显示面板的工艺、制程的提升,以及成本的降低, OLED 电视逐渐普及,为更多人所认识和接受。
然而, OLED 显示面板存在着一直为人们所诟病的问题,即:器件性能的稳定性很差。器件性能包括:
OLED 的阈值电压、晶体管的阈值电压和迁移率等。由于器件特性的改变和飘移,以及器件之间的差异, OLED
显示面板的特性也会变差,直接影响观看效果,因而要对这些特性进行补偿。
然而,传统串行电学补偿方式,会出现阻抗不匹配,时钟偏移 (Clock Skew)
等问题。一旦出现时钟与数据不同步的问题,将导致传输数据错误,面板特性不仅得不到补偿,还会让显示效果恶化。
本发明的目的在于提供一种 OLED 显示面板及其驱动方法 ,解决现有的时钟与数据不同步的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供的显示面板采用如下技术方案:
一种 OLED 显示面板,其包括:
侦测单元,用于获取所述显示面板 OLED
的电压数据或所述显示面板子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的电压数据;
第一数据转换器,用于将所述电压数据根据预设编码规则编码成并行的传输数据,所述传输数据的数据位数多于所述电压数据的数据位数;
第二数据转换器,用于将所述传输数据转成串行的中转数据;
发送器,用于将所述中转数据转换成差分数据,并将所述差分数据发送至时序控制器;
时序控制器,用于接收所述差分数据,以及所述差分数据中的时钟信息,并根据所述差分数据对子像素或
OLED 进行电压补偿;

解决 OLED
显示面板中器件性能的稳定性方法之一是使用电学补偿的方式,侦测单元首先侦测每个子像素的驱动 TFT 或 OLED
的阈值电压,然后将这些侦测数据反馈给时序控制器( TCON ), TCON 使用侦测数据,结合相应的算法,对每个子像素进行补偿。
侦测数据从侦测 IC 回传至 TCON 的方式有很多种,包括并行和串行两种方式。
其中,并行传输占用较多信号线,将增大 IC
的面积,不仅抗干扰能力弱,相互之间还会引入很多噪声,其传输速率较低。
而串行传输采样差分信号,外界噪声同时加载到并行传输的两条差分线上,相减之后可以抵消,对外部噪声的抵抗能力强,而且占用较少的信号线,自我干扰少,能够实现较高的传输速率。
如图 1 所示,串行传输采样差分信号方式,侦测单元 101 将差分数据和差分时钟分别传输给时序控制器
102 ,但是,如图 2 所示,传输可能会出现阻抗不匹配,时钟偏移 (Clock Skew) 等问题。其中,曲线 L1 为采用控制信号,曲线 L2
为差分数据,曲线 L3 为发送端时钟,曲线 L4 为接收端时钟。可以看出,曲线 L4 所示的时钟曲线与曲线 L3
所示的时钟曲线不同步。一旦出现时钟与数据不同步的问题,将导致传输数据错误,面板特性不仅得不到补偿,还会让显示效果恶化。
如图 3 和图 4 所示,本实施例提供一种 OLED 显示面板,所述 OLED 显示面板包括侦测单元
210 、第一数据转换器 211 、第二数据转换器 212 、发送器 213 和时序控制芯片 220 。
其中,侦测单元 210 ,用于获取所述显示面板 OLED
的电压数据或所述显示面板子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的电压数据;

如图 5 所示,可选的,第一数据转换器 211 、第二数据转换器 212 和发送器 213
可以集成在侦测单元 210 内。第一数据转换器 211 、第二数据转换器 212 和发送器 213 也可以单独设置,也可以其中部分集成在一起。
具体的,如图 6 所示,侦测单元侦测获取显示面板 OLED
的电压数据或所述显示面板子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的电压数据后,将上述电压数据发送至输入寄存器 215 。
输入寄存器 215 用于暂存输入的电压数据。输入寄存器将暂存的电压数据发送至 8b/10b 编码器
216 。
8b/10b 编码器 216 ,即第一数据转换器,按照编码原则,将 8bit 的电压数据转换为
10bit 的传输数据,然后将 10bit 的传输数据发送至并串转换器 217 。
并串转换器 217
,即第二数据转换器,将并行的传输数据转成串行的中转数据;然后将串行的中转数据发送至发送器 213 。
发送器 213
用于将所述中转数据转换成差分数据,并将所述差分数据发送至时序控制器。其中差分数据为抗噪声能力强的低压差分信号,中转数据为 CMOS
电平的高速串行信号。
可选的, 8b/10b 编码器 216 、并串转换器 217 和发送器 213
可以集成在侦测单元内,也可以单独设置,或其中部集成在一起。

