Abstract
本发明公开了一种智能语音设备控制家电的方法,包括:在接收到应用服务器发送的语音控制指令时,解析语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息,其中,智能语音设备在接收到语音控制指令时,将语音控制指令转发至应用服务器;将指令信息发送至家电设备信息对应的家电设备。本发明还提出一种智能语音设备控制家电的装置和系统。本发明第三方的智能语音设备并不需要装载对应的控制APP,仅需要将接收到的语音指令发送至对应的应用服务器即可实现对家电设备的控制,使得对家电设备的控制更加便捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及家电领域,尤其涉及一种智能语音设备控制家电的方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
随着智能家居技术以及物联网技术的发展,用户以及生产厂商越来越注重家电设备的智能交互,则出现了语音控制的家电设备;语音控制家电设备时用户可直接对着家电设备发送语音控制指令,家电设备识别后直接响应接收到的语音控制指令,该方案在用户距离家电设备较远时,无法实现对家电设备的控制。
为实现对家电设备的远距离控制,可通过移动终端如手机实现对家电设备的远距离控制,手机对家电设备进行远距离控制时需要装载对应的APP实现控制,但由于不同的厂商对应的APP不同,导致需要在移动终端中装载不同的APP,实现对终端的语音控制。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种智能语音设备控制家电的方法、装置及系统,旨在解决需要在移动终端中装载对应的APP实现对终端的语音控制的技术问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种智能语音设备控制家电的系统,其特征在于,所述智能语音设备控制家电的系统包括智能语音设备、应用服务器以及家电服务器,其中:
所述智能语音设备,用于在接收到语音控制指令时,将所述语音控制指令转发至所述应用服务器;
所述应用服务器,用于将接收的语音控制指令发送至对应的家电服务器;
所述家电服务器,用于在接收到应用服务器发送的语音控制指令时,解析所述语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息,将所述指令信息发送至所述家电设备信息对应的家电设备。
可选地,所述智能语音设备为智能音箱。
可选地,所述应用服务器在接收到语音控制指令时,将所述语音控制指令解析后按照所述家电服务器对应的协议重新封装,将重新封装后的语音控制指令发送至所述家电服务器。
此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提出一种智能语音设备控制家电的方法,所述智能语音设备控制家电的方法包括如下步骤:
在接收到应用服务器发送的语音控制指令时,解析所述语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息,其中,智能语音设备在接收到语音控制指令时,将所述语音控制指令转发至所述应用服务器;
将所述指令信息发送至所述家电设备信息对应的家电设备。
可选地,所述将所述指令信息发送至所述家电设备信息对应的家电设备的步骤之后,所述智能语音设备控制家电的方法还包括步骤:
在第一预设时间间隔未接收到所述家电设备基于所述指令信息反馈的响应信息时,向所述应用服务器发送响应失败信息,其中,所述应用服务器将接收到的响应失败信息发送至所述智能语音设备,智能语音设备输出响应失败的提示信息。
可选地,所述向所述应用服务器发送响应失败信息的步骤之后,所述智能语音设备控制家电的方法还包括:
更新在第二预设时间间隔内未接收到所述响应信息的次数;
在所述次数大于预设次数时,将所述语音控制指令发送至预设的后台服务器进行解析;
接收所述后台服务器解析得到的家电设备信息以及指令信息;
更新存储的所述语音控制指令对应的家电设备信息以及指令信息。
可选地,所述将所述指令信息发送至所述家电设备信息对应的家电设备的步骤之后,所述智能语音设备控制家电的方法还包括步骤:
在第一预设时间间隔内接收到所述家电设备基于所述指令信息反馈的响应信息时,将所述响应信息发送至应用服务器,其中,所述应用服务器将所述响应信息发送至所述智能语音设备,所述智能语音设备在接收到响应信息时,输出响应成功的提示信息。
