现有资本专户的产品评审流程是由业务经理发起,然后经法律和风控评审,再经组织评审投票决定是否立项,在决定立项之后出批复文件。然而评审过程一般通过线下纸质文档的方式在公司内部进行产品评审,操作过程繁琐,且在投票评审环节容易出现失误,影响投票的公正性。

本申请实施例提供了一种资本专户立项的投票方法、装置、存储介质及终端,所述投票方法包括:
在资本专户立项的评审投票环节中,当获取到主持人终端发送的投票指令时,获取主持人选定的投票人信息;
根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端,所述投票待办邮件上包括待立项产品信息、邮件投票功能和线上投票链接,以引导投票人完成投票操作;
获取投票人终端根据所述投票待办邮件返回的POST数据包,解析所述POST数据包获取投票选项;
在所述投票选项为赞成时,计算当前的赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值,若所述比值大于或等于预设比率时,确定本次投票通过并启动批复拟稿环节。
进一步地,所述投票方法还包括:
若所述赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值小于所述预设比率,且所有投票人已完成投票时,退回至资料上传环节,并向业务终端发送资料上传待办邮件。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
在本申请实施例中,所述资本专户为专属理财账户,包括但不限于基金专户,由基金管理公司为资产委托人的利益,运用委托财产进行证券投资,提供量身定做的专属理财产品及服务,比如证券交易所市场交易的产品,因此,需要对用户申请的资本专户进行立项审核。资本专户立项是指审核、批准成立资本专户。这里简单地对现有的资本专户立项流程进行介绍,所述资本专户立项的流程包括:
第一,产品评审表录入环节,由业务经理录入产品评审表的相关信息,并提交业务团队的领导审批;
第二,产品评审表复核环节,由团队长复核业务经理的申请,复核通过则提交至项目受理环节;
第三,项目受理环节,由风控部门的母公司项目受理岗初步审核立项申请,给出初审意见,之后进行风险评估和法律评估;
第四,风控审批环节,由风控部门的母公司项目受理岗分配风控初审人员完成风控初审操作,并在通过时提交至风控中心领导对产品立项进行复核,否则退回重新分配风控人员或 者退回业务经理根据风控初审结果进行信息补充;
第五,法律审批环节,由法律合规部的法律复核岗分配法律初审人员完成法律初审操作,并在通过时提交至法律合规部领导对产品立项进行复核,否则退回重新分配法律人员或者退回业务经理根据法律初审结果进行信息补充;
第六,材料上传环节,在风控和法律均评估通过后,由业务经理上传产品相关材料附件,由风控中心的母公司项目受理岗复核业务经理上传的材料;并由风控部门的风控初审人员再次审核业务经理提交的材料,以及由法律合规部的法律初审人员再次审核业务经理提交的材料;
第七,评审投票环节,由各部门领导进行项目投票是否立项;
第八,批复拟稿环节,在投票通过后,由风控部门的风控初审人员编制批复;
第九,复核拟稿环节,由风控中心领导对产品的批复进行复核。
目前,现有的评审过程一般通过线下纸质文档的方式在公司内部进行产品评审,操作过程繁琐。评审投票环节由人工发起和统计,人力成本高,且容易出现失误,进而影响了投票的公正性。鉴于此,本申请实施例提出了资本专户立项的投票方法,以实现线上投票。
图1示出了本申请实施例提供的资本专户立项的投票方法的实现流程。
在本申请实施例中,所述资本专户立项的投票方法应用于终端,所述终端为服务端设备,包括但不限于计算机、服务器等。所述终端能够通过有线或者无线的方式与其他终端进行通信。参阅图1,所述资本专户立项的投票方法包括:
在步骤S101中,在资本专户立项的评审投票环节中,当获取到主持人终端发送的投票指令时,获取主持人选定的投票人信息。
在这里,所述主持人终端为主持人登录资本专户立项系统的终端。在登录所述系统之后,主持人可在“评审投票”环节界面上选定参与投票的人员,并通过触发投票功能标识启动投票流程。主持人终端在检测到投票功能标识被触发时,向服务端设备发送投票指令以及主持人选定的投票人信息。服务端设备接收主持人终端所发送的投票指令以及主持人选定的投票人信息。
在步骤S102中,根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端,所述投票待办邮件上包括待立项产品信息、邮件投票功能和线上投票链接,以引导投票人完成投票操作。
在本申请实施例中,服务端设备接收到投票指令后,启动投票流程,为主持人选定的投票人开放投票权限,每位投票人可以进入“评审投票”环节。然后,根据待立项产品信息生成投票链接和设置邮件投票功能,并根据投票人信息生成对应的投票待办邮件。在这里, 所述投票人终端为投票人接收到投票待办邮件的终端。所述投票待办邮件为发送至投票人的事项提示邮件。可选地,所述投票待办邮件包括待立项产品信息,以向投票人介绍本次立项的产品,及邮件投票功能和线上投票链接,以引导投票人完成投票。在收到投票待办邮件之后,投票人可以直接在所述投票待办邮件提供的邮件投票功能完成投票,也可以根据所述投票链接登录资本专户立项系统进入“评审投票”环节完成投票。
可选地,评审投票环节中的投票选项包括但不限于赞成、反对、弃权、退回投资经理、作废、关闭。其中,赞成表示同意本次立项;反对表示不同意本次立项;弃权表示放弃本次投票权利;退回投资经理表示返回“上传材料”环节;作废表示建议产品作废,流程终止;关闭表示暂时不投票,关闭当前页面。
在步骤S103中,获取投票人终端根据所述投票待办邮件返回的POST数据包,解析所述POST数据包获取投票选项。
