本发明公开了一种智能恒氧恒净恒湿新风机,涉及新风机技术领域,包括壳体,壳体一端设有室内送风口与室内回风口,另一端设有室外排风口与室外进风口,壳体内部设有全热交换芯,室外进风口经过全热交换芯后与室内送风口相连通,室外排风口经过全热交换芯后与室内回风口相连通;在室外进风口到室内送风口的风道内,设有分别位于全热交换芯两侧的除湿模块和加湿模块;室外进风口到室内送风口的风道、室外排风口到室内回风口的风道中皆设有风机;全热交换芯与壳体靠近室外进风口一端端板之间连接挡设有隔板,隔板上贯穿有开口,隔板开口、室外排风口与室外进风口中设有用于控制启闭的风阀。达到了维持室内环境的恒氧,节约能源的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及新风机技术领域,特别涉及一种智能恒氧恒净恒湿新风机。
背景技术
现阶段,市场上主流空调主要功能有:制冷、制热、除湿、送风等,但是许多建筑存在室内通风能力较差,空气污浊,二氧化碳浓度高,甲醛、苯等有害物质富集等情况,空气质量难以保证。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种智能恒氧恒净恒湿新风机,根据室内环境,切换新风以及室内循环工作,维持室内环境的恒氧,并在保持室内湿度恒定的同时,节约能源。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种智能恒氧恒净恒湿新风机,包括壳体,壳体一端设有室内送风口与室内回风口,另一端设有室外排风口与室外进风口,壳体内部设有全热交换芯,室外进风口经过全热交换芯后与室内送风口相连通,室外排风口经过全热交换芯后与室内回风口相连通;
在室外进风口到室内送风口的风道内,设有分别位于全热交换芯两侧的除湿模块和加湿模块;
室外进风口到室内送风口的风道、室外排风口到室内回风口的风道中皆设有风机;
全热交换芯与壳体靠近室外进风口一端端板之间连接挡设有隔板,隔板位于室外排风口与室外进风口之间,隔板上贯穿有开口,隔板开口、室外排风口与室外进风口中设有用于控制启闭的风阀。
更进一步地,所述除湿模块包括表冷器。
更进一步地,所述表冷器远离室外进风口一侧连接有压缩机,压缩机位于壳体内,壳体内还设有位于表冷器正下方的集水槽,所述集水槽底部连通于伸出壳体外的出水口。
更进一步地,所述加湿模块包括湿膜转轮以及水箱,湿膜转轮转动连接于壳体内,且其底部浸于水箱中的水中。
更进一步地,所述水箱连通于壳体外的进水口和排水口,水箱内还设有用于感应水位高度的水位传感器,水箱设定高度上还设有溢水口。
更进一步地,所述壳体内设有位于室内回风口以及室外进风口处的滤网。
更进一步地,所述滤网安装于安装板,壳体底部开设有供各滤网插入的插口,安装板可拆卸连接于壳体底部。
更进一步地,所述安装板包括与壳体侧面相抵接的侧板,壳体侧面设有水平的螺杆,螺杆上连接有适配的手拧螺母,侧板上开设有与手拧螺母相适配的通孔,通孔上部贯通有宽度小于通孔的通槽,通槽贯穿至侧板上部。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
室外的新风能够经过净化之后,送入室内,室内浑浊的空气经过风道排到室外,其可根据室内二氧化碳的浓度(包括甲醛的浓度、PM2.5的浓度),自动调节风量的大小以及切换内外循环,达到室内的恒氧效果。
在热交换器的两侧设有加湿模块和除湿模块;当室内湿度过低的时候,启动加湿模块,湿度过高的时候,启动除湿模块,以实现室内的恒湿效果;
热交换器根据这个内外温度,在空气在交换的时候,保持室内的能量,最少的损失启动;
其过滤网可整体分离,且拆装方便,便于更换清理。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明,本实施例不构成对本发明的限制。
一种智能恒氧恒净恒湿新风机,如图1所示,包括壳体1,壳体1远离室外一端连接有室内送风口11与室内回风口12,另一端连接有室外排风口13与室外进风口14,壳体1内部设有全热交换芯15,室外进风口14经过全热交换芯15后与室内送风口11相连通,室外排风口13经过全热交换芯15后与室内回风口12相连通,使得进出风在热交换芯作用下进行能量交换,以节省能源。
如图1所示,在室外进风口14到室内送风口11的风道内,设有分别位于全热交换芯15两侧的除湿模块和加湿模块,室内回风口12处设有湿度传感器;本实施例中,除湿模块位于靠近室外进风口14一侧,加湿模块位于靠近室内送风口11一侧。
如图1所示,除湿模块包括表冷器2;表冷器2远离室外进风口14一侧连接压缩机21,为了使进风的温度不会过低,将压缩机21设于壳体1内,实现先降温干燥,后升温恒定的效果;壳体1内还设有位于表冷器2正下方的集水槽22,集水槽22底部连通于伸出壳体1外的出水口23。
如图1所示,加湿模块包括湿膜转轮3以及水箱31,湿膜转轮3转动连接于壳体1内,且其底部浸于水箱31中的水中。水箱31连通于壳体1外的进水口32和排水口33,进水口32通过电磁阀控制启闭,水箱31内还设有用于感应水位高度的水位传感器,水箱31设定高度上还设有溢水口34,以保证水箱31内的水位。
