Description

자동차 에어컨 벤트 그릴에 전자기기를 부착하기 위한 액세서리
본 발명은 자동차 에어컨 벤트 그릴에 전자기기를 부착하기 위한 액세서리에 관한 것이다. 더욱 구체적으로 본 발명은 자동차 에어컨 벤트 그릴에 삽입되어 스마트폰과 같은 전자기기를 지지할 수 있는 액세서리에 관한 것이다.
최근 들어, 휴대폰, PMP 등과 같은 휴대용 기기를 사용자가 용이하게 휴대할 수 있도록 다양한 종류의 액세서리가 개발되고 있다. 일예로서 휴대용 기기의 일측에 스트랩(strap) 형태의 액세서리가 구비되어 휴대를 편리하게 할 수 있다.
일반적으로, 상기 휴대용 기기는 손으로 파지하여 사용하게 되는 반면, 장시간 동안 동영상을 시청하거나 경우에 따라서는 테이블 등의 바닥면에 거치하여 사용할 수 있다. 상기 스트랩 형태의 액세서리는 휴대용 기기를 편리하게 휴대할 수 있도록 하나, 휴대용 기기를 테이블 등의 바닥면에 거치할 때는 이용하기 어렵다.

그러므로, 본 발명은 주행 중의 자동차 내부에서 핸드폰을 안정적으로 지지할 수 있는 자동차 에어컨 벤트 그릴에 전자기기를 부착하기 위한 액세서리를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

액세서리(1)의 슬롯(6)의 길이는 링(100)의 최대 외주 직경과 거의 같도록 제작된다. 거치대의 링(100)을 슬롯(6)을 통하여 삽입하면 링(100)의 최대 외주 직경이 슬롯(6)과 근사한 지점까지 링(100)이 삽입되고, 이 상태에서 연결부(102)는 걸이부(18) 상에 걸리고, 원형 고정부(104)는 전체적으로 결합공(8)과 테두리(24)에 의해 수용되며, 지지레그(10)와 보조레그(22)가 거치대의 베이스(106) 상면에 안착된다. 휴대폰 거치대의 링은 사용자가 액세서리(1)의 슬롯(6)을 통해서 강제로 빼내지 않는 한 이동 또는 요동되지 않는다.
따라서, 본 발명의 자동차 에어컨 벤트 그릴에 전자기기를 부착하기 위한 액세서리(1)는 휴대폰을 안정적으로 견고하게 지지할 수 있다.
핸드폰 거치대는 도 4 상태에서 액세서리(1)에 조립하거나 도 5와 같이 액세서리(1)와 조립을 끝낸 후 벤트 그릴에 부착할 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 자동차 에어컨 벤트 그릴에 전자기기를 부착하기 위한 액세서리(1)의 추가 실시예이다.
추가 실시예에서는, 자동차의 그릴 두께가 차종마다 다름을 고려하여 포크부(14)의 선단 간격(d)을 조절하기 위하여 고리형 쿠션(200)을 도입하였다.
고리형 쿠션(200)은 다층 구조로 이루어진 원형의 베이스(202)와, 베이스(202)를 관통하여 형성된 슬롯(206), 결합공(208) 및 길이(t)를 가지는 쿠션부(204)를 포함한다. 고리형 쿠션(200)은 상당한 높이를 가지는 다층 구조이므로, 슬롯(206), 결합공(208) 및 쿠션부(204) 역시 동일한 두께 내지 높이를 가진다. 고리형 쿠션(200)은 탄성력 있는 고무 재질로 제작된다.
슬롯(206)과 결합공(208)으로는 휴대폰 거치대의 링(100)과 원형 고정부(104)가 각각 삽입된다.
쿠션부(204)로는 한 쌍의 포크부(14)가 삽입되며, 쿠션부(204)의 길이(t)는 포크부(14) 간의 최대 거리(t1)를 넘지 않도록 설계한다. 쿠션부(204)는 고무로 제작되므로 탄력성을 이용하여 포크부(14)를 따라 임의의 위치에 고정하여 간격(d)을 줄이거나 늘릴 수 있다. 따라서, 그릴의 두께에 맞추어 포크부(14)가 그릴을 견고히 파지함으로써 액세서리(1)가 그릴로부터 이탈하거나 요동하는 것을 확실히 방지할 수 있다.
쿠션부(204)는 도시한 형상 외 포크부(14)를 압박할 수 있는 크기와 형상이면 어느 것도 채용할 수 있다.
이상 본 발명의 특정 실시예들을 도면을 참조로 설명하였으나 이는 예시적인 것일 뿐 본 발명의 권리범위를 제한하지 않는다. 당업자라면 본 발명이 개시한 실시예를 임의로 변경 또는 추가할 수 있으며 이들 변형예 역시 본 발명의 권리범위에 속함을 유의해야 할 것이다.
예를 들어 본 발명의 액세서리(1)는 핸드폰 거치대의 구조에 맞춘 것이므로 거치대의 구조가 다르면 그에 맞추어 슬롯의 길이나 폭, 원형 고정부를 수용하는 결합공과 테두리는 적절히 변경하거나 삭제할 수 있다.
또, 이상 기술한 본 발명의 액세서리(1)의 크기, 형상과 위치는 본 발명의 권리 범위를 제한하지 않는다. 본 발명의 권리범위가 이하 기술하는 청구범위와 동일 또는 균등한 영역까지 미친다는 점은 자명하다.

Claims (8)

  1. 자동차 에어컨 벤트 그릴에 전자기기를 부착하기 위한 액세서리로서, 상기 엑세서리는:
    베이스와 베이스의 일측에서 위로 연장된 핑거부를 포함하며,
    상기 베이스는, 일정 두께를 가지는 소정 형상의 플레이트를 포함하며, 플레이트의 지름부를 가로질러서는 소정 길이의 슬롯이 형성되고, 슬롯 중앙에는 슬롯의 폭보다 큰 직경을 가지는 원형의 결합공이 형성되며,
    상기 핑거부는 에어컨의 벤트 그릴에 삽입되기 위한 구성으로서, 소정 길이 위로 연장되어 상호 대향하는 한 쌍의 포크부를 포함하며, 포크부의 상부에는 하향 절곡된 짧은 길이의 경사편이 형성되고, 대향하는 경사편 사이에는 그릴이 삽입되기 위한 미세한 간격이 형성되는, 액세서리.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 슬롯으로는 휴대폰 거치대의 링이 삽입되며, 상기 결합공으로는 거치대의 원형 고정부가 삽입되는, 액세서리.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    플레이트의 하부로는 소정 간격, 바람직하게는 120도의 간격을 두고 한 쌍의 지지레그가 형성된, 액세서리.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    슬롯을 향하는 포크부의 중간 높이에는 대략 삼각 형성의 걸이부가 안쪽을 향하여 돌출되며, 거치대의 링의 상단이 얹혀져 링이 흔들리거나 탈락하는 것을 방지하도록 한, 액세서리.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서,
    플레이트의 하면에는 "ㄴ"자 형상의 보조레그가 설치되며, 보조레그는 각각의 지지레그와 약 120도의 간격을 두고 이격된, 액세서리.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    슬롯의 길이는 거치대의 링의 최대 외주 직경과 거의 같은, 액세서리.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서,
    결합공을 제외한 슬롯의 일측에는 낮은 높이의 보강 리브가 형성된, 액세서리.
  8. 제 6항에 있어서,
    포크부를 조이도록 삽입되어 포크부의 선단간의 미세한 간격을 조절할 수 있는 고리형 쿠션을 더 포함하는, 액세서리.
