本实用新型涉及空气净化技术领域,具体是一种除湿电解净化空气装置。
背景技术
空气净化是指针对室内的各种环境问题提供杀菌消毒、降尘除霾、祛除有害装修残留以及异味等整体解决方案,提高改善生活、办公条件,增进身心健康。室内环境污染物和污染来源主要包括放射性气体、霉菌、颗粒物、装修残留、二手烟等。对室内空气中的固态污染物、气态污染物等具有一定去除能力的电器装置;可去除两种或两种以上空气污染物的空气净化器称为多功能室空气净化器。污染物主要指室内空气中细菌、病毒、固态污染物(如粉尘、花粉、带菌颗粒等)、气态污染物(异味、甲醛之类的装修污染等)。欧美国家比较关注空气净化器杀菌消毒功能,而国内由于近年来雾霾较为严重,更关注的是去除颗粒物(降尘)。按作用原理主要分为主动式净化和被动式净化两种。
现有的空气净化装置,使用功能性单一,不能同时具有除湿和加湿的功能目的,不便于进行水体进行充分利用,不利于环保节能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种除湿电解净化空气装置,以解决现有的空气净化装置,使用功能性单一,不能同时具有除湿和加湿的功能目的,不便于进行水体进行充分利用,不利于环保节能问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种除湿电解净化空气装置,包括外壳体,所述外壳体内部设置有热交换器和除湿转轮,所述除湿转轮一侧安装有电加热丝,所述外壳体一侧安装有除湿进气管,且除湿进气管贯穿热交换器设置,所述除湿转轮一侧安装有排气管,所述热交换器和除湿转轮下侧安装有水槽,所述外壳体内设置有空气净化器,所述空气净化器内设置有电解水箱,且电解水箱内安装有电解组件,所述水槽底部一侧通过输水管连接有电解水箱。
进一步的,所述水槽的长宽大于除湿转轮和除湿进气管长宽之和。
进一步的,所述排气管上安装有滤尘箱,所述滤尘箱内部安装有过滤网层和活性炭吸附层。
进一步的,所述空气净化器上设置有洁净空气排出管道。
进一步的,所述除湿转轮通过皮带飞轮传动连接有马达。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型通过设外壳体内部设置有热交换器和除湿转轮,水槽底部一侧通过输水管连接有电解水箱,电解水箱位于空气净化器,先通过除湿机去除空气中的水分,并将除湿机除湿的水进行收集,然后用于含加湿功能的空气净化器进行加湿处理,同时具有除湿和加湿的功能,使得功能较强。
2、本实用新型通过收集空气中的水汽来补充水分,使得空气净化器,无需补水,收集的水质干净,能够充分利用,便于进行节能环保。

请参阅图1,本实用新型实施例中,一种除湿电解净化空气装置,包括外壳体1,外壳体1内部设置有热交换器2和除湿转轮3,除湿转轮3一侧安装有电加热丝4,便于对含水空气进行干燥处理,外壳体1一侧安装有除湿进气管5,且除湿进气管5贯穿热交换器2设置,除湿转轮3一侧安装有排气管6,热交换器2和除湿转轮3下侧安装有水槽10,便于收集水体,外壳体内设置有空气净化器14,空气净化器14内设置有电解水箱13,且电解水箱13内安装有电解组件,水槽10底部一侧通过输水管11连接有电解水箱,使得先通过除湿机构去除空气中的水分,并将除湿的水进行收集,然后用于含加湿功能的空气净化器进行加湿处理,通过收集空气中的水汽来补充水分,使得空气净化器14加湿时,无需补水,收集的水质干净,便于进行节能环保。
优选的,水槽10的长宽大于除湿转轮3和除湿进气管5长宽之和,便于进行收集热交换器2和除湿转轮3滴落的水。
优选的,排气管6和除湿进气管5均上安装有滤尘箱7,滤尘箱7内部安装有过滤网层8和活性炭吸附层9,便于对空气进行过滤处理。
优选的,空气净化器14上设置有洁净空气排出管道15。
优选的,除湿转轮3通过皮带飞轮传动连接有马达,便于驱动除湿转轮3进行旋转除湿处理。
本实用新型的工作原理及使用流程:通过外壳体1内部设置有热交换器2和除湿转轮3,外壳体1内底部安装有水槽10,水槽10底部一侧通过输水管11连接有电解水箱13和空气净化器14,使得先通过除湿机构去除空气中的水分,并将除湿的水进行收集,然后用于含加湿功能的空气净化器进行加湿处理,通过收集空气中的水汽来补充水分,使得空气净化器14加湿时,无需补水,收集的水质干净,便于进行节能环保。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种除湿电解净化空气装置,其特征在于:所述水槽(10)的长宽大于除湿转轮(3)和除湿进气管(5)长宽之和。
