[0002] 随着经济发展和人们生活水平的提高,城市居民有80%以上的时间在室内度过,室内空气品质不仅影响人体舒适和健康,而且对室内人员的工作效率有着显著影响。在传统建筑中,人们常采用将室外空气引入室内的通风方式,来改善室内热舒适条件及空气品质。随着采暖空调的广泛使用,出于系统节能的考虑,人们开始提高建筑的密封程度,同时减少新风量,导致室内污染物得不到新风稀释而浓度升高。此外,室外空气的污染问题也日趋严重,新风中的污染物,尤其是ΡΜ2.5,可进入人体肺部,对人体健康危害极大。
[0003] 现有的空气净化设备主要分为两大类:一类主要是采用过滤(静电、紫外线、负离子等)方法,这种净化器会随着使用时间的增加,造成滤网气流阻塞而使阻力增大,灰尘沉积、细菌滋生,对室内空气造成二次污染,而且能有效过滤细颗粒物的滤网成本较高,又由于滤网需要经常更换而使得使用成本也较高;另一类是水洗空气净化器,使空气在通过水帘或水幕时得到净化,这种净化器产生水帘或水幕需要耗费大量水和电,而且噪声很大。

[0020] 本实用新型首先通过空气与过滤纸芯上水膜的充分接触,将空气中的大部分污染物去除,然后通过活性炭板吸附空气中不溶于水的污染物,最后用紫外线灯管将空气中剩余的细菌、病毒等去除,使空气得到完全的净化。本实用新型较传统的多层过滤网的过滤方式,不存在过滤网长时间使用会产生的气流阻塞、阻力增大及对室内空气造成二次污染的问题。和传统水洗空气净化器相比,本实用新型省水省电,噪音小。纸芯过滤器做成抽屉式,方便更换,材料为过滤纸,制造和使用成本都较低。经过净化的空气和室内回风在热交换器内进行热交换,回收回风中的热量,节约能源。

具体实施方式
[0023] 如图1所示,一种带热交换器的水膜式空气净化装置,包括壳体,壳体底部设有贮水腔1,贮水腔I与循环水管4相连,贮水腔I上方是过滤纸芯3,过滤纸芯3采用多层过滤纸折叠堆叠,相对壳体倾斜,过滤纸芯3上方设喷淋头5,喷淋头5与循环水管4连接,通过一个小水泵2将贮水腔I中的水抽送至喷淋头5,使过滤纸芯3上形成水膜,喷淋头5上方设置水雾过滤网6,水雾过滤网6可以采用网状的吸水性材料,不仅能防止溶有污染物的水雾随空气流出,同时还避免了空气过度加湿。水雾过滤网6之上设置有活性炭板7和紫外线灯管8。
[0024] 新风口 10设置在壳体侧面的下部,室外空气通过新风口 10进入壳体内,回风口 11设置在壳体侧面的上部,室内空气通过回风口 11进入壳体内,新风风轮15和回风风轮14分别置于新风口 10和回风口 11处,由一个直流变频电机驱动,可以方便地调节风量大小,热交换器9设置在净化模块和回风风轮14之间。
[0025] 具体使用时,启动水泵2和直流变频电机,喷淋头5开始喷水,使过滤纸芯3上形成水膜,并沿着倾斜的滤纸流向下一层,直到每层滤纸都形成水膜,新风风轮15将室外空气送入,空气流过滤纸上的层层水膜,空气中的可溶于水的颗粒物和气体污染物被“传质”到水中,然后经水雾过滤网6将空气中溶有污染物的水雾去除,空气继续流经活性炭板7,将空气中不溶于水的有害化学物质通过吸附的方法去除,再在紫外线灯管8的照射下,杀死空气中剩余的细菌、病毒等,至此,空气得到完全的净化,流出净化模块,进入热交换器9,和回风风轮14送入的室内空气进行热交换,回收室内空气中的能量,然后经热交换后的室外空气和室内空气分别经送风口 12及排风口 13送入室内。

Claims (8)
1.一种带热交换器的水膜式空气净化装置,其特征在于,包括壳体,壳体的一侧设有新风口( 10)和回风口( 11 ),壳体的顶部设有与所述新风口( 10)连通的送风口( 12),壳体另一侧设有与所述回风口(11)连通的排风口(13); 位于所述壳体的内部,在所述的新风口(10)和送风口(12)之间的风道上依次布置有水膜过滤装置和热交换器(9),所述的回风口(11)和排风口(13)分别与所述的热交换器(9)连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的带热交换器的水膜式空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述的水膜过滤装置包括用于空气过滤的过滤纸芯(3),位于所述过滤纸芯(3)下方的贮水腔(1),以及向过滤纸芯(3 )喷水且经管路与所述贮水腔(I)连通的喷淋头(5 )。
3.如权利要求2所述的带热交换器的水膜式空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述的过滤纸芯(3)为倾斜布置的多层过滤纸,每层过滤纸上均匀分布有通气孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的带热交换器的水膜式空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述的多层过滤纸折叠呈波浪形。
5.如权利要求4所述的带热交换器的水膜式空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述的管路上设置有水泵(2)。
6.如权利要求5所述的带热交换器的水膜式空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述的过滤纸芯(3)和热交换器(9)之间依次布置有水雾过滤网(6)、活性炭板(7)和紫外线灯管(8)。
7.如权利要求6所述的带热交换器的水膜式空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述的新风口( 10)和回风口( 11)处分别布置有新风风轮(15)和回风风轮(14)。
8.如权利要求7所述的带热交换器的水膜式空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述的壳体上插设有放置所述过滤纸芯(3)的支架。