可选地,所述智能语音设备控制家电的方法还包括:
在接收到智能语音设备与家电设备的关联请求时,获取所述家电设备以及智能语音设备的标识信息;
根据标识信息生成所述智能语音设备与家电设备的关联信息;
将所述智能语音设备与家电设备的关联信息发送至所述应用服务器,其中,所述应用服务器保存接收到的关联信息,并将所述关联信息发送至所述智能语音设备进行保存,在所述智能语音设备接收到语音控制指令时,显示保存的家电设备的标识信息,并根据用户选择的标识信息对应的家电设备信息重新生成语音控制指令,并将生成的语音控制指令发送至应用服务器。
可选地,获取家电设备的标识信息的步骤包括:
获取所述家电设备所在的房间对应的房间信息以及家电设备的名称;
根据所述房间信息以及所述家电设备的名称生成所述家电设备的标识信息。
可选地,所述解析所述语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息的步骤之后,所述智能语音设备控制家电的方法还包括:
将所述指令信息发送至所述应用服务器,其中,所述应用服务器将接收到的指令信息发送至所述智能语音设备,以供所述智能语音设备显示接收到的指令信息。
可选地,所述将所述指令信息发送至所述应用服务器的步骤之后还包括:
接收应用服务器反馈的确认信息;
在接收到应用服务器反馈的确认信息时,执行所述将所述指令信息发送至所述家电设备信息对应的家电设备的步骤。
此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提出一种智能语音设备控制家电的方法,所述智能语音设备控制家电的方法包括:
在接收到语音控制指令时,将所述语音控制指令发送至所述应用服务器,以供所述应用服务器将所述语音控制指令发送至家电服务器,其中,所述家电服务器析所述语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息,并将所述指令信息发送至所述家电设备信息对应的家电设备;
接收所述应用服务器反馈的响应信息,其中,所述家电设备在响应所述指令信息后生成响应信息,并将所述响应信息经所述家电服务器发送至应用服务器。
可选地,在接收到应用服务器反馈的响应失败信息时,输出响应失败的提示信息,其中,所述家电服务器在第一预设时间间隔内未接收到所述家电设备基于所述指令信息反馈的响应信息时,向所述应用服务器发送响应失败信息。
可选地,所述在接收到语音控制指令时,将所述语音控制指令转发至所述应用服务器的步骤包括:
在接收到语音控制指令时,显示保存的家电设备的标识信息;
根据用户选择的标识信息对应的家电设备信息重新生成语音控制指令,并将生成的语音控制指令发送至应用服务器。
可选地,所述将所述语音控制指令转发至所述应用服务器的步骤之后,所述智能语音设备控制家电的方法还包括:
接收所述应用服务器反馈的指令信息,其中,家电服务器析所述语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息后,将所述指令信息发送至应用服务器;
在接收到所述指令信息时,输出所述指令信息。
此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提出一种智能语音设备控制家电的装置,存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的智能语音设备控制家电的程序,所述智能语音设备控制家电的程序处理器执行时实现如以上所述的智能语音设备控制家电的方法的步骤。
本发明实施例提出的一种智能语音设备控制家电的方法、装置及系统,智能语音设备将接收到语音控制指令转发至应用服务器,家电服务器在接收到应用服务器发送的语音控制指令时,解析语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息,并将所述指令信息发送至所述家电设备信息对应的家电设备,第三方的智能语音设备并不需要装载对应的控制APP,仅需要将接收到的语音指令发送至对应的应用服务器即可实现对家电设备的控制,使得对家电设备的控制更加便捷。

本发明实施例的主要解决方案是:
在接收到应用服务器发送的语音控制指令时,解析语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息,其中,智能语音设备在接收到语音控制指令时,将语音控制指令转发至应用服务器;
