背景技术
滚筒洗衣机或滚筒洗衣干衣机洗完衣服后,在外筒与内筒之间、窗垫、观察窗等处极易留存水垢,在潮湿的环境下容易滋生细菌以及霉菌等。时间久了更会产生异味,甚至会对衣物造成二次污染,严重威胁用户的身体健康。
相关技术中,通常采用烘干结构对外筒和内筒之间的位置、窗垫以及观察窗等极易留存水垢的位置进行烘干。试验证明,外筒和内筒之间、窗垫处采用相关技术中的烘干结构即可烘干,但由于观察窗处存在褶皱,采用现有的烘干结构烘干时,热气很难进入窗垫褶皱处,以致窗垫褶皱处的烘干效果不理想,烘干过后仍然会存在残留水,极易滋生细菌。
针对上述问题,相关技术中通过将观察窗的窗垫设置为防霉抗菌的窗垫,以抑制细菌滋生。但采用该方法的成本较高,且使用一段时间后,窗垫的防霉抗菌功能极易失效,而后仍然会在窗垫位置滋生细菌。
发明内容
以下是对本文详细描述的主题的概述。本概述并非是为了限制权利要求的保护范围。一种衣物处理装置的烘干结构,包括:

本实施例提供了一种衣物处理装置的烘干方法,本实施例所述衣物处理装置主要指的是滚筒洗衣机或滚筒洗干一体机等,本实施例以滚筒洗衣机为例进行描述。
如图1至图3所示,本实施例所述衣物处理装置的烘干方法,包括利用衣物处理装置的烘干风路10输送烘干气流;控制烘干气流流经所述窗垫风路管道4,并进入所述褶皱沟231内,以对窗垫褶皱23进行烘干; 其中,所述衣物处理装置包括:烘干风路10;窗垫,所述窗垫包括设置于所述窗垫上的窗垫褶皱23及由所述窗垫褶皱23弯曲形成的褶皱沟231;及至少一路窗垫风路管道4,所述路窗垫风路管道4的一端伸入所述褶皱沟231内,以对窗垫褶皱23进行烘干。
本实施例通过设置窗垫风路管道4,并使所述窗垫风路管道4的一端伸入窗垫褶皱23形成的褶皱沟231内,便于对褶皱沟231进行烘干。降低了烘干成本,烘干了窗垫褶皱23内的残留水,抑制了窗垫褶皱23内滋生细菌,避免了因窗垫褶皱23烘干效果不理想而对衣物造成二次污染的问题。
本实施例中,在脱水过程执行完毕后,采用所述衣物处理装置的烘干方法对窗垫褶皱23进行烘干。在一实施例中滚筒洗衣机设有自清洁程序,在自清洁程序中,采用所述衣物处理装置的烘干方法对窗垫褶皱23进行烘干。而对于滚筒洗干一体机,可以在烘干过程中采用所述烘干方法对窗垫褶皱23进行烘干。
如图1至图3所示,在一实施例中还提供了一种衣物处理装置的烘干结构,包括产生热风的烘干组件3及输送所述热风的烘干风路10,所述烘干风路10连接有至少一路窗垫风路管道4,所述窗垫风路管道4的一端伸入窗垫褶皱23形成的褶皱沟231内,用于烘干时对所述窗垫褶皱23进行烘干。其中,热风为具有预设温度的烘干气流。
一实施例中,增设窗垫风路管道4,并使窗垫风路管道4的一端伸入窗垫褶皱23形成的褶皱沟231内,以对所述窗垫褶皱23进行烘干。采用上述窗垫风路管道4单独对窗垫褶皱23进行烘干,提高了烘干效果,抑制了窗垫褶皱23内滋生细菌,同时由于采用加热后的空气进行烘干,而加热后的空气具有消毒杀菌的作用,因此采用上述烘干结构对窗垫褶皱23也有消毒杀菌的作用。
所述窗垫风路管道4可以是一路,也可以是多路,在一实施例中所述窗垫风路管道4设有一路。

所述烘干组件3包括烘干壳体30,设于烘干壳体30内的加热管31,及烘干风机32,烘干风机32设于加热管31远离窗垫风路管道4一侧且设于烘干壳体30内。其中,所述烘干壳体30包括烘干上壳体301及烘干下壳体302,烘干下壳体302连接于烘干上壳体301并与所述烘干上壳体301形成烘干风路10。所述烘干上壳体301和烘干下壳体302形成的烘干壳体30的内腔即为烘干风路10,其中烘干风路10指的是输送热风的管路,所述窗垫风路管道4可以连接于烘干风路10的任意位置。所述窗垫风路管道4通过烘干出风口接头33连接于烘干风路10的出风口。
所述烘干出风口接头33上设有窗垫风路管道接口334,所述烘干出风口接头33内壁设有引导筋333,引导筋333与窗垫风路管道接口334相对设置,使得烘干风路10内的热风能够经窗垫风路管道接口334进入窗垫风路管道4内。
所述烘干出风口接头33设有烘干下壳体接头端331和窗垫接头端332,其中所述烘干下壳体接头端331与烘干壳体30的出风口连接,所述窗垫接头端332与窗垫2连接。热风经烘干下壳体接头端331进入烘干出风口接头33内,并从窗垫接头端332流出,进入洗衣机的外筒1内或内筒内,对窗垫2、内筒和外筒1进行烘干。

