本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,尤其是一种水滤式新风净化机,包括壳体,所述壳体的左右两侧的上部和下部分别设有室内侧回风口、室内侧送风口和室外进风口、室外排风口,所述壳体的下端右侧安装有电气控制盒,所述壳体的内侧上部安装有热交换芯体,所述壳体的内部下表面一侧安装有水箱和水泵,所述壳体的内部下表面一侧安装有填充层和布水器,所述水泵的进水口连接有水泵进水管,所述水泵的出水口连接有水泵出水管,所述壳体的内侧下部一侧安装有紫外线杀菌灯和负离子发生器。本发明采用水洗净化方式,无需更换耗材,避免二次污染,采用水洗净化方式,在净化空气的同时,还能起到加湿效果,结构简单、净化效果好,经济环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,尤其涉及一种水滤式新风净化机。
背景技术
目前,为了提高冷暖设备的效果而推进居住空间的高绝热性和高气密性,伴随而来的是室内空气干燥和污染的问题,新风空气净化的重要性逐渐进入人们的视野。市场上存在的新风净化和加湿器种类繁多,或结构复杂成本高昂,或成本低廉但需经常更换耗材,不一而足。
舒适性、节能性建筑对新风净化系统的广泛需求,用来解决通风换气的需要家庭、学校、商业住宅等对洁净空气的广泛需求,满足人们舒适、宜居、健康生活的需求,净空气包含PM2.5、相对湿度、甲醛、各种菌类,净化过滤装置是空气净化器的核心,决定了净化效果的好坏,市面上新风系统厂家多以粗效滤网、中效滤网、高效及活性炭复合滤网技术来产出洁净空气,随着运行时间的增加,滤网洁净空气效率会下降,下降到一定程度就必须更换。
传统的新风净化系统只是利用过滤网将空气中脏东西吸附,时间一久就失去原本的功能,需要及时更换耗材,且由于室内密闭的空间,时间久了,室内空气干燥,影响舒适性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,从而提出的一种水滤式新风净化机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种水滤式新风净化机,包括壳体,所述壳体的左右两侧的上部和下部分别设有室内侧回风口、室内侧送风口和室外进风口、室外排风口,所述壳体的下端右侧安装有电气控制盒,所述电气控制盒包括控制电路板和电器元器件,且控制电路板和电器元器件之间通过导线连接,所述壳体的内侧上部左右两侧分别安装有室内侧回风风机和室外侧送风风机,所述壳体的内侧上部左侧安装有PM.传感器和温湿度传感器,所述壳体的内侧上部安装有热交换芯体,且热交换芯体位于室内侧回风风机和室外侧送风风机之间,所述热交换芯体的内部设有交替叠合且互不相通的新风孔道和回风孔道,所述壳体的内部下表面一侧安装有水箱和水泵,所述壳体的内部下表面一侧安装有填充层和布水器,所述水泵的进水口连接有水泵进水管,且水泵进水管的一端与水箱连接,所述水泵的出水口连接有水泵出水管,且水泵出水管的一端与布水器连接,所述壳体的内侧下部一侧安装有紫外线杀菌灯和负离子发生器,所述室内侧回风风机、PM.传感器、温湿度传感器、紫外线杀菌灯、水泵、负离子发生器和控制电路板之间通过导线连接。
优选的,所述填充层为可更换填充层。
优选的,所述室内侧回风风机和室外侧送风风机均为PWM调速的离心风机。
优选的,所述热交换芯体和壳体之间为可拆卸连接。
优选的,所述壳体的下端中部连接有补水管,且补水管与水箱相连。
优选的,所述壳体的下端一侧安装有溢水管和排水管,且溢水管、排水管均与水箱相连。
本发明提出的一种水滤式新风净化机,有益效果在于:
本发明设有的填充层、布水器,能够充分的去除新风中的颗粒性杂质、甲醛,尤其是对PM2.5的细小颗粒具有很好的去除效果;
设有的热交换芯体,室外新风和室内回风经过过滤、净化后皆通过热交换芯体,使室外新风在热交换芯体内回收室内回风的能量,从而达到通风换气又保持室内温、湿度稳定的效果;
设有的负氧离子发生器,能够使新风中含有大量的负氧离子;
设有的紫外线杀菌灯,能够对新风起到杀菌效果;
采用水洗净化方式,无需更换耗材,避免二次污染,采用水洗净化方式,在净化空气的同时,还能起到加湿效果,结构简单、净化效果好,经济环保。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种水滤式新风净化机,包括壳体5,壳体5的下端中部连接有补水管20,且补水管20与水箱18相连,能够为水箱18补充新水。
壳体5的左右两侧的上部和下部分别设有室内侧回风口1、室内侧送风口9和室外进风口8、室外排风口12,壳体5的下端右侧安装有电气控制盒21,电气控制盒21包括控制电路板和电器元器件,且控制电路板和电器元器件之间通过导线连接,壳体5的内侧上部左右两侧分别安装有室内侧回风风机2和室外侧送风风机7,室内侧回风风机2和室外侧送风风机7均为PWM调速的离心风机,PWM调速的离心风机能够进行风速调节,提高使用效果。
