目前码头船舶登船大都使用固定登船塔或者采用一种针对固定船型的挂梯,来使人员上下船。上述两者上下船的方式存在着以下问题:
采用固定登船塔上下船时,需要将固定登船塔的位置固定,这就导致固定登船塔位置会与船舶甲板面上的设备产生冲突或船舶无法停靠在固定登船塔的位置处而导致固定登船塔无法使用,无法使人员上下船。
而采用固定长度的挂梯上下船,该挂梯只能针对固定大小类型的船舶,其他大小类型的船舶则无法使用,且挂梯只能针对外板护舷高于甲板面的船舶使用,当船舶的外板护舷与甲板面平齐时则无法使用,且挂梯的转动轴承不方便加油保养,经常发生卡死的情况,造成安全事故。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种组合式舷侧挂梯装置,以解决现有固定登船塔或挂梯无法实现人员上下船问题。

本实施例中,在登船梯下平台1的一端设有下平台上下梯13,通过该下平台上下梯13,操作人员能够从下平台上下梯13行走至登船梯下平台1上,或者从登船梯下平台1上经下平台上下梯13行走至码头地面或者较低船舶的甲板面上。

本实施例与实施例一的区别仅在于,本实施例的上述登船塔组件4包括至少两个层叠设置的登船塔41,具体的,可参照图8和图9,图8显示了包括两个登船塔41的组合式舷侧挂梯装置的结构示意图,图9显示了包括三个登船塔41的组合式舷侧挂梯装置的结构示意图。
具体的,当上述登船塔组件4包括至少两个层叠设置的登船塔41时,具体的,至少两个层叠设置的登船塔41之间采用螺栓连接。位于上端的登船塔41的上端处连接甲板面过梯5,位于下端的登船塔41的下端处与登船梯3转动连接。且登船梯上平台7固定安装在位于下端的登船塔41上,且具体安装在位于下端的登船塔41的一角落处。
本实施例中,当本实施例的登船塔组件4与实施例一举例的三种类型的船舶连接时,是将位于上端的登船塔41与上述三种类型的船舶连接,连接方式与实施例一相同,不再赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种组合式舷侧挂梯装置,其特征在于,包括登船梯下平台(1)和与其呈夹角设置的登船梯(3),所述登船梯下平台(1)固定设置,其上设置有可沿所述登船梯下平台(1)的长度方向移动的登船梯小车(2),所述登船梯(3)的一端与所述登船梯小车(2)转动连接,另一端转动连接有登船塔组件(4),所述登船塔组件(4)上端处连接有甲板面过梯(5),所述甲板面过梯(5)未连接所述登船塔组件(4)的一端搭设在船舶的甲板面(6)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的组合式舷侧挂梯装置,其特征在于,所述登船塔组件(4)包括一个登船塔(41),所述登船塔(41)上端处连接所述甲板面过梯(5),所述登船塔(41)下端处与所述登船梯(3)转动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的组合式舷侧挂梯装置,其特征在于,所述登船塔组件(4)包括至少两个层叠设置的登船塔(41),位于上端的登船塔(41)上端处连接所述甲板面过梯(5),位于下端的登船塔(41)下端处与所述登船梯(3)转动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的组合式舷侧挂梯装置,其特征在于,所述登船塔组件(4)下端处固定安装有登船梯上平台(7),所述登船梯(3)未连接所述登船梯小车(2)的一端转动连接于所述登船梯上平台(7)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的组合式舷侧挂梯装置,其特征在于,所述船舶上设有外板护舷(8),且所述外板护舷(8)的上端面高于所述甲板面(6)时,所述甲板面(6)上焊接有吊码(9),所述登船塔组件(4)上端设有吊耳(42),所述吊耳(42)卡接在所述外板护舷(8)上,且所述吊耳(42)与所述吊码(9)之间连接有保险钢丝绳(10)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的组合式舷侧挂梯装置,其特征在于,所述船舶上设有外板护舷(8),且所述外板护舷(8)的上端面与所述甲板面(6)平齐, 同时所述甲板面(6)上焊接有导缆桩(30)时,所述登船塔组件(4)上端设有吊耳(42),所述吊耳(42)与所述导缆桩(30)的导缆孔之间连接有受力钢丝绳(20)以及保险钢丝绳(10)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的组合式舷侧挂梯装置,其特征在于,所述船舶上未设置外板护舷(8)时,所述甲板面(6)上焊接有吊码(9),所述登船塔组件(4)上端设有吊耳(42),所述吊耳(42)与所述吊码(9)之间连接有受力钢丝绳(20)以及保险钢丝绳(10)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的组合式舷侧挂梯装置,其特征在于,所述登船梯下平台(1)下方设有若干支撑架(11),所述支撑架(11)上设有配重压铁(12)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的组合式舷侧挂梯装置,其特征在于,所述登船梯下平台(1)的一端设有下平台上下梯(13)。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的组合式舷侧挂梯装置,其特征在于,所述登船梯上平台(7)与所述登船梯(3)转动连接的旋转轴以及所述登船梯小车(2)与所述登船梯(3)转动连接的旋转轴的两端均设有轴承,且两个旋转轴上均开设有注油孔。
