近年来,互联网,尤其是移动互联网的迅猛发展,影响着社会的经济生活,改变着人们的工作方式和生活方式。人们可以使用互联网工作、生活、购物及娱乐等。由于互联网的巨大潜力及前景,越来越多的商家将服务(例如健康管理服务)或产品(例如健康管理产品)转移到互联网上进行销售。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种线上线下健康服务产品多级推广处理系统及方法,旨在解决商家基于O2O健康服务产品推广过程中存在点对点的弊端及无法根据推广效果付费的问题。

其中,所述代理商客户端2分为不同的层级,每个层级的代理商客户端2与一个或多个下一级的代理商客户端2连接。具体地说,第N-1级代理商客户端2连接有一个或多个第N级代理商客户端2。如图1所示,第一级代理商客户端2连接有三个第二级代理商客户端2。此外,所述商家消费平台1连接一个或多个第一级代理商客户端2,如图1所示,所示商家消费平台1连接两个第一级代理商客户端2。

具体而言,所述客户的移动终端100通过摄像头扫描某一级代理商客户端2的授权码,之后该客户的移动终端100根据授权码中的商家链接地址与所述商家消费平台1连接,该客户的移动终端100下载所述商家消费平台1的应用,并通过电子支付购买该应用所提供的服务。在其它实施例中,客户也可以直接到商家的实体店,通过出示客户的移动终端100上的授权码进行消费。
所述确认模块113还解析出所述授权码中的层级码(例如,通过编解码器对所述授权码进行解析),通过所述层级码得到该笔电子支付中所关联的代理商客户端2。例如,所述确认模块113从所述授权码中解析出的层级码为A1B2C4D1,则该笔电子支付中所关联的代理商客户端2为A1、B2、C4及D1。
所述计算模块114,用于根据预设规则计算该笔电子支付中所关联的代理商客户端2的分红金额,通知所关联的代理商客户端2。
所述预设规则可以由下列公式表示:
a1+a2+a3+…+aM=100%;
y1= a1*b*x;
y2= a2*b*x;
y3= a3*b*x;
yM= aM*b*x;
其中,a1为所述电子支付中关联的第一级代理商客户端2的分成比例,a2为所述电子支付中关联的第二级代理商客户端2的分成比例,a3为所述电子支付中关联的第三级代理商客户端2的分成比例,aM为所述电子支付中关联的第M级代理商客户端的分成比例,b为商家消费平台1给所有关联的代理商客户端2的总分成比例(例如,10%),x为所述电子支付中的消费金额,y1为第一级代理商客户端2的分成金额,y2为第二级代理商客户端2的分成金额,y3为第三级代理商客户端2的分成金额,yM为第M级代理商客户端2的分成金额,M小于或等于N。
进一步地,上述公式表明:所述客户的移动终端100与第M级代理商客户端2连接,并获取该第M级代理商客户端2的授权码,所述客户的移动终端100在通过获取的授权码在商家消费平台1完成消费后,从第M级代理商客户端2到第一级代理商客户端2的分成金额。此外,为了激励第M级代理商客户端2的持有人的积极性,可以设置为aM> aM-1 >….> a3 > a2 > a1,也就是说,当所述客户的移动终端100通过第N级代理商客户端2获取所述授权码并完成电子化支付后,第M级代理商客户端2的持有人分红最多,该第M级代理商客户端2上面的每一级代理商客户端终端2的持有人也都有分红。
需要说明的是,若所述客户的移动终端100与某一级代理商客户端2(例如,第M级代理商客户端2)连接后,该级代理商客户端2的下一级代理商客户端2(例如,第M+1级代理商客户端2)不能参与分红。
在本实施例中,若该笔电子支付中所关联的代理商客户端2为A1、B2、C4及D1,则表明客户的移动终端100通过第四级代理商客户端D1获取授权码,则M为4,根据上述预设规则,代理商客户端A1、B2、C4及D1的分红金额如下:
其中,代理商客户端A1的分红金额为y1= a1*b*x;
代理商客户端B2的分红金额为y2= a2*b*x;
代理商客户端C4的分红金额为y3= a3*b*x;
代理商客户端D1的分红金额为y4= a4*b*x;
其中,a1+a2+a3+a4=100%,且a4 > a3 > a2 > a1 。