将指令信息发送至家电设备信息对应的家电设备。
由于现有技术中但由于不同的厂商对应的APP不同,导致需要在移动终端中装载不同的APP,实现对终端的语音控制。
本发明提供一种解决方案,智能语音设备将接收到语音控制指令转发至应用服务器,家电服务器在接收到应用服务器发送的语音控制指令时,解析语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息,并将指令信息发送至家电设备信息对应的家电设备,第三方的智能语音设备并不需要装载对应的控制APP,仅需要将接收到的语音指令发送至对应的应用服务器即可实现对家电设备的控制,使得对家电设备的控制更加便捷。

本发明实施例终端为家电服务器。
如图1所示,该家电服务器可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,通信总线1002、网络接口1003以及存储器1004。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。网络接口1004实现与应用服务器等其它服务器以及家电设备之间的交互。存储器1004可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile
memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1004可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的终端结构并不构成对终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1004中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块以及智能语音设备控制家电的程序,处理器1001用于调用存储器1004中存储的智能语音设备控制家电的程序,并执行以下操作:
在接收到应用服务器发送的语音控制指令时,解析语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息,其中,智能语音设备在接收到语音控制指令时,将语音控制指令转发至应用服务器;
将指令信息发送至家电设备信息对应的家电设备。

智能语音设备在接收到语音控制指令时,将接收到的语音控制指令发送至应用服务器,应用服务器将接收的语音控制指令发送至对应的家电服务器,家电服务器提取接收到的语音控制指令中的家电设备信息以及指令信息,将指令信息转发至家电设备信息对应的家电设备,家电设备响应该语音控制指令。
家电服务器可通过一个服务器实现,也可通过多个服务器实现,例如家电服务器包括外部云服务器、设备服务器以及内部云服务器实现,应用服务服务器将接收到语音指令发送至外部云服务器,外部云服务器将接收到的语音指令透传至设备服务器,设备服务器再将接收到的语音指令发送至内部云服务器,以使数据的转发更安全。该设备服务器可根据语音控制指令中的家电设备信息确定,在家电设备信息对应的家电设备为空调时,对应的设备服务器可为空调服务器。
该智能语音设备可为智能音箱等可接收语音信号的设备,应用服务器可预存指令转换协议,根据该转换协议将接收到的语音控制指令转换为家电服务器可以识别的语音控制指令后发送至家电服务器,家电服务器解析该语音控制指令。
应用服务器预存有家电设备的通信接口的通信参数(如地址信息),在接收到语音控制指令时,根据该通信参数将接收到的语音控制指令发送至家电服务器。
基于上述硬件架构提出本发明智能语音设备控制家电的方法的各个实施例。
参照图3,图3为本发明智能语音设备控制家电的方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
提供一种智能语音设备控制家电的方法,该智能语音设备控制家电的方法包括步骤:
步骤S10,在接收到应用服务器发送的语音控制指令时,解析语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息,其中,智能语音设备在接收到语音控制指令时,将语音控制指令转发至应用服务器;
