技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器技术领域,具体涉及一种摇头装置及塔扇。
背景技术
塔扇是一种呈柱式造型的新型风扇,由于其独特的柱式造型,塔扇在放置时所需占地面积较小,进而越来越受到消费者的青睐。但是,由于塔扇柱式造型的存在,其机身较长,而底盘占地面积又相对较小,故其在摇头过程(用于实现风扇的扫风)、搬动过程中容易晃动,稳定性较差,影响用户体验。
对于塔扇晃动、稳定性较差的问题,一部分原因是摇头装置部分中两相互转动的结构之间配合的稳定性不够、晃动造成,同时摇头装置位于塔扇的底部,进而传导至塔扇的顶端,塔扇的晃动较大。对此,现有技术中,中国专利CN203717416公开了一种塔扇及其摇头装置,其摇头装置中的相互转动的摇头安装板和摇头支座上均设置有锥形面,在摇头安装板和摇头支座之间通过两锥形面配合,从而降低摇头安装板与摇头支座之间的配合间隙,增大摇头安装板与摇头支座之间的配合面积,进而提高了摇头安装板和摇头支座之间的配合强度,提高塔扇在摇头过程中的稳定性。
但是,塔扇采用上述摇头装置,在产品制造过程中对制造精度要求较高,例如需要保证成型在零件上锥形面的锥度、尺寸等,给产品的制造、装配带来了难度。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种摇头装置及塔扇,以解决现有技术中的塔扇虽能够提高稳定性,但是产品的制造、装配难度大的问题,进而提出一种稳定性良好,同时装配制造简单的塔扇。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种摇头装置,包括:固定组件;
转动组件,可转动地安装在所述固定组件上;驱动组件,安装在所述转动组件上并可驱动所述转动组件相对所述固定组件上往复转动;所述摇头装置还包括:滚动体组件,所述滚动体组件设置在所述固定组件与所述转动组件之间,且分别与所述固定组件和所述转动组件 滚动配合。
进一步地,所述滚动体组件为球体组件,所述球体组件包括球体保持架和设置在所述球体保持架上的球体。
进一步地,所述球体保持架设有球槽,所述球槽的开口处的直径略小于所述球体的直径,所述球槽的中部处的直径略大于所述球体的直径。

具体地,对于本实施例中的滚动体组件,滚动体组件具体为球体组件,球体组件包括球体保持架和设置在球体保持架上的球体,固定组件与转动组件之间通过球体组件实现摇头过程的顺畅和稳定。
优选地,球体保持架设有球槽,球槽的开口处的直径略小于球体的直径,从而可以避免球体从球槽中脱出,球体组件的稳定性更好,球槽的中部处的直径略大于球体的直径,从而球体组件在滚动过程中更加的顺畅。
球体组件更具体钢球组件70,钢球组件70包括钢球保持架71及钢球73,钢球73容纳在钢球槽711中,进而摇头装置100在要求过程中,除了转动顺畅,固定组件与转动组件之间连接处的刚度也更好,改善了塔扇在搬运过程、摇头等过程中因固定组件与转动组件刚度不足的问题导致的晃动问题。同时由于钢球73的刚性特性,钢球73的弹性形变较小,因此塔扇的刚度更好,不易发生倾斜,稳定性更好。钢球组件70具体是通过卡扣固定在固定组件中的固定座10上,在转动组件相对于固定组件转动过程中,钢球保持架71固定,钢球73在钢球槽711中滚动。
当然,滚动体组件除了采用球体组件,也可以是在滚柱组件,通过呈主体的滚柱在固定组件和转动组件之间运动,同样能够实现本发明的目的。
优选地,摇头装置100还包括设置在固定组件上用于与滚动体组件配合的第一滚道11, 以及设置在转动组件上用于与滚动体组件配合的第二滚道31,在转动组件相对于固定组件转动过程中,滚动体组件中的滚动体容纳在第一滚道11和第二滚道31中,从而在摇头过程中转动组件的平稳度更好。
优选地,第一滚道11和/或第二滚道31上设置有与滚动体组件抵接的耐磨环13,耐磨环13采用聚甲醛一体成型,钢球73具体是和耐磨环13接触滚动,进而塔扇摇头过程中阻力小,使用寿命更长。
对于固定组件、转动组件以及驱动组件50如何固定,具体地,驱动组件50上设置有作为转动组件旋转中心轴线的转动轴511,固定组件上设置有与转动轴511配合的转动孔15,摇头装置100还包括安装在转动轴511上的作为限位件的卡簧91,对应的转动轴511上设有卡槽,限位件为卡入转动轴511上的卡槽,具体容纳在固定座10的卡簧槽16中,在转动轴511穿过转动孔15后,卡簧91被安装在转动轴511上与固定组件抵接限位。
优选地,摇头装置100还包括轴承件93,且轴承件93设置在转动轴511远离转动组件的一端,具体安装在固定座10的轴承槽17内,轴承件93与转动轴511之间配合时的间隙可以做的很小,从而在转动组件转动过程中,可以减小塔扇整机的晃动。
优选地,转动轴511为管状轴,其上设置有供塔扇中电源线通过的通孔,进而可以利用通孔,简化塔扇的内部结构。
