本实用新型涉及对一种涡轮增压旋风集尘器的改进。
背景技术
现有技术的涡轮增压旋风集尘器专利号:ZL201320726435.5,包括上盖:进气管、蜗壳、蜗壳中心排风管、排风管和蜗壳内壁之间形成从外至内呈螺旋下降的内旋流通道,蜗壳外壁上切向设有与进气管相连通的外旋流通道;下部筒体:抛物线状沉降筒,沉降筒的内腔上端与所述内旋流通道相连,沉降筒内腔下端制有出料口。工作时,含尘气体沿进气管进入蜗壳后,再沿蜗壳外壁作螺旋运动,并沿锥形沉降管向下加速旋转,当含尘气流高速运动到锥底后,在离心力的作用下将尘粒甩进灰筒,甩净尘的气体折转向上,沿锥筒轴心向上运动,沿排风管排出。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的,是针对上述涡轮增压旋风集尘器(专利号:ZL201320726435.5)的外部结构进行改进,原上盖与筒体的结合是通过胶水粘结,实际使用中经常出现分离;筒体的底端柱式连接方式,实际使用时安装非常困难;筒底呈平行平面状,二次回尘较重。本实用新型是在保持上述实用新型内部结构形状不变情况下,在外部对上盖与筒体进行改进,取消涂胶连接结构,采用螺钉将上盖与筒体连接成一个整体,避免运输和使用时出现分离现象,在筒下部取消柱式外接结构,设制法兰结构,解决了安装困难问题,将原来的平行平面筒底改成了有角度的斜截面筒底,降低了二次回尘,提高集尘效率。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在上盖的下端连接处,设制了若干个外伸耳,耳与下端的内部有凹进台阶,供筒体配合用,外伸耳内有螺孔,上盖整个下端制有一个围边。筒体顶端制有凸台,供上盖配合用,凸台下面,设制了若干个外伸耳,耳上有通孔。装配时,先将上盖与下部筒体位置对合好,然后用螺钉从筒体外伸耳通孔向上拧入上盖外伸耳的螺孔内紧固。由于上盖下端制有一圈围边,装配后,筒体外伸耳与螺钉完 全被上盖覆盖,达到外形美观。下部筒体的底端制出一道法兰,法兰上制有若干个固定集尘器用的通孔,安装集尘器就变得方便了。将原筒体底总的平行平面底边改制成有一个角度的斜截面底边,大幅降低了二次回尘。
本实用新型的内部结构形状保持现有实用新型涡轮增压旋风集尘器专利号:ZL201320726435.5不变,因此,它的除尘方式保持不变,除尘效率因底部形状的改变,而得到提高。

如图1、图2、图3、为本实用新型上盖改进处,包括:上盖外伸耳1,上盖外伸耳螺孔2,上盖围边3;图4、图5、图6、图7、图8为本实用新型筒体改进处,包括: 筒体外伸耳4,筒体外伸耳通孔5,筒体法兰6,集尘器固定通孔7,斜截面筒底8。上盖外伸耳1与筒体外伸耳4对合后,拧上连接螺钉9,上盖与筒体就组装成一个整体。

  1. 对一种涡轮增压旋风集尘器的改进,包括上盖下端设制了上盖外伸耳(1)、上盖围边(3)、,筒体上端设制了筒体外伸耳(4)、下端设制了筒体法兰(6)、平行平面筒底设制成斜截面筒底(8),所述的上盖外伸耳(1)上有上盖外伸耳螺孔(2),所述的筒体外伸耳(4)上有筒体外伸耳通孔(5)、筒体法兰(6)上有集尘器固定通孔(7),上盖与筒体之间通过连接螺钉(9)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的对一种涡轮增压旋风集尘器的改进,其特征在于:上盖上制有上盖外伸耳(1),耳上有连接筒体用的上盖外伸耳螺孔(2)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的对一种涡轮增压旋风集尘器的改进,其特征在于:上盖下端制有围边(3)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的对一种涡轮增压旋风集尘器的改进,其特征在于:筒体上端制有筒体外伸耳(4),耳上有连接上盖用的筒体外伸耳通孔(5)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的对一种涡轮增压旋风集尘器的改进,其特征在于:筒体下端制有筒体法兰(6),法兰上有集尘器固定通孔(7)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的对一种涡轮增压旋风集尘器的改进,其特征在于:筒体底部形状呈斜截面筒底(8)。
