目前,市场上在售的滚筒洗衣机有的只有一个洗涤桶。随着人们生活质量的提高,卫生意识也逐渐提高,尤其在家庭衣物洗涤方面,越来越多的人将衣物分开洗涤。例如内外衣分开洗涤,婴儿和大人衣物分开洗涤,颜色不同衣物分开洗涤或少量衣物及时洗涤。采用现有的洗衣机未满足以上方式,不仅会浪费大量的能源和水,也难以满足用户对卫生的要求。如果购买两台或多台洗衣机未满足需求,不仅增大了成本,而且会带来占据空间大的麻烦。
因此,选用双滚筒并独立运行的洗衣机既可以满足上述需要,又能够充分控制成本,并解决能源、水以及空间的浪费问题。合理的双滚筒设计为上下排列,便于节省空间,但随之带来的是整机使用功率的控制,尤其在同时进行加热、烘干及高速脱水的时候,会出现过载情况,严重影响机器的使用稳定性和寿命。
现在已经有关于双滚筒或多滚筒洗衣机的设计和控制方法的专利,其中关于双滚筒机的加热控制方法也有专利。如专利CN200880124154.4,该方法提及关于双滚筒机在使用中,加热的控制逻辑:两滚筒之间是交替或顺序的进行,当同时有命令到达时,通过判断剩余洗涤时间确定两个筒的优先级。
但是上述专利的控制方法只公布了单独的顺序加热控制方法或者单独的交替控制方法,但在实际的使用过程中可能会存在两者相结合的方式,对此,上述专利文件中并未公布:而且上述专利文件对于双滚筒的控制也显得复杂,并且在功率控制上不够全面。同时,作为目前市场上广泛使用的干衣机的烘干衣物的功能也被集成到上述的多筒洗衣机中,干衣机是利用电加热来使洗好的衣物中的水分即时蒸发干燥的清洁类家用电器。对于北方的冬季和南方的“回南天”衣物难干的情况特别需要。干衣机的烘干加热装置在运行期间电功率消耗很大,应该尽量避免和其他筒的水加热程序同时启用,但是单纯的依赖水加热和烘干其中一个程序结束后再开启另一个程序,会造成洗衣的整个过程时间过长,降低人们的使用体验。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种多筒洗干一体机的烘干控制方法及多筒洗干一体机,采用烘干优先进行的控制方法,在保证烘干性能的情况下,又能保证另一筒的洗涤进行,逻辑简单易于实现。对洗涤过程中的大功率流程进行控制,整机使用可靠性高,并且能合理利用洗涤时间,交替进行加热,实现洗涤时间的有效分配。
为了实现该目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种多筒洗干一体机的烘干控制方法,所述一体机包括多个衣物处理筒,至少一个衣物处理筒能够执行用于将衣物烘干的烘干程序,该衣物处理筒为第一衣物处理筒,其他衣物处理筒具有用于进行洗涤水加热的水加热程序,所述第一衣物处理筒执行的烘干程序的优先级,比其他衣物处理筒的水加热程序优先级高。
进一步地,当所述第一衣物处理筒启动烘干程序晚于其他衣物处理筒启动水加热程序时,则中止该水加热程序,启动所述第一衣物处理筒的烘干程序。
进一步地,当第一衣物处理筒烘干程序与其他衣物处理筒水加热程序同时启动时,先执行第一衣物处理筒的烘干程序。
进一步地,当第一衣物处理筒启动烘干程序先于其他衣物处理筒启动水加热程序时,执行第一衣物处理筒的烘干程序,暂时不执行其他衣物处理筒水加热程序。
进一步地,当第一衣物处理筒被烘干加热到额定烘干加热温度时,则暂停对第一衣物处理筒的加热,执行其他衣物处理筒水加热程序;当第一衣物处理筒降低到到烘干所需最低温度时,则暂停执行其他衣物处理筒水加热程序,继续对第一衣物处理筒进行烘干加热。
进一步地,当第一衣物处理筒启动烘干程序先于其他衣物处理筒启动水加热程序时,其他衣物处理筒等待所述第一衣物处理筒完成整个烘干程序后启动所述水加热程序。
