进一步地,所述弹性扣件向所述支撑架内侧壁凸出有凸块,所述支撑架内侧壁上设有与所述凸块相适配的第三卡槽,所述第三卡槽与所述凸块的位置相对应。
本发明的目的之二采用如下技术方案实现:
一种板件组件,包括衔接面板,所述板件组件还包括如权利要求8所述的连接结构,所述连接座的端部装嵌有第一插接件,沿所述第一插接件的周向开设有第四卡槽,所述第四卡槽与所述滑动件内装嵌的第二销钉抵接,防止所述 第一插接件上下滑动;所述第一插接件的顶端设有第一配合部,所述第一配合部与所述衔接面板固定连接。
进一步地,所述板件组件还包括插接件,所述插接件设于所述连接座端部,所述插接件用于连接所述衔接面板或所述连接座。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明的一种连接结构,包括连接座以及支撑架,连接座上设有第一卡槽,支撑架包括弹性扣件、滑动件以及用于带动滑动件滑动的推拉件,滑动件滑动设置在弹性扣件内。推拉件带动滑动件滑至弹性扣件的固定端,弹性扣件的卡扣端向内回缩靠拢,可以快速地将支撑架安装在连接座上,省时省力,再将滑动件滑至弹性扣件的卡扣端,滑动件顶住弹性扣件,使弹性扣件的卡扣端向外相互远离,滑动件和弹性扣件卡接锁紧在第一卡槽内,支撑架不能左右移动。在拆卸过程中,推拉件带动滑动件滑动至弹性扣件的固定端,弹性扣件的卡扣端回缩,向外拉动支撑架,快速且便捷地将支撑架与连接座分离。采用这种连接结构拆装框架,不需借助任何工具,徒手即可拆装框架,使用便捷,省时省力。
(2)本发明的一种采用该连接结构的板件组件,包括连接座、支撑架和衔接面板,支撑架安装在连接座上形成框架,衔接面板固定在框架上形成板件组件的面板,这种板件组件在拆装的过程中,不需借助任何工具,徒手即可拆装框架,使用便捷,省时省力。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述,需要说明的是,在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。
以下具体实施方式中,如未特殊说明,所记载的“左”、“右”、“上”、“下”等具有方位指示含义的词应该理解为对附图的方位指示,所记载的“第一”和 “第二”是对相似结构的以示区分,不应该理解为先后关系、主次或从属关系。
一种连接结构,如图1和图2所示,包括连接座10以及卡接在连接座10上的支撑架20,支撑架20包括弹性扣件30、滑动件50以及用于带动滑动件50左右滑动的推拉件40。支撑架20的连接端设有开口,开口与支撑架20的内侧壁形成容置腔,弹性扣件30安装在容置腔内,且弹性扣件30的卡扣端32位于支撑架20的连接端的同一侧。滑动件50滑动地设置在弹性扣件30内,滑动件50左右滑动用于带动弹性扣件30的卡扣端32相互靠拢或相互远离,使弹性件的卡扣端32与连接座10实现分离或锁紧。
在上述结构的基础上,使用本发明的连接结构时,先组装支撑架20,如图2所示,弹性扣件30的一端形成为固定端31,弹性扣件30的另一端形成卡扣端32,先将弹性扣件30的固定端31固定在支撑架20的容置腔的一端,再对弹性扣件30施以向下的力,使弹性扣件30的卡扣端32滑入容置腔内。将滑动件50滑动地设置在弹性扣件30的中间,推拉件40带动滑动件50左右滑动,当滑动件50滑至弹性扣件30的固定端31时,弹性扣件30的卡扣端32呈向内回缩靠拢的状态;当滑动件50滑至弹性扣件30的卡扣端32时,滑动件50顶住弹性扣件30的卡扣端32,使弹性扣件30的卡扣端32呈向外远离的状态。