如图2所示,智能语音设备在接收到语音控制指令时,将语音控制指令经应用服务器转发至家电服务器,家电服务器获取家电设备信息以及指令信息。在解析语音控制指令时,可先将语音控制指令转换为文字信息,并提取文字信息中的关键词以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息,家电设备信息可为设备的标识,指令信息可为具体的指令内容。该智能语音设备可为智能音箱等能接收到语音控制指令的设备。
应用服务器可预存指令转换协议,根据该转换协议将接收到的语音控制指令转换为家电服务器可以识别的语音控制指令后发送至家电服务器
步骤S20,将指令信息发送至家电设备信息对应的家电设备。
可根据家电设备信息获取到对应的家电设备的地址信息,根据获取到的地址信息将指令信息转发至家电设备。
家电设备在接收到该指令信息时,获取该指令信息中的控制指令,并响应该控制指令;家电设备在响应语音控制指令后,可发送响应信息至家电服务器,该家电服务器将响应信息经应用服务器传输至智能语音设备,智能语音设备在接收到响应信息时,输出响应成功的提示信息,该响应成功的提示信息可为文字及/或图像信息,智能语音设备在显示屏显示该提示信息;或者,该提示信息也可为语音信息,智能语音设备播放该提示信息;或者,该提示信息可为光信息,通过点亮智能语音设备中相应的提示灯来输出提示信息。
本实施例公开的方案中,通过应用服务器将语音控制指令转发至家电服务器,同时家电服务器将语音控制指令发送至家电设备,智能语音设备并未直接与家电服务器或者家电设备进行通讯,使得智能语音设备与家电设备均不需要做出改进,仅需要应用服务器提供接口与家电服务之间通信即可,成本较低。
本实施例公开的智能语音设备控制家电的方法,智能语音设备将接收到语音控制指令转发至应用服务器,家电服务器在接收到应用服务器发送的语音控制指令时,解析语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息,并将指令信息发送至家电设备信息对应的家电设备,第三方的智能语音设备并不需要装载对应的控制APP,仅需要将接收到的语音指令发送至对应的应用服务器即可实现对家电设备的控制,使得对家电设备的控制更加便捷。
进一步地,参照图4,基于第一实施例提出本发明智能语音设备控制家电的方法第二实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S20之后,还包括:
步骤S30,在第一预设时间间隔内未接收到家电设备基于指令信息反馈的响应信息时,向应用服务器发送响应失败信息,其中,应用服务器将接收到的响应失败信息发送至智能语音设备,智能语音设备输出响应失败的提示信息。
该响应失败的提示信息可为文字、图像及/或声光信息,与第一实施例中的响应成功的提示信息同理,在此不再赘述。为避免家电服务器故障,在应用服务器以及智能语音设备在预设时间间隔内未接收到响应信息时,可认为响应失败,应用服务器直接向智能语音设备发送响应失败信息,智能语音设备直接输出响应失败的提示信息,或者智能语音设备在预设时间间隔内未接收到响应信息时,智能语音设备直接输出响应失败的提示信息。
进一步地,可能出现语音控制指令无法识别造成的多次语音控制失败,为提高用户体验,则在步骤S30之后还包括步骤:
更新在第二预设时间间隔内未接收到响应信息的次数;
在次数大于预设次数时,将语音控制指令发送至预设的后台服务器进行解析;
接收后台服务器解析得到的家电设备信息以及指令信息;
更新存储的语音控制指令对应的家电设备信息以及指令信息。
该预设次数可根据需要进行设定,后台服务器可进行大数据分析以解析接收到的语音控制指令,也可通过人工识别接收到的语音控制指令,在后台识别之后直接更新该语音控制指令对应的家电设备信息以及指令信息,提高后续对该语音控制指令识别的准确性,以提高用户体验。
进一步地,参照图5,基于第一或第二实施例提出本发明智能语音设备控制家电的方法第三实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S30之后,还包括:
步骤S40,在接收到智能语音设备与家电设备的关联请求时,获取家电设备以及智能语音设备的标识信息;
步骤S50,根据标识信息生成智能语音设备与家电设备的关联信息;
步骤S60,将智能语音设备与家电设备的关联信息发送至应用服务器,其中,应用服务器保存接收到的关联信息,并将关联信息发送至智能语音设备进行保存,在智能语音设备接收到语音控制指令时,显示保存的家电设备的标识信息,并根据用户选择的标识信息对应的家电设备信息重新生成语音控制指令,并将生成的语音控制指令发送至应用服务器。
