Abstract

本发明公开了一种设置有变色硅胶层的轮胎,包括轮胎,其特征是:在轮胎的胎面胶和胎侧胶之间沿周向均匀分布有一层变色硅胶层。本发明的优点是:轮胎肩部硅胶层达到设定的硅胶温度临界点后胶料瞬间变色(硅胶温度变色临界值可以通过胶料配方的变化达到),这样通过肉眼能清晰观察到轮胎肩部硅胶发生的颜色变化,能及时有效的判断轮胎肩部的生热状况,有效的控制轮胎由于长时间行驶生热过高而引起的轮胎肩部脱层、爆胎;便于识别轮胎的工作极限,从而预防轮胎故障的发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎,具体是一种设置有变色硅胶层的轮胎。
背景技术
轮胎在滚动行驶中,整体的动能全部转化为轮胎与地面摩擦产生的内能,并逐渐转化为热能,造成摩擦部位温度升高,加剧了轮胎胶料和骨架材料物理性能的下降,当温度继续升高后,胶料和骨架材料之间的粘合强度下降,造成轮胎脱层、爆胎,更严重者会引发起火,这在高速行驶中就会非常危险,而未加硅胶层的轮胎很难通过肉眼判断轮胎的工作极限。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种胎肩带有变色硅胶的轮胎,通过肉眼能清晰观察到轮胎肩部的生热状况,能有效的控制轮胎由于长时间行驶生热过高而引起的轮胎肩部脱层、爆胎。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种设置有变色硅胶层的轮胎,包括轮胎,与现有技术不同的是:在轮胎的胎面胶和胎侧胶之间沿周向均匀分布有一层变色硅胶层。
所述的变色硅胶层为一个条状胶料层或片状胶料层。
所述的变色硅胶层视轮胎规格大小决定宽度和厚度,其宽度5~100mm、厚度2~100mm。
本发明的优点是:轮胎肩部硅胶层达到设定的硅胶温度临界点后胶料瞬间变色(硅胶温度变色临界值可以通过胶料配方的变化达到),这样通过肉眼能清晰观察到轮胎肩部硅胶发生的颜色变化,能及时有效的判断轮胎肩部的生热状况,有效的控制轮胎由于长时间行驶生热过高而引起的轮胎肩部脱层、爆胎;便于识别轮胎的工作极限,从而预防轮胎故障的发生。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种设置有变色硅胶层的轮胎,是在轮胎的胎面胶1和胎侧胶3之间沿周向均匀分布有一圈宽度5~100mm、厚度2~100mm的变色硅胶层2,变色硅胶层2为一个条状胶料层或片状胶料层。
在成型过程中,先上胎面,胎面端部缠绕一圈宽度5~100mm、厚度2~100mm的胶条/胶片(宽度和厚度视轮胎规格大小而定),最后上胎侧胶(胎侧胶和胎面胶均不要覆盖变色胶层)。

1.一种设置有变色硅胶层的轮胎,包括轮胎,其特征是:在轮胎的胎面胶和胎侧胶之间沿周向均匀分布有一层变色硅胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎,其特征是:所述的变色硅胶层为条状胶料层或片状胶料层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎,其特征是:所述的变色硅胶层的宽度5~100mm、厚度2~100mm。
