一种护线套组件及其应用的电机,护线套组件包括接头(1)、压片(2)和蛇形管(3),接头(1)包括筒体部(10),筒体部(10)中间设有通孔(11),筒体部(10)的一端形成凸台部(12),另一端凸出底座(13),蛇形管(3)安装在通孔(11)里面,压片(2)安装在底座(13)上,压片(2)将蛇形管(3)固定在底座(13)上,蛇形管(3)的外表面设有螺旋槽(30),底座(13)内表面上设有凸块(14),凸块(14)卡在螺旋槽(30)中,凸块(14)对蛇形管(3)的安装可以起到定位的作用,能有效防止蛇形管(3)伸入到电机机壳内部将定子绕组刮伤,同时也能解决因压力过大而导致蛇形管(3)被压扁,或因压力不足而导致蛇形管(3)容易从接头中松脱的问题。

Description

一种护线套组件及其应用的电机 技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种护线套组件及其应用的电机。
背景技术:
如图1所示,现有的电机护线套组件包括接头1a、压片2a和蛇形管,所述的接头1a包括筒体部10a,筒体部10a中间设有通孔11a,筒体部10a的一端形成两凸耳12a,凸耳12a上设有螺钉孔120a,护线套组件通过螺钉固定在电机机壳上,筒体部10a的另一端面凸出底座13a,压片2a安装在底座13a上,并将蛇形管固定在通孔11a里面,筒体部10a的内表面是光滑的,蛇形管与筒体部10a的内表面之间摩擦力很小,主要依靠底座13a与压片2a之间的压力来固定蛇形管,这样结构的护线套组件虽然可以省去加工螺纹的工序,但是依然存在以下问题:
1)为了防止蛇形管松脱,底座13a与压片2a之间的压力需要很大才能将蛇形管压紧,但容易将蛇形管压扁;
2)由于筒体部10a的内表面和蛇形管的外表面都是光滑的,摩擦力小,底座13a与压片2a之间的压力不足时蛇形管容易被拔出;
3)由于通孔11a里面没有定位结构且通孔11a的直径比蛇形管的外径大,蛇形管很难定位,且蛇形管很容易伸入到电机机壳内部将定子绕组破坏。
发明内容:
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种护线套组件及其应用的电机,即不会因压力过大而导致蛇形管被压扁,也不会因压力过小而导致蛇形管容易从接头中松脱,同时对蛇形管的安装能起到定位的作用,能有效防止蛇形管伸入到电机机壳内部将定子绕组刮伤。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
本实用新型的第一个目的是提供一种护线套组件,包括接头、压片和蛇形管,所述的接头包括筒体部,筒体部中间设有通孔,筒体部的一端形成凸台部, 另一端凸出底座,蛇形管安装在通孔里面,所述的压片安装在底座上,压片将蛇形管固定在底座上,所述的蛇形管的外表面设有螺旋槽,所述的底座内表面上设有凸块,凸块卡在螺旋槽。
上述所述的压片内表面上设有凸块。
上述所述的凸块是径向斜角的,刚好与螺旋槽匹配。
上述所述的底座的内表面与筒体部的内表面之间设有台阶,所述的压片的内表面与筒体部的内表面之间设有台阶。
上述所述的凸台部外周面上、在厚度方向的中间部分设有卡槽,所述的卡槽的侧壁面是弧形的。
上述所述的接头是采用硬质材料制成的。
上述所述的台阶与筒体部是垂直的。
上述所述的凸台部的横截面的轮廓是U形。
本实用新型的个目的是提供一种电机,包括电机机壳、端盖、护线套组件以及安装在电机机壳内的转子组件和定子组件,在所述的电机机壳上开有出线孔,护线套组件安装在出线孔上,所述的护线套组件是上述所述的一种护线套组件,端盖安装在机壳的两端。
上述所述的出线孔是U形孔,设置在电机机壳的端部。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下效果:
1)一种护线套组件,包括接头、压片和蛇形管,所述的接头包括筒体部,筒体部中间设有通孔,筒体部的一端形成凸台部,另一端凸出底座,蛇形管安装在通孔里面,所述的压片安装在底座上,压片将蛇形管固定在底座上,所述的蛇形管的外表面设有螺旋槽,所述的底座内表面上设有凸块,凸块卡在螺旋槽,凸块对蛇形管的安装可以起到定位的作用,能有效防止蛇形管伸入到电机机壳内部将定子绕组刮伤,同时也能解决因压力过大而导致蛇形管被压扁,或因压 力不足而导致蛇形管容易从接头中松脱的问题。
2)压片内表面上也设有凸块,加强对蛇形管的定位效果。
3)凸块设置成径向斜角,对蛇形管的安装可以起到导向作用,加快安装效率,并且可以更好的与螺旋槽匹配。
4)底座的内表面与筒体部的内表面之间设有台阶,压片的内表面与筒体部的内表面之间设有台阶,台阶可以防止蛇形管进入电机机壳里面,防止蛇形管刮伤线圈绕组的效果更好。
5)凸台部外周面上、在厚度方向的中间部分设有卡槽,所述的卡槽的侧壁面是弧形的,可以更好的与弧形的电机机壳贴合。
6)所述的台阶与筒体部是垂直的,防止蛇形管进入电机机壳里面的效果更好。
7)本实用新型的电机包括电机机壳、端盖、护线套组件以及安装在电机机壳内的转子组件和定子组件,在所述的电机机壳上开有出线孔,护线套组件安装在出线孔上,由于本实用新型的护线套组件的蛇形管不易被压扁或松脱,且蛇形管安装时有定位,由于采用了本实用新型的护线套组件,可以很好的保护电机引线和线圈绕组,并且能提高电机的装配效率。

