权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 一体式散热系统, 包括安装基架和通过导热管与安装基架连接的散热 带, 所述安装基架包括固定基座、 灯体安装柱, 所述固定基座与灯体 安装柱一体形成相互贯通的中空结构。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的一体式散热系统, 其特征在于: 所述固定基座 包括连接柱和固定环; 所述连接柱一端与灯体安装柱一体连接, 另一 端与固定环一体连接, 连接柱与固定环中空贯通。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的一体式散热系统, 其特征在于: 所述固定环与 所述灯体安装柱之间形成凹槽。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的一体式散热系统, 其特征在于: 所述固定 环沿中轴线的截面呈方形; 固定环侧壁设置有至少一可通过螺丝锁紧 的固定孔。
[权利要求 5] —种汽车灯, 包括发光器件, 其特征在于: 所述发光器件与权利要 求 1至 4任一项所述一体式散热系统连接。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 5所述的一种汽车灯, 其特征在于: 所述发光器件包括 灯珠组件和与灯珠组件线路连接的电源组件。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 6所述的一种汽车灯, 其特征在于: 所述电源组件包括 用以安装灯珠组件的 PCB灯板和通过线路与 PCB灯板连接的控制电路 板; 所述控制电路板被设置于安装基架上, 所述 PCB灯板被设置于导 热管上, 所述灯珠组件连同 PCB灯板通过导热管安插于安装基架中。

发光器件组装: 选取预定规格的 LED灯珠、 导热管、 PCB灯板、 控制 电路板, 将 LED灯珠安装在两片 PCB灯板上, 两片 PCB灯板安装于导 热管两侧后将导热管贯穿安装基架的中空结构, 将控制电路板套在安 装基架的凹槽中贴住灯体安装柱底部, 并与 PCB灯板线路连接。