图5仅为本实施例中各个步骤的一种实现方式,该步骤S40至S60可在步骤S10至步骤S20的之间或者前后的任意位置,并不仅限于图5中的一种位置关系。
用户可通过移动终端实现智能语音设备与家电设备的关联,在根据标识信息生成智能语音设备与家电设备的关联信息之前,可对家电设备和智能语音设备进行验证,以提高安全性。在接收到关联请求时,可获取家电设备的网络地址以及智能语音设备的网络端口网络地址,若家电设备的网络端口网络地址与智能语音设备的网络端口网络地址一致,说明智能语音设备与家电设备连接同一路由器,此时可认为对家电设备和智能语音设备认证成功,对家电设备的认证并不局限于该一种方式,具体不再赘述。
由于用户一般会有多台相同类型的家电,例如有多台空调器放置在不同的房间,则可通过房间信息以及家电设备的名称同时对家电设备进行标识,即获取家电设备的标识信息的步骤包括:获取家电设备所在的房间对应的房间信息以及家电设备的名称;根据房间信息以及家电设备的名称生成家电设备的标识信息。例如生成的标识可为主卧空调、客厅空调器、儿童房空调以及老人房空调。
本实施例公开的技术方案中,用户仅需要说出语音控制指令,并选择语音控制指令对应的家电设备,而不用记得每个家电设备的标识,使得对家电设备的控制更加准确。
进一步地,参照图6,基于第一至第三任一实施例提出本发明智能语音设备控制家电的方法第四实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S10之后,该智能语音设备控制家电的方法还包括:
步骤S70,将指令信息发送至应用服务器,其中,应用服务器将接收到的指令信息发送至智能语音设备,以供智能语音设备显示接收到的指令信息。
图6仅为本实施例中各个步骤的一种实现方式,该步骤S70可在步骤S20的之前或者之后,也可在执行步骤S20的同时执行步骤S70,并不仅限于图6中的一种步骤顺序。
该指令信息可为文字信息,通过将指令信息发送至智能语音设备,智能语音设备显示该指令信息,使得用户可确定发送的语音控制指令是否正确,在不正确时,可重新发送语音控制指令,提高控制的准确性。
可以理解的是,步骤S70之后可包括步骤,接收应用服务器反馈的确认信息,在接收到应用服务器反馈的确认信息时,执行步骤S20,即将指令信息发送至家电设备信息对应的家电设备。智能设备显示指令信息后,用户可在智能设备端进行确认,在确认后智能设备经应用服务器转发确认信息,在接收到确认信息时,说明对语音控制指令的识别正确,此时将语音控制指令发送至家电设备进行控制,提高控制的准确性。
参照图7,图7为本发明智能语音设备控制家电的方法第五实施例,在本实施例提出的智能语音设备控制家电的方法包括:
步骤S80,在接收到语音控制指令时,将语音控制指令发送至应用服务器,以供应用服务器将语音控制指令发送至家电服务器,其中,家电服务器析语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息,并将指令信息发送至家电设备信息对应的家电设备;
如图2所示,智能语音设备在接收到语音控制指令时,将语音控制指令经应用服务器转发至家电服务器,家电服务器获取家电设备信息以及指令信息。在解析语音控制指令时,可先将语音控制指令转换为文字信息,并提取文字信息中的关键词以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息,家电设备信息可为设备的标识,指令信息可为具体的指令内容。该智能语音设备可为智能音箱等能接收到语音控制指令的设备。
应用服务器可预存指令转换协议,根据该转换协议将接收到的语音控制指令转换为家电服务器可以识别的语音控制指令后发送至家电服务器
步骤S90,接收应用服务器反馈的响应信息,其中,家电设备在响应指令信息后生成响应信息,并将响应信息经家电服务器发送至应用服务器。
家电设备在接收到该指令信息时,获取该指令信息中的控制指令,并响应该控制指令;家电设备在响应语音控制指令后,可发送响应信息至家电服务器,该家电服务器将响应信息经应用服务器传输至智能语音设备,智能语音设备在接收到响应信息时,可输出响应成功的提示信息,该响应成功的提示信息可为文字及/或图像信息,智能语音设备在显示屏显示该提示信息;或者,该提示信息也可为语音信息,智能语音设备播放该提示信息;或者,该提示信息可为光信息,通过点亮智能语音设备中相应的提示灯来输出提示信息。