所述计算模块114通知所关联的代理商客户端2的方式可以是邮件、短信或两者结合的方式。在其它实施例中,所述计算模块114还可以将所关联的代理商客户端2的分红金额直接划拨到所关联的代理商客户端2的银行账号或第三方支付账号。
参照图3所示,是本发明线上线下健康服务产品多级推广处理方法的优选实施例的流程图。在本实施例中,所述的线上线下健康服务产品多级推广处理方法应用于商家消费平台1,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S10:所述接收模块110接收各层级代理商客户端2发送过来的加盟请求。具体而言,所述加盟请求包括发送请求的代理商客户端2对应的代理商2的名称、规模、地址,该代理商客户端2的IP地址,及/或该代理商客户端2的上一级代理商客户端2的层级码。
其中,每个代理商客户端2都有一个层级码,每个层级码表示一个代理商客户端2在树状结构中所属的层级及关系链(即与该代理商客户端2关联的其它代理商客户端2)。所述层级码包括层级号、编号及/或关系码。其中,所述层级号表示该代理商客户端2在树状结构中所属的层级(可以用字母的顺序表示层级,例如,字母A表示第一级,字母B表示第二级,依次类推,或者用字母Aa表示第一级,字母Ab表示第二级,Az表示第二十六级、Ba表示第二十七级,依次类推),所述编号表示该代理商客户端2在所属层级的编码(可以用一个或多个数字表示,并随机产生),所述关系码表示该代理商客户端2在树状结构中所属的关系链(通常用该代理商客户端2的上一级代理商客户端2的层级码表示)。需要说明的是,所述层级码是代理商客户端2的标识符,每个层级码都是唯一的且不重复。
此外,第一级代理商客户端2的层级码不包括关系码,例如,层级码A1中的字母A表示某一个代理商客户端2的层级属于第一级,数字“1”表示该代理商客户端2的编号。
其它层级的代理商客户端2的层级码包括关系码,例如,层级码A1B2中,字母B表示某一个代理商客户端2的层级为第二级,该代理商客户端2在第二级的编号为数字2,该代理商客户端2的关系码为字母A1,关系码A1表示该代理商客户端2的上一级代理商客户端为A1。
层级码A1B2C4中,字母C表示某一个代理商客户端2的层级为第三级,该代理商客户端2在第三级的编号为4,该代理商客户端2的关系码为字母A1B2,关系码A1B2表示该代理商客户端2的上一级代理商客户端为B2,而代理商客户端B2的上一级代理商客户端为A1。
需要说明的是,所述代理商客户端2可以将加盟请求直接发送给所述商家消费平台1,例如,第三级的某一个代理商客户端2直接将加盟请求发送给所述商家消费平台1。在其它实施例中,所述代理商客户端2也可以通过层层传递的方式将所述加盟请求发送给所述商家消费平台1,例如,第三级代理商客户端2将所述加盟请求发送给第二级代理商客户端2,第二级代理商客户端2将第三级代理商客户端2传送过来的加盟请求发送给第一级代理商客户端2,之后第一级代理商客户端2将第二级代理商客户端2传送过来的加盟请求发送给所述商家消费平台1。
步骤S11:所述生成模块111对所述加盟请求进行解析(例如,通过关键字提取的方式获取所述加盟请求中的各种信息,如层级码等),并根据解析的加盟请求生成各层级代理商客户端2对应的授权码。
当某一个代理商客户端2的加盟请求中不包括上一级代理商客户端2的层级码时,表明该代理商客户端2申请第一级代理商客户端2,所述授权码的生成方式如下:
所述生成模块111生成该代理商客户端2层级号及编号,所述生成的层级号及编号的组合即该代理商客户端2的层级码;
所述生成模块111从所述商家消费平台1获取商家信息(例如,包括商家的简介、商家的地理位置、应用下载地址、商家链接地址等),并通过存储于存储单元11的编解码器(例如,条形码生成器、二维码生成器、彩色三维码生成器等)将获取的商家信息、所述加盟请求及该代理商客户端2的层级码整合生成该代理商客户端2的授权码。所述授权码可以是,但不限于,一维码、二维码、彩色三维码等其它类型的码。
当某一个代理商客户端2的加盟请求中包括上一级代理商客户端2的层级码时,所述授权码的生成方式如下:
所述生成模块111根据上一级代理商客户端2的层级码确定该代理商客户端2层级,并根据所确定的层级生成该代理商客户端2的层级号及编号,之后将生成的层级号及编号与上一级代理商客户端2的层级码进行组合,形成该代理商客户端2的层级码。
