结合图1至图12所示,根据本发明的实施例,提供了一种侧板安装结构。
具体地,如图1所示,该侧板安装结构包括侧板本体10和锁止部20。锁止部20与侧板本体10相连接,锁止部20具有连接在安装基础上的锁止位置,以及锁止部20具有可从安装基础上分离的解锁位置。
在本实施例中,在侧板本体上设置锁止部,通过锁止部将侧板本体锁止在安装基础上,这样设置使得需要对侧板安装结构进行拆卸时,通过拉动锁止部即可实现对侧板本体的拆卸工作,即采用本申请的技术方案,能够有效地降低了侧板安装结构拆卸难的问题,提高了该侧板安装结构的实用性。其中,该安装基础可以是空调器室内机的基座,采用该技术方案能够方便对室内机的内部零件的检测维修工作。
其中,该侧板本体10可以固定地设置在安装基础上,当将侧板本体10固定地设置在安装基础上时,侧板本体会向一定方向膨胀凸出时,可以通过设置在侧板本体10上的锁止部20将其沿凸出的相反方向拉回并卡接在安装基础上,有效地避免了侧板本体10在安装设置的过程发生变形的情况。
具体地,如图2所示,侧板本体10上开设有通孔11,部分的锁止部20与通孔11的孔壁相连接,另一部分的锁止部20可沿第一方向拉伸至解锁位置(如图1所示,F为拉动方向),或者,另一部分的锁止部20可从解锁位置沿与第一方向相反的第二方向复位至锁止位置。这样设置能够使得该锁止部通过自身的形变来实现锁止位置或解锁位置之间的切换,提高了该锁止部的实用性和可靠性。
其中,锁止部20包括连接板21和锁止横梁22。连接板21的第一端与通孔11的孔壁相连接,连接板21的第二端朝向通孔11的孔心处延伸。锁止横梁22与连接板21的第二端相连接,锁止横梁22可沿第一方向移动至解锁位置,或者锁止横梁22可沿第二方向复位至锁止位置。这样设置能够增加锁止部的形变量,有效地增加了锁止部的柔性,延长了锁止部的使用寿命。当锁止横梁22位于锁止位置时,锁止横梁22的下表面与安装基础相卡接。这样设置能够进一步地提高锁止部的稳定性和可靠性。
为了进一步地提高锁止部的稳定性和可靠性,可以将锁止横梁22的长度方向沿侧板本体10的宽度方向延伸,其中,侧板本体10的宽度方向与基座本体31的宽度方向一致。同时,在锁止横梁22的下表面设置有卡接凸起221。其中,卡接凸起221为多个,多个卡接凸起221沿锁止横梁22的长度方向间隔地设置。
如图3至图5所示,锁止部20包括拉手23。拉手23与锁止横梁22相连接,拉手23位于锁止横梁22的沿通孔11的孔心方向远离连接板21的一侧,拉手23的外表面与通孔11的孔壁之间具有距离地设置。这样设置能够有效地使得当作用于拉手时,拉手带动锁止横梁22和连接板21发生形变,从而导致拉手在通孔内发生位移,由于拉手23与通孔的孔壁之间具有足够的距离,即此时拉手23与通孔的孔壁之间的距离形成拉手的让位空间,从而增加了整个锁止部的拉伸量即形变量,有效提高了该锁止部在锁止位置和解锁位置之间切换的可靠性。同时使得在对侧板安装结构进行拆卸时,通过拉动拉手,在拉手的带动下,锁止横梁22和连接板21发生形变即可使得该锁止部能够在锁止位置和解锁位置之间来回切换。
如图3所示,拉手23呈弧形结构,拉手23的第一端与锁止横梁22的第一端相连接,拉手23的第二端与锁止横梁22的第二端相连接,拉手23与锁止横梁22之间围设成握持空间。这样设置能够方便作业人员的手握住拉手,方便对侧板安装结构施力。同时,为了提高拉手的柔性,在拉手23的外表面设置有凹槽231。
为了进一步地提高锁止部的形变量和使用时的可靠性,将连接板21设置为多个,多个连接板21沿通孔11的周向方向间隔地设置。为了增加连接板21与侧板本体10的连接强度,可以在连接板21与侧板本体10之间设置加强筋。
上述实施例中的侧板安装结构还可以用于空调器设备技术领域,即根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种室内机。该室内机包括侧板安装结构,侧板安装结构为上述实施例中的侧板安装结构。该侧板安装结构包括侧板本体10和锁止部20。锁止部20与侧板本体10相连接,锁止部20具有连接在安装基础上的锁止位置,以及锁止部20具有可从安装基础上分离的解锁位置。
在本实施例中,在侧板本体上设置锁止部,通过锁止部将侧板本体锁止在安装基础上,这样设置使得需要对侧板安装结构进行拆卸时,通过拉动锁止部即可实现对侧板本体的拆卸工作,即采用本申请的技术方案,能够有效地降低了侧板安装结构拆卸难的问题,提高了该侧板安装结构的实用性。其中,该安装基础可以是空调器室内机的基座,采用该技术方案能够方便对室内机的内部零件的检测维修工作。