具体地,对于转动组件如何在驱动组件50的驱动下往复摆动,具体转动组件包括转动座30,以及底板51,转动轴511设置在底板51上。驱动组件50包括:电机支架52,安装在转动座30上并可随转动座30转动而转动;电机53,通过螺钉安装在电机支架52上,并具有输出动力的电机输出轴531;曲柄54,曲柄54固定于电机输出轴531,摇杆55,摇杆55套入转动轴511,并与固定座10固定连接;连杆56,连杆56的一端与曲柄54连接,另一端与摇杆55连接;这样曲柄54、摇杆55、连杆56形成四连杆56机构,在电机53的驱动下,摇杆55绕转动轴511往复转动,进而带动转动组件往复转动。
本实施例还提供一种塔扇,包括塔扇摇头装置100,塔扇摇头装置100为如上的塔扇摇头装置100,进而塔扇具有稳定性良好的优点。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种摇头装置,包括:
    固定组件;
    转动组件,可转动地安装在所述固定组件上;
    驱动组件(50),安装在所述转动组件上并可驱动所述转动组件相对所述固定组件上往复转动;
    其特征在于,所述摇头装置还包括:
    滚动体组件,所述滚动体组件设置在所述固定组件与所述转动组件之间,且分别与所述固定组件和所述转动组件滚动配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的摇头装置,其特征在于,所述滚动体组件为球体组件,所述球体组件包括球体保持架和设置在所述球体保持架上的球体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的摇头装置,其特征在于,所述球体保持架设有球槽,所述球槽的开口处的直径略小于所述球体的直径,所述球槽的中部处的直径略大于所述球体的直径。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的摇头装置,其特征在于,所述摇头装置还包括设置在所述固定组件上用于与所述滚动体组件配合的第一滚道(11),以及设置在所述转动组件上用于与所述滚动体组件配合的第二滚道(31)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的摇头装置,其特征在于,所述第一滚道(11)和/或所述第二滚道(31)上设置有与滚动体组件抵接的耐磨环(13)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的摇头装置,其特征在于,所述耐磨环(13)采用聚甲醛一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的摇头装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(50)上设置有作为所述转动组件旋转中心轴线的转动轴(511),所述固定组件上设置有与所述转动轴(511)配合的转动孔(15),所述摇头装置还包括安装在所述转动轴(511)上的限位件,在所述转动轴(511)穿过所述转动孔(15)后,所述限位件被安装在所述转动轴(511)上与所述固定组件抵接限位。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的摇头装置,其特征在于,所述摇头装置还包括轴承件(93),且所述轴承件(93)设置在所述转动轴(511)远离所述转动组件的一端。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的摇头装置,其特征在于,所述转动轴(511)上设有卡槽,所述限位件为卡入所述卡槽内的卡槽。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的摇头装置,其特征在于,所述转动轴(511)为管状轴,其上设置有供塔扇中电源线通过的通孔。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的摇头装置,其特征在于,所述转动组件包括转动座(30),以及底板(51),所述转动轴(511)设置在所述底板(51)上,所述驱动组件(50)包括:
    电机支架(52),安装在所述转动座(30)上并可随所述转动座(30)转动而转动;
    电机(53),安装在所述电机支架(52)上,并具有输出动力的电机输出轴(531);
    曲柄(54),所述曲柄(54)固定于所述电机输出轴(531),
    摇杆(55),所述摇杆(55)套入所述转动轴(511),并与所述固定座(10)固定连接;
    连杆(56),所述连杆(56)的一端与所述曲柄(54)连接,另一端与所述摇杆(55)连接;
    其中,在所述电机(53)的驱动下,所述摇杆(55)绕所述转动轴(511)往复转动,进而带动所述转动组件往复转动。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的摇头装置,其特征在于,所述摇头装置为塔扇摇头装置。
  13. 一种塔扇,包括塔扇摇头装置,其特征在于,所述塔扇摇头装置为如权利要求12所述的塔扇摇头装置。
