请参考图1至图4,所述坚果破壳器100还包括收容空间70,所述收容空间70由所述主体组件10和所述齿刀组件20围成,用于收容坚果,手柄50在第一状态和第二状态之间往返运动的过程中,所述收容空间70的容积发生变化,以打开坚果的壳体。
在本实施方式中,使用者可以根据坚果的大小改变收容空间70的容积大小,从而本发明的坚果破壳器100可以适用于不同的坚果,家中只需要一个本发明的坚果破壳器100就可以打开各种类型的坚果,大大提高了使用的方便性。
进一步,本发明的收容空间70的最小容积大于使用者的手指的容积,也就是说,使用者不会意外伤害自己的手指。而且,儿童也不会因为玩耍本发明的 坚果破壳器100而切伤自己的手指。
请参考图1至图5,所述齿刀组件20还包括齿刀弹性元件26和齿刀轴24,所述齿刀轴24固定于所述主体组件10的第一端头部,所述齿刀弹性元件26套装于齿刀轴24,用于使所述齿刀22复位。
在本实施方式中,当齿刀22运动到最后位置,即收容空间70的容积最少后,齿柄32在齿柄弹性元件36的作用下回到第二状态,此时齿刀22脱离齿柄32,无论使用者如何施力给手柄50使其运动到第一状态,即最小收紧状态,齿刀22的齿与止退开关42已经脱离,松开手柄50后,齿刀22又会张开到与止退开关42啮合,如此反复握压,都不会进一步进给,避免了使用者的意外伤害。同时,止退开关42在外力的作用下脱离齿刀22,齿刀22在齿刀弹性元件26的作用下复位,即收容空间70的容积最大。
当收容空间70的容积最少时,齿刀弹性元件26处于压缩状态;当收容空间70的容积最大时,齿刀弹性元件26处于原始状态。
在本实施方式中,齿刀弹性元件26为线弹簧。齿刀弹性元件26的原始状态为预压状态,即在原始状态,齿刀弹性元件26具有一定的预压力。
请参考图5和图9,所述齿刀弹性元件26包括一对第三固定部262和第四固定部264,所述第三固定部262套装于所述齿刀轴24,所述第四固定部264固定于所述齿刀22,所述第四固定部264位于第三固定部262之间。
进一步,所述齿刀弹性元件26还包括一对第二固定端266,所述主体组件10包括一对主体12,所述第二固定端266分别抵靠所述第一主体12。
进一步,每一个第二固定端266分别从所述第三固定部262的末端延伸并在其末端形成一个第二固定钩267,第四固定部264的末端分别以螺旋的方式形成第三固定部262,所述第二固定钩267分别勾住对应的主体12。
请参考图9和图10,齿刀22设有第二收容槽224,所述第四固定部264部分收容于所述第二收容槽224中,以使齿刀22复位。
在本实施方式中,齿刀轴24、第二收容槽224的位置及所述第一固定钩367的位置构成一个三角形,从而齿刀弹性元件26的固定比较牢固。
请参考图5和图12,所述止退开关组件40包括止退开关42和第一弹性元件46,所述止退开关42用于防止所述齿刀22后退,所述第一弹性元件46的一端抵靠所述止退开关42,用于使所述止退开关42复位。
请参考图3、图4、图4、图6和图12,进一步,所述止退开关组件40还包括旋转轴47,所述止退开关42设有第一孔427,所述旋转轴47安装于所述第一孔427中,所述止退开关42以所述旋转轴47为中心旋转。
进一步,所述止退开关组件40还包括定位柱44,所述定位柱44固定于所述主体组件10的第二端,所述第一弹性元件46套装于所述定位柱44。
进一步,所述止退开关组件40还包括移位柱48,所述止退开关42设有第二孔428,所述主体组件10设有移位槽18(请参考图11),所述移位柱48穿过所述第二孔428活动地收容于所述移位槽18中。
进一步,在第一状态,所述齿刀22脱离所述止退开关42,所述第一弹性元件46处于压缩状态,所述移位柱48位于所述移位槽18的第二端;在第二状态,所述第一弹性元件46处于原始状态,所述移位柱48位于所述移位槽18的第一端,所述齿刀22和所述止退开关42啮合。因在手柄50第一状态和第二状态反复运动的过程中,止退开关42会防止齿刀22后退。从而本发明的坚果破壳器100可以适用于各种类型的坚果。
请参考图5,坚果破壳器100还包括定位部80,用于定位坚果。所述定位部80安装于主体组件10的第一端。所述定位部80包括一对定位件82和一对 收容件84,所述收容件84通过固定件固定于所述主体12的第一端,所述固定件的弧度和主体12的第一端的弧度一致,所述收容件84与所述固定件接触部分的弧度与所述固定件的弧度一致。
