  1. 一种路况行驶自动变色轮胎,包括轮胎本体(4)、电致变色器件(8)、热致变色改性胎面胶(13)和光致变色层(15),其特征在于,所述轮胎本体(4)由胎冠(11)、胎肩垫胶(14)、胎侧胶(16)和胎圈胶(17)一体式硫化制成,所述胎冠(11)外层设有热致变色改性胎面胶(13),热致变色改性胎面胶(13)外层设有相互交错的花纹块(10)和沟槽(12),所述胎肩垫胶(14)内嵌入有电致变色器件(8),所述胎侧胶(16)外壁上设有凸出的防擦线(6),防擦线(6)内设有光致变色层(15);所述轮胎本体(4)内壁设有内面胶气密层(5),内面胶气密层(5)内部设有帘布层(7),帘布层(7)外侧设有钢丝带束层(9),钢丝带束层(9)设置在热致变色改性胎面胶(13)下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种路况行驶自动变色轮胎,其特征在于,所述胎圈胶(17)内侧设有胎趾(19),胎圈胶(17)外侧设有胎踵(1),胎圈胶(17)内部设有胎圈包布(3),胎圈包布(3)内设有三角胶条(2),三角胶条(2)内部设有钢丝圈(18)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种路况行驶自动变色轮胎,其特征在于,所述热致变色改性胎面胶(13)按重量份计由下述组分构成:天然胶30~50份;顺丁胶10~20份;炭黑10~15份;热至变色粉末40~60份;石油树脂1~4份;防护蜡1~2.5份;硫磺1~2份;氧化锌1.5~3份;防焦剂0.2~0.35份。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种路况行驶自动变色轮胎,其特征在于,所述热至变色粉末为红色可逆纳米热敏变色材料。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种路况行驶自动变色轮胎,其特征在于,所述电致变色器件(8)依次由透明基层(20)、透明电极(21)、电致变色层(22)、离子传导层(23)、离子存储层(24)、透明电极(25)组成,透明基层(20)为透明树脂层,
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种路况行驶自动变色轮胎,其特征在于,所述电致变色层(22)为三氧化钨、氧化镍或紫罗精类化合物中的一种。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种路况行驶自动变色轮胎,其特征在于,所述电致变色器件(8)嵌入在胎肩垫胶(14)内,电致变色器件(8)内安装电子。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种路况行驶自动变色轮胎,其特征在于,所述光致变色 层(15)为防擦线(6)外表面喷涂一层光致变色涂层,经烘干后喷涂一层透明树脂保护层,所述光致变色涂层的涂料中添加有荧光剂。
  9. 一种如权利要求3之一所述热致变色改性胎面胶(13)的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
    S1:按各原料重量份计份数为:天然胶40份;顺丁胶15份;炭黑13份;热至变色粉末50份;石油树脂3份;防护蜡2份;硫磺1.5份;氧化锌2.5份;防焦剂0.3份备用;
    S2:在密炼机中进行一段混炼,温度为160-170℃,转速为45-60r/min,时间为3min;二段混炼,温度为145-150℃,转速为45-50r/min,时间为2.5min;三段混炼,温度为100-110℃,转速为2-30r/min,时间为5min;加料顺序为常规加料顺序,最后得到炼胶进行硫化。
