- 如权利要求3或4所述的资本专户立项的投票方法,其特征在于,所述投票方法还包括:在所有投票人已完成投票时,将待立项产品信息和投票结果发送至主持人终端;所述投票结果包括每一个投票人的用户账号、姓名及其投票选项、时间信息、投票人代理投票时对应的授权人用户账号、姓名。
- 一种资本专户立项的投票装置,其特征在于,所述投票装置包括:信息获取模块,用于在资本专户立项的评审投票环节中,当获取到主持人终端发送的投票指令时,获取主持人选定的投票人信息;投票模块,用于根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端,所述投票待办邮件上包括待立项产品信息、邮件投票功能和线上投票链接,以引导投票人完成投票操作;选项获取模块,用于获取投票人终端根据所述投票待办邮件返回的POST数据包,解析所述POST数据包获取投票选项;环节启动模块,用于在所述投票选项为赞成时,计算当前的赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值,若所述比值大于或等于预设比率时,确定本次投票通过并启动批复拟稿环节。
- 如权利要求6所述的资本专户立项的投票装置,其特征在于,所述投票装置还包括:环节退回模块,用于若所述赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值小于所述预设比率,且所有投票人已完成投票时,退回至资料上传环节,并向业务终端发送资料上传待办邮件。
- 如权利要求6所述的资本专户立项的投票装置,其特征在于,所述投票模块还包括:判断单元,用于根据所述投票人信息中的用户账号和姓名信息,判断所述投票人是否存在对应的被授权人;第一投票单元,用于在判断单元的判断结果为是时,获取本次投票的投票时限和所述被授权人的有效授权时限,若所述投票时限在所述有效授权时限范围内时,生成所述被授权人对应的投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至被授权人终端,以通知所述被授权人代理所述授权人完成本次投票环节;第二投票单元,用于在判断单元的判断结果为否时,根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端。
- 如权利要求7所述的资本专户立项的投票装置,其特征在于,所述投票模块还包括:判断单元,用于根据所述投票人信息中的用户账号和姓名信息,判断所述投票人是否 存在对应的被授权人;第一投票单元,用于在判断单元的判断结果为是时,获取本次投票的投票时限和所述被授权人的有效授权时限,若所述投票时限在所述有效授权时限范围内时,生成所述被授权人对应的投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至被授权人终端,以通知所述被授权人代理所述授权人完成本次投票环节;第二投票单元,用于在判断单元的判断结果为否时,根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端。
- 如权利要求8或9所述的资本专户立项的投票装置,其特征在于,所述投票装置还包括:发送模块,用于在所有投票人已完成投票时,将待立项产品信息和投票结果发送至主持人终端;所述投票结果包括每一个投票人的用户账号、姓名及其投票选项、时间信息、投票人代理投票时对应的授权人用户账号、姓名。
- 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行如下步骤:在资本专户立项的评审投票环节中,当获取到主持人终端发送的投票指令时,获取主持人选定的投票人信息;根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端,所述投票待办邮件上包括待立项产品信息、邮件投票功能和线上投票链接,以引导投票人完成投票操作;获取投票人终端根据所述投票待办邮件返回的POST数据包,解析所述POST数据包获取投票选项;在所述投票选项为赞成时,计算当前的赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值,若所述比值大于或等于预设比率时,确定本次投票通过并启动批复拟稿环节。

- 如权利要求13或14所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器还执行如下步骤:在所有投票人已完成投票时,将待立项产品信息和投票结果发送至主持人终端;所述投票结果包括每一个投票人的用户账号、姓名及其投票选项、时间信息、投票人代理投票时对应的授权人用户账号、姓名。
- 一种终端,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现以下步骤:在资本专户立项的评审投票环节中,当获取到主持人终端发送的投票指令时,获取主持人选定的投票人信息;根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端,所述投票待办邮件上包括待立项产品信息、邮件投票功能和线上投票链接,以引导投票人完成投票操作;获取投票人终端根据所述投票待办邮件返回的POST数据包,解析所述POST数据包获取投票选项;在所述投票选项为赞成时,计算当前的赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值,若所述比值大于或等于预设比率时,确定本次投票通过并启动批复拟稿环节。