请参考图1至图12,组装时,定位部80固定于主体组件10的第一端,将齿刀组件20安装于主体组件10的第一端,齿柄组件30安装于主体组件10的第二端,止退开关组件40安装于主体组件10的第二端,同时齿刀22和齿柄32啮合或者齿刀22和止退开关42啮合,这样主体组件10、齿刀组件20、齿柄组件30、止退开关组件40便组装为坚果破壳器100。
使用时,施力于手柄50,手柄50在第一状态和第二状态之间反复运动,齿柄32带到齿刀22运动直到坚果被破壳,在此位置,止退开关42在外力的作用脱离齿刀22,齿刀22在齿刀弹性元件26的作用下复位,即收容空间70的容积最大。
在本实施方式中,手柄50在第一状态的时候,定义为闭合状态;手柄50在第二状态的时候,定义为张开状态,即手柄50在开合之间运动。
因在使用过程中,本发明的齿刀22的运动是通过手柄50的开合实现的,即通过杠杆的原理达到省力的目的。
在使用过程中,齿柄弹性元件36不仅使齿柄32可以复位,同时可以使齿柄32和齿刀22处于啮合状态,即齿柄弹性元件36同时具有两个功能,一个功能是使齿柄32复位,使手柄50在开合之间运动,另一个功能,是齿刀22和齿柄32啮合,已达到切开坚果壳体的目的。
本发明的坚果破壳器100主要使用于夏威夷果等坚果的破壳,坚果的直径在φ16-φ32mm之间。当然,本发明的坚果破壳器100还适用于其他类型的坚果,例如,碧根果、核桃、巴旦木、榛子、板栗等。
在本实施方式中,收容空间70为腰形孔,跟大部分的坚果的形状相似,提高了使用的方便性。
在本实施方式中,齿刀22与坚果接触的工作面的截面设计成V形切刀形式,以方便切开坚果壳体。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施方式,故凡依本发明专利申请范围所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均包括于本发明专利申请范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种坚果破壳器,其特征在于:所述坚果破壳器包括主体组件、齿刀组件、齿柄组件、止退开关组件和手柄,所述齿刀组件包括齿刀,所述齿刀转动地安装于所述主体组件的第一端头部,所述齿柄组件包括齿柄,所述齿柄转动地安装于所述主体组件的第二端,所述止退开关组件安装于所述主体组件的第二端,所述主体组件的第二端延伸有第一手柄,所述手柄包括第一手柄和齿柄,所述手柄在外力的作用下,在第一状态和第二状态之间往返运动,手柄在第一状态和第二状态之间往返运动的过程中,所述齿柄驱使所述齿刀运动,其中,在第一状态,第一手柄和齿柄之间的距离最短,齿柄和齿刀啮合;在第二状态,齿柄和第一手柄之间的距离最大,齿刀和止退开关组件啮合,用于防止所述齿刀后退。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的坚果破壳器,其特征在于,所述齿柄组件还包括齿柄轴和齿柄弹性元件,所述齿柄轴安装于所述主体组件的第二端并将所述齿柄转动地安装于所述主体的第二端,所述齿柄弹性元件套装于所述齿柄轴。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的坚果破壳器,其特征在于,所述齿柄弹性元件不仅可以使所述齿柄复位,使所述手柄在开合之间运动,同时所述齿柄弹性元件可以使齿柄和齿刀啮合或分开。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的坚果破壳器,其特征在于,所述坚果破壳器还包括收容空间,所述收容空间由所述主体组件和所述齿刀组件围成,用于收容坚果,手柄在第一状态和第二状态之间往返运动的过程中,所述收容空间的容积发生变化,以打开坚果的壳体。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的坚果破壳器,其特征在于,所述齿刀组件还包括齿刀弹性元件和齿刀轴,所述齿刀轴固定于所述主体组件的第一端头部,所述齿刀弹性元件套装于齿刀轴,用于使所述齿刀复位。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的坚果破壳器,其特征在于,所述止退开关组件包括止退开关和第一弹性元件,所述止退开关用于防止所述齿刀后退,所述第一弹性元件的一端抵靠所述止退开关,用于使所述止退开关复位。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的坚果破壳器,其特征在于,所述止退开关组件还包括旋转轴,所述止退开关设有第一孔,所述旋转轴安装于所述第一孔中,所述止退开关以所述旋转轴为中心旋转。