参照图1和图2,在一个实施例中,多个针柱40相互间隔并相互平行地在基座10和饰件固定板20之间延伸。多个针柱40相互间隔可以保证链子60可在多个针柱40之间穿行,多个针柱40相互平行地延伸可以保证多个针柱之间具有精确的相等的长度,以避免在闭合位置有的针柱的自由端被封闭而有的针柱的自由端未被封闭,而造成链子60意外脱落。优选地,多个针柱40中的每个的直径为0.5mm-1.5mm,长度为1mm-8mm,更优选地直径为0.7mm,长度为5mm,该尺寸的直径可兼容一般的链子60上的小环被穿过使用,该尺寸的长度可保证常见的饰件50和链子60合适地使用。应当理解,在其他实施例中,针柱40的尺寸不限于上述数据,可以根据饰件的大小和链子的粗细来适当地调整针柱的直径和长度。
再参照图1,在一个实施例中,饰件固定板20的边缘设置有分别向外内两侧突出的第一凸缘21和第二凸缘22,位于外侧的第一凸缘21所围成的凹槽中镶嵌有饰件50,位于内侧的第二凸缘22环绕多个针柱的自由端 41。具体而言,饰件固定板20的外侧面是在闭合位置背向基座10的一面,饰件固定板20的内侧面是在闭合位置面向基座10的一面。采用凹槽的方式镶嵌饰件50可以使得饰件50固定更牢固。采用第二凸缘22环绕多个针柱的自由端41是用饰件固定板20封闭针柱40的自由端41的另一种方式,可以更有效地防止带有饰件50的整个连接件从链子60上脱落。应当理解,用饰件固定板20封闭针柱40的自由端41的两种方式可以单独使用也可以叠加使用。优选地,两个凸缘的总厚度可以为1mm。应当理解,在其他实施例中,饰件固定板20边缘的两侧可以不设凸缘,或只在一侧设置凸缘,这可根据具体加工工艺和用户需求来个性化设置。
参照图1,在一个实施例中,锁定结构30构造为卡扣结构,卡扣结构包括设置在基座10上的卡扣31,以及与卡扣31对应地设置在饰件固定板20上的卡扣眼32,卡扣31可选择性地卡合在卡扣眼32中。具体而言,当卡扣31卡合在卡扣眼32中时,饰件固定板20被锁定至闭合位置;当卡扣31从卡扣眼32中脱出时,饰件固定板20处于打开位置,在该位置饰件固定板20可以相对于基座10自由枢转,并且饰件佩戴者可以任意调节链子60在多个针柱40中的固定位置以及针柱40在链子60上的固定位置。应当理解,本申请的锁定结构30不限于上述的卡扣结构,还可以是卡钩与凸耳配合的结构、磁铁互吸的结构、或者设置在铰链中的弹簧偏置结构等等,也就是说,只要能够将饰件固定板20相对于基座10保持在闭合位置的结构均可用于此,均在本申请的保护范围内。
参照图1,在一个实施例中,卡扣31构造为在多个针柱40中的一个选定的针柱上设置的凸筋33,凸筋33在选定的针柱的自由端41沿其径向突出,选定的针柱40的直径大于多个针柱中的其他针柱的直径,以加强基座与饰件固定板之间的连接强度。优选地,该选定的针柱40的直径为1.5mm。通常,该选定的针柱40可以位于基座10的边缘位置或者中心位置。如此配置,可使得卡扣结构30本身也能用作针柱40使用,从而增加了链子60在连接件上的固定位置,增加了更多的组合形式。
继续参照图1,在一个实施例中,基座10包括基板11以及垂直地设置于基板11上的支柱12,饰件固定板20通过铰链70连接至支柱12。由 于通常的铰链70的直径不足以支撑基板11和饰件固定板20之间的距离,因而需要设置支柱12来支撑铰链70,铰链70的两侧可以通过例如焊接的方式连接至支柱12的一端和饰件固定板20的内侧面。优选地,铰链70的套管的外径为2mm,内径为1mm。基板11的厚度为1mm。通常,支柱12设置在基板11的边缘位置。
优选地,基板11的形状可以为三角形、圆形、方形、菱形和多边形中的一种。或者基板11可以根据饰件50的外轮廓配置为其他规则的或不规则的形状。
参照图2,在图示的实施例中,基板11具有角部为圆倒角的等边三角形形状。具体而言,饰件固定板20的形状与基板11的形状相同,即基板11和饰件固定板20的形状均为等边三角形,等边三边形的边长优选为11mm,针柱40的数量为六个,其中五个针柱40沿着三角形基板11的顶角和两条边等间距布置,另一个针柱40布置在三角形基板11的中心位置,该中心位置可以为等边三角形的角垂直平分线的交点位置。换言之,包括设置有凸筋33的针柱在内的六个针柱,有三个针柱40分别设置在三个角部,设置有凸筋33的针柱40设置其中一个角部,有两个针柱40分别设置两个边的中点位置,有一个针柱40设置在中心位置,而支柱12位于另外一条边的中点位置,那么位于两个边的中点位置的两个针柱和位于中心位置的一个针柱共同构成一个三角形的三个顶点。应当理解,其他实施例中,饰件固定板20的形状可以与基板11的形状不同,也可以根据基板11的形状来设置不同的多个针柱40的数量和布局,或者可以根据珠宝佩戴者期望的链子60与饰件50的位置关系来设置多个针柱40的数量和布局。有益处的是,根据本申请的实施例,将链子60上任意一个O型环穿过任意一根针柱40,用以调节并且固定住饰件50与链子60的位置关系;并且饰件50本身的方向也可以根据需要来调节;一个饰件50可以连接多条链子60。
