关于医疗服务预约装置的具体限定可以参见上文中对于交易文件处理方法的限定,在此不再赘述。上述医疗服务预约装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于计算机设备中的处理器中,也可以以软件形式存储于计算机设备中的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。
一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:接收终端发送的与医疗服务对应的医疗服务购买标识;若医疗服务购买标识与医疗服务对应的预存医疗服务购买标识对比一致,则接收医疗服务预约请求,医疗服务预约请求携带医疗服务的预约申请信息;将预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请;及获取第三方服务平台的预约申请结果,并将预约申请结果发送给终端。
在其中一个实施例中,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,所执行的进入接收医疗服务 预约请求的步骤,包括以下步骤:查找与医疗服务购买标识对应的购买记录和预约成功记录;及若购买记录的个数大于预约成功记录的个数,且存在医疗服务购买标识的接收时间与医疗服务购买标识对应的购买时间的差值在第一有效时间范围内的购买记录,则接收医疗服务预约请求。
在其中一个实施例中,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,所执行的将预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请的步骤,包括以下步骤:根据预先设置的校验规则校验预约申请信息;及若校验通过,则将预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请。

一种计算机设备,包括存储器和一个或多个处理器,存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:接收终端发送的与医疗服务对应的医疗服务购买标识;若医疗服务购买标识与医疗服务对应的预存医疗服务购买标识对比一致,则接收医疗服务预约请求,医疗服务预约请求携带医疗服务的预约申请信息;将预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请;及获取第三方服务平台的预约申请结果,并将预约申请结果发送给终端。

在其中一个实施例中,处理器执行计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:接收终端发送的医疗服务预约取消请求;若医疗服务预约取消请求的接收时间与预约就诊时间的差值在第二有效时间范围内,则将医疗服务预约取消请求发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约取消申请;及获取第三方服务平台的预约取消申请结果,并将预约取消申请结果发送给终端。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种医疗服务预约方法,包括:
    接收终端发送的与医疗服务对应的医疗服务购买标识;
    若医疗服务购买标识与所述医疗服务对应的预存医疗服务购买标识对比一致,则接收医疗服务预约请求,所述医疗服务预约请求携带医疗服务的预约申请信息;
    将所述预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请;及
    获取第三方服务平台的预约申请结果,并将所述预约申请结果发送给所述终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收医疗服务预约请求之前,还包括:
    查找与所述医疗服务购买标识对应的购买记录和预约成功记录;及
    若所述购买记录的个数大于所述预约成功记录的个数,且存在所述医疗服务购买标识的接收时间与所述医疗服务购买标识对应的购买时间的差值在第一有效时间范围内的购买记录,则进入接收医疗服务预约请求的步骤。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收医疗服务预约请求之后,还包括:
    根据预先设置的校验规则校验所述预约申请信息;及
    若校验通过,则进入将所述预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请的步骤。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述获取第三方服务平台的预约申请结果之后,还包括:
    若预约申请结果为预约失败,则记录预约失败的次数;
    判断所述预约失败的次数是否小于预设次数;
    若是,则返回至将所述预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请的步骤;及
    若否,则在预设异步任务表中为所述预约申请信息添加异步预约任务记录;若在预设异步任务表中检测到有未处理的异步预约任务记录,则获取与所述异步预约任务记录对应的预约申请信息,并返回至将所述预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请的步骤。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预约申请信息包括预约就诊时间;所述方法还包括:
    接收终端发送的医疗服务预约取消请求;
    若所述医疗服务预约取消请求的接收时间与所述预约就诊时间的差值在第二有效时间范围内,则将所述医疗服务预约取消请求发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约取消申请;及
    获取第三方服务平台的预约取消申请结果,并将所述预约取消申请结果发送给所述终 端。
  6. 一种医疗服务预约装置,包括:
    购买标识接收模块,用于接收终端发送的与医疗服务对应的医疗服务购买标识;
    预约请求接收模块,用于若医疗服务购买标识与所述医疗服务对应的预存医疗服务购买标识对比一致,则接收医疗服务预约请求,所述医疗服务预约请求携带医疗服务的预约申请信息;
    预约申请信息发送模块,用于将所述预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请;
    预约申请结果获取模块,用于获取第三方服务平台的预约申请结果;及
    预约申请结果发送模块,用于将所述预约申请结果发送给所述终端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    记录查找模块,用于查找与所述医疗服务购买标识对应的购买记录和预约成功记录;及
    所述预约请求接收模块,用于若所述购买记录的个数大于所述预约成功记录的个数,且存在所述医疗服务购买标识的接收时间与所述医疗服务购买标识对应的购买时间的差值在第一有效时间范围内的购买记录,则进入接收医疗服务预约请求的步骤。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    预约申请信息校验模块,用于根据预先设置的校验规则校验所述预约申请信息;及
    所述预约申请信息发送模块,用于若校验通过,则进入将所述预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请的步骤。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预约申请结果获取模块还用于若预约申请结果为预约失败,则记录预约失败的次数;判断所述预约失败的次数是否小于预设次数;及