在本申请实施例中,投票人根据所述邮件投票功能或线上投票链接完成投票后,投票人终端将结果以POST数据包(“POST”开头的数据包)发送至服务端设备,服务端设备接收并解析所述POST数据包获得投票选项。
可选地,在获取到POST数据包之后,所述服务端设备还可以向所述投票人终端返回提示信息,以告知投票人本次“投票成功”。所述服务端设备还可通过解释所述POST数据包得到投票人终端的IP地址,将所述IP地址存入数据库,并设置该IP地址在指定时长内不能投票,或者,将投票成功的信息保存在本地的Cookies文件中,并在Cookies文件中注明投票成功的时间,以通过IP地址比对或者Cookies文件比对来禁止已投票的投票人再次投票,从而达到防止恶意刷票的效果。
在步骤S104中,在所述投票选项为赞成时,计算当前的赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值,若所述比值大于或等于预设比率时,确定本次投票通过并启动批复拟稿环节。
在这里,所述预设比率为本次产品立项的评审投票是否通过的判断准则。在获取到投票选项之后,服务端设备检测投票选项的值,若为赞成时,则统计当前的赞成票数,计算当前的赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值,得到截止当前的投票结果。若所述比值大于或等于预设比率时,确定本次投票通过并启动批复拟稿环节。示例性地,所述预设比率可以为50%,假设投票人有7名,则在赞成票数与投票人总数7之间的比值大于或等于所述预设比率50%时,则认为本次投票已通过。
本申请实施例在每次投票选项为赞成时进行统计,只要当前的赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值大于或等于预设比率则确定投票通过,并启动下一个环节,实现了立项评审的线上投票及结果输出,解放了人力,减少了产品立项环节的人为误操作,有利于提高基金公司 作业效率,且使得投票人可以随时随地地完成投票。
可选地,所述投票方法还包括:
若所述赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值小于所述预设比率,且所有投票人已完成投票时,退回至资料上传环节,并向业务终端发送资料上传待办邮件。
在这里,所述业务终端为业务经理登录资本专户立项系统的终端。若全部投票人已完成投票,但赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值未满足预设比率时,表明投票人大部分不同意立项,则返回上一环节,即资料上传环节,并向业务终端发送资料上传待办邮件,以提示业务经理继续完善产品材料。
作为本申请的另一个优选实例,在图1所述的资本专户立项的投票方法的基础上,本申请实施例还增加了投票人休假、外出指派待办的功能。参阅图2,为本申请实施例提供的资本专户立项的投票方法的另一实现流程。所述资本专户立项的投票方法中步骤S102还包括:
在步骤S1021中,根据所述投票人信息中的用户账号和姓名信息,判断所述投票人是否存在对应的被授权人。
在这里,所述用户账号为资本专户立项系统的UM账号。服务端设备在接收到投票人信息之后,获取每一个投票人的UM账号和姓名信息,结合所述UM账号和姓名信息查询已有的授权信息,针对每一个投票人,判断其是否存在对应的被授权人,从而确认该投票人是否需要进行代理投票操作。可选地,所述授权信息为授权人与被授权人之间的对应关系,包括但不限于被授权人的UM账号/姓名、授权人的UM账号/姓名、授权时限、是否失效。应当理解,授权人在投票前已在资本专户立项系统上完成授权设置,且所述授权信息已发送至服务端设备进行存储。
若投票人存在对应的被授权人时,表明所述投票人有委托代理操作,则执行步骤S1022;否则,表明所述投票人没有委托代理操作,则执行步骤S1023。
在步骤S1022中,获取本次投票的投票时限和所述被授权人的有效授权时限,若所述投票时限在所述有效授权时限范围内时,生成所述被授权人对应的投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至被授权人终端,以通知所述被授权人代理所述授权人完成本次投票环节。
在这里,服务端设备通过比较投票时限和有效授权时限,若投票时限在所述有效授权时限范围内,表明所述投票人当前时间需要代理投票操作,则生成所述被授权人对应的投票待办邮件,并发送至被授权人终端。本申请实施例通过预存授权信息,实现了根据投票人的 授权自动转接至被授权人完成投票操作,并且通过授权时限和有效授权时限保证了投票的有效性和可靠性。
在步骤S1023中,根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端。
对于没有委托代理操作的投票人,则生成所述投票人对应的投票待办邮件,并发送至被授权人终端。
可选地,所述投票方法还可以包括:
在所有投票人已完成投票时,将待立项产品信息和投票结果发送至主持人终端。
所述投票结果包括每一个投票人的用户账号、姓名及其投票选项、时间信息、投票人代理投票时对应的授权人用户账号、姓名。
在这里,当所有投票人已完成投票,且服务端设备已完成统计得到投票结果时,则将所述产品信息和投票结果一同发送至主持人终端,以反馈主持人投票人以及投票结果,以及存在代理投票的情况下授权人的用户账号和姓名,从而达到在主持人侧同步更新投票人的效果。

在本申请实施例中,所述资本专户立项的投票装置用于实现上述图1、图2实施例中所述的资本专户立项的投票方法,可以是内置于终端的软件单元、硬件单元或者软硬件结合的单元。所述终端为服务端设备,包括但不限于计算机、服务器等。