以组装柜类的框架为例,竖直放置连接座10,推拉件40带动滑动件50滑至弹性扣件30的固定端31,弹性扣件30的卡扣端32向内回缩靠拢,可以快速地将支撑架20安装在连接座10上,再将滑动件50滑至弹性扣件30的卡扣端32,滑动件50顶住弹性扣件30,使弹性扣件30的卡扣端32相互远离,此时弹性扣件30与滑动件50卡接锁紧在连接座10上,支撑架20不能左右移动。在拆卸柜类的框架时,推拉件40带动滑动件50滑动至弹性扣件30的固定端31,弹性扣件30的卡扣端32向内靠拢,向外拉动支撑架20,快速且便捷地将支撑 架20与连接座10分离。采用本发明的连接结构拆装柜类框架,不需借助任何工具,徒手即可拆装框架,使用便捷,省时省力。
连接座10上设有第一卡槽11和第二卡槽12,弹性扣件30的卡扣端32向外侧凸有卡勾34,支撑架20与连接座10安装连接时,弹性扣件30的卡勾34卡接在第一卡槽11或第二卡槽12内,防止支撑架20在第一卡槽11或第二卡槽12内左右移动。
如图3和图4所示,支撑架20连接端的外侧面上设有限位部21,连接座10第一卡槽11的侧面设有与限位部21相适配的限位槽13,支撑架20与连接座10可拆卸地安装时,限位部21卡接在限位槽13内。在本实施例中,限位部21为圆弧形柱体,限位槽13为圆弧形凹槽51。框架组装过程中,弹性扣件30以及滑动件50卡接在第一卡槽11内,支撑架20锁紧在连接座10上,而通过将支撑架20的限位部21卡接在连接座10的限位槽13内,使支撑架20上能承受更重的横梁82与衔接面板81,同时可以有效地防止支撑架20在安装横梁82或衔接面板81后上下移动。优选的方案为将限位部21设置在支撑架20连接端的中间位置处,弹性扣件30分体式设置在限位部21的上下两侧。
为了便于限位部21能顺利卡入限位槽13内,可以在限位部21的外侧面形成第一导向斜面211,第一导向斜面211用于引导支撑架20的连接端由第一卡槽11顺利卡入限位槽13内。
为了使弹性扣件30与支撑架20的内侧壁完全贴合,增加弹性扣件30与支撑架20之间的连接强度,如图5所示,支撑架20或弹性扣件30任意一者的两侧均凸出有凸块33,另一者对应地设有与凸块33相适配的第三卡槽22。凸块33的数量和位置可根据实际需求进行设置,在本实施例中,弹性扣件30的两侧分别向支撑架20内侧壁凸出有凸块33,支撑架20内侧壁上设有与凸块33相适 配的第三卡槽22,第三卡槽22与凸块33的位置相对应。当弹性扣件30与支撑架20安装时,凸块33卡入第三卡槽22内,将弹性扣件30固定在支撑座上,防止弹性扣件30发生位置的移动,影响框架的安装。
为了使滑动件50能够在弹性扣件30内左右滑动,支撑架20的侧壁上设有安装槽,安装槽内可拆卸地安装有推拉件40,推拉件40带动滑动件50在弹性扣件30内左右滑动。如图6所示,推拉件40包括齿滚轮41以及穿设于齿滚轮41的第一销钉42,第一销钉42与齿滚轮41转动地连接。安装槽包括第一安装槽23以及与第一安装槽23垂直设置的第二安装槽24,第一安装槽23穿透支撑架20的一侧壁,推拉件40的齿滚轮41位于第一安装槽23内,且与滑动件50相接触,推拉件40的第一销钉42活动地设置在第二安装槽24内,第二安装槽24对推拉件40起着支撑的作用。除了上述方案外,滑动件50上可以设置拉钩,在拉钩的作用下带动滑动件50来回滑动。
如图7所示,滑动件50的侧面等间距地设有若干个凹槽51,凹槽51的间距与齿滚轮41的齿间距相等,推拉件40在滚动的过程中,齿滚轮41的侧壁抵住凹槽51的侧壁,在力的作用下,齿滚轮41转动带动滑动件50左右滑动。或者,滑动件50的侧面凸出有若干个凸起,凸起等间距设置,凸起的间距与齿滚轮41的齿间距相等,推拉件40在滚动的过程中,齿滚轮41的侧壁抵住凸起的侧壁,在力的作用下,齿滚轮41转动带动滑动件50左右滑动。
为了便于滑动件50左右滑动,同时防止滑动件50在滑动的过程中出现偏移的现象,如图8所示,滑动件50的侧壁上设有第一滑槽52,第一滑槽52设置在与凹槽51相对的侧面上,支撑架20的内侧壁设有用于滑动件50滑动的导轨25。支撑架20在安装过程中,将滑动件50的第一滑槽52与导轨25滑动连接,导轨25对滑动件50起支撑和导向的作用。
