槽14把上模板1和下模板9连接在一起,避免因工作人员疏忽,造成模板丢失。
本实施例中,优选的,撑杆27和行位板28均设置有两个,撑杆27和行 位板28之间固定连接,在注塑时,为了让下模板9外表面的凹面板15均匀注塑,在上模板1的内部设置有两个撑杆27和行位板28,在工作时,两个撑杆27和行位板28相互配合,在凹面板15上均匀注塑。
本实施例中,优选的,回针弹弓19均设置有两个,两个回针弹弓19均分布在回针18底端的两侧,在工作进行时,为了防止模具脱模收缩,在下模板9的内部设置有回针18,回针18在工作时配合两个回针弹弓19,把模具上的塑料弹出,改善现有的注塑模具脱模收缩的问题。
本发明中的辅助注料孔31在工作时,防止模具注塑量少,辅助注料孔31进一步给模具注料,弥补料口29注塑量少,造成模具脱模收缩。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明安装好过后,把上模板1和下模板9放置到工作地点,首先把上模板1和下模板9拼装在一起,在上模板1上设置有四个上模板连接杆3和四个上模板销栓孔5,在下模板9上设置有四个下模板连接杆10和四个下模板销栓孔12,四个下模板连接杆10对应四个上模板销栓孔5,四个上模板连接杆3对应四个下模板销栓孔12,使得上模板1和下模板9四个拐角处固定的更加稳定,在上模板1的外表面上设置有两个斜凹槽8和横凹槽2,在下模板9的外表面上设置有两个斜凹槽8和两个斜凸块13,使得上模板1和下模板9的外表面固定的更加稳定,在工作进行时,定位圈30对准外部注入塑料,塑料从料口29放入,随后在辅助注料孔31上加注入塑料,在上模板1的内部设置有两个撑杆27和行位板28,在工作时,两个撑杆27和行位板28相互配合,在凹面板15上均匀注塑,随后下模板9内部的回针18,回针18在工作时配合两个回针弹弓19,把模具上的塑料弹出,完成工作后,把上模板1和下模板9擦拭干净,因每个模具都是配套使用,为了防止因工作人员疏忽,造成模板丢失,在上模板1的两侧表面设置有两个凸槽7,在下模板9的两侧表面设置有两个凹槽14,完成工作后,通过两个凸槽7和两个凹槽14把上模板1和下模板9连接在一起,避免 因工作人员疏忽,造成模板丢失,以便下次使用。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

  1. 一种防止脱模收缩的注塑模具,包括上模板(1)、下模板(9)和定位圈(30),其特征在于:所述上模板(1)的上表面中间位置处设置有挤压板(4),所述挤压板(4)的上方设置有横凹槽(2),所述挤压板(4)的右侧上方设置有上模板连接杆(3),所述挤压板(4)的左侧设置有斜凹槽(8),所述挤压板(4)的右侧下方设置有上模板销栓孔(5),所述上模板(1)的前表面设置有挡块(6),所述上模板(1)的左侧外表面设置有凸槽(7),所述下模板(9)的上表面中间位置处设置有凹面板(15),所述凹面板(15)的左侧上方设置有下模板连接杆(10),所述凹面板(15)的上方设置有横凸块(11),所述凹面板(15)的右侧上方设置有下模板销栓孔(12),所述凹面板(15)的右侧设置有斜凸块(13),所述凹面板(15)的左侧外表面设置有凹槽(14),所述定位圈(30)安装在上模板(1)的背面中间位置处,所述定位圈(30)的下方设置有料口(29),所述料口(29)的右侧上方设置有辅助注料孔(31),所述辅助注料孔(31)的右侧下方设置有杯头螺钉(16),所述杯头螺钉(16)的左侧下方靠近辅助注料孔(31)的右侧下方设置有撑头(17),所述撑头(17)的左侧下方设置有回针(18),所述回针(18)底端的两侧设置有回针弹弓(19),所述回针弹弓(19)的左侧下方设置有限位钉(20),所述限位钉(20)的左侧设置有顶棍孔(21),所述顶棍孔(21)的左侧上方设置有底针板(23),所述底针板(23)的上方设置有面针板(25),所述面针板(25)的内部设置有顶针(22),所述面针板(25)的左侧设置有垫块(24),所述料口(29)的左侧下方设置有行位板(28),所述行位板(28)的左侧设置有撑杆(27),所述撑杆(27)的左侧下方设置有拉杆(26)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防止脱模收缩的注塑模具,其特征在于:所述上模板连接杆(3)和上模板销栓孔(5)均设置有四个,所述下模板连接杆(10)和下模板销栓孔(12)均设置有四个,所述上模板(1)和下模板(9)的四个拐角处通过四个上模板连接杆(3)和四个下模板销栓孔(12) 与四个下模板连接杆(10)和四个上模板销栓孔(5)固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防止脱模收缩的注塑模具,其特征在于:所述斜凹槽(8)和横凹槽(2)均设置有两个,所述横凸块(11)和斜凸块(13)均设置有两个,所述上模板(1)和下模板(9)的外表面通过两个斜凹槽(8)和两个斜凸块(13)与两个横凹槽(2)和两个横凸块(11)固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防止脱模收缩的注塑模具,其特征在于:所述凸槽(7)和凹槽(14)均设置有两个,所述上模板(1)和下模板(9)的两侧表面通过两个凸槽(7)和两个凹槽(14)滑动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防止脱模收缩的注塑模具,其特征在于:所述撑杆(27)和行位板(28)均设置有两个,所述撑杆(27)和行位板(28)之间固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防止脱模收缩的注塑模具,其特征在于:所述回针弹弓(19)均设置有两个,所述两个回针弹弓(19)均分布在回针(18)底端的两侧。