进一步地,所述其他衣物处理筒启动水加热程序时,若第一衣物处理筒正在执行的烘干程序,并处在第一衣物处理筒被烘干加热到额定烘干加热温度,暂停对第一衣物处理筒的加热时,则其他衣物处理筒执行水加热程序。
进一步地,所述其他衣物处理筒启动水加热程序时,若第一衣物处理筒没有执行烘干程序,则其他衣物处理筒执行水加热程序。
一种多筒洗干一体机,使用上述任一所述多筒洗干一体机的烘干控制方法,包括多个衣物处理筒,至少一个衣物处理筒能够执行用于将衣物烘干的烘干程序,其他衣物处理筒具有 用于进行洗涤水加热的水加热程序,衣物处理筒执行烘干程序的优先级,比其他衣物处理筒的水加热程序优先级高。
进一步地,所述多筒洗干一体机包含两个衣物处理筒,其中至少一个衣物处理筒具备烘干加热程序;
优选地,所述多筒洗干一体机包含两个衣物处理筒,所述两个衣物处理筒为上下排布,且衣物处理筒的筒口朝向一致;其中的一个衣物处理筒具备烘干加热程序。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
本发明所揭示的一种多筒洗干一体机的烘干控制方法及多筒洗干一体机,适用于对干衣需求比较看重的用户使用,本发明解决了传统的多筒洗干一体机的控制难点。本发明采用烘干优先进行的控制方法,避免两筒同时执行大功率程序情况的发生,以降低对洗衣机的损耗,并减小洗衣机的瞬时功率,提高双筒洗衣机的适用用电环境,延长洗衣机的使用寿命。
本发明采用烘干优先的原则,不但有利于对于烘干功能特别依赖的场合,而且在北方的冬季特别是南方的阴雨潮湿的季节,当用户可以很轻松的利用手洗的方式洗涤小件的衣物,并将大件的衣物放在该洗衣机中进行洗涤时,使用烘干优先的原则就可以使用户尽早将上述小件的衣物进行烘干处理,而同时利用本发明的第一衣物处理筒和其他衣物处理筒在烘干程序和水加热程序的控制中,所采用交替加热的控制方法,使得大件的衣物洗涤也不会受到影响,从而减少了整体的洗衣干衣的时间。
本发明具有较简单的控制逻辑,在保证烘干性能的情况下,又能保证另一筒的洗涤进行,在实际洗涤程序中控制稳定性较高;并且在一般洗涤情况下,能控制两筒不同时运行大功率程序,整机使用可靠性高,并且能合理利用洗涤时间,交替进行加热,实现洗涤时间的有效分配。
本发明的多筒洗干一体机两个衣物处理筒为上下排布,且衣物处理筒的筒口朝向一致;其中的一个衣物处理筒具备烘干加热程序。,方便用户进行烘干操作,尤其在不需要进行洗涤等其他程序而单纯执行烘干程序的情境下,本发明的控制方法和衣物处理筒的固定方式,为用户所带来的便利性尤其明显。本发明的加热控制方式简单可靠,效果显著,适宜推广使用。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

如图1至图2所示,本发明公开了一种多筒洗干一体机的烘干控制方法及多筒洗干一体机,所述一体机包括多个衣物处理筒,至少一个衣物处理筒能够执行用于将衣物烘干的烘干程序,该衣物处理筒为第一衣物处理筒,其他衣物处理筒具有用于进行洗涤水加热的水加热程序,所述第一衣物处理筒执行的烘干程序的优先级,比其他衣物处理筒的水加热程序优先级高。本发明采用烘干优先进行的控制方法,在保证烘干性能的情况下,又能保证另一筒的洗涤进行,逻辑简单易于实现。对洗涤过程中的大功率流程进行控制,整机使用可靠性高,并且能合理利用洗涤时间,交替进行加热,实现洗涤时间的有效分配。
实施例1:
如图1至图2所示的本发明揭示了一种多筒洗干一体机的烘干控制方法。
