本申请要求于2017年8月24日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710739147.6、发明名称为“账户清结算方法、设备及存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及数据处理的技术领域,尤其涉及一种账户清结算方法、装置、设备及存储介质。
背景技术
对公账户对外支付时,需要通过人工登陆网银方式,对支付订单进行支付,支付时效不可控,支付成功后,由清结算运营人员,通过网银人工逐笔对账,此外,财务人员需要在财务系统中,定期根据支付流水数据,进行对账核算,生成资金凭证和业务凭证。
由于支付、结算和核算均需要人工完成,因此,现有对公账户的清结算方式,存在清结算效率不高和人力成本较高的问题。

发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种账户清结算方法、装置、设备及存储介质,旨在解决现有对公账户的清结算方式,清结算效率不高和人力成本较高的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种账户清结算方法,所述账户清结算方法包括以下步骤:
以间隔预设时间向外部系统发送对账文件获取请求,并接收所述外部系统基于所述对账文件获取请求返回的对账文件;
根据预设对账规则对所述对账文件进行对账,以更新数据库中支付订单的清结算信息;
在对账完成时,根据所述清结算信息和所述对账文件确定制证数据,并将所述制证数据传输至财务系统,以供所述财务系统基于所述制证数据生成财务凭证。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种账户清结算装置,所述账户清结算装置包括:
发送与接收模块,用于以间隔预设时间向外部系统发送对账文件获取请求,并接收所述外部系统基于所述对账文件获取请求返回的对账文件;
对账与更新模块,用于根据预设对账规则对所述对账文件进行对账,以更新数据库中支付订单的清结算信息;
确定与传输模块,用于在对账完成时,根据所述清结算信息和所述对账文件确定制证数据,并将所述制证数据传输至财务系统,以供所述财务系统基于所述制证数据生成财务凭证。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种账户清结算设备,所述账户清结算设备包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的账户清结算程序,所述账户清结算程序被所述处理器执行时实现以下步骤:

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请实施例的主要解决方案是:以间隔预设时间向外部系统发送对账文件获取请求,并接收该外部系统基于该对账文件获取请求返回的对账文件,然后根据预设对账规则对该对账文件进行对账,以更新数据库中支付订单的清结算信息,最后在对账完成时,根据该清结算信息和该对账文件确定制证数据,并将该制证数据传输至财务系统,以供该财务系统基于该制证数据生成财务凭证。
由于支付、结算和核算均需要人工完成,因此,现有对公账户的清结算方式,存在清结算效率不高和人力成本较高的问题。
为解决上述问题,本申请提供一种解决方案,本方案通过获取对账文件,并根据对账文件更新数据库中支付订单的清结算信息,整个过程无需清结算运营人员参与,有效的减少人力成本,同时整个清结算过程自动化,有效的提高清结算效率,此外,根据清结算信息确定制证数据,并将制证数据传输至财务系统,使得财务系统能够自动对账核算,减少财务人员,提高对账核算效率。
如图1所示,图1是本申请实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的设备结构示意图。
本申请实施例账户清结算设备可以是PC,也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、便携计算机等具有显示功能的可移动式终端设备,也可以是固定终端设备。
如图1所示,该账户清结算设备可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,通信总线1002,用户接口1003,网络接口1004,存储器1005。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选的用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile
memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的账户清结算设备结构并不构成对账户清结算设备的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,作为一种计算机可读存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及账户清结算程序。