壳体5的下端一侧安装有溢水管16和排水管17,且溢水管16、排水管17均与水箱18相连,为了方便对水箱18的内部进行清洗。
壳体5的内侧上部左侧安装有PM2.5传感器3和温湿度传感器4,壳体5的内侧上部安装有热交换芯体6,热交换芯体6和壳体5之间为可拆卸连接,便于拆装维修,提高整个净化机的使用寿命。
且热交换芯体6位于室内侧回风风机2和室外侧送风风机7之间,热交换芯体6的内部设有交替叠合且互不相通的新风孔道和回风孔道,壳体5的内部下表面一侧安装有水箱18和水泵14,壳体5的内部下表面一侧安装有填充层19和布水器22,填充层19为可更换填充层,能够提高填充层19的使用效果,从而能够对空气更好的净化。
水泵14的进水口连接有水泵进水管13,且水泵进水管13的一端与水箱18连接,水泵14的出水口连接有水泵出水管11,且水泵出水管11的一端与布水器22连接,壳体5的内侧下部一侧安装有紫外线杀菌灯10和负离子发生器15,室内侧回风风机2、PM2.5传感器3、温湿度传感器4、紫外线杀菌灯10、水泵14、负离子发生器15和控制电路板之间通过导线连接。
工作原理:使用时,室外风和室内风分别从室外进风口8和室内侧回风口1进入室外风和室内风均进入热交换芯体6进行热交换,室外风经过填充层19,再经过紫外线杀菌灯10和负离子发生器15处理后从室内侧送风口9流出,进入室内,室内风从室外排风口12流出,排到室外,水泵14将水箱18中的水输送到布水器22,布水器22把水均匀的洒下,经过填充层19流回水箱18,完成水循环,由于填充层19的作用能够使室外风与循环水充分接触,水会把室外风中的颗粒物,甲醛等有害物质大部分截留于水中,从而达到净化空气的目的,从而水也能够使室外风含有水分,达到对空气加湿的目的,工作一段时间后,水箱18中水量减少,可通过补水管20对水箱18进行补水,以及通过排水管17和溢水管16对水箱18进行清洗。

1.一种水滤式新风净化机,包括壳体(5),其特征在于,所述壳体(5)的左右两侧的上部和下部分别设有室内侧回风口(1)、室内侧送风口(9)和室外进风口(8)、室外排风口(12),所述壳体(5)的下端右侧安装有电气控制盒(21),所述电气控制盒(21)包括控制电路板和电器元器件,且控制电路板和电器元器件之间通过导线连接,所述壳体(5)的内侧上部左右两侧分别安装有室内侧回风风机(2)和室外侧送风风机(7),所述壳体(5)的内侧上部左侧安装有PM2.5传感器(3)和温湿度传感器(4),所述壳体(5)的内侧上部安装有热交换芯体(6),且热交换芯体(6)位于室内侧回风风机(2)和室外侧送风风机(7)之间,所述热交换芯体(6)的内部设有交替叠合且互不相通的新风孔道和回风孔道,所述壳体(5)的内部下表面一侧安装有水箱(18)和水泵(14),所述壳体(5)的内部下表面一侧安装有填充层(19)和布水器(22),所述水泵(14)的进水口连接有水泵进水管(13),且水泵进水管(13)的一端与水箱(18)连接,所述水泵(14)的出水口连接有水泵出水管(11),且水泵出水管(11)的一端与布水器(22)连接,所述壳体(5)的内侧下部一侧安装有紫外线杀菌灯(10)和负离子发生器(15),所述室内侧回风风机(2)、PM2.5传感器(3)、温湿度传感器(4)、紫外线杀菌灯(10)、水泵(14)、负离子发生器(15)和控制电路板之间通过导线连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水滤式新风净化机,其特征在于,所述填充层(19)为可更换填充层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水滤式新风净化机,其特征在于,所述室内侧回风风机(2)和室外侧送风风机(7)均为PWM调速的离心风机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水滤式新风净化机,其特征在于,所述热交换芯体(6)和壳体(5)之间为可拆卸连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水滤式新风净化机,其特征在于,所述壳体(5)的下端中部连接有补水管(20),且补水管(20)与水箱(18)相连。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水滤式新风净化机,其特征在于,所述壳体(5)的下端一侧安装有溢水管(16)和排水管(17),且溢水管(16)、排水管(17)均与水箱(18)相连。