该控制方法适用于包含多个衣物处理筒的洗干一体机。所述的衣物处理筒能够执行洗涤,漂洗,脱水,等多种衣物处理工作。其中至少一个衣物处理筒能够执行用于将衣物烘干的烘干程序,该衣物处理筒为第一衣物处理筒。
第一衣物处理筒利用电加热来使洗好的衣物中的水分即时蒸发干燥,在烘干加热阶段需要较高的电功率。同时,为了提高衣物的洗净率,目前的多筒洗衣机大都为洗涤筒设置了水加热设备,利用电加热的方式来加热洗涤水。同样地,在其执行水加热程序时,同样需要消耗较高的电功率。
本实施中,其他衣物处理筒中至少有一个衣物处理筒具有上述的用于进行洗涤水加热的水加热程序,因此为了减少耗能和出于用电安全的考虑,本发明通过烘干衣物优先的控制方法,避免两者同时工作,提高用电的安全性。另外,在南方阴雨潮湿的季节,或者是一些需要马上就要对洗涤后的衣物进行使用的场合,干衣的功能往往比洗涤衣物等衣物处理程序更加常用,更加紧迫。为了实现这种对烘干衣物的特殊要求,特别对洗干一体机的烘干和水加热控制方法进行了改进。
具体的,本实施例中的洗干一体机包括第一电控板,所述第一电控板与第一衣物处理筒电连接,用于控制第一衣物处理筒的烘干衣物程序开启和关闭;同样的,还包括其他电控板,所述的其他电控板分别与其他衣物处理筒电连接,用于控制其他衣物处理筒的水加热程序的开启和关闭。所述的第一电控板和其他电控板之间采用通讯方式实现互联,从而实现洗干一体机不同衣物处理筒的分别控制及操作。
所述洗干一体机设有总控制器,所述总控制器与第一电控板和其他电控板之间采用通讯方式实现互联,并通过在总控制器中加载符合本实施控制方法的控制程序,实现对洗干一体机不同衣物处理筒的第一衣物处理筒与其他衣物处理筒的协调控制。
本发明的第一衣物处理筒和其他衣物处理筒是独立进行衣物处理程序的。第一衣物处理筒执行的烘干程序的优先级,比其他衣物处理筒的水加热程序优先级高。
本实施例中,当第一衣物处理筒启动烘干程序晚于其他衣物处理筒启动水加热程序时,则中止该水加热程序,启动所述第一衣物处理筒的烘干程序。
如图1所示,当第一衣物处理筒启动烘干程序时,首先要判断目前其他衣物处理筒是否在执行水加热程序,如果判定结果是“是”那么也就说明第一衣物处理筒启动烘干程序晚于其他衣物处理筒启动水加热程序的时间,此时其他衣物处理筒暂停该水加热程序的执行,转 而执行第一衣物处理筒的该烘干程序。
如图1和图2所示,当第一衣物处理筒启动烘干程序时,判断目前其他衣物处理筒是否在执行水加热程序,如果判定结果是“否”那么也就说明第一衣物处理筒启动烘干程序先于其他衣物处理筒启动水加热程序的时间,此时继续执行第一衣物处理筒的烘干程序,暂时不执行其他衣物处理筒水加热程序。
另一方面,本实施例中,在图中未示出的:当第一衣物处理筒烘干程序与其他衣物处理筒水加热程序同时启动时,先执行第一衣物处理筒的烘干程序。
本实施例详细阐释了该控制方法在烘干程序优先的洗涤过程中,在洗衣或者烘干程序开启阶段的控制方法,通过本实施例的控制方法,能够实现在向洗干一体机提出烘干请求时,无论该洗干一体机处在何种工作状态,都能够满足烘干优先的原则。
实施例2
本实施例是对实施例1中执行烘干程序过程的补充。本实施例中,由于烘干过程中的温度不能长期处于高温的状态,因此第一衣物处理筒是通过阶段性加热来实现衣物烘干的。也就是当第一衣物处理筒被烘干加热到额定烘干加热温度时,就会暂停对第一衣物处理筒的加热,当低于额定烘干衣物的最低温度时则再次启动开动第一衣物处理筒的加热装置,再将第一衣物处理筒的温度提升上去。因此第一衣物处理筒的烘干程序是一个阶段性加热的过程,在整个烘干的过程的很多时间段里,第一衣物处理筒的烘干加热装置并不需要输入电功率。