如图1所示,室外进风口14到室内送风口11的风道、室外排风口13到室内回风口12的风道中皆设有风机16;本实施例中,一风机16位于全热交换芯15与室外排风口13之间,另一风机16位于全热交换芯15与水箱31之间,且其为恒流风机16,保证室内的送风质量和舒适度。
如图1所示,全热交换芯15与壳体1靠近室外进风口14一端端板之间连接挡设有隔板,隔板位于室外排风口13与室外进风口14之间,隔板上贯穿有开口,隔板开口、室外排风口13与室外进风口14中设有用于控制启闭的风阀17。隔板上的风阀17关闭,其余两风阀17开启时,实现新风进入;室外进风口14处设有空气质量传感器,外界空气质量差时,将隔板上的风阀17开启,其余两风阀17关闭,即可实现室内内循环。
如图1和图2所示,为了保证空气质量与装置内部的洁净,壳体1内连接有位于室内回风口12、室外进风口14、全热交换芯15靠近室内送风口11一侧侧面处的滤网18。且为了便于更换清理,三块滤网18安装于安装板4,安装板4上侧设有供过滤网18插入的安装座45,可通过螺钉等方式进一步加固;壳体1上侧内侧面对应设有供过滤网18插入的定位槽,来稳定过滤网18的安装位置;壳体1底部开设有供各滤网18插入的插口,安装板4可拆卸连接于壳体1底部。
如图2所示,安装板4包括与分别壳体1相对两侧侧面相抵接的侧板41,壳体1相对两侧面固定有水平的螺杆19,螺杆19上连接有适配的手拧螺母42,手拧螺母42内端同轴设置固定圆环,侧板41上开设有与固定圆环相适配的通孔43,通孔43上部贯通有宽度小于通孔43的通槽44,本实施例中,通槽44宽度与螺杆19直径相适配,通槽44贯穿至侧板41上部。安装时,侧板41向上使螺杆19穿过通槽44,拧动手拧螺母42,使其端部的固定圆环进入通孔43,实现固定。

1.一种智能恒氧恒净恒湿新风机,其特征在于:包括壳体(1),壳体(1)一端设有室内送风口(11)与室内回风口(12),另一端设有室外排风口(13)与室外进风口(14),壳体(1)内部设有全热交换芯(15),室外进风口(14)经过全热交换芯(15)后与室内送风口(11)相连通,室外排风口(13)经过全热交换芯(15)后与室内回风口(12)相连通;
在室外进风口(14)到室内送风口(11)的风道内,设有分别位于全热交换芯(15)两侧的除湿模块和加湿模块;
室外进风口(14)到室内送风口(11)的风道、室外排风口(13)到室内回风口(12)的风道中介设有风机(16);
全热交换芯(15)与壳体(1)靠近室外进风口(14)一端端板之间连接挡设有隔板,隔板位于室外排风口(13)与室外进风口(14)之间,隔板上贯穿有开口,隔板开口、室外排风口(13)与室外进风口(14)中设有用于控制启闭的风阀(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能恒氧恒净恒湿新风机,其特征在于:所述除湿模块包括表冷器(2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种智能恒氧恒净恒湿新风机,其特征在于:所述表冷器(2)远离室外进风口(14)一侧连接有压缩机(21),压缩机(21)位于壳体(1)内,壳体(1)内还设有位于表冷器(2)正下方的集水槽(22),所述集水槽(22)底部连通于伸出壳体(1)外的出水口(23)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种智能恒氧恒净恒湿新风机,其特征在于:所述加湿模块包括湿膜转轮(3)以及水箱(31),湿膜转轮(3)转动连接于壳体(1)内,且其底部浸于水箱(31)中的水中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种智能恒氧恒净恒湿新风机,其特征在于:所述水箱(31)连通于壳体(1)外的进水口(32)和排水口(33),水箱(31)内还设有用于感应水位高度的水位传感器,水箱(31)设定高度上还设有溢水口(34)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能恒氧恒净恒湿新风机,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)内设有位于室内回风口(12)以及室外进风口(14)处的滤网(18)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种智能恒氧恒净恒湿新风机,其特征在于:所述滤网(18)安装于安装板(4),壳体(1)底部开设有供各滤网(18)插入的插口,安装板(4)可拆卸连接于壳体(1)底部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种智能恒氧恒净恒湿新风机,其特征在于:所述安装板(4)包括与壳体(1)侧面相抵接的侧板(41),壳体(1)侧面设有水平的螺杆(19),螺杆(19)上连接有适配的手拧螺母(42),侧板(41)上开设有与手拧螺母(42)相适配的通孔(43),通孔(43)上部贯通有宽度小于通孔(43)的通槽(44),通槽(44)贯穿至侧板(41)上部。
