一种自动侦测及补充清洗溶液之清洗设备,其包含:一清洗槽(10)用以容置清洗溶液(12)及待清洗物(14);一侦测器(20)安装在该清洗槽(10)内,用以侦测该清洗溶液(12)的状态及输出一侦测信号;一控制器(30)电性连接该侦测器(20),并接收该侦测信号及输出一控制信号;一补充装置(40)电性连接该控制器(30),并依该控制信号对该清洗槽(10)提供清水或清洗药剂。该自动侦测及补充清洗溶液之清洗设备藉由自动侦测与补给的设计,可使得该清洗溶液(12)保有适用的浓度及数量,并达到方便操作使用的功效。

Description

自动侦测及补充清洗溶液之清洗设备 技术领域
本发明为一种清洗设备,特别是涉及一种自动侦测及补充清洗溶液之清洗设备。
背景技术
一般橡胶材料、塑料材料及金属材料所制作的构件,表面皆会有料渣或油渍等残留物。这些残留物若没有加以清洗去除,则该构件不适合再进行下一个加工程序。
为了清洗去除构件表面的残留物,可将该构件移入具有清洗溶液的清洗槽内,俟清洗完成后再将该构件移出。如此每次清洗后,该构件表面还会残留该清洗溶液(药剂),所以需要再次以清洁溶液或水,再清洗一次以去除残留的清洗溶液(药剂)。
随着清洗次数的增加,或是清洗构件的数量变化,最终用以清洗该构件的清洗槽内的清洁溶液或水的酸碱值会产生变化降低清洁效果,所以使用者需更换清洁溶液或水。如此不但操作不方便,而且相当浪费水资源。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自动侦测及补充清洗溶液之清洗设备,其具有方便操作且自动补充清洗溶液的功效。
为达上述的目的与功效,本发明揭示的自动侦测及补充清洗溶液之清洗设备包含:一清洗槽用以容置清洗溶液及待清洗物;一侦测器安装在该清洗槽内,用以侦测该清洗溶液的状态及输出一侦测信号;一控制器电性连接该侦测器,并接收该侦测信号及输出一控制信号;一补充装置电性连接该控制器,并依该控制信号对该清洗槽提供清水或清洗药剂。
所述的侦测器用以侦测清洗剂的高度、浓度或酸碱值的其中之一或组合。
所述的控制器为一电脑装置。
由于该侦测器可自动侦测该清洗溶液的状态,且该控制器可以即时控制该补充装置对该清洗槽进行补给,所以该清洗溶液可保有适用的浓度及数量,并达到方便操作使用的功效。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示,图中揭示清洗设备是包含一清洗槽(10)、一侦测器(20)、一控制器(30)及一补充装置(40)。其中该侦测器(20)安装在该清洗槽(10)内并能输出一侦测信号。该控制器(30)电性连接该侦测器(20),并接收该侦测信号及输出一控制信号。该补充装置(40)电性连接该控制器(30),并依该控制信号对该清洗槽(10)提供清水或清洗药剂。
请参阅图2所示,当一待清洗物(14)经过预定清洗剂洗去表面的油渍后,可再将该待清洗物(14)移入该清洗槽(10)内,并以容置在该清洗槽(10)内的清洗溶液(12),例如清水或酸/碱性溶液,对残留在该待清洗物(14)表面的清洗剂进行去除清洗,随后再将待清洗物(14)移出该清洗槽(10),同时也带出一部分的清洗溶液(12)。换言之,该清洗槽(10)内的清洗溶液(12)会随着使用过程而降低高度,同时该清洗溶液(12)会随着残留清洗剂的混入而改变酸碱值或浓度。
无论该清洗溶液(12)的状态发生那一种改变,位在该清洗槽(10)内的该侦测器(20)可对该清洗溶液(12)的状态进行即时的侦测,并将所侦测到的状态或数值以一侦测信号的模式输出至该控制器(30)。
该控制器(30)可以是电脑装置。是以,该控制器(30)接收到该侦测器(20)所输出的该侦测信号后,可以进一步地判读、处理,以及形成一道适洽的控制信号并传送至该补充装置(40)。
该补充装置(40)接收到该控制信号后,可以依该控制信号的要求对该清洗槽(10)注入清水或清洗药剂,藉此提升该清洗槽(10)内的该 清洗溶液(12)对该待清洗物(14)表面残留清洗剂的去除能力。
根据以上的说明,本发明不但可以让该清洗槽(10)内的该清洗溶液(12)保有适用的浓度及数量,更可以藉由自动侦测的方式自动补给,故本发明具有方便操作使用的功效。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种自动侦测及补充清洗溶液之清洗设备,其特征在于它包含:
    一清洗槽,是用以容置清洗溶液及待清洗物;
    一侦测器,是安装在该清洗槽内,用以侦测该清洗溶液的状态及输出一侦测信号;
    一控制器,是电性连接该侦测器,并接收该侦测信号及输出一控制信号;
    一补充装置,是电性连接该控制器,并依该控制信号对该清洗槽提供清水或清洗药剂。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动侦测及补充清洗溶液之清洗设备,其特征为该侦测器用以侦测清洗剂的高度、浓度或酸碱值的其中之一或组合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自动侦测及补充清洗溶液之清洗设备,其特征为该控制器为一电脑装置。