由于弹性扣件30的卡扣端32呈回缩状态,为了便于滑动件50能顺畅的左右滑动,将滑动件50设置为楔形块。滑动件50的侧面为倾斜的第二导向斜面,该第二导向斜面与支撑架20的侧壁相对,楔形块的小端面朝向弹性扣件30的卡扣端32,楔形块的大端面朝向弹性扣件30的固定端31。滑动件50这种结构,能使滑动件50快速地滑至弹性扣件30的卡扣端32,同时也便于与连接座10的第一卡槽11卡接,省时省力。
本实用新型还公开了一种板件组件,如图9所示,包括衔接面板81以及上述连接结构。上述连接结构的连接座10为中空的方形柱体,连接座10上形成有安装面,安装面上设有第一卡槽11以及第二卡槽12,可根据柜体80组装的实际需要设置安装面,连接座10的两侧形成有安装面,或者连接座10的每个侧面均设有安装面。在本实施例中,连接座10相邻的两侧形成第一安装面以及第二安装面。第一安装面和第二安装面的顶端设有第一卡槽11,第一卡槽11内设有销孔,滑动件50靠近连接端的一侧面上装嵌有第二销钉53,销孔与第二销钉53的形状大小相适配。
连接座10的两端装嵌有第一插接件60,如图10所示,第一插接件60与固定头61的一种连接结构为:固定头61为膨胀胶粒,第一插接件60的内侧壁上设有用于与固定头61紧固的螺纹,第一插接件60与固定头61螺纹固定连接。沿第一插接件60的周向开设有第四卡槽62,支撑架20在安装过程中,第二销钉53穿过销孔,抵接于第一插接件60的第四卡槽62内,用于固定第一插接件60,防止第一插接件60在重力的作用下向下滑动。第一插接件60远离螺纹的一端设有一字或十字缺口63,可将柜体80的横梁82卡接在缺口63中,用于在没有螺丝刀的情况下辅助拧动第一插接件60。第一插接件60的内部还设有一字槽或十字槽,可借助螺丝刀拧紧或拧松第一插接件60。第一插接件60与固定头 61的紧固安装过程为:膨胀胶粒插入衔接面板81的安装孔内,第一插接件60在固定头61内转动,固定头61外表面的齿纹膨胀将固定头61紧固在安装孔内,从而将第一插接件60固定在衔接面板81上。固定头61和第一插接件60分别位于衔接面板81与连接座10的衔接部分处,因而不会外露,不会影响组装后的柜体80外观。第一插接件60和固定头61可以拆卸,因而拆装也较为方便。
如图11和图12所示,第一插接件60与固定头61的另一种连接结构为:固定头61的外表面设有螺牙,通过螺牙将固定头61紧固在待组装工件的衔接面板81上。固定头61的端部设有插接孔的连接板,固定头61内相对设有两个凸条611,凸条611与固定头61的轴线平行。第一插接件60的一端为与插接孔相适配的T字形凸块64,T字形凸块64的两端呈与固定头61内侧壁相适配的弧形,弧形凸块上相对设有第二滑槽641,第二滑槽641与凸条611的形状相适配。第一插接件60上设有凸台,凸台的侧面设有第一指示部66,固定头61上设有第二指示部67,当第一指示部66与第二指示部67对准时,连接销与固定头61转动至卡紧。将T字形凸块64插在固定头61内,旋转第一插接件60,使第一插接件60上的凸条611卡在固定头61的滑槽内,从而限制连接销周向转动,同时T字形凸块64的底面抵接在连接板上,从而限制连接销轴向移动,此时连接销紧固在固定头61内。除此之外,第一插接件60的底端设有防滑槽65,当徒手拧紧或拧松第一插接件60时,可增加手与第一插接件60的摩擦力。
连接座10的一端装嵌有第二插接件70,通过第二插接件70可以将多个连接座10连接起来,第二插接件70的一端装嵌于连接座10中空的柱体内,第二插接件70的另一端装嵌于另一个连接座10中空的柱体内,通过第三销钉将第二插接件70与连接座10固定连接。第二插接件70也可用于连接桌脚或柜脚,第二插接件70的一端装嵌在连接座10中,另一端可插接在桌脚、柜脚内。
以组装层架类的柜体80为例,组装方式为:
