[0029] 如图 5、 6所示, 本实施例的移印设备, 包括用于提供油墨图案的供墨装置 3、 用于清洁胶头 21的清洁装置 4以及用于放置待印物的调节平台 6, 还包括设有至 少一个胶头 21的移动印刷装置以及用于在胶头 21蘸取供墨装置 3上的油墨图案前 对胶头 21进行加热的发热装置 5。 通过设置发热装置 5, 发热装置 5用于在胶头 21 蘸取供墨装置 3上的油墨图案前对胶头 21进行加热, 从而实现对胶头 21上油墨溶 剂的挥发速度进行控制, 从而提高印刷质量。 胶头 21在蘸取油墨图案前经发热 装置 5加热后胶头 21表层温度升高, 既能保证从供墨装置 3上蘸取更厚的油墨图 案, 又使得蘸取的油墨图案与胶头 21接触的表层油墨溶剂迅速挥发形成胶状层 , 在不影响胶头 21及驱动胶头 21移动的部件的前提下, 可大大提高印刷质量。
[0030] 如图 5、 6所示, 本实施例的所述移动印刷装置包括用于安装所述胶头 21的旋转 架组件 7、 驱动所述旋转架组件 7转动的第一驱动机构 (图中未示出) 以及驱动 所述旋转架组件 7竖直移动的第二驱动机构 8。 所述第一驱动机构优选为驱动电 机, 所述第二驱动机构 8优选为气缸或液压缸, 并可设置一用于安装气缸或液压 缸的固定架 81。 进行印刷工作吋, 所述第一驱动机构驱动所述旋转架组件 7带动 胶头 21在放置待印物的调节平台 6、 清洁装置 4、 发热装置 5以及供墨装置 3上方 循环移动, 所述第二驱动机构 8则在胶头 21停止在放置待印物的调节平台 6、 清 洁装置 4、 发热装置 5以及供墨装置 3上方吋, 驱动所述旋转架组件 7竖直移动, 以带动胶头 21在调节平台 6、 清洁装置 4、 发热装置 5以及供墨装置 3完成印刷、 胶头 21清洁、 胶头 21加热、 胶头 21蘸取油墨图案等动作。 为提高生产效率, 本 实施例中所述胶头 21为四个, 所述旋转架组件 7包括旋转部件 71以及设于所述旋 转部件 71上, 并可沿所述旋转部件 71上下移动的胶头安装架 72; 所述四个胶头 2 1安装于所述胶头安装架 72下方, 并绕所述旋转部件 71的旋转轴均匀分布; 所述 发热装置 5、 供墨装置 3、 调节平台 6以及清洁装置 4绕所述旋转部件 71的旋转轴 均匀分布并与所述胶头 21的位置相对应。 这使得胶头 21每转动 90度均会移动至 下一工序位置, 且胶头安装架 72每次下移均有一件被印物完成印刷。 在其它实 施方式中, 所述胶头 21也可设置为两个或其它数量。 进一步地, 所述旋转部件 7 1上设有导杆 711, 所述胶头安装架 72上设有与所述导杆 711位置相对应的导孔 72 1, 导杆 711与导孔 721的配合以实现胶头安装架 72沿所述旋转部件 71上下移动吋 的导向。 在其它实施例中所述移动印刷装置可为机械手, 所述胶头 21安装于所 述机械手上。
[0031] 如图 3、 4所示, 本实施例的发热装置 5包括发热体 51、 设于所述发热体 51外的 导热板 52。 优选的, 所述导热板 52为金属导热板 52, 且其表面为平面, 由于金 属具有良好的导热性, 发热体 51产生的热量可及吋均匀的传导至导热板 52表面 。 胶头 21经清洁装置 4清洁后, 在胶头 21蘸取供墨装置 3上的油墨图案前移动至 导热板 52上方, 并下压到导热板 52表面, 胶头 21自由变形贴紧导热板 52表面均 匀受热, 使胶头 21表面的温度升高至理想值域 (该理想值域可通过实验测得) , 然后转移到供墨装置 3上方, 胶头 21下压至供墨装置 3的凹板上蘸取油墨图案 。 上述理想值域是指能确保具有较好印刷质量的温度范围, 如果发热体 51的发 热功率恒定, 则可通过以胶头 21与导热板 52接触的吋间长短为变量进行实验, 在一定的吋间范围内, 接触吋间越长则胶头 21表面温度越高, 多次实验便可得 到通过吋间反映温度的理想值域。 进一步地, 为实现更加精确和智能的温度控 制, 所述发热装置 5还包括用于检测所述导热板 52温度的温度感应器 53以及电连 接所述发热体 51与温度感应器 53的温度控制箱 54, 通过所述温度控制箱 54可实 现对导热板 52温度的精确控制, 从而实现对胶头 21表面温度的控制。

、 用于提供油墨图案的供墨装置、 用于清洁胶头的清洁装置, 其特征 在于: 还包括用于在胶头蘸取供墨装置上的油墨图案前对胶头进行加 热的发热装置。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的移印设备, 其特征在于: 所述移印机头上设有 推动所述胶头在所述发热装置、 供墨装置、 工作台以及清洁装置之间 循环移动的移位机构。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的移印设备, 其特征在于: 所述发热装置包括 发热体、 设于所述发热体外的导热板。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 3所述的移印设备, 其特征在于: 所述发热装置还包括 用于检测所述导热板温度的温度感应器以及电连接所述发热体与温度 感应器的温度控制箱。
[权利要求 5] —种移印设备, 包括用于提供油墨图案的供墨装置、 用于清洁胶头的 清洁装置以及用于放置待印物的调节平台, 其特征在于: 还包括设有 至少一个胶头的移动印刷装置以及用于在胶头蘸取供墨装置上的油墨 图案前对胶头进行加热的发热装置。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 5所述的移印设备, 其特征在于: 所述移动印刷装置包 括用于安装所述胶头的旋转架组件、 驱动所述旋转架组件转动的第一 驱动机构以及驱动所述旋转架组件竖直移动的第二驱动机构。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 6所述的移印设备, 其特征在于: 所述胶头为四个, 所 述旋转架组件包括旋转部件以及设于所述旋转部件上, 并可沿所述旋 转部件上下移动的胶头安装架; 所述四个胶头安装于所述胶头安装架 下方, 并绕所述旋转部件的旋转轴均匀分布; 所述发热装置、 供墨装 置、 调节平台以及清洁装置绕所述旋转部件的旋转轴均匀分布并与所 述胶头的位置相对应。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 7所述的移印设备, 其特征在于: 所述旋转部件上设有 导杆, 所述胶头安装架上设有与所述导杆位置相对应的导孔。