为了充分利用这些第一衣物处理筒的烘干加热装置不加电的时间,在本实施例中,使用在该时间段里安排其他衣物处理筒执行水加热程序的方式来充分利用这部分的时间。而当第一衣物处理筒降低到到烘干所需最低温度时,则暂停执行其他衣物处理筒水加热程序,继续对第一衣物处理筒进行烘干加热。通过这种对不同的衣物处理筒交替进行加热的方式,合理利用洗涤时间,实现了洗涤烘干时间的有效分配。
实施例3,
本实施例是对上述实施例的一种补充,与实施例2的区别在于:本实施例中,当第一衣物处理筒启动烘干程序先于其他衣物处理筒启动水加热程序时,其他衣物处理筒等待所述第一衣物处理筒完成整个烘干程序后启动所述水加热程序。在本实施例中烘干程序并不是如实施例2般是通过阶段性加热实现的,而是一直持续的加热,也就是说在整个烘干程序的进行过程中,并不存在第一衣物处理筒的烘干加热装置不需要电加热的阶段,因此也就不存在第 一衣物处理筒的烘干加热装置和其他衣物处理筒的水加热装置的交替加热的技术方案。
在本实施例中的其他衣物处理筒等待所述第一衣物处理筒完成整个烘干程序后启动所述水加热程序的控制方法,也适用于其他的对于洗涤时间没有过多要求的其他实施例,即在其他的实施例中,第一衣物处理筒的烘干加热装置是采用的阶段加热的方式,但是其他衣物处理筒依然等待所述第一衣物处理筒完成整个烘干程序后再启动所述水加热程序。
实施例4
如图2所示,本实施是上述实施例2的一个补充,在本实施例中,所述其他衣物处理筒启动水加热程序时,若第一衣物处理筒正在执行的烘干程序,并处在第一衣物处理筒被烘干加热到额定烘干加热温度,暂停对第一衣物处理筒的加热时,则其他衣物处理筒执行水加热程序。该实施例明确了其他衣物处理筒在启动水加热程序时,遇到第一衣物处理筒在进行烘干程序时的启动时机。
同时,如果所述其他衣物处理筒启动水加热程序时,若第一衣物处理筒没有执行烘干程序,或者烘干加热已经结束则其他衣物处理筒执行水加热程序。
实施例5
本实施例公开了一种多筒洗干一体机,使用上述实施例任一的烘干控制方法。本实施例的洗干一体机包括多个衣物处理筒,至少一个衣物处理筒能够执行用于将衣物烘干的烘干程序,其他衣物处理筒具有用于进行洗涤水加热的水加热程序,衣物处理筒执行烘干程序的优先级,比其他衣物处理筒的水加热程序优先级高。
进一步地,本实施例公开的所述多筒洗干一体机包含两个衣物处理筒,其中一个衣物处理筒具备烘干加热程序;当然也可以根据需求将另一个衣物处理筒也设计为具有干衣功能的衣物处理筒。本实施例的两个衣物处理筒,为上下排布,且衣物处理筒的筒口朝向一致;其中的一个衣物处理筒具备烘干加热程序,该衣物处理筒为第一衣物处理筒。
本实施例中的洗干一体机包括第一电控板,所述第一电控板与第一衣物处理筒电连接,用于控制第一衣物处理筒的烘干衣物程序开启和关闭;同样的,还包括第二电控板,所述的第二电控板与另一个衣物处理筒电连接,另一个衣物处理筒具有水加热装置,能够执行洗衣程序,该衣物处理筒为第二衣物处理筒。所述的第二电控板用于控制第二衣物处理筒的水加热程序的开启和关闭。所述的第一电控板和第二电控板之间采用通讯方式实现互联,从而实现上述实施例的洗干一体机不同衣物处理筒的分别控制及操作。以第一衣物处理筒的烘干程 序优先的原则协调控制整个洗干一体机的洗涤和烘干过程,在一筒需要进行水加热的同时、另一筒需要进行烘干加热,烘干优先进行,在保证烘干性能的情况下,又能保证另一筒的洗涤进行,逻辑简单易于实现。对洗涤过程中的大功率流程进行控制,整机使用可靠性高。同时能合理利用洗涤时间,交替进行加热,实现洗涤时间的有效分配。