技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件生产研究领域中的一种上料设备,特别是一种支架弹夹式上料机。
背景技术
在汽车零部件生产中,汽车的支架需要经过焊接、上螺钉和拼接等工序。支架在等待工序中,支架层叠放置在旋转工作台上,通过机械手抓取到制定工位进行加工。由于产品外形不规则,不易机械自动化抓取;产品外形不规则,支架堆叠多易卡住;支架堆叠多后,在旋转工作台上重复位置精度差。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种支架弹夹式上料机,通过将其内部最上端的物料弹出后供机械臂抓取,减轻操作人员的劳动强度。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:支架弹夹式上料机,包括机架以及安装在机架上端面的旋转工作台,所述旋转工作台下方布置有一个弹料气缸,旋转工作台的上端面布置有多个第一通孔,每个所述第一通孔配置一个弹夹装置,每个所述弹夹装置内部布置有一条从下往上贯穿弹夹装置内部的支架放置通道,每个所述弹夹装置通过两个夹紧装置固定在旋转工作台上。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述弹夹装置包括底板以及顶板,所述底板和顶板之间布置有多根导向柱,所有所述导向柱围成所述支架放置通道,所示底板布置有能让弹料气缸伸出端通过的第二通孔,所述顶板上布置有出料口。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,还包括套装在多个导向柱上的中部板,所述中部板位于底板和顶板之间,所述底板穿过第一通孔后位于机架和旋转工作台之间,所述中部板固定在旋转工作台的上端面。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述每个所述第一通孔配置一个上端敞口的容器,所述容器安装在旋转工作台的下端面,所述容器的内部形成一个用于放置底板以及导向柱下部的第一空间。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述还包括一块套装在导向柱上且能沿支架放置通道往复移动的顶板,所述顶板的下端面布置有容置弹料气缸伸出端的容置腔。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述顶板包括第一板和第二板,多根所述导向柱分成若干根导向外柱和若干根导向内柱,部分所述导向外柱和导向内柱固定在第一板和底板之间,余下的所述导向外柱和导向内柱固定在第二板和底板之间,所述顶板套装在导向内柱上。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述弹夹装置的数量为6个,6个所述弹夹装置沿旋转工作台的圆周均匀分布。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述夹紧装置包括固定在旋转夹紧座、安装在夹紧座上的夹紧夹子以及驱使夹紧夹子动作的夹紧把手。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过将支架堆叠放入弹夹装置中,由支架放置通道限制支架,通过弹料气缸将支架逐个弹出;弹夹装置通过夹紧装置安装在旋转工作平台上,其操作方便,支架的输出位置准确;减轻操作人员的劳动强度。

参照图1~图2,支架弹夹式上料机,包括机架1以及安装在机架1上端面的旋转工作台2,所述旋转工作台2下方布置有一个弹料气缸5,旋转工作台2的上端面布置有多个第一通孔,每个所述第一通孔配置一个弹夹装置3,每个所述弹夹装置3内部布置有一条从下往上贯穿弹夹装置3内部的支架放置通道,每个所述弹夹装置3通过两个夹紧装置4固定在旋转工作台2上。当然,机架1上还安装有驱使旋转工作台2绕其安装轴旋转的驱动装置。通过将支架堆叠放入弹夹装置3中,由支架放置通道限制支架,通过旋转工作台2将安装有支架的弹夹装置3移动到弹料气缸5上方,通过弹料气缸5将支架逐个弹出,机械手将位于最上方的支架夹取后送至指定位置;弹夹装置3通过夹紧装置4安装在旋转工作平台上,其操作方便,支架的输出位置准确;减轻操作人员的劳动强度