具体地,在本申请中所指的安装基础可以包括基座30。如图6至图12所示,侧板本体10安装于基座30上,基座30上设置有与锁止部20相配合的卡接部。在本实施例中,可以将侧板本体10设置成可拆卸地设置方式,这样方便对室内机的元器件进行维修和清洗作业。
进一步地,基座30包括基座本体31和支撑板32。支撑板32与基座本体31相连接,卡接部设置于支撑板32上,侧板本体10设置于支撑板32上并位于支撑板32的外侧。
如图11所示,支撑板32的外表面上设置有安装平台321,卡接部包括卡接筋条311。卡接筋条311凸出地设置于安装平台321上,卡接筋条311的沿竖直方向的靠近支撑板32一侧的表面与支撑板32的外表面具有距离地设置,其中,设置在基座本体上的支撑板32有两个,两个支撑板32分别设置在基座本体的两端上且相对地设置,两个支撑板之间形成安装限位空间,可以将两个支撑板的相对的表面定义为内表面,而位于限位空间的外侧的支撑板的表面可以定义为外表面。当锁止部20位于锁止位置时,锁止部20与卡接筋条311的内表面相卡接,当锁止部20位于解锁位置时,锁止部20与卡接筋条311的内表面相脱离。具体地,在本实施中,锁止部20的设置在锁止横梁22上卡接凸起221卡接在卡接筋条311的内表面和支撑板32的外表面之间。这样设置能够有效地提高了锁止部和卡接部的适用性和可靠性。
为了提高基座的安装强度以及卡接筋条311的卡接强度,基座30还设置了加强筋33。加强筋33设置于卡接筋条311与支撑板32的外表面之间,加强筋33的第一端与卡接筋条311相连接,加强筋33的第二端与支撑板32相连接。
如图3和图11所示,基座30和侧板本体10中的一个上设置有连接凸起40,基座30和侧板本体10中的另一个上设置有与连接凸起40相配合的连接卡槽50。这样设置能够进一步地提高侧板安装结构安装在基座上的稳定性和可靠性。
优选地,连接卡槽50设置于基座30上,连接卡槽50为多个,多个连接卡槽50沿基座30的外周面间隔地设置。连接凸起40也为多个,多个连接凸起40沿侧板本体10的底部的内周面间隔地设置。多个连接凸起40与连接卡槽50一一对应地设置,这样设置能够提高侧板安装结构安装在基座上的稳定性和可靠性。
如图11和图12所示,为了方便将拆卸下来的侧板安装结构一次性顺畅地安装在基座上,可以在基座30和侧板本体10中的一个上设置有导向凸缘60,基座30和侧板本体10中的另一个上设置有与导向凸缘60相配合的导向槽70。
优选地,导向凸缘60设置于基座30的外周面上,导向槽70设置于侧板本体10的底部的内周面上。
具体地,采用本申请的技术方案解决了拆卸侧板拆卸难的问题。即采用本申请的技术方案,使得侧板在拆卸时变得简单易操作。在本申请中设置的锁止部相当于在对侧板安装结构拆卸时的扣手位,在侧板安装结构上设计有扣手位结构,扣手位结构与基板进行配合,使得拆卸侧板时变得简单易操作。即采用本申请的技术方案,能够有效地降低了侧板安装结构拆 卸难的问题,提高了该侧板安装结构的实用性。其中,该安装基础可以是空调器室内机的基座,采用该技术方案能够方便对室内机的内部零件的检测维修工作。
模块化空调器的设计是行业中发展的一个热点,为了适应模块化空调器的设计,空调器的结构进行设计优化。侧板可作为单独的零件进行设计,这就为侧板的外观多样化提供了便利的条件优势。侧板设计为可拆卸,极大方便了空调器内部结构的检测维修工作。
现有技术中的侧板安装结构的设计存在如下缺陷:当把紧固螺钉拆卸后,侧板零件上没有设计扣手位结构即在拆卸侧板时,售后人员的手无法有力的抓住侧板,这种设计使得侧板拆卸极其不方便。
针对上述存在的结构存在的缺陷问题,在本申请中,可看到在基座上设计有螺钉柱结构,在基座的两侧设计有连接卡槽结构。在基座其中的一侧上设计有导向凸缘,在基座的端侧上还设计有两个连接卡槽结构。侧板的配合结构见图4所示,从图4中可以看到,在侧板零件上设计有螺钉孔结构,与基座上的螺钉柱配合。如图3所示,在侧板安装结构的内周面的下方的两侧设计有连接凸起结构,与基座上的连接卡槽配合。为了与基座上的导向凸缘配合,在侧板上设计有导向槽结构。其中,设置在侧板安装结构的内周面的连接凸起的结构可以完全相同,也可以不同。设置连接凸起和连接卡槽,能够防止侧板与基座的下边缘出现较大的缝隙,影响整机外观。