所述窗垫风路管道4伸入褶皱沟231内的一端沿着褶皱沟231的延伸方向设置,使得热风能够沿着褶皱沟231流动。通过采用上述设置方式,使得进入窗垫褶皱23内的热风具有切向方向的初速度,以便于热风能够沿着褶皱沟231流动,实现完全烘干窗垫褶皱23内的残留水,有效抑制细菌滋生,同时通过高温热风对窗垫褶皱23进行消毒杀菌。
在一实施例中还提供了一种衣物处理装置,包括窗垫及上述的衣物处理装置的烘干结构,其中,所述窗垫包括设置于所述窗垫上的窗垫褶皱23及由所述褶皱23弯曲形成的褶皱沟231。采用上述的衣物处理装置的烘干结构,降低生产成本,提高对窗垫褶皱23的烘干效果,避免窗垫褶皱23处滋生细菌以致对衣物造成二次污染,提高用户满意度。
在一实施例中,还提供了一种衣物处理装置,该衣物处理装置采用上述的衣物处理装置的烘干方法。
本公开使所述窗垫风路管道4的一端伸入窗垫褶皱23弯曲形成的褶皱沟231内,便于对褶皱沟231进行烘干。降低了烘干结构的加工成本,烘干了窗垫褶皱23内的残留水,抑制了窗垫褶皱23内滋生细菌,避免了因窗垫褶皱23烘干不彻底而有残留水存在,致使窗垫褶皱23滋生细菌而对衣物造成二次污染的问题。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种衣物处理装置的烘干结构,包括:
    烘干组件(3),所述烘干组件(3)设置为产生烘干气流;
    烘干风路(10),所述烘干风路(10)设置为输送烘干气流;及
    至少一路窗垫风路管道(4),所述窗垫风路管道(4)的第一端与所述烘干风路(10)连接,所述窗垫风路管道(4)的第二端伸入由窗垫褶皱(23)形成的褶皱沟(231)内,对所述窗垫褶皱(23)进行烘干。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置的烘干结构,还包括烘干出风口接头(33),所述烘干出风口接头(33)设置为连接所述烘干风路(10)与所述窗垫风路管道(4),所述烘干出风口接头(33)包括窗垫风路管道接口(334)及引导筋(333),所述窗垫风路管道接口(334)设置于所述烘干出风口接头(33)上,所述引导筋(333)设置于所述烘干出风口接头(33)内壁上,且所述引导筋(333)与所述窗垫风路管道接口(334)相对,使得所述烘干风路(10)内的烘干气流能够经窗垫风路管道接口(334)进入所述窗垫风路管道(4)内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置的烘干结构,其中,所述窗垫风路管道(4)的第二端沿着褶皱沟(231)的延伸方向设置,所述窗垫风路管道(4)设置为自身内部的烘干气流沿着褶皱沟(231)流动。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理装置的烘干结构,其中,所述烘干组件(3)包括烘干壳体(30)、加热管(31)及烘干风机(32),所述加热管(31)设于烘干壳体(30)内,所述烘干风机(32)设于加热管(31)远离烘干出风口接头(33)一侧且设于烘干壳体(30)内;所述烘干壳体(30)的内腔为所述烘干风路(10),所述窗垫风路管道(4)通过烘干出风口接头(33)连接于所述烘干风路(10)的出风口。
  5. 一种衣物处理装置,其中,包括窗垫及权利要求1至4任一所述的衣物处理装置的烘干结构,所述窗垫包括设置于所述窗垫上的窗垫褶皱(23)及由所述褶皱(23)弯曲形成的褶皱沟(231)。
  6. 一种衣物处理装置的烘干方法,包括:
    利用衣物处理装置的烘干风路(10)输送烘干气流;
    控制烘干气流流经窗垫风路管道(4),并进入褶皱沟(231)内,以对窗垫褶皱(23)进行烘干;
    所述衣物处理装置包括:
    烘干风路(10);
    窗垫,所述窗垫包括设置于所述窗垫上的窗垫褶皱(23)及由所述窗垫褶皱(23)弯曲形成的褶皱沟(231);及
    至少一路窗垫风路管道(4),所述路窗垫风路管道(4)的一端伸入所述褶皱沟(231)内,以对窗垫褶皱(23)进行烘干。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理装置的烘干方法,其中,脱水过程执行完毕之后,采用所述衣物处理装置的烘干方法对窗垫褶皱(23)进行烘干。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理装置的烘干方法,其中,所述衣物处理装置设有自清洁程序,在自清洁程序中采用所述衣物处理装置的烘干方法对窗垫褶皱(23)进行烘干。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理装置的烘干方法,其中,在衣物烘干过程中,采用所述衣物处理装置的烘干方法对窗垫褶皱(23)进行烘干。