信息获取模块31,用于在资本专户立项的评审投票环节中,当获取到主持人终端发送的投票指令时,获取主持人选定的投票人信息;

在投票人根据所述邮件投票功能或者线上投票链接完成投票后,投票人终端将结果通过POST数据包发送至服务端设备。服务端设备则通过所述选项获取模块33接收并解析所述POST数据包获得投票选项。
可选的,在获取到POST数据包之后,所述服务端设备还可以通过所述选项获取模块33向所述投票人终端返回提示信息,以告知投票人本次“投票成功”。
可选的,所述服务端设备还可通过所述选项获取模块33解释所述POST数据包得到投票人终端的IP地址,将所述IP地址存入数据库,并设置该IP地址在指定时长内不能投票,或者,将投票成功的信息保存在本地的Cookies文件中,并在Cookies文件中注明投票成功的时间,以通过IP地址比对或者Cookies文件比对来禁止已投票的投票人再次投票,从而达到防止恶意刷票的效果。

在这里,所述用户账号为资本专户立项系统的UM账号。所述投票模块32在接收到投票人信息之后,通过判断单元321获取每一个投票人的UM账号和姓名信息,结合所述UM账号和姓名信息查询现有的授权信息,针对每一个投票人,判断其是否存在对应的被授权人,从而确认该投票人是否需要进行代理投票操作。可选地,所述授权信息为授权人与被授权人之间的对应关系,包括但不限于被授权人的UM账号/姓名、授权人的UM账号/姓名、授权时限、是否失效。应当理解,在投票前授权人已在资本专户立项系统上完成授权设置,且所述授权信息已发送至服务端设备进行存储。若存在授权人时,所述第一投票单元322进一步比较投票时限和有效授权时限,若投票时限在所述有效授权时限范围内,表明所述投票人当前时间需要代理投票操作,则生成所述被授权人对应的投票待办邮件,并发送至被授权人终端。本申请实施例通过预存授权信息,实现了根据投票人的授权自动转接至被授权人完成投票操作,并且通过授权时限和有效授权时限保证了投票的实时性和可靠性。

图4是本申请实施例提供的一种终端的示意图。如图4所示,该实施例的终端4包括:处理器40、存储器41以及存储在所述存储器41中并可在所述处理器40上运行的计算机可读指令42。所述处理器40执行所述计算机可读指令42时实现上述资本专户立项的投票方法实施例中的步骤,例如图1所示的步骤S101至S104、图2所示的步骤S1021至S1023。或者,所述处理器40执行所述计算机可读指令42时实现上述资本专户立项的投票装置实施例中各模块/单元的功能,例如图3所示模块31至36的功能。
所称处理器40可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等,所述处理器是所述终端的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个终端的各个部分。
所述存储器41可用于存储所述计算机可读指令和/或模块,所述处理器通过运行或执行存储在所述存储器内的计算机可读指令和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器内的数据,实现所述终端的各种功能。所述存储器可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据终端的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如硬盘、内存、插接式硬盘、智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC)、安全数字卡(Secure Digital,SD)、闪存卡(Flash Card),至少一个磁盘 存储器件、闪存器件或其他易失性固态存储器件。
可以理解地,一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性可读存储介质可以包括:能够携带所述计算机可读指令的任何实体或装置、记录介质、U盘、移动硬盘、磁碟、光盘、计算机存储器、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、电载波信号、电信信号以及软件分发介质等。
以上所述实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种资本专户立项的投票方法,其特征在于,所述投票方法包括:
    在资本专户立项的评审投票环节中,当获取到主持人终端发送的投票指令时,获取主持人选定的投票人信息;
    根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端,所述投票待办邮件上包括待立项产品信息、邮件投票功能和线上投票链接,以引导投票人完成投票操作;
    获取投票人终端根据所述投票待办邮件返回的POST数据包,解析所述POST数据包获取投票选项;
    在所述投票选项为赞成时,计算当前的赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值,若所述比值大于或等于预设比率时,确定本次投票通过并启动批复拟稿环节。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的资本专户立项的投票方法,其特征在于,所述投票方法还包括:
    若所述赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值小于所述预设比率,且所有投票人已完成投票时,退回至资料上传环节,并向业务终端发送资料上传待办邮件。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的资本专户立项的投票方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端包括:
    根据所述投票人信息中的用户账号和姓名信息,判断所述投票人是否存在对应的被授权人;
    若是时,获取本次投票的投票时限和所述被授权人的有效授权时限,若所述投票时限在所述有效授权时限范围内时,生成所述被授权人对应的投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至被授权人终端,以通知所述被授权人代理所述授权人完成本次投票环节;
    若否时,根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的资本专户立项的投票方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端包括:
    根据所述投票人信息中的用户账号和姓名信息,判断所述投票人是否存在对应的被授权人;
    若是时,获取本次投票的投票时限和所述被授权人的有效授权时限,若所述投票时限在所述有效授权时限范围内时,生成所述被授权人对应的投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至被授权人终端,以通知所述被授权人代理所述授权人完成本次投票环节;
    若否时,根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端。
  5. 如权利要求3或4所述的资本专户立项的投票方法,其特征在于,所述投票方法还包括:
    在所有投票人已完成投票时,将待立项产品信息和投票结果发送至主持人终端;
    所述投票结果包括每一个投票人的用户账号、姓名及其投票选项、时间信息、投票人代理投票时对应的授权人用户账号、姓名。
  6. 一种资本专户立项的投票装置,其特征在于,所述投票装置包括:
    信息获取模块,用于在资本专户立项的评审投票环节中,当获取到主持人终端发送的投票指令时,获取主持人选定的投票人信息;
    投票模块,用于根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端,所述投票待办邮件上包括待立项产品信息、邮件投票功能和线上投票链接,以引导投票人完成投票操作;
    选项获取模块,用于获取投票人终端根据所述投票待办邮件返回的POST数据包,解析所述POST数据包获取投票选项;
    环节启动模块,用于在所述投票选项为赞成时,计算当前的赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值,若所述比值大于或等于预设比率时,确定本次投票通过并启动批复拟稿环节。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的资本专户立项的投票装置,其特征在于,所述投票装置还包括:
    环节退回模块,用于若所述赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值小于所述预设比率,且所有投票人已完成投票时,退回至资料上传环节,并向业务终端发送资料上传待办邮件。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的资本专户立项的投票装置,其特征在于,所述投票模块还包括:
    判断单元,用于根据所述投票人信息中的用户账号和姓名信息,判断所述投票人是否存在对应的被授权人;
    第一投票单元,用于在判断单元的判断结果为是时,获取本次投票的投票时限和所述被授权人的有效授权时限,若所述投票时限在所述有效授权时限范围内时,生成所述被授权人对应的投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至被授权人终端,以通知所述被授权人代理所述授权人完成本次投票环节;
    第二投票单元,用于在判断单元的判断结果为否时,根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的资本专户立项的投票装置,其特征在于,所述投票模块还包括:
    判断单元,用于根据所述投票人信息中的用户账号和姓名信息,判断所述投票人是否 存在对应的被授权人;
    第一投票单元,用于在判断单元的判断结果为是时,获取本次投票的投票时限和所述被授权人的有效授权时限,若所述投票时限在所述有效授权时限范围内时,生成所述被授权人对应的投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至被授权人终端,以通知所述被授权人代理所述授权人完成本次投票环节;
    第二投票单元,用于在判断单元的判断结果为否时,根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的资本专户立项的投票装置,其特征在于,所述投票装置还包括:
    发送模块,用于在所有投票人已完成投票时,将待立项产品信息和投票结果发送至主持人终端;
    所述投票结果包括每一个投票人的用户账号、姓名及其投票选项、时间信息、投票人代理投票时对应的授权人用户账号、姓名。
  11. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行如下步骤:
    在资本专户立项的评审投票环节中,当获取到主持人终端发送的投票指令时,获取主持人选定的投票人信息;
    根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端,所述投票待办邮件上包括待立项产品信息、邮件投票功能和线上投票链接,以引导投票人完成投票操作;