在图1所示的账户清结算设备中,网络接口1004主要用于连接后台服务器,与后台服务器进行数据通信;用户接口1003主要用于连接客户端(用户端),与客户端进行数据通信;而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1005中存储的账户清结算程序,并执行以下实施例中账户清结算方法的步骤。
本申请账户清结算装置的具体实施例与下述账户清结算方法的各实施例基本相同,此处不再赘述。
本申请提供一种账户清结算方法。
参照图2,图2为本申请账户清结算方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
在本实施例中,该账户清结算方法包括:
步骤S101,以间隔预设时间向外部系统发送对账文件获取请求,并接收所述外部系统基于所述对账文件获取请求返回的对账文件;
该账户清结算方法应用于账户清结算设备,该账户清结算设备通过网络接口与外部系统和财务系统进行数据交互,该外部系统通过网络接口与平安银行系统进行数据交互,该平安银行系统定时生成对账文件,并将生成的对账文件存储在网盘中,即银行系统每天定时生成前一天的对账文件。该对账文件包括支付订单编号、支付状态和对账时间等。该外部系统定时触发对账文件下载请求,并根据该对账文件下载请求从银行系统的网盘中下载对账文件,然后存储将该对账文件。
该账户清结算设备以间隔预设时间向外部系统发送对账文件获取请求,外部系统在接收到该对账文件获取请求后,基于该对账文件获取请求获取最新的对账文件,并将获取到的最新对账文件返回账户清结算设备,该账户清结算设备接收该外部系统基于该对账文件获取请求返回的对账文件,并调用对账文件接收回销接口,向外部系统反馈对账文件接收成功。具体地,该账户清结算设备在每天的9点18分至12点之间,每隔8分37秒向外部系统发送对账文件获取请求,直至接收到外部系统基于该对账文件获取请求返回的对账文件,对账文件的生成需要时间,在获取对账文件时,可能存在对账文件未成功生成的情况,因此通过设置间隔预设时间能够保证账户清结算设备成功获取对账文件。在本实施例中,经实际检测,在9点18分至12点之间,每隔8分37秒发送一次对账文件获取请求,在不对外部系统造成过大压力的情况下,可以比较及时的得到反馈,从而达到最好的效果。
步骤S102,根据预设对账规则对所述对账文件进行对账,以更新数据库中支付订单的清结算信息;
该账户清结算设备在接收到对账文件后,根据预设对账规则对该对账文件进行对账,以更新数据库中支付订单的清结算信息,该清结算信息包括清算状态、对账结果和对账原因描述,该清算状态包括清算成功、清算处理中和清算失败等,该对账结果包括对账相符和对账不符等,该对账原因描述主要用于描述对账不符的原因,便于用户知晓对账不符的原因。该清结算信息能够详细的记录支付订单的状态,可根据清结算信息确定支付订单的清算状态、对账结果和对账原因描述,在支付订单出现异常时,能够快速定位异常的支付订单。
具体地,参照图3,图3为图2中所述步骤S102的细化流程示意图,该步骤S102包括:
步骤S1021,按照预设规则从所述对账文件中获取支付订单编号和订单支付状态;
步骤S1022,根据所述支付订单编号从数据库中获取对应的支付订单,并获取所述支付订单的清算状态;
步骤S1023,根据所述订单支付状态和所述清算状态更新所述支付订单的清结算信息。
该账户清结算设备按照预设规则从该对账文件中获取支付订单编号和订单支付状态,并根据该支付订单编号从数据库中获取对应的支付订单,且获取该支付订单的清算状态,然后根据该订单支付状态和该清算状态更新该支付订单的清结算信息。该预设规则包括顺序获取规则和随机获取规则,该顺序获取规则为根据支付订单编号的大小从该对账文件中依次获取支付订单编号和订单支付状态,直至对账文件中的支付订单编号均被获取,而随机获取规则为从该对账文件中随机获取支付订单编号和订单支付状态,直至对账文件中的支付订单编号均被获取一次。该订单支付状态包括支付成功和支付失败。
该预设对账规则如下:清算状态为清算成功,而订单支付状态为支付成功,则将对账结果置为对账相符;清算状态为清算成功,而订单支付状态为支付失败,则将对账结果置为对账不符,将对账原因描述置为订单支付成功,外部系统支付失败;清算状态为清算处理中,而订单支付状态为支付成功,则将对账结果置为对账相符;清算状态为清算处理中,
而单支付状态为支付失败,则将对账结果置为对账相符;清算状态为清算失败,
而订单支付状态为支付成功,则将对账结果置为对账相符;清算状态为清算失败,而订单支付状态为支付失败,则将对账结果置为对账相符;若支付订单不存在,而订单支付状态为支付成功,则新增一条对账记录,并将新增支付订单的对账结果置为对账不符,将对账原因描述置为支付订单不存在,订单支付成功。
步骤S103,在对账完成时,根据所述清结算信息和所述对账文件确定制证数据,并将所述制证数据传输至财务系统,以供所述财务系统基于所述制证数据生成财务凭证。