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的坚果破壳器,其特征在于,所述止退开关组件还包括定位柱,所述定位柱固定于所述主体组件的第二端,所述第一弹性元件套装于所述定位柱。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的坚果破壳器,其特征在于,所述止退开关组件还包括移位柱,所述止退开关设有第二孔,所述主体组件设有移位槽,所述移位柱穿过所述第二孔活动地收容于所述移位槽中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的坚果破壳器,其特征在于,其中,在第一状态,所述齿刀脱离所述止退开关,所述第一弹性元件处于压缩状态,所述移位柱位于所述移位槽的第二端;在第二状态,所述第一弹性元件处于原始状态,所述移位柱位于所述移位槽的第一端,所述齿刀和所述止退开关啮合。
  11. 一种坚果破壳器,其特征在于:所述坚果破壳器包括主体组件、齿刀组件、齿柄组件、止退开关组件和定位部,所述齿刀组件包括齿刀,所述齿刀转动地安装于所述主体组件的第一端头部,所述齿柄组件包括齿柄,所述齿柄转动地安装于所述主体组件的第二端并和所述齿刀啮合,所述止退开关组件安装于主体组件的第二端并包括止退开关和第一弹性元件,所述止退开关用于防止所述齿刀后退,所述第一弹性元件的一端抵靠所述止退开关,用于使所述止退开关复位,所述定位部固定于主体组件的第一端,用于定位坚果。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的坚果破壳器,其特征在于,所述止退开关组件还包括旋转轴,所述止退开关设有第一孔,所述旋转轴安装于所述第一孔中,所述止退开关以所述旋转轴为中心旋转。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的坚果破壳器,其特征在于,所述止退开关组件还包括移位柱,所述止退开关设有第二孔,所述主体组件设有移位槽,所述移位柱穿过所述第二孔活动地收容于所述移位槽中。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的坚果破壳器,其特征在于,所述坚果破壳器包括手柄,所述主体组件的第二端延伸有第一手柄,所述手柄包括齿柄和第一手柄,所述手柄在外力的作用下,在第一状态和第二状态之间往返运动,手柄在第一状态和第二状态之间往返运动的过程中,所述齿柄驱使所述齿刀运动,其中,在第一状态,第一手柄和齿柄之间的距离最短,齿柄和齿刀啮合;在第二状态,齿柄和第一手柄之间的距离最大,齿刀和止退开关啮合。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的坚果破壳器,其特征在于,其中,在第一状态,所述齿刀脱离所述止退开关,所述第一弹性元件处于压缩状态,所述移位柱位于所述移位槽的第二端;在第二状态,所述第一弹性元件处于原始状态,所述移位柱位于所述移位槽的第一端。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的坚果破壳器,其特征在于,所述坚果破壳器还包括收容空间,所述收容空间由所述主体组件和所述齿刀组件围成,用于收容坚果,手柄在第一状态和第二状态之间往返运动的过程中,所述收容空间的容积发生变化,以打开坚果的壳体。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的坚果破壳器,其特征在于,所述齿刀组件包括齿刀弹性元件和齿刀轴,所述齿刀轴安装于主体组件的第一端头部,所述齿刀弹性元件套装于所述齿刀轴,用于使齿刀复位。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的坚果破壳器,其特征在于,所述齿柄组件还包括齿柄轴和齿柄弹性元件,所述齿柄轴安装于所述主体组件的第二端并将所述齿柄转动地安装于所述主体的第二端,所述齿柄弹性元件套装于所述齿柄轴,用于使齿柄复位并使所述齿柄和所述齿刀啮合或分开。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的坚果破壳器,其特征在于,所述主体组件设有容纳槽,所述齿柄轴滑动地收容于容纳槽中。
  20. 根据权利要求11所述的坚果破壳器,其特征在于,所述定位部包括定位件和收容件,所述收容件通过固定件固定于所述主体组件的第一端,所述固定件的弧度和主体组件的第一端的弧度一致,所述收容件与所述固定件接触部分的弧度与所述固定件的弧度一致。