    所述预约申请信息发送模块还用于若是,则返回至将所述预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请的步骤;及若否,则在预设异步任务表中为所述预约申请信息添加异步预约任务记录;若在预设异步任务表中检测到有未处理的异步预约任务记录,则获取与所述异步预约任务记录对应的预约申请信息,并返回至将所述预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请的步骤。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    预约取消请求接收模块,用于接收终端发送的医疗服务预约取消请求;
    预约取消请求发送模块,用于若所述医疗服务预约取消请求的接收时间与所述预约就诊时间的差值在第二有效时间范围内,则将所述医疗服务预约取消请求发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约取消申请;
    预约取消申请结果获取模块,用于获取第三方服务平台的预约取消申请结果;及
    预约取消申请结果发送模块,用于将所述预约取消申请结果发送给所述终端。
  11. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    接收终端发送的与医疗服务对应的医疗服务购买标识;
    若医疗服务购买标识与所述医疗服务对应的预存医疗服务购买标识对比一致,则接收医疗服务预约请求,所述医疗服务预约请求携带医疗服务的预约申请信息;
    将所述预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请;及
    获取第三方服务平台的预约申请结果,并将所述预约申请结果发送给所述终端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,在所执行的所述接收医疗服务预约请求的步骤之前,还包括执行以下步骤:
    查找与所述医疗服务购买标识对应的购买记录和预约成功记录;及
    若所述购买记录的个数大于所述预约成功记录的个数,且存在所述医疗服务购买标识的接收时间与所述医疗服务购买标识对应的购买时间的差值在第一有效时间范围内的购买记录,则进入接收医疗服务预约请求的步骤。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,在所执行的所述接收医疗服务预约请求的步骤之后,还包括执行以下步骤:
    根据预先设置的校验规则校验所述预约申请信息;及
    若校验通过,则进入将所述预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请的步骤。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,在所执行的所述获取第三方服务平台的预约申请结果的步骤之后,还包括执行以下步骤:
    若预约申请结果为预约失败,则记录预约失败的次数;
    判断所述预约失败的次数是否小于预设次数;
    若是,则返回至将所述预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请的步骤;及
    若否,则在预设异步任务表中为所述预约申请信息添加异步预约任务记录;若在预设异步任务表中检测到有未处理的异步预约任务记录,则获取与所述异步预约任务记录对应的预约申请信息,并返回至将所述预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请的步骤。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述预约申请信息包括预约就诊时间;所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时还执行以下步骤:
    接收终端发送的医疗服务预约取消请求;
    若所述医疗服务预约取消请求的接收时间与所述预约就诊时间的差值在第二有效时间范围内,则将所述医疗服务预约取消请求发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约取消申请;及
    获取第三方服务平台的预约取消申请结果,并将所述预约取消申请结果发送给所述终端。
  16. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器及一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    接收终端发送的与医疗服务对应的医疗服务购买标识;
    若医疗服务购买标识与所述医疗服务对应的预存医疗服务购买标识对比一致,则接收医疗服务预约请求,所述医疗服务预约请求携带医疗服务的预约申请信息;
    将所述预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请;及
    获取第三方服务平台的预约申请结果,并将所述预约申请结果发送给所述终端。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时,在所执行的所述接收医疗服务预约请求的步骤之前,还包括执行以下步骤:
    查找与所述医疗服务购买标识对应的购买记录和预约成功记录;及
    若所述购买记录的个数大于所述预约成功记录的个数,且存在所述医疗服务购买标识的接收时间与所述医疗服务购买标识对应的购买时间的差值在第一有效时间范围内的购买记录,则进入接收医疗服务预约请求的步骤。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时,在所执行的所述接收医疗服务预约请求的步骤之后,还包括执行以下步骤:
    根据预先设置的校验规则校验所述预约申请信息;及
    若校验通过,则进入将所述预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请的步骤。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时,在所执行的所述获取第三方服务平台的预约申请结果的步骤之后,还包括执行以下步骤:
    若预约申请结果为预约失败,则记录预约失败的次数;
    判断所述预约失败的次数是否小于预设次数;
    若是,则返回至将所述预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请的步骤;及
    若否,则在预设异步任务表中为所述预约申请信息添加异步预约任务记录;若在预设异步任务表中检测到有未处理的异步预约任务记录,则获取与所述异步预约任务记录对应的预约申请信息,并返回至将所述预约申请信息发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约申请的步骤。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述预约申请信息包括预约就诊时间;所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    接收终端发送的医疗服务预约取消请求;
    若所述医疗服务预约取消请求的接收时间与所述预约就诊时间的差值在第二有效时间范围内,则将所述医疗服务预约取消请求发送给第三方服务平台,以使第三方服务平台执行预约取消申请;及
    获取第三方服务平台的预约取消申请结果,并将所述预约取消申请结果发送给所述终端。