具体地说,若某一个代理商客户端2的加盟请求中包括上一级代理商客户端2的层级码A1B2C4,从层级码A1B2C4可以看出,该上一级代理商客户端2的层级为第三级,而该代理商客户端2是该上一级代理商客户端2的下一级,则该代理商客户端2的层级为第四级,所述生成模块111生成该代理商客户端2层级码D及编号1,并将该层级码D及编号1与该上一级代理商客户端2的层级码A1B2C4进行组合,形成该代理商客户端2的层级码A1B2C4D1(即在层级码A1B2C4后面加入所述生成的层级号D及编号1,形成该代理商客户端2的层级码A1B2C4D1)。从该代理商客户端2的层级码A1B2C4D1可以看出,该层级码对应的代理商客户端2的层级为第4级,该代理商客户端2的上一级代理商客户端为C4,C4的上一级代理商客户端2为B2,B2的上一级代理商客户端2为A1。
所述生成模块111从所述商家消费平台1的存储单元11获取商家信息(例如,包括商家的简介、商家的地理位置、应用下载地址、商家链接地址等),并通过存储于存储单元11的编解码生成器将获取的商家信息、所述加盟请求及该代理商客户端2的层级码整合生成该代理商客户端2的授权码。所述授权码可以是,但不限于,一维码、二维码、彩色三维码等其它类型的码。在本实施例中,所述授权码为二维码。各个层级的代理商客户端2或客户的移动终端100通过摄像头扫描而获取所述授权码。例如,下一级代理商客户端2可以通过摄像头扫描的方式获取上一级代理商客户端2的授权码,从而得到上一级代理商客户端2的层级码。
为了避免应用推广的过程中,大量的下一级代理商客户端2绕过上一级代理商客户端2直接申请上一级或者同一级代理商客户端2,所述商家消费平台1对每一层级代理商客户端2的数量进行控制。例如,第一级代理商客户端2的数量为第一预设数量(例如,50000个),第二级代理商客户端2的数量为S*102,第三级代理商客户端2的数量为S*103,第N级代理商客户端2的数量为S*10N,其中S为第一预设数量。具体地说,若第一级代理商客户端2的数量超过第一预设数量,则停止第一级代理商客户端2的授权,其它代理商客户端2只有拥有第一级代理商客户端2的层级码才能加盟所述商家消费平台1。
步骤S12:所述发送模块112发送对应的授权码给对应的代理商客户端2,当客户的移动终端100通过扫描任意代理商客户端2的授权码时,客户的移动终端100获取该代理商客户端2的授权码。
步骤S13:当客户的移动终端100根据所述授权码在所述商家消费平台1完成电子支付后,所述确认模块113根据所述授权码确认该笔电子支付中所关联的代理商客户端2。
具体而言,所述客户的移动终端100通过摄像头扫描某一级代理商客户端2的授权码,之后该客户的移动终端100根据授权码中的商家链接地址与所述商家消费平台1连接,该客户的移动终端100下载所述商家消费平台1的应用,并通过电子支付购买该应用所提供的服务。
所述确认模块113还解析出所述授权码中的层级码(例如,通过编解码器对所述授权码进行解析),通过所述层级码得到该笔电子支付中所关联的代理商客户端2。例如,所述确认模块113从所述授权码中解析出的层级码为A1B2C4D1,则该笔电子支付中所关联的代理商客户端2为A1、B2、C4及D1。
步骤S14:所述计算模块114根据预设规则计算该笔电子支付中所关联的代理商客户端2的分红金额,通知所关联的代理商客户端2。
所述预设规则可以由下列公式表示:
a1+a2+a3+…+aM=100%;
y1= a1*b*x;
y2= a2*b*x;
y3= a3*b*x;
yM= aM*b*x;
其中,a1为所述电子支付中关联的第一级代理商客户端2的分成比例,a2为所述电子支付中关联的第二级代理商客户端2的分成比例,a3为所述电子支付中关联的第三级代理商客户端2的分成比例,aM为所述电子支付中关联的第M级代理商客户端的分成比例,b为商家消费平台1给所有关联的代理商客户端2的总分成比例(例如,10%),x为所述电子支付中的消费金额,y1为第一级代理商客户端2的分成金额,y2为第二级代理商客户端2的分成金额,y3为第三级代理商客户端2的分成金额,yM为第M级代理商客户端2的分成金额,M小于或等于N。
