技术领域
本发明涉及一种净化设备,尤其涉及一种油烟空气两用循环净化机。
背景技术
改革开放以来我国国民经济得到了飞速的发展,但同时人们赖以生存的大气环境却不断地恶化,虽然政府治霾付出了代价,舍弃了污染高排放企业并采取了其它一些治理大气的措施收到了一些效果,但造成大气污染的源头之一的厨房餐饮污染排放并未得到根本改善,继续困扰着社会。
因现有技术的原因,国内商业餐饮业的油烟排放仍采用的是几十年前的接管排空技术,净化标准低,且还有很大部分餐饮业净化处理留于形式;居民家庭餐饮排放更不乐观,现有吸油烟机并无完全意义上的净化标准,普遍采用多层共用烟道将油烟废气集中排空。有证据证明在一些大中城市由餐饮的排放造成的大气污染已超过了工业污染的排放。故,解决城市人们生活油烟污染的排放是我们大气治理的当务之急。
现有管道式的油烟排放一方面极大地增加了社会的建筑成本和单位排烟产品的使用能耗;更有甚者,居家共用烟道因排烟不畅、倒灌、互邻窜味等普遍现象直接影响人们室内生活环境。因此,研究开发一种既能有效地解决餐饮排放污染大气,又能有效改善人们居室生活环境的两用式循环净化机摆在我们面前。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种两用式循环净化机,其既可以净化室内的烟气,为室内提供净化后的新风,又能利用烹饪中产生的余热。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种两用式循环净化机,其包括壳体, 油烟净化装置,新风供给装置,及其置热交换装置,其中,该油烟净化装置、该新风供给装置及该置热交换装置均安置于该壳体内;该油烟净化装置包括吸烟口,第一排风口,油脂分离器,吸烟腔,第一风机,烟气净化室,烟气净化滤层,其中,该油脂分离器设置于该吸烟口处或该吸烟腔内,该烟气净化滤层设置于该烟气净化室内;该新风供给装置包括吸风口,第二排风口,粉尘阻截器,吸风腔,第二风机,气体净化室,气体净化滤层,其中,该粉尘阻截器设置于该吸风口处或该吸风腔内,该气体净化滤层设置于该气体净化室内;该置热交换装置包括吸热器,散热器,及其循环管道,其中,该吸热器安置于该循环管道下端且位于该吸烟腔内,该散热器安置于该循环管道上端且位于该新风供给装置内。
该吸烟口设置于该壳体下部内侧,该第一排风口设置于该壳体上部外侧;该吸风口设置于该壳体下部且于该吸烟口背向的外侧,该第二排风口设置于该壳体上部内侧。
该吸烟腔及该吸风腔为连体结构,中间设置分隔板。
该第一风机及该第二风机分别安装于该分隔板两侧。

在必要时为增加热交换效果,在该置热交换装置4中增设增压泵,该增压泵安置与该循环管道43相连,以加速自来水或冷却液的流动,促进热量交换。
该吸热器41及该散热器42均可采用冷凝器结构,采用铜质盘管且在盘管上串叠多层翅片,以实现良好的吸热和散热效能。

作为第二种可供选择的实施例,该油脂分离器23采用辐射形多叶转盘,该多叶转盘中心固定于该第一风机的出轴端上,该多叶转盘与该第一风机联动对应于该吸烟口,利用该多叶转盘高速旋转与油气碰撞离心的作用实现油脂分离。
作为第三种可供选择的实施例,该油脂分离器23采用静电式油脂分离器,在该吸烟腔内设置静电式电场及油脂碰吸单元,实现油脂与烟气的分离。
值得提醒的是,上述例举的三种该油脂分离器同样适用于粉尘阻截,即,该粉尘阻截器33可以采用与该油脂分离器23相同的技术方案,其区别在于,该粉尘阻截器33的作用是阻截室外空气中的粉尘颗粒、花粉及空气中其它的污染物,以实现外部空气在进入该气体净化室之前的初步过滤。进一步,上述三种技术方案可以在该两用式循环净化机不同朝向的两面(即该油烟净化装置及该新风供给装置)采取同一种方式或采用不同的两种方式分别设置,既能实现油脂分离又能实现粉尘阻截的目的。
该烟气净化滤层27采用无机棉滤网层、高效HEPA网层、活性炭过滤层及纳米光触媒TiO2层其中的一种或几种组合,以净化或清除油烟气体中的烟颗粒物、烟气中的有害气体及异味。同理,该气体净化滤层37可以采用与该烟气净化滤层27相同的技术方案。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术人员无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种两用式循环净化机,其特征在于:包括壳体,油烟净化装置,新风供给装置,及其置热交换装置,其中,该油烟净化装置、该新风供给装置及该置热交换装置均安置于该壳体内;该油烟净化装置包括吸烟口,第一排风口,油脂分离器,吸烟腔,第一风机,烟气净化室,烟气净化滤层,其中,该油脂分离器设置于该吸烟口处或该吸烟腔内,该烟气净化滤层设置于该烟气净化室内;该新风供给装置包括吸风口,第二排风口,粉尘阻截器,吸风腔,第二风机,气体净化室,气体净化滤层,其中,该粉尘阻截器设置于该吸风口处或该吸风腔内,该气体净化滤层设置于该气体净化室内;该置热交换装置包括吸热器,散热器,及其循环管道,其中,该吸热器安置于该循环管道下端且位于该吸烟腔内,该散热器安置于该循环管道上端且位于该新风供给装置内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的两用式循环净化机,其特征在于:该吸烟口设置于该壳体下部内侧,该第一排风口设置于该壳体上部外侧;该吸风口设置于该壳体下部且于该吸烟口背向的外侧,该第二排风口设置于该壳体上部内侧。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的两用式循环净化机,其特征在于:该吸烟腔及该吸风腔为连体结构,中间设置分隔板。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的两用式循环净化机,其特征在于:该第一风机及该第二风机分别安装于该分隔板两侧。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的两用式循环净化机,其特征在于:该第一风机及该第二风机组成一个风机组,该风机组包括装有风轮的两只蜗壳,及其共用的双出轴同芯电机,其中,两只该蜗壳夹装在该分隔板上,该电机纵向地安装在该分隔板上,该电机两端出轴分别与两只该蜗壳内的风轮连接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的两用式循环净化机,其特征在于:该烟气净化滤层采用无机棉滤网层、高效HEPA网层、活性炭过滤层及纳米光触媒TiO2层其中的一种或几种组合。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的两用式循环净化机,其特征在于:该气体净化滤层采用无机棉滤网层、高效HEPA网层、活性炭过滤层及纳米光触媒TiO2层其中的一种或几种组合。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的两用式循环净化机,其特征在于:该置热交换装置还包括增压泵,该增压泵与该循环管道相连。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的两用式循环净化机,其特征在于:该油脂分离器采用机械式油脂分离器、辐射形多叶转盘、静电式油脂分离器中的任意一种,其中,该机械式油脂分离器采用双层凹形过滤网,该过滤网的凹面相对扣合成一体;该辐射形多叶转盘中心固定于该第一风机的出轴端上;该静电式油脂分离器采用在该吸烟腔内设置静电式电场及油脂碰吸单元的结构。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的两用式循环净化机,其特征在于:该粉尘阻截器采用该机械式油脂分离器、该辐射形多叶转盘、该静电式油脂分离器中的任意一种,其中,该机械式油脂分离器采用双层凹形过滤网,该过滤网的凹面相对扣合成一体;该辐射形多叶转盘中心固定于该第一风机的出轴端上;该静电式油脂分离器采用在该吸烟腔内设置静电式电场及油脂碰吸单元的结构。