连接座10上设有第一卡槽11、第二卡槽12以及第二滑槽641,第一卡槽11和第二卡槽12内卡接有支撑架20,支撑架20上均安装有横梁82,横梁82的端部有榫头,侧板的顶部和底部设有榫槽,将衔接面板81竖直地安装在上下横梁82之间,上下横梁82的榫头固定在衔接面板81的榫槽内,衔接面板81卡接在第二滑槽641内,通过连接座10和横梁82固定衔接面板81,形成柜体80的侧面。
第一插接件60可安装在连接座10的顶端,将支撑架20卡接在第一卡槽11内,第四销钉抵接在第四卡槽62内。衔接面板81上设有安装孔,将固定头61插接在安装孔内,旋转第一插接件60,使第一插接件60紧固在固定头61内,形成柜体80的顶面。
在本实施例中,用于对板件组件的组装说明主要以柜体的组装为例,其他情况下,该板件组件可用于桌子、椅子、柜体或层架类等家具产品,如若采用该板件组件生产的其他产品,仍在本发明的保护保护范围内。
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本发明保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种连接结构,其特征在于:包括连接座以及支撑架,所述连接座上设有第一卡槽,所述支撑架包括弹性扣件、滑动件以及用于带动所述滑动件滑动的推拉件,所述滑动件滑动地设置在所述弹性扣件内,所述弹性扣件的一端形成卡扣端,所述弹性扣件的另一端形成固定端,所述滑动件从所述固定端滑至所述卡扣端,所述卡扣端由回缩靠拢转变为相互远离,所述滑动件与所述弹性扣件卡接锁紧于所述第一卡槽内;所述滑动件从所述卡扣端滑至所述固定端,所述卡扣端由相互远离转变为回缩靠拢,使所述弹性扣件与所述连接座分离。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的连接结构,其特征在于:所述支撑架的一端形成连接端,所述连接端外侧面设有限位部,所述第一卡槽的侧面设有与所述限位部相适配的限位槽,所述限位部卡接于所述限位槽内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的连接结构,其特征在于:所述限位部的外侧面形成第一导向斜面,所述第一导向斜面用于引导所述连接端从所述第一卡槽内卡接至限位槽内。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的连接结构,其特征在于:所述滑动件为滑动块,所述滑动块卡接于所述第一卡槽内,用于将所述支撑架与所述连接座锁紧。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的连接结构,其特征在于:所述滑动块的侧面形成第二导向斜面,所述滑动块的小端面与所述第一卡槽卡接。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的连接结构,其特征在于:所述支撑架的侧壁上可拆卸地安装有所述推拉件,所述推拉件包括齿滚轮,与所述齿滚轮相接触的所述滑动件侧面上等间距设有凹槽,所述凹槽的间距与所述齿滚轮的齿间距相等。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的连接结构,其特征在于:所述滑动件上设有第一滑 槽,所述第一滑槽设置在与所述凹槽相对的侧面上,所述支撑架的内侧壁设有用于所述滑动件滑动的导轨。
  8. 如权利要求1-7任一项所述的连接结构,其特征在于:所述弹性扣件向所述支撑架内侧壁凸出有凸块,所述支撑架内侧壁上设有与所述凸块相适配的第三卡槽,所述第三卡槽与所述凸块的位置相对应。
  9. 一种板件组件,其特征在于:包括衔接面板和权利要求1-8任一项所述的连接结构,所述连接结构用于连接所述衔接面板。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的板件组件,其特征在于:所述板件组件还包括插接件,所述插接件设于所述连接座端部,所述插接件用于连接所述衔接面板或所述连接座。
