4、本发明通过设置带孔的紧固螺栓,在锯片安装轴上开供水流出的孔和槽,在法兰盘上开供水流出的槽,结构简单,适用性强。

其中,紧固螺栓3与中心轴121的对接处设置密封圈组件7。密封圈组件7包括第一密封圈71、第二密封圈72和第三密封圈73,第一密封圈71为橡胶密封圈,第二密封圈72为陶瓷密封圈,第三密封圈73为橡胶密封圈,第二密封圈72位于第一密封圈71和第三密封圈73之间。在本实施例中,第二密封圈72作为紧固螺栓3和中心轴121对接的过渡段,实际应用中,也可以直接在紧固螺栓3与中心轴121的对接处设置密封圈,防止水溢出。传动轴14上开有与第一密 封圈71相配合的凹槽,第一密封圈71放置在凹槽内,保证第一密封圈71的安装更牢固,不易松动。中心轴121上套装有弹簧15,弹簧15的一侧抵靠在连接座122上,弹簧15的另一侧抵靠在密封圈组件7上,防止密封圈组件7松动。其中,弹簧15抵靠在第三密封圈73上。紧固螺栓3上设置有用于外接水管1的水套2,水套2与第一通孔31连通。法兰盘10通过螺母8固定在中心轴121上,连接座122通过多个螺钉6固定在皮带轮13上。锯片11通过锯片定位销9固定在连接座122上,防止切割作业中锯片11打滑。
参见图4所示,本发明还提供一种路面切割机,包括上述通水冷却装置,锯片11安装在通水冷却装置上,通水冷却装置通过固定板4与路面切割机的电动机固定连接,固定板4与传动轴14固定连接,紧固螺栓3穿过固定板4。
实际使用时,将锯片11套装在锯片安装轴12的中心轴121上,通过锯片定位销9对锯片11进行定位。然后,将法兰盘10套装在锯片安装轴12的中心轴121上,再通过螺母8与中心轴121螺纹连接,对锯片11和法兰盘10进行固定。在路面切割机作业中,电动机通过皮带带动皮带轮13转动,同时带动锯片11转动。冷却水从水管1通过水套2进入到紧固螺栓3的第一通孔31内,然后流入中心轴121的第二通孔123内,再从出水孔124流出到第一储水凹槽101和第二储水凹槽125中。通过锯片11转动的惯性离心力,将冷却水分别从第一排水槽102和第二排水槽126排出,有效冷却锯片。
本领域的技术人员可以对本发明实施例进行各种修改和变型,倘若这些修改和变型在本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则这些修改和变型也在本发明的保护范围之内。
说明书中未详细描述的内容为本领域技术人员公知的现有技术。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于锯片冷却的通水冷却装置,包括锯片安装轴(12)、传动轴(14)和皮带轮(13),锯片(11)安装在锯片安装轴(12)上,皮带轮(13)套设在传动轴(14)上,皮带轮(13)和传动轴(14)之间设置有轴承(5),所述锯片安装轴(12)固定在皮带轮(13)的一端,其特征在于:所述通水冷却装置还包括紧固螺栓(3)和法兰盘(10),所述锯片安装轴(12)包括中心轴(121)和连接座(122);
    所述紧固螺栓(3)内设有供水流入的第一通孔(31),所述中心轴(121)内设有第二通孔(123),所述紧固螺栓(3)穿过传动轴(14)与中心轴(121)对接,第一通孔(31)和第二通孔(123)连通;
    所述法兰盘(10)安装在中心轴(121)上,所述锯片(11)位于法兰盘(10)和连接座(122)之间,所述中心轴(121)上设置有至少一个出水孔(124),出水孔(124)位于法兰盘(10)和连接座(122)之间,出水孔(124)与第二通孔(123)连通,所述法兰盘(10)和锯片(11)之间留有与出水孔(124)连通的通路,所述连接座(122)和锯片(11)之间留有与出水孔(124)连通的通路。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于锯片冷却的通水冷却装置,其特征在于:所述法兰盘(10)靠近锯片(11)的一侧设置有第一储水凹槽(101),第一储水凹槽(101)和锯片(11)之间形成储存水的腔体,所述法兰盘(10)的边缘均匀设置有多个第一排水槽(102),第一排水槽(102)与第一储水凹槽(101)连通;
    所述锯片安装轴(12)靠近锯片(11)的一侧设置有第二储水凹槽(125),第二储水凹槽(125)和锯片(11)之间形成储存水的腔体,所述锯片安装轴(12)的边缘均匀设置有多个第二排水槽(126),第二排水槽(126)与第二储水凹槽(125)连通。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的用于锯片冷却的通水冷却装置,其特征在于:所述法兰盘(10)和连接座(122)安装在锯片(11)两侧时,所述第一储水凹槽(101)和第二储水凹槽(125)的位置相对,所述第一排水槽(102)和第二排水槽(126)的位置相对。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的用于锯片冷却的通水冷却装置,其特征在于:所述紧固螺栓(3)与中心轴(121)的对接处设置有密封圈组件(7)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的用于锯片冷却的通水冷却装置,其特征在于:所述密封圈组件(7)包括第一密封圈(71)、第二密封圈(72)和第三密封圈(73),所述第一密封圈(71)为橡胶密封圈,所述第二密封圈(72)为陶瓷密封圈,所述第三密封圈(73)为橡胶密封圈,所述第二密封圈(72)位于第一密封圈(71)和第三密封圈(73)之间。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的用于锯片冷却的通水冷却装置,其特征在于:所述传动轴(14)上开有与第一密封圈(71)相配合的凹槽,所述第一密封圈(71)放置在所述凹槽内。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的用于锯片冷却的通水冷却装置,其特征在于:所述中心轴(121)上套装有弹簧(15),所述弹簧(15)的一侧抵靠在连接座(122)上,所述弹簧(15)的另一侧抵靠在密封圈组件(7)上。
  8. 如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的用于锯片冷却的通水冷却装置,其特征在于:所述紧固螺栓(3)上设置有用于外接水管(1)的水套(2),所述水套(2)与第一通孔(31)连通。
  9. 如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的用于锯片冷却的通水冷却装置,其特征在于:所述法兰盘(10)通过螺母(8)固定在中心轴(121) 上,所述连接座(122)通过多个螺钉(6)固定在皮带轮(13)上,所述锯片(11)通过锯片定位销(9)固定在连接座(122)上。
  10. 一种路面切割机,其特征在于:包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的通水冷却装置,锯片(11)安装在通水冷却装置上,通水冷却装置通过固定板(4)与路面切割机的电动机固定连接,所述固定板(4)与传动轴(14)固定连接,所述紧固螺栓(3)穿过固定板(4)。
