技术问题
随着社会的发展需要设计一种既不影响列车运行安全又能消除“空隙”给乘客上下车厢带来安全隐患的全新装置。
本发明是根据列车运行时车箱会产生多方向动态的特征和必须保证多方向动态的车厢不碰擦静态站台的安全要求,又根据列车停靠站台时乘客上下车厢行人动态的多变性特征和行人上下车厢踏空掉进车厢与站台之间的“空隙”而发生事故的安全隐患事实;再根据众所周知的球体可多方向运动的特征、活塞箱体可静态的特征,本发明根据这些动态和静态的特征以及车厢和行人的安全要求设计的一种“厢体动而珠或动、珠或动而壁不动”的“随动方法”来满足列车运行经停站台时不碰擦站台的安全要求又满足了列车停靠站台时乘客上下车厢脚无空踏而掉进“空隙”的行人安全要求。

3.本发明的活塞体端部通过球套安装有可自由转动的球体,球结合的活塞体在底部的弹簧作用下活塞体顶部的球或可接触车厢以达到消除站台与车厢之间的间隙至极限;而且活塞体的运动行程可通过活塞箱体的限位螺钉装配至活塞体上的沟槽内进行调节,以适合不同的站台与车厢之间的不同间隙,防止车厢碰擦球体过极使之产生较大的反作力挤压到车厢产生形变。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种用于站台与车厢之间的填充装置,其特征在于,包括一端开口的活塞箱体,所述活塞箱体内沿其开口方向滑动设置有活塞体,活塞体的一端部与活塞箱体的底部之间设有至少一个弹簧,另一端固定连接有至少一个球套,各个球套内均活动套设有球体且球体的顶部突出所述球套的端面;所述活塞体的侧面上开设有沟槽,活塞箱体的侧壁上沿同一直线方向设有至少两个与沟槽相匹配的限位螺钉。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于站台与车厢之间的填充装置,其特征在于,所述活塞体的端部和活塞箱体的底部均设有与所述弹簧端部相套接的弹簧座。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于站台与车厢之间的填充装置,其特征在于,所述球套包括球座、与球座螺纹连接的球盖,所述球座的一端部与所述活塞体的端部螺纹连接,另一端部开设有与球体相匹配的内凹球面;所述球盖上开设有与球体相匹配的通孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的用于站台与车厢之间的填充装置,其特征在于,所述球体设为实心球体或者空心球体。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于站台与车厢之间的填充装置,其特征在于,所述弹簧和球套均设有两个,且对称分布于活塞体的中心线两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用于站台与车厢之间的填充装置,其特征在于,所述活塞箱体的尾端部设有固定板,固定板上开设有多个螺栓孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的用于站台与车厢之间的填充装置,其特征在于,所述限位螺钉在活塞箱体的侧壁上呈等间距排布且与活塞箱体螺纹连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的用于站台与车厢之间的填充装置,其特征在于,所述活塞箱体由防腐材料制成。
