Abstract
L'invention concerne des applications d'huile de clou de girofle/eugénol dans la préparation d'un médicament pour inhiber des bactéries pathogènes conditionnelles buccales. Les bactéries pathogènes conditionnelles buccales comprennent Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albus, Staphylococcus citreus, Streptococcus de groupe A, Streptococcus de groupe B, et Candida albicans. Un procédé de dilution multiple est utilisé pour mesurer la concentration inhibitrice minimale (MIC) de chaque bactérie. La concentration minimale en huile de clou de girofle/eugénol sans opacité visible dans un tube à essai de milieu liquide à l'œil nu est la MIC de la bactérie pathogène conditionnelle buccale. Avec Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albus, Staphylococcus citreus, Streptococcus de groupe A, Streptococcus de groupe B, et Candida albicans servant d'objets, la MIC d'huile de clou de girofle/eugénol par rapport à des bactéries pathogènes conditionnelles communes dans la cavité buccale est observée, et la valeur d'application de celle-ci en termes de bactériostase et de désinfection buccales est observée. Ceci privilégie un champ d'application étendu de l'huile de clou de girofle/eugénol.