下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
实施例一:
如图2至7所示,本实施例提供的是一种护线套组件,包括接头1、压片2和蛇形管3,所述的接头1包括筒体部10,筒体部10中间设有通孔11,筒体部10的一端形成凸台部12,另一端凸出底座13,蛇形管3安装在通孔11里面,所述的压片2安装在底座13上,压片2将蛇形管3固定在底座13上,所述的蛇形管3的外表面设有螺旋槽30,所述的底座13内表面上设有凸块14,凸块14卡在螺旋槽30。
优选的,所述的压片2内表面上设有凸块14。
优选的,所述的凸块14是径向斜角的,刚好与螺旋槽30匹配。
优选的,所述的底座13的内表面与筒体部10的内表面之间设有台阶15,所述的压片2的内表面与筒体部10的内表面之间设有台阶15。
优选的,所述的凸台部12外周面上、在厚度方向的中间部分设有卡槽120,所述的卡槽120的侧壁面121是弧形的。
优选的,所述的侧壁面121是圆弧形的。
优选的,所述的接头1是采用硬质材料制成的。
优选的,所述的台阶15与筒体部10是垂直的。
优选的,所述的凸台部12的横截面的轮廓是U形。
实施例二:
如图8至10所示,本实施例提供的是一种电机,包括电机机壳4、端盖、护线套组件以及安装在电机机壳4内的转子组件和定子组件,在所述的电机机壳4上开有出线孔41,护线套组件安装在出线孔41上,所述的护线套组件是上 述所述的一种护线套组件,端盖安装在机壳4的两端。
优选的,所述的出线孔41是U形孔,设置在电机机壳4的端部。
优选的,所述的电机机壳4卡进卡槽120,卡槽120的侧壁面121贴合在电机机壳4上。

  1. 一种护线套组件,包括接头(1)、压片(2)和蛇形管(3),所述的接头(1)包括筒体部(10),筒体部(10)中间设有通孔(11),筒体部(10)的一端形成凸台部(12),另一端凸出底座(13),蛇形管(3)安装在通孔(11)里面,所述的压片(2)安装在底座(13)上,压片(2)将蛇形管(3)固定在底座(13)上,所述的蛇形管(3)的外表面设有螺旋槽(30),其特征在于:所述的底座(13)内表面上设有凸块(14),凸块(14)卡在螺旋槽(30)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种护线套组件,其特征在于:所述的压片(2)内表面上设有凸块(14)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种护线套组件,其特征在于:所述的凸块(14)是径向斜角的,刚好与螺旋槽(30)匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种护线套组件,其特征在于:所述的底座(13)内表面与筒体部(10)内表面之间设有台阶(15),所述的压片(2)内表面与筒体部(10)内表面之间设有台阶(15)。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种护线套组件,其特征在于:所述的凸台部(12)外周面上、在厚度方向的中间部分设有卡槽(120),所述的卡槽(120)的侧壁面(121)是弧形的。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种护线套组件,其特征在于:所述的接头(1)是采用硬质材料制成的。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种护线套组件,其特征在于:所述的台阶(15)与筒体部(10)是垂直的。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种护线套组件,其特征在于:所述的凸台部(12)的横截面的轮廓是U形。
  9. 一种电机,包括电机机壳(4)、端盖、护线套组件以及安装在电机机壳 (4)内的转子组件和定子组件,在所述的电机机壳(4)上开有出线孔(41),所述的护线套组件安装在出线孔(41)上,其特征在于:所述的护线套组件是权利要求1至8任意一项权利要求所述的一种护线套组件,端盖安装在机壳(4)的两端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种电机,其特征在于:所述的出线孔(41)是U形孔,设置在电机机壳(4)的端部。