进一步地,上述公式表明:所述客户的移动终端100与第M级代理商客户端2连接,并获取该第M级代理商客户端2的授权码,所述客户的移动终端100在通过获取的授权码在商家消费平台1完成消费后,从第M级代理商客户端2到第一级代理商客户端2的分成金额。此外,为了激励第M级代理商客户端2的持有人的积极性,可以设置为aM> aM-1 >….> a3 > a2 > a1,也就是说,当所述客户的移动终端100通过第N级代理商客户端2获取所述授权码并完成电子化支付后,第M级代理商客户端2的持有人分红最多,该第M级代理商客户端2上面的每一级代理商客户端终端2的持有人也都有分红。
需要说明的是,若所述客户的移动终端100与某一级代理商客户端2(例如,第M级代理商客户端2)连接后,该级代理商客户端2的下一级代理商客户端2(例如,第M+1级代理商客户端2)不能参与分红。
在本实施例中,若该笔电子支付中所关联的代理商客户端2为A1、B2、C4及D1,则表明客户的移动终端100通过第四级代理商客户端D1获取授权码,则M为4,根据上述预设规则,代理商客户端A1、B2、C4及D1的分红金额如下:
其中,代理商客户端A1的分红金额为y1= a1*b*x;
代理商客户端B2的分红金额为y2= a2*b*x;
代理商客户端C4的分红金额为y3= a3*b*x;
代理商客户端D1的分红金额为y4= a4*b*x;
其中,a1+a2+a3+a4=100%,且a4 > a3 > a2 > a1 。
所述计算模块114通知所关联的代理商客户端2的方式可以是邮件、短信或两者结合的方式。在其它实施例中,所述计算模块114还可以将所关联的代理商客户端2的分红金额直接划拨到所关联的代理商客户端2的银行账号或第三方支付账号。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种线上线下健康服务产品多级推广处理系统,运行于商家消费平台中,其特征在于,所述商家消费平台与一个或多个代理商客户端通过网络连接,所述代理商客户端分为不同的层级,每个层级的代理商客户端与一个或多个下一级的代理商客户端连接,所述商家消费平台与所述代理商客户端的连接关系为树状结构的连接关系,所述线上线下健康服务产品多级推广处理系统包括:
    接收模块,用于接收各层级代理商客户端的有关健康服务产品的加盟请求;
    生成模块,用于对所述加盟请求进行解析,并根据解析的加盟请求生成各层级代理商客户端对应的授权码;
    发送模块,用于发送对应的授权码给对应的代理商客户端,当客户的移动终端通过扫描任意代理商客户端的授权码时,所述客户的移动终端获取该代理商客户端的授权码;
    确认模块,用于当客户的移动终端根据所述授权码在所述商家消费平台完成电子支付后,根据所述授权码确认该笔电子支付中所关联的代理商客户端;及
    计算模块,用于根据预设规则计算该笔电子支付中所关联的代理商客户端的分红金额。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的线上线下健康服务产品多级推广处理系统,其特征在于,所述代理商客户端包括层级码,所述层级码包括层级号、编号及/或关系码,其中,所述层级号表示每个代理商客户端在树状结构中所属的层级,所述编号表示该代理商客户端在所属层级的编码,所述关系码表示该代理商客户端在树状结构中所属的关系链,该代理商客户端的关系码与上一级代理商客户端的层级码相同。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的线上线下健康服务产品多级推广处理系统,其特征在于,当代理商客户端的加盟请求中不包括上一级代理商客户端的层级码时,所述生成模块生成所述授权码的具体方式如下:
    生成该代理商客户端的层级号及编号,所述生成的层级号及编号的组合即为该代理商客户端的层级码;及
    获取商家信息,并通过编解码器将获取的商家信息、所述加盟请求及的层级码整合生成该代理商客户端的授权码。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的线上线下健康服务产品多级推广处理系统,其特征在于,当代理商客户端的加盟请求中包括上一级代理商客户端的层级码时,所述生成模块生成所述授权码的具体方式如下:
    根据上一级代理商客户端的层级码确定该代理商客户端层级;
    根据所确定的层级生成该代理商客户端的层级号及编号;
    将生成的层级号及编号与上一级代理商客户端的层级码进行组合,形成该代理商客户端的层级码;及
    从所述商家消费平台获取商家信息,并通过编解码器将获取的商家信息、所述加盟请求及该代理商客户端的层级码整合生成该代理商客户端的授权码。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的线上线下健康服务产品多级推广处理系统,其特征在于,所述预设规则由下列公式表示:
    ΣaM=100%;
    yM= aM*b*x;
    其中,aM为所述电子支付中关联的第M级代理商客户端的分成比例,b为商家消费平台给所有关联的代理商客户端的总分成比例,x为所述电子支付中的消费金额,yM为关联的第M级代理商客户端的分成金额。
  6. 一种线上线下健康服务产品多级推广处理方法,应用于商家消费平台中,其特征在于,所述商家消费平台与一个或多个代理商客户端通过网络连接,所述代理商客户端分为不同的层级,每个层级的代理商客户端与一个或多个下一级的代理商客户端连接,所述商家消费平台与所述代理商客户端的连接关系为树状结构的连接关系,所述线上线下健康服务产品多级推广处理方法包括以下步骤:
    接收各层级代理商客户端的有关健康服务产品的加盟请求;
    对所述加盟请求进行解析,并根据解析的加盟请求生成各层级代理商客户端对应的授权码;
    发送对应的授权码给对应的代理商客户端,当客户的移动终端通过扫描任意代理商客户端的授权码时,所述客户的移动终端获取该代理商客户端的授权码;
    当客户的移动终端根据所述授权码在所述商家消费平台完成电子支付后,根据所述授权码确认该笔电子支付中所关联的代理商客户端;
    根据预设规则计算该笔电子支付中所关联的代理商客户端的分红金额。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的线上线下健康服务产品多级推广处理方法,其特征在于,所述代理商客户端包括层级码,所述层级码包括层级号、编号及/或关系码,其中,所述层级号表示所述代理商客户端在树状结构中所属的层级,所述编号表示该代理商客户端在所属层级的编码,所述关系码表示该代理商客户端在树状结构中所属的关系链,该代理商客户端的关系码与上一级代理商客户端的层级码相同。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的线上线下健康服务产品多级推广处理方法,其特征在于,当代理商客户端的加盟请求中不包括上一级代理商客户端的层级码时,所述授权码的生成方式如下:
    生成该代理商客户端的层级号及编号,所述生成的层级号及编号的组合即为该代理商客户端的层级码;及
    获取商家信息,并通过编解码器将获取的商家信息、所述加盟请求及的层级码整合生成该代理商客户端的授权码。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的线上线下健康服务产品多级推广处理方法,其特征在于,当代理商客户端的加盟请求中包括上一级代理商客户端的层级码时,所述授权码的生成方式如下:
    根据上一级代理商客户端的层级码确定该代理商客户端层级;
    根据所确定的层级生成该代理商客户端的层级号及编号;
    将生成的层级号及编号与上一级代理商客户端的层级码进行组合,形成该代理商客户端的层级码;及
    从所述商家消费平台获取商家信息,并通过编解码器将获取的商家信息、所述加盟请求及该代理商客户端的层级码整合生成该代理商客户端的授权码。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的线上线下健康服务产品多级推广处理方法,其特征在于,所述预设规则由下列公式表示:
    ΣaM=100%;
    yM= aM*b*x;
    其中,aM为所述电子支付中关联的第M级代理商客户端的分成比例,b为商家消费平台给所有关联的代理商客户端的总分成比例,x为所述电子支付中的消费金额,yM为关联的第M级代理商客户端的分成金额。