优选地,本申请的连接件的基座10与多个针柱40可以一体成型,饰件固定板20也可一体成型,具体地,二者的一体成型可用925银铸模实现,然后基座10与饰件固定板20通过铰链70连接。
如下具体示出几个优选的链子60与连接件连接的实施例:
如图3所示,一条链子60A的中间位置的小环套设在一个针柱40上,该一个针柱40位于基板11的中心位置,以实现连接件与链子的第一种组合形式。
如图4所示,两条链子60A和60B的小环套设在位于基板11中心位置的针柱40上,但是链子60A的中间位置的小环套设在针柱40上,而链子60B的端部的小环套设在针柱40上,以实现连接件与链子的第二种组合形式。
如图5所示,该实施例与图4所示实施例的区别在于,链子60B的套设在针柱40上的小环也位于链子60B的中间位置,其他布置均与图4所示实施例相同,以实现连接件与链子的第三种组合形式。
如图6所示,四条链子60A、60B、60C、60D的位于端部的小环分别套设在四个针柱40上,该四个针柱40均位于基板11的边缘,以实现连接件与链子的第四种组合形式。
如图7所示,两条链子60A、60B的位于端部的小环分别套设在两个针柱40上,该两个针柱40均位于基板11的两个角部,以实现连接件与链子的第五种组合形式。
在其他可选实施例中,可以通过多个本申请的连接件和较短的链子,将胸针、帽针、吊坠或其他饰件进行任意组合,较短的链子可以是只有两个或三个小环的链子,链子两部的小环分别套设在相邻的连接件的针柱上,以实现多个连接件的连接。
由以上不同的实施例可见,本申请的连接件可以轻松实现多种多样的链子与饰件的组合形式,而且还不限于上述的实施例,可以有更多的组合形式。
以上仅为本申请的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于饰件的连接件,其特征在于,包括:
    基座;
    饰件固定板,铰接至所述基座;
    锁定结构,将所述饰件固定板锁定至闭合位置;
    其中,所述基座的朝向所述饰件固定板的一面设置有多个针柱,在所述闭合位置,所述多个针柱从所述基座延伸至所述饰件固定板,所述多个针柱的自由端被所述饰件固定板封闭,并且每个所述针柱的一部分暴露在所述基座与所述饰件固定板相互间隔开的空间中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述多个针柱的一端固定至所述基座,另一端抵靠所述饰件固定板。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述多个针柱相互间隔并相互平行地在所述基座和所述饰件固定板之间延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述多个针柱中的每个的直径为0.5mm-1.5mm,长度为1mm-8mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述饰件固定板的边缘设置有分别向外内两侧突出的第一凸缘和第二凸缘,位于外侧的所述第一凸缘所围成的凹槽中镶嵌有所述饰件,位于内侧的所述第二凸缘环绕所述多个针柱的所述自由端。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述锁定结构构造为卡扣结构,所述卡扣结构包括设置在所述基座上的卡扣,以及与所述卡扣对应地设置在所述饰件固定板上的卡扣眼,所述卡扣可选择性地卡合在所述卡扣眼中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述卡扣构造为在所述多个针柱中的一个选定的针柱上设置的凸筋,所述凸筋在所述选定的针柱的自由端沿其径向突出,所述选定的针柱的直径大于所述多个针柱中的其他针柱的直径。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述基座包括基板以及垂直地设置于所述基板上的支柱,所述饰件固定板通过铰链连接至所述支柱。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述基板的形状为三角形、圆形、方形、菱形、任意多边形、波浪形和花纹形中的一种。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述饰件固定板的形状与所述基板的形状相同,当所述基板的形状为三角形时,所述多个针柱为六个,其中五个所述针柱沿着所述三角形基板的顶角和两条边等间距布置,另一个所述针柱布置在所述三角形基板的中心位置。