    获取投票人终端根据所述投票待办邮件返回的POST数据包,解析所述POST数据包获取投票选项;
    在所述投票选项为赞成时,计算当前的赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值,若所述比值大于或等于预设比率时,确定本次投票通过并启动批复拟稿环节。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器还执行如下步骤:
    若所述赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值小于所述预设比率,且所有投票人已完成投票时,退回至资料上传环节,并向业务终端发送资料上传待办邮件。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端包括:
    根据所述投票人信息中的用户账号和姓名信息,判断所述投票人是否存在对应的被授 权人;
    若是时,获取本次投票的投票时限和所述被授权人的有效授权时限,若所述投票时限在所述有效授权时限范围内时,生成所述被授权人对应的投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至被授权人终端,以通知所述被授权人代理所述授权人完成本次投票环节;
    若否时,根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端包括:
    根据所述投票人信息中的用户账号和姓名信息,判断所述投票人是否存在对应的被授权人;
    若是时,获取本次投票的投票时限和所述被授权人的有效授权时限,若所述投票时限在所述有效授权时限范围内时,生成所述被授权人对应的投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至被授权人终端,以通知所述被授权人代理所述授权人完成本次投票环节;
    若否时,根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器还执行如下步骤:
    在所有投票人已完成投票时,将待立项产品信息和投票结果发送至主持人终端;
    所述投票结果包括每一个投票人的用户账号、姓名及其投票选项、时间信息、投票人代理投票时对应的授权人用户账号、姓名。
  16. 一种终端,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现以下步骤:
    在资本专户立项的评审投票环节中,当获取到主持人终端发送的投票指令时,获取主持人选定的投票人信息;
    根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端,所述投票待办邮件上包括待立项产品信息、邮件投票功能和线上投票链接,以引导投票人完成投票操作;
    获取投票人终端根据所述投票待办邮件返回的POST数据包,解析所述POST数据包获取投票选项;
    在所述投票选项为赞成时,计算当前的赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值,若所述比值大于或等于预设比率时,确定本次投票通过并启动批复拟稿环节。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:
    若所述赞成票数与投票人总数之间的比值小于所述预设比率,且所有投票人已完成投票时,退回至资料上传环节,并向业务终端发送资料上传待办邮件。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的终端,其特征在于,所述根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端包括:
    根据所述投票人信息中的用户账号和姓名信息,判断所述投票人是否存在对应的被授权人;
    若是时,获取本次投票的投票时限和所述被授权人的有效授权时限,若所述投票时限在所述有效授权时限范围内时,生成所述被授权人对应的投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至被授权人终端,以通知所述被授权人代理所述授权人完成本次投票环节;
    若否时,根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的终端,其特征在于,所述根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端包括:
    根据所述投票人信息中的用户账号和姓名信息,判断所述投票人是否存在对应的被授权人;
    若是时,获取本次投票的投票时限和所述被授权人的有效授权时限,若所述投票时限在所述有效授权时限范围内时,生成所述被授权人对应的投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至被授权人终端,以通知所述被授权人代理所述授权人完成本次投票环节;
    若否时,根据所述投票人信息生成投票待办邮件,并将所述投票待办邮件发送至每一个投票人终端。
  20. 如权利要求18或19所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:
    在所有投票人已完成投票时,将待立项产品信息和投票结果发送至主持人终端;
    所述投票结果包括每一个投票人的用户账号、姓名及其投票选项、时间信息、投票人代理投票时对应的授权人用户账号、姓名。