接收上述实施例的差分数据,并将差分数据转成串行数据的中转数据,其中差分数据为低压差分信号,中转数据为 CMOS 电平的串行信号。然后接收器 221
再将中转数据发送至时钟数据恢复器 222 。

从串行信号的中转数据中抽取时钟信息,完成对串行数据的最佳采样。然后将抽取出来的时钟信息发送串并转换器 226 。

还可以选的, OLED 显示面板还包括源极驱动芯片,所述侦测单元集成在所述源极驱动芯片内。
在一些实施例中,所述侦测单元包括多个侦测单元,所述多个侦测单元通过级联方式连接。可以有序地发送数据给 TCON 。
需要说明的是,采用 8B/10B 编码,能够保证数据流中有足够的信号转换,并且确保' 0 '码和'
1 '码的数量一致,即直流均衡,使接收端 PLL 能够正确工作,避免接收端时钟漂移或同步丢失而引起的数据丢失。避免长' 0 '或长' 1 '的数据,降低
EMI 干扰。
具体的, 8bit 的原始数据可以分成两部分:低位的 5bit EDCBA (设其十进制数值为 X
)和高位的 3bit HGF (设其十进制数值为 Y ),则该 8bit 数据可以记为 D.X.Y 。

步骤 S201 :获取侦测单元发送的差分数据,所述差分数据包括子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管或 OLED
的电压数据。
步骤 S202 :将差分数据转成的串行的中转数据。
步骤 S203 :从所述中转数据中获取时钟信息。
步骤 S204 :根据所述时钟信息将所述中转数据转换为并行的传输数据。

本实施例由时序控制器单独完成,也可以由时序控制器和其他元件配合完成。时序控制器只需要接收差分数据,并从差分数据中提取时钟信号,不需要接收差分时钟信号,能够消除阻抗不匹配等所引起的时钟偏移问题。提升数据传输的精准度,提高数据传输的稳定性。
进一步的,获取侦测单元发送的差分数据前,所述驱动方法还包括:

Claims (20)
- 一种 OLED 显示面板,其包括:侦测单元,用于获取所述显示面板 OLED 的电压数据或所述显示面板子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的电压数据;第一数据转换器,用于将所述电压数据根据预设编码规则编码成并行的传输数据,所述传输数据的数据位数多于所述电压数据的数据位数;第二数据转换器,用于将所述传输数据转成串行的中转数据;发送器,用于将所述中转数据转换成差分数据,并将所述差分数据发送至时序控制器;时序控制器,用于接收所述差分数据,以及所述差分数据中的时钟信息,并根据所述差分数据对子像素或 OLED 进行电压补偿;接收器,用于接收所述差分数据,并将所述差分数据转成所述中转数据;时钟数据恢复器,用于从所述中转数据中获取时钟信息;第三数据转换器,用于根据所述时钟信息将所述中转数据转成所述传输数据;第四数据转换器,用于将所述传输数据根据预设编码规则解码成所述电压数据,所述传输数据的数据位数多于所述电压数据的数据位数;所述时序控制器,还用于接收所述电压数据,并根据所述电压数据对所述子像素或 OLED 进行电压补偿;其中,所述侦测单元包括多个侦测单元,所述多个侦测单元通过级联方式连接。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的 OLED 显示面板,其中所述侦测单元为独立元件。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的 OLED 显示面板,其中所述 OLED 显示面板还包括源极驱动芯片,所述侦测单元集成在所述源极驱动芯片内。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的 OLED 显示面板,其中所述 第一数据转换器、第二数据转换器和发送器集成在所述侦测单元内。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的 OLED 显示面板,其中所述 第一数据转换器、第二数据转换器和发送器为独立元件。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的 OLED 显示面板,其中所述第一数据转换器为 8b/10b 编码器。
- 一种 OLED 显示面板,其包括:侦测单元,用于获取所述显示面板 OLED 的电压数据或所述显示面板子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的电压数据;第一数据转换器,用于将所述电压数据根据预设编码规则编码成并行的传输数据,所述传输数据的数据位数多于所述电压数据的数据位数;第二数据转换器,用于将所述传输数据转成串行的中转数据;发送器,用于将所述中转数据转换成差分数据,并将所述差分数据发送至时序控制器;时序控制器,用于接收所述差分数据,以及所述差分数据中的时钟信息,并根据所述差分数据对子像素或 OLED 进行电压补偿。
- 根据权利要求 7 所述的 OLED 显示面板,其中所述显示面板还包括:接收器,用于接收所述差分数据,并将所述差分数据转成所述中转数据;时钟数据恢复器,用于从所述中转数据中获取时钟信息;第三数据转换器,用于根据所述时钟信息将所述中转数据转成所述传输数据;第四数据转换器,用于将所述传输数据根据预设编码规则解码成所述电压数据,所述传输数据的数据位数多于所述电压数据的数据位数;所述时序控制器,还用于接收所述电压数据,并根据所述电压数据对所述子像素或 OLED 进行电压补偿。
- 根据权利要求 7 所述的 OLED 显示面板,其中所述侦测单元为独立元件。
- 根据权利要求 7 所述的 OLED 显示面板,其中所述 OLED 显示面板还包括源极驱动芯片,所述侦测单元集成在所述源极驱动芯片内。
- 根据权利要求 7 所述的 OLED 显示面板,其中所述侦测单元包括多个侦测单元,所述多个侦测单元通过级联方式连接。
- 根据权利要求 7 所述的 OLED 显示面板,其中所述 第一数据转换器、第二数据转换器和发送器集成在所述侦测单元内。
- 根据权利要求 7 所述的 OLED 显示面板,其中所述 第一数据转换器、第二数据转换器和发送器为独立元件。
- 根据权利要求 7 所述的 OLED 显示面板,其中所述第一数据转换器为 8b/10b 编码器。
- 一种 OLED 显示面板驱动方法,其包括:获取侦测单元发送的差分数据,所述差分数据包括子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管或 OLED 的电压数据;将差分数据转成的串行的中转数据;从所述中转数据中获取时钟信息;根据所述时钟信息将所述中转数据转换为并行的传输数据;将所述传输数据根据预设编码规则解码成电压数据,所述传输数据的数据位数多于所述电压数据的数据位数;根据所述电压数据对所述子像素或 OLED 进行电压补偿。
- 根据权利要求 15 所述的 OLED 显示面板驱动方法,其中获取侦测单元发送的差分数据前,所述驱动方法还包括:获取子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管或 OLED 的电压数据;将所述电压数据根据预设编码规则编码成并行的传输数据,所述传输数据的数据位数多于所述电压数据的数据位数;将所述传输数据转成串行的中转数据;将所述中转数据转换成差分数据;将所述差分数据单独发送至时序控制器。
- 根据权利要求 15 所述的 OLED 显示面板驱动方法,其中所述预设编码规则为 8b/10b 编码规则。
- 根据权利要求 17 所述的 OLED 显示面板驱动方法,其中所述传输数据包括控制字符,根据所述控制字符包括控制传输数据的传输开始的起始标识、和控制传输数据的传输结束。
- 根据权利要求 17 所述的 OLED 显示面板驱动方法,其中将所述差分数据单独发送至时序控制器,包括:将所述差分数据按从低位到高位依次发送所述差分数据。
- 根据权利要求 17 所述的 OLED 显示面板驱动方法,其中 所述差分数据为强抗噪声的低压差分信号,所述中转数据为 CMOS电平的高速串行信号。
