Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un système de commande intelligente permettant de concentrer un extrait de plante médicinale chinoise. L'invention commande automatiquement un processus de concentration d'un extrait de plante médicinale chinoise, et elle garantit la stabilité de paramètres de traitement pendant la concentration. Le système comprend un serveur de station maîtresse, un module de commande PLC de dispositif, un module de mesure de paramètres de traitement, et un terminal de commande d'opération. Le serveur de station maîtresse sert à recevoir des paramètres de traitement en temps réel obtenus par le module de mesure de paramètres de traitement, et à comparer les paramètres de traitement en temps réel à des paramètres de traitement de référence. Ce serveur de station maîtresse reçoit un paramètre de champ au moyen du module de commande PLC de dispositif, et il envoie une instruction d'action pour donner l'ordre au dispositif d'agir conformément aux exigences de traitement. Ledit module de mesure de paramètres de traitement permet d'obtenir les paramètres de traitement en temps réel, par l'intermédiaire d'un détecteur situé sur le dispositif, pendant la concentration.