在对账完成时,该账户清结算设备根据该清结算信息和该对账文件确定制证数据,并将该制证数据传输至财务系统,以供该财务系统基于该制证数据生成财务凭证。该财务凭证包括资金凭证和业务凭证,该制证数据包括金额和业务类型等。
具体地,参照图4,图4为图2中所述步骤S103的细化流程示意图,该步骤S103包括:
步骤S1031,在对账完成时,根据所述对账文件中的各个支付订单编号从所述数据库中获取对应的支付订单,以生成支付订单集合;
步骤S1032,从所述支付订单集合中获取每个支付订单的清结算信息,并根据所述清结算信息确定所述支付订单的对账状态;
步骤S1033,根据所述对账状态和所述支付订单集合确定制证支付订单集合,并根据所述制证支付订单集合确定制证数据。
该账户清结算设备根据该对账文件中的各个支付订单编号从该数据库中获取对应的支付订单,以生成支付订单集合,然后从该支付订单集合中获取每个支付订单的清结算信息,并根据该清结算信息确定该支付订单的对账状态,即根据该清结算信息中的清算状态和对账结果确定支付订单的对账状态,具体为该支付订单的清算状态为清算成功、清算处理中或清算失败,且对账结果为对账相符时,则该支付订单的对账状态为对账相符状态,最后根据该对账状态和该支付订单集合确定制证支付订单集合,并根据该制证支付订单集合确定制证数据,即,从该支付订单集合中获取对账状态为对账相符的支付订单,从而生成制证支付订单集合,然后从该制证支付订单集合中获取每个支付订单的支付信息,该支付信息包括代收代付款金额和支付去向等,并将每个订单的支付信息进行汇总,以获取制证数据。该对账状态包括对账相符状态和对账不符状态,即该制证支付订单集合中每个支付订单的对账状态为对账相符状态,也就是说,只对对账相符的支付订单进行财务制证。
在本实施例中,本申请以间隔预设时间向外部系统发送对账文件获取请求,并接收该外部系统基于该对账文件获取请求返回的对账文件,然后根据预设对账规则对该对账文件进行对账,以更新数据库中支付订单的清结算信息,最后在对账完成时,根据该清结算信息和该对账文件确定制证数据,并将该制证数据传输至财务系统,以供该财务系统基于该制证数据生成财务凭证,本方案通过获取对账文件,并根据对账文件更新数据库中支付订单的清结算信息,整个清结算过程无需清结算运营人员参与,有效的减少人力成本,同时整个清结算过程自动化,有效的提高清结算效率,此外,根据清结算信息确定制证数据,并将制证数据传输至财务系统,使得财务系统能够自动对账核算,减少财务人员,提高对账核算效率。
进一步的,参照图5,基于上述第一实施例提出了本申请账户清结算方法的第二实施例,与前述实施例的区别在于,该账户清结算方法还包括:
步骤S104,接收外部系统发送的支付订单退款请求,并从所述支付订单退款请求中获取退款支付订单编号;
步骤S105,根据所述退款支付订单编号从所述数据库中获取对应的支付订单,并将所述支付订单的状态置为已退款状态。
清结算运营人员在外部系统的显示界面中触控退款按钮,从而触发支付订单退款请求,然后该外部系统将该支付订单退款请求发送至账户清结算设备,该账户清结算设备接收外部发送的支付订单退款请求,并从该支付订单退款请求中获取退款支付订单编号,然后根据该退款支付订单编号从该数据库中获取对应的支付订单,并将该支付订单的状态置为已退款状态。
在本实施例中,本申请通过在外部系统设置退款按钮,便于清结算运营人员一键退款,使得账户清结算设备自动完成退款,无需清结算运营人员人工操作,提高退款效率。
进一步的,参照图6,基于上述第二实施例提出了本申请账户清结算方法的第三实施例,与前述实施例的区别在于,该步骤S105之后,该账户清结算方法还包括:
步骤S106,获取状态为已退款状态的支付订单,以生成已退款支付订单集合;
步骤S107,根据所述已退款支付订单集合确定退款制证数据,并将所述退款制证数据传输至财务系统,以供所述财务系统基于所述退款制证数据生成财务凭证。
该账户清结算设备在将支付订单退款请求中的全部支付订单的状态均置为已退款状态后,获取状态为已退款状态的支付订单,以生成已退款支付订单集合,然后根据该已退款支付订单集合确定退款制证数据,并将该退款制证数据传输至财务系统,以供该财务系统基于该退款制证数据生成财务凭证。
在本实施例中,本申请在退款完成后,根据退款订单确定退款制证数据,使得财务系统能够自动根据退款制证数据生成财务凭证,实现退款的自动财务对账核算,提高财务对账核算效率。
进一步的,参照图7,基于上述第第一、二和第三实施例提出了本申请账户清结算方法的第四实施例,与前述实施例的区别在于,该账户清结算方法还包括:
步骤S108,在对账完成时,根据所述清结算信息和所述对账文件确定对账不符数据;

步骤S110,在接收到外部触发的对账不符记录的查询请求时,根据所述查询请求显示所述对账不符记录表。
该账户清结算设备在确定对账不符数据后,根据该对账不符数据生成对账不符记录表,并存储该对账不符记录表,在接收到外部触发的对账不符记录的查询请求时,根据该查询请求显示该对账不符记录表。
在本实施例中,本申请通过记录和存储对账不符数据,且设置外部查询接口,便于清结算运营人员快速查询对账不符数据,及时对对账不符的支付订单进行处理。