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述弹夹装置3包括底板30以及顶板,所述底板30和顶板之间布置有多根导向柱,所有所述导向柱围成所述支架放置通道,所示底板30布置有能让弹料气缸5伸出端通过的第二通孔,所述顶板上布置有出料口,通过导向柱限制支架的位置,弹料气缸5的伸出端穿过第二通孔后直接或者间接与支架放置通道最下方的支架接触,随着弹料气缸5的伸出端伸出,将支架逐个弹出支架放置通道。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,还包括套装在多个导向柱上的中部板34,所述中部板34位于底板30和顶板之间,所述底板30穿过第一通孔后位于机架1和旋转工作台2之间,所述中部板34固定在旋转工作台2的上端面。中部板34通过夹紧装置4固定在旋转工作台2上,便于拆卸。中部板34的两侧分别布置有一个手把,便于将弹夹装置3从旋转工作台2上取出。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述每个所述第一通孔配置一个上端敞口的容器6,所述容器6安装在旋转工作台2的下端面,所述容器6的内部形成一个用于放置底板30以及导向柱下部的第一空间,通过将底板30以及导向柱下部设置在旋转工作台2下方,这样可以使得弹夹装置3的中心下移,减少弹夹装置3倾倒的几率。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述还包括一块套装在导向柱上且能沿支架放置通道往复移动的顶板31,所述顶板31的下端面布置有容置弹料气缸5伸出端的容置腔。弹料气缸5的伸出端穿过第二通孔后伸入容置腔中,随着弹料气缸5的伸出端伸出,推动顶板31将将支架逐个弹出支架放置通道。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述顶板31包括第一板35和第二板36,多根所述导向柱分成若干根导向外柱32和若干根导向内柱33,部分所述导向外柱32和导向内柱33固定在第一板35和底板30之间,余下的所述导向外柱32和导向内柱33固定在第二板36和底板30之间,所述顶板31套装在导向内柱33上。顶板31沿着导向内柱33往复移动。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述弹夹装置3的数量为6个,6个所述弹夹装置3沿旋转工作台2的圆周均匀分布。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述夹紧装置4包括固定在旋转夹紧座、安装在夹紧座上的夹紧夹子以及驱使夹紧夹子动作的夹紧把手。

  1. 支架弹夹式上料机,其特征在于:包括机架以及安装在机架上端面的旋转工作台,所述旋转工作台下方布置有一个弹料气缸,旋转工作台的上端面布置有多个第一通孔,每个所述第一通孔配置一个弹夹装置,每个所述弹夹装置内部布置有一条从下往上贯穿弹夹装置内部的支架放置通道,每个所述弹夹装置通过两个夹紧装置固定在旋转工作台上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支架弹夹式上料机,其特征在于:所述弹夹装置包括底板以及顶板,所述底板和顶板之间布置有多根导向柱,所有所述导向柱围成所述支架放置通道,所示底板布置有能让弹料气缸伸出端通过的第二通孔,所述顶板上布置有出料口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的支架弹夹式上料机,其特征在于:还包括套装在多个导向柱上的中部板,所述中部板位于底板和顶板之间,所述底板穿过第一通孔后位于机架和旋转工作台之间,所述中部板固定在旋转工作台的上端面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的支架弹夹式上料机,其特征在于:所述每个所述第一通孔配置一个上端敞口的容器,所述容器安装在旋转工作台的下端面,所述容器的内部形成一个用于放置底板以及导向柱下部的第一空间。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3或4所述的支架弹夹式上料机,其特征在于:所述还包括一块套装在导向柱上且能沿支架放置通道往复移动的顶板,所述顶板的下端面布置有容置弹料气缸伸出端的容置腔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的支架弹夹式上料机,其特征在于:所述顶板包括第一板和第二板,多根所述导向柱分成若干根导向外柱和若干根导向内柱,部分所述导向外柱和导向内柱固定在第一板和底板之间,余下的所述导向外柱和导向内柱固定在第二板和底板之间,所述顶板套装在导向内柱上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的支架弹夹式上料机,其特征在于:所述弹夹装置的数量为6个,6个所述弹夹装置沿旋转工作台的圆周均匀分布。
