另外,透镜安装支架2上设有定位装置,定位装置用于定位透镜安装支架2在透镜定位平板1上的固定位置。这样设置便于将透镜安装支架2快速精准地固定在透镜定位平板1上,利于提高透镜3安装固定的速度和效果,如果没有定位装置,将两者安装固定时则难以保证凸台8与通孔6的一一对应,这会影响透镜3的安装固定效果。
其中,定位装置包括设于透镜安装支架2对边或对角上的多个定位销4,透镜定位平板1上设有用于套设定位销4的插孔。将定位销4插入插孔内,再使用螺丝或快锁结构固定插销,即可将透镜安装支架2精准地固定在透镜定位平板1上。
本实施例中,定位装置还包括设于透镜安装支架2对边或对角上的多个定位柱7,透镜定位平板1上设有与定位柱7对应的定位面。这样设置通过二次定位,能更进一步保证透镜安装支架2固定在透镜定位平板1上的精确度。
另外,凸台8的尺寸小于通孔6的尺寸。这样设置使得胶水如果流到透镜3底部,则会沿着凸台8继续向凸台8底部流,不会使透镜3与凸台8粘附起来,进而也不会给透镜定位平板1与透镜安装支架2的分离带来困难。本实施例中,凸台8为正多边形结构或圆形结构。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种透镜安装固定装置,其特征在于,包括透镜安装支架(2),所述透镜安装支架(2)上设有若干个用于放置透镜(3)的通孔(6),透镜安装支架(2)上在每个通孔(6)的周围还设有与通孔(6)连通的注胶孔(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种透镜安装固定装置,其特征在于,所述注胶孔(5)为两个且对称设于通孔(6)的两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种透镜安装固定装置,其特征在于,通孔(6)的尺寸从底部向顶部逐渐增大,或通孔(6)的顶部呈扩口结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种透镜安装固定装置,其特征在于,通孔(6)的深度大于或等于透镜(3)的高度。
  5. 一种透镜安装固定方法,其特征在于,使用权利要求1所述的透镜安装固定装置,还包括用于固定透镜安装支架(2)的透镜定位平板(1),所述透镜定位平板(1)上设有与通孔(6)排布相同的凸台(8);包括如下安装固定步骤:
    S1.透镜定位平板(1)置于平整的台面上后,将透镜安装支架(2)固定在透镜定位平板(1)上,使凸台(8)与通孔(6)一一对应,并使透镜安装支架(2)的下表面与凸台(8)的上表面位于同一平面上;
    S2.将透镜(3)放置于通孔(6)内后,凸台(8)与透镜(3)抵触接触,为注胶孔(5)注射胶水;
    S3.注射胶水后,对固定在一起的透镜定位平板(1)与透镜安装支架(2)进行胶水固化处理;
    S4.固化结束后将透镜定位平板(1)与透镜安装支架(2)进行分离,以完成透镜(3)在透镜安装支架(2)上的安装固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种透镜安装固定方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中使用高温烘焙或紫外光照射的方式对固定在一起的透镜定位平板(1)与透镜安装支架(2)进行胶水固化处理。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种透镜安装固定方法,其特征在于,透镜安装支架(2)上设有定位装置,定位装置用于定位透镜安装支架(2)在透镜定位平板(1)上的固定位置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种透镜安装固定方法,其特征在于,定位装置包括设于透镜安装支架(2)对边或对角上的多个定位销(4),透镜定位平板(1)上设有用于套设定位销(4)的插孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种透镜安装固定方法,其特征在于,定位装置还包括设于透镜安装支架(2)对边或对角上的多个定位柱(7),透镜定位平板(1)上设有与定位柱(7)对应的定位面。
  10. 根据权利要求5至9任一项所述的一种透镜安装固定方法,其特征在于,凸台(8)的尺寸小于通孔(6)的尺寸。