为了作业人员能够比较有力的扣住侧板安装结构,以使得侧板能够方便的从基座上拆卸下来,在侧板上特意设计有扣手位的结构。从图3可看到在侧板的中间部位设计有拉手结构锁止部,在锁止部上设计有多个卡接凸起,相应的在基座上设计有卡接筋条,卡接凸起卡住基座上的卡接筋条,使得侧板能够预固定在基座上。同时,锁止部包括连接板,通过连接板使得锁止部与侧板本体连接,正因设计具有弹性的连接板结构,使得锁止部整体比较容易向外拉动发生变形。
当对侧板进行拆卸时,首先需要把固定侧板的两个螺钉拆卸下来,此时手动拉动把手并朝向斜上方向外侧运动,锁止部的连接板也会受到向上和向外的拉力,连接板就会发生变形,然后靠着连接板的变形拉动锁止横梁上的卡接凸起向上和向外运动,直到锁止部的卡接凸起与基座上的卡接筋条发生脱离,这样便可完成侧板的拆卸工作。侧板拆卸后便可方便空调器内部零件的维修检测。
在侧板的外侧设计有装饰板,装饰板可作为外观件,根据客户需要可更改二次加工工艺来更换外观颜色,达到美观的效果。侧板与装饰板的配合结构是通过可拆卸卡扣配合的。在侧板上设计有限位筋结构以及插板结构,在侧板上设计有限位孔结构及插孔结构。限位筋与限位孔配合,起到了限位作用。插板与插孔配合,起到了预固定侧板的作用。同时,在侧板与装饰板的顶部设计有卡扣紧固结构,在侧板与装饰板顶部设计有多个卡扣,这些卡扣可靠的把装饰板固定在侧板上,同时可快速的从侧板上把装饰板拆卸下来。在侧板外侧装设有侧板安装结构,达到外观美观的效果。
除上述以外,还需要说明的是在本说明书中所谈到的“一个实施例”、“另一个实施例”、“实施例”等,指的是结合该实施例描述的具体特征、结构或者特点包括在本申请概括性描述的至少一个实施例中。在说明书中多个地方出现同种表述不是一定指的是同一个实施例。进一步来说,结合任一实施例描述一个具体特征、结构或者特点时,所要主张的是结合其他实施例来实现这种特征、结构或者特点也落在本发明的范围内。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种侧板安装结构,其特征在于,包括:
    侧板本体(10);
    锁止部(20),所述锁止部(20)与所述侧板本体(10)相连接,所述锁止部(20)具有连接在安装基础上的锁止位置,以及所述锁止部(20)具有可从所述安装基础上分离的解锁位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的侧板安装结构,其特征在于,所述侧板本体(10)上开设有通孔(11),部分的所述锁止部(20)与所述通孔(11)的孔壁相连接,另一部分的所述锁止部(20)可沿第一方向拉伸至所述解锁位置,或者,另一部分的所述锁止部(20)可从所述解锁位置沿与所述第一方向相反的第二方向复位至所述锁止位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的侧板安装结构,其特征在于,所述锁止部(20)包括:
    连接板(21),所述连接板(21)的第一端与所述通孔(11)的孔壁相连接,所述连接板(21)的第二端朝向所述通孔(11)的孔心处延伸;
    锁止横梁(22),所述锁止横梁(22)与所述连接板(21)的第二端相连接,所述锁止横梁(22)可沿所述第一方向移动至所述解锁位置,或者所述锁止横梁(22)可沿所述第二方向复位至所述锁止位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的侧板安装结构,其特征在于,当所述锁止横梁(22)位于所述锁止位置时,所述锁止横梁(22)的下表面与所述安装基础相卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的侧板安装结构,其特征在于,所述锁止横梁(22)的长度方向沿所述侧板本体(10)的宽度方向延伸。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的侧板安装结构,其特征在于,所述锁止横梁(22)的下表面设置有卡接凸起(221)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的侧板安装结构,其特征在于,所述卡接凸起(221)为多个,多个所述卡接凸起(221)沿所述锁止横梁(22)的长度方向间隔地设置。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的侧板安装结构,其特征在于,所述锁止部(20)包括:
    拉手(23),所述拉手(23)与所述锁止横梁(22)相连接,所述拉手(23)位于所述锁止横梁(22)的沿所述通孔(11)的孔心方向远离所述连接板(21)的一侧,所述拉手(23)的外表面与所述通孔(11)的孔壁之间具有距离地设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的侧板安装结构,其特征在于,所述拉手(23)呈弧形结构,所述拉手(23)的第一端与所述锁止横梁(22)的第一端相连接,所述拉手(23)的第二端与所述锁止横梁(22)的第二端相连接,所述拉手(23)与所述锁止横梁(22)之间围设成握持空间。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的侧板安装结构,其特征在于,所述拉手(23)的外表面设置有凹槽(231)。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的侧板安装结构,其特征在于,所述连接板(21)为多个,多个所述连接板(21)沿所述通孔(11)的周向方向间隔地设置。
  12. 一种室内机,包括侧板安装结构,其特征在于,所述侧板安装结构为权利要求1至11中任一项所述的侧板安装结构。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述安装基础包括:
    支撑板(32),所述侧板本体(10)设置于所述支撑板(32)上并位于所述支撑板(32)的外侧,所述支撑板(32)上设置有与所述锁止部(20)相配合的卡接部。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述安装基础还包括基座(30),所述基座(30)包括:
    基座本体(31);
    所述支撑板(32)与所述基座本体(31)相连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述支撑板(32)的外表面上设置有安装平台(321),所述卡接部包括:
    卡接筋条(311),所述卡接筋条(311)凸出地设置于所述安装平台(321)上,所述卡接筋条(311)的沿竖直方向的靠近所述支撑板(32)一侧的表面与所述支撑板(32)的外表面具有距离地设置,当所述锁止部(20)位于所述锁止位置时,所述锁止部(20)与所述卡接筋条(311)的内表面相卡接,当所述锁止部(20)位于所述解锁位置时,所述锁止部(20)与所述卡接筋条(311)的内表面相脱离。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述基座(30)还包括:
    加强筋(33),所述加强筋(33)设置于所述卡接筋条(311)与所述支撑板(32)的外表面之间,所述加强筋(33)的第一端与所述卡接筋条(311)相连接,所述加强筋(33)的第二端与所述支撑板(32)相连接。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述基座(30)和所述侧板本体(10)中的一个上设置有连接凸起(40),所述基座(30)和所述侧板本体(10)中的另一个上设置有与所述连接凸起(40)相配合的连接卡槽(50)。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述连接卡槽(50)设置于所述基座(30)上,所述连接卡槽(50)为多个,多个所述连接卡槽(50)沿所述基座(30)的外周面间隔地设置。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述连接凸起(40)为多个,多个所述连接凸起(40)沿所述侧板本体(10)的底部的内周面间隔地设置。
  20. 根据权利要求14所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述基座(30)和所述侧板本体(10)中的一个上设置有导向凸缘(60),所述基座(30)和所述侧板本体(10)中的另一个上设置有与所述导向凸缘(60)相配合的导向槽(70)。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述导向凸缘(60)设置于所述基座(30)的外周面上,所述导向槽(70)设置于所述侧板本体(10)的底部的内周面上。