本实施例公开的方案中,通过应用服务器将语音控制指令转发至家电服务器,同时家电服务器将语音控制指令发送至家电设备,智能语音设备并未直接与家电服务器或者家电设备进行通讯,使得智能语音设备与家电设备均不需要做出改进,仅需要应用服务器提供接口与家电服务之间通信即可,成本较低。
本实施例公开的智能语音设备控制家电的方法,智能语音设备将接收到语音控制指令转发至应用服务器,家电服务器在接收到应用服务器发送的语音控制指令时,解析语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息,并将指令信息发送至家电设备信息对应的家电设备,第三方的智能语音设备并不需要装载对应的控制APP,仅需要将接收到的语音指令发送至对应的应用服务器即可实现对家电设备的控制,使得对家电设备的控制更加便捷。
进一步地,参照图8,基于第五实施例提出本发明智能语音设备控制家电的方法第六实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S90之后,智能语音设备控制家电的方法还包括步骤:
步骤S100,在接收到应用服务器反馈的响应失败信息时,输出响应失败的提示信息,其中,家电服务器在第一预设时间间隔内未接收到家电设备基于指令信息反馈的响应信息时,向应用服务器发送响应失败信息。
该响应失败的提示信息可为文字、图像及/或声光信息,与第一实施例中的响应成功的提示信息同理,在此不再赘述。为避免家电服务器故障,在应用服务器以及智能语音设备在预设时间间隔内未接收到响应信息时,可认为响应失败,应用服务器直接向智能语音设备发送响应失败信息,智能语音设备直接输出响应失败的提示信息,或者智能语音设备在预设时间间隔内未接收到响应信息时,智能语音设备直接输出响应失败的提示信息。
进一步地,基于第五或第六实施例提出本发明智能语音设备控制家电的方法第七实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S10包括:
在接收到语音控制指令时,显示保存的家电设备的标识信息;
根据用户选择的标识信息对应的家电设备信息重新生成语音控制指令,并将生成的语音控制指令发送至应用服务器。
本实施例公开的技术方案中,用户仅需要说出语音控制指令,并选择语音控制指令对应的家电设备,而不用记得每个家电设备的标识,使得对家电设备的控制更加准确。
可以理解的是,可根据用户输入的语音控制指令的类型或者名称,显示对应的家电设备的标识信息,例如用于输入的语音控制指令为温度26度,可显示所有可控制温度的家电设备的标识信息,由用户进行选择;或者,用户输入的语音控制指令为空调器温度26度,可显示存储的所有空调器的标识信息。可以理解的是,由于用户一般会有多台相同类型的家电,例如有多台空调器放置在不同的房间,则可通过房间信息以及家电设备的名称同时对家电设备进行标识,取家电设备的标识信息房间信息以及家电设备的名称,例如家电设备的标识信息可为主卧空调、客厅空调器、儿童房空调以及老人房空调。
进一步地,基于第五至第七任一实施例提出本发明智能语音设备控制家电的方法第八实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S10之后还包括:
接收应用服务器反馈的指令信息,其中,家电服务器析语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息后,将指令信息发送至应用服务器;
在接收到指令信息时,输出指令信息。
该指令信息可为文字信息,通过将指令信息发送至智能语音设备,智能语音设备显示该指令信息,使得用户可确定发送的语音控制指令是否正确,在不正确时,可重新发送语音控制指令,提高控制的准确性。
智能设备显示指令信息后,用户可在智能设备端进行确认,在确认后智能设备经应用服务器转发确认信息,家电服务器在接收到确认信息时,说明对语音控制指令的识别正确,此时将语音控制指令发送至家电设备进行控制,提高控制的准确性。
本发明还提供一种智能语音设备控制家电的装置,该智能语音设备控制家电的装置包括存储器、处理器以及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的智能语音设备控制家电的程序,智能语音设备控制家电的程序处理器执行时实现如以上实施例的智能语音设备控制家电的方法的步骤。
本发明还提供一种智能语音设备控制家电的系统,智能语音设备控制家电的系统包括智能语音设备、应用服务器以及家电服务器,其中:
智能语音设备,用于在接收到语音控制指令时,将语音控制指令转发至应用服务器;
应用服务器,用于将接收的语音控制指令发送至对应的家电服务器;
家电服务器,用于在接收到应用服务器发送的语音控制指令时,解析语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息,将指令信息发送至家电设备信息对应的家电设备。
本实施例的智能语音设备为智能音箱,由于应用服务器与家电服务器之间可能存储协议的差异,则应用服务器在接收到语音控制指令时,将语音控制指令解析后按照家电服务器对应的协议重新封装,将重新封装后的语音控制指令发送至家电服务器。
本实施例公开的方案中,通过应用服务器将语音控制指令转发至家电服务器,同时家电服务器将语音控制指令发送至家电设备,智能语音设备并未直接与家电服务器或者家电设备进行通讯,使得智能语音设备与家电设备均不需要做出改进,仅需要应用服务器提供接口与家电服务之间通信即可,成本较低。
该智能语音设备控制家电的系统中智能语音设备、应用服务器以及家电服务器交互见图2,在此不再赘述。该智能语音设备可为智能音箱。
本发明还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质上存储有智能语音设备控制家电的程序,智能语音设备控制家电的程序被处理器执行时实现如以上实施例的智能语音设备控制家电的方法的各个步骤。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者系统不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者系统所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者系统中还存在另外的相同要素。

Claims (17)
- 一种智能语音设备控制家电的系统,其特征在于,所述智能语音设备控制家电的系统包括智能语音设备、应用服务器以及家电服务器,其中:所述智能语音设备,用于在接收到语音控制指令时,将所述语音控制指令转发至所述应用服务器;所述应用服务器,用于将接收的语音控制指令发送至对应的家电服务器;所述家电服务器,用于在接收到应用服务器发送的语音控制指令时,解析所述语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息,将所述指令信息发送至所述家电设备信息对应的家电设备。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能语音设备控制家电的系统,其特征在于,所述智能语音设备为智能音箱。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能语音设备控制家电的系统,其特征在于,所述应用服务器在接收到语音控制指令时,将所述语音控制指令解析后按照所述家电服务器对应的协议重新封装,将重新封装后的语音控制指令发送至所述家电服务器。
- 一种智能语音设备控制家电的方法,其特征在于,所述智能语音设备控制家电的方法包括如下步骤:在接收到应用服务器发送的语音控制指令时,解析所述语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息,其中,智能语音设备在接收到语音控制指令时,将所述语音控制指令转发至所述应用服务器;将所述指令信息发送至所述家电设备信息对应的家电设备。
- 如权利要求4所述的智能语音设备控制家电的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述指令信息发送至所述家电设备信息对应的家电设备的步骤之后,所述智能语音设备控制家电的方法还包括步骤:在第一预设时间间隔内未接收到所述家电设备基于所述指令信息反馈的响应信息时,向所述应用服务器发送响应失败信息,其中,所述应用服务器将接收到的响应失败信息发送至所述智能语音设备,智能语音设备输出响应失败的提示信息。
- 如权利要求5所述的智能语音设备控制家电的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述应用服务器发送响应失败信息的步骤之后,所述智能语音设备控制家电的方法还包括:更新在第二预设时间间隔内未接收到所述响应信息的次数;在所述次数大于预设次数时,将所述语音控制指令发送至预设的后台服务器进行解析;接收所述后台服务器解析得到的家电设备信息以及指令信息;更新存储的所述语音控制指令对应的家电设备信息以及指令信息。