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多筒洗干一体机的烘干控制方法,所述一体机包括多个衣物处理筒,至少一个衣物处理筒能够执行用于将衣物烘干的烘干程序,该衣物处理筒为第一衣物处理筒,其他衣物处理筒具有用于进行洗涤水加热的水加热程序,其特征在于,所述第一衣物处理筒执行的烘干程序的优先级,比其他衣物处理筒的水加热程序优先级高。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多筒洗干一体机的烘干控制方法,其特征在于,当所述第一衣物处理筒启动烘干程序晚于其他衣物处理筒启动水加热程序时,则中止该水加热程序,启动所述第一衣物处理筒的烘干程序。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多筒洗干一体机的烘干控制方法,其特征在于,当第一衣物处理筒烘干程序与其他衣物处理筒水加热程序同时启动时,先执行第一衣物处理筒的烘干程序。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多筒洗干一体机的烘干控制方法,其特征在于,当第一衣物处理筒启动烘干程序先于其他衣物处理筒启动水加热程序时,执行第一衣物处理筒的烘干程序,暂时不执行其他衣物处理筒水加热程序。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的多筒洗干一体机的烘干控制方法,其特征在于,当第一衣物处理筒被烘干加热到额定烘干加热温度时,则暂停对第一衣物处理筒的加热,执行其他衣物处理筒水加热程序;当第一衣物处理筒降低到到烘干所需最低温度时,则暂停执行其他衣物处理筒水加热程序,继续对第一衣物处理筒进行烘干加热。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的多筒洗干一体机的烘干控制方法,其特征在于,当第一衣物处理筒启动烘干程序先于其他衣物处理筒启动水加热程序时,其他衣物处理筒等待所述第一衣物处理筒完成整个烘干程序后启动所述水加热程序。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的多筒洗干一体机的烘干控制方法,其特征在于,所述其他衣物处理筒启动水加热程序时,若第一衣物处理筒正在执行的烘干程序,并处在第一衣物处理筒被烘干加热到额定烘干加热温度,暂停对第一衣物处理筒的加热时,则其他衣物处理筒执行水加热程序。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的多筒洗干一体机的烘干控制方法,其特征在于,所述其他衣物处理筒启动水加热程序时,若第一衣物处理筒没有执行烘干程序,则其他衣物处理筒执行水加热程序。
  9. 一种多筒洗干一体机,使用权利1至8任一所述多筒洗干一体机的烘干控制方法,其 特征在于,包括多个衣物处理筒,至少一个衣物处理筒能够执行用于将衣物烘干的烘干程序,其他衣物处理筒具有用于进行洗涤水加热的水加热程序,衣物处理筒执行烘干程序的优先级,比其他衣物处理筒的水加热程序优先级高。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的多筒洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述多筒洗干一体机包含两个衣物处理筒,其中至少一个衣物处理筒具备烘干加热程序;
    优选地,所述多筒洗干一体机包含两个衣物处理筒,所述两个衣物处理筒为上下排布,且衣物处理筒的筒口朝向一致;其中的一个衣物处理筒具备烘干加热程序。