进一步地,该账户清结算设备在对账完成时,记录该对账文件的存储时长,并在该存储时长超过预设阈值时,删除该对账文件,通过记录对账文件的存储时长,能够在存储时长超过预设阈值时,删除该对账文件,优化存储空间。

- 如权利要求1所述的账户清结算方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述清结算信息和所述对账文件确定制证数据的步骤包括:在对账完成时,根据所述对账文件中的各个支付订单编号从所述数据库中获取对应的支付订单,以生成支付订单集合;从所述支付订单集合中获取每个支付订单的清结算信息,并根据所述清结算信息确定所述支付订单的对账状态;根据所述对账状态和所述支付订单集合确定制证支付订单集合,并根据所述制证支付订单集合确定制证数据。
- 如权利要求1所述的账户清结算方法,其特征在于,所述账户清结算方法还包括:接收外部系统发送的支付订单退款请求,并从所述支付订单退款请求中获取退款支付订单编号;根据所述退款支付订单编号从所述数据库中获取对应的支付订单,并将所述支付订单的状态置为已退款状态。
- 如权利要求4所述的账户清结算方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述退款支付订单编号从所述数据库中获取对应的支付订单,并将所述支付订单的状态置为已退款状态的步骤之后,所述账户清结算方法还包括:获取状态为已退款状态的支付订单,以生成已退款支付订单集合;根据所述已退款支付订单集合确定退款制证数据,并将所述退款制证数据传输至财务系统,以供所述财务系统基于所述退款制证数据生成财务凭证。
- 如权利要求1所述的账户清结算方法,其特征在于,所述账户清结算方法还包括:在对账完成时,根据所述清结算信息和所述对账文件确定对账不符数据;根据所述对账不符数据生成对账不符记录表,并存储所述对账不符记录表;在接收到外部触发的对账不符记录的查询请求时,根据所述查询请求显示所述对账不符记录表。
- 如权利要求6所述的账户清结算方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述清结算信息和所述对账文件确定对账不符数据的步骤包括:在对账完成时,根据所述对账文件中的各个支付订单编号从所述数据库中获取对应的支付订单,以生成支付订单集合;从所述支付订单集合中获取每个支付订单的清结算信息,并根据所述清结算信息确定所述支付订单的对账状态;根据所述对账状态和所述支付订单集合确定对账不符数据。
- 如权利要求1所述的账户清结算方法,其特征在于,所述账户清结算方法还包括:在对账完成时,记录所述对账文件的存储时长,并在所述存储时长超过预设阈值时,删除所述对账文件。
- 一种账户清结算装置,其特征在于,所述账户清结算装置包括:发送与接收模块,用于以间隔预设时间向外部系统发送对账文件获取请求,并接收所述外部系统基于所述对账文件获取请求返回的对账文件;对账与更新模块,用于根据预设对账规则对所述对账文件进行对账,以更新数据库中支付订单的清结算信息;确定与传输模块,用于在对账完成时,根据所述清结算信息和所述对账文件确定制证数据,并将所述制证数据传输至财务系统,以供所述财务系统基于所述制证数据生成财务凭证。
- 如权利要求9所述的账户清结算装置,其特征在于,所述对账与更新模块,还用于:按照预设规则从所述对账文件中获取支付订单编号和订单支付状态;根据所述支付订单编号从数据库中获取对应的支付订单,并获取所述支付订单的清算状态;根据所述订单支付状态和所述清算状态更新所述支付订单的清结算信息。
- 如权利要求9所述的账户清结算装置,其特征在于,所述确定与传输模块,还用于:在对账完成时,根据所述对账文件中的各个支付订单编号从所述数据库中获取对应的支付订单,以生成支付订单集合;从所述支付订单集合中获取每个支付订单的清结算信息,并根据所述清结算信息确定所述支付订单的对账状态;根据所述对账状态和所述支付订单集合确定制证支付订单集合,并根据所述制证支付订单集合确定制证数据。
- 如权利要求9所述的账户清结算装置,其特征在于,所述账户清结算装置还包括:接收与获取模块,用于接收外部系统发送的支付订单退款请求,并从所述支付订单退款请求中获取退款支付订单编号;获取与退款模块,用于根据所述退款支付订单编号从所述数据库中获取对应的支付订单,并将所述支付订单的状态置为已退款状态。
- 一种账户清结算设备,其特征在于,所述账户清结算设备包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的账户清结算程序,所述账户清结算程序被所述处理器执行时实现以下步骤:以间隔预设时间向外部系统发送对账文件获取请求,并接收所述外部系统基于所述对账文件获取请求返回的对账文件;根据预设对账规则对所述对账文件进行对账,以更新数据库中支付订单的清结算信息;在对账完成时,根据所述清结算信息和所述对账文件确定制证数据,并将所述制证数据传输至财务系统,以供所述财务系统基于所述制证数据生成财务凭证。