- 如权利要求4所述的智能语音设备控制家电的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述指令信息发送至所述家电设备信息对应的家电设备的步骤之后,所述智能语音设备控制家电的方法还包括步骤:在第一预设时间间隔内接收到所述家电设备基于所述指令信息反馈的响应信息时,将所述响应信息发送至应用服务器,其中,所述应用服务器将所述响应信息发送至所述智能语音设备,所述智能语音设备在接收到响应信息时,输出响应成功的提示信息。
- 如权利要求4所述的智能语音设备控制家电的方法,其特征在于,所述智能语音设备控制家电的方法还包括:在接收到智能语音设备与家电设备的关联请求时,获取所述家电设备以及智能语音设备的标识信息;根据标识信息生成所述智能语音设备与家电设备的关联信息;将所述智能语音设备与家电设备的关联信息发送至所述应用服务器,其中,所述应用服务器保存接收到的关联信息,并将所述关联信息发送至所述智能语音设备进行保存,在所述智能语音设备接收到语音控制指令时,显示保存的家电设备的标识信息,并根据用户选择的标识信息对应的家电设备信息重新生成语音控制指令,并将生成的语音控制指令发送至应用服务器。
- 如权利要求8所述的智能语音设备控制家电的方法,其特征在于,获取家电设备的标识信息的步骤包括:获取所述家电设备所在的房间对应的房间信息以及家电设备的名称;根据所述房间信息以及所述家电设备的名称生成所述家电设备的标识信息。
- 如权利要求4所述的智能语音设备控制家电的方法,其特征在于,所述解析所述语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息的步骤之后,所述智能语音设备控制家电的方法还包括:将所述指令信息发送至所述应用服务器,其中,所述应用服务器将接收到的指令信息发送至所述智能语音设备,以供所述智能语音设备输出接收到的指令信息。
- 如权利要求10所述的智能语音设备控制家电的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述指令信息发送至所述应用服务器的步骤之后还包括:接收所述应用服务器反馈的确认信息;在接收到所述应用服务器反馈的确认信息时,执行所述将所述指令信息发送至所述家电设备信息对应的家电设备的步骤。
- 一种智能语音设备控制家电的方法,其特征在于,所述智能语音设备控制家电的方法包括:在接收到语音控制指令时,将所述语音控制指令发送至所述应用服务器,以供所述应用服务器将所述语音控制指令发送至家电服务器,其中,所述家电服务器析所述语音控制指令中以获取家电设备信息以及指令信息,并将所述指令信息发送至所述家电设备信息对应的家电设备;接收所述应用服务器反馈的响应信息,其中,所述家电设备在响应所述指令信息后生成响应信息,并将所述响应信息经所述家电服务器发送至应用服务器。
- 如权利要求12所述的智能语音设备控制家电的方法,其特征在于,在接收到应用服务器反馈的响应失败信息时,输出响应失败的提示信息,其中,所述家电服务器在第一预设时间间隔内未接收到所述家电设备基于所述指令信息反馈的响应信息时,向所述应用服务器发送响应失败信息。
- 如权利要求12所述的智能语音设备控制家电的方法,其特征在于,所述在接收到语音控制指令时,将所述语音控制指令发送至所述应用服务器的步骤包括:在接收到语音控制指令时,显示保存的家电设备的标识信息;根据用户选择的标识信息对应的家电设备信息重新生成语音控制指令,并将生成的语音控制指令发送至应用服务器。

- 一种智能语音设备控制家电的装置,其特征在于,所述智能语音设备控制家电的装置包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的智能语音设备控制家电的程序,所述智能语音设备控制家电的程序处理器执行时实现如权利要求4-11中任一项所述的智能语音设备控制家电的方法的步骤。
- 一种智能语音设备控制家电的装置,其特征在于,所述智能语音设备控制家电的装置包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的智能语音设备控制家电的程序,所述智能语音设备控制家电的程序处理器执行时实现如权利要求12-15中任一项所述的智能语音设备控制家电的方法的步骤。
