Description

用于服装裁剪设备的压料导向机构 技术领域
本发明涉及服装机械技术领域,特别涉及一种用于服装裁剪设备的压料导向机构。
背景技术
现有激光裁剪设备广泛地应用于服装、箱包行业,对于纺织品进行裁剪,例如激光裁床。激光裁床在加工布料的过程中,需要对整卷的布匹预先进行铺布再进行裁剪,以往在铺布的过程中使用的送布装置是通过电机来带动送布,布匹直接落在工作台上,没有经过预先张紧,使得落在工作台上的布料很容易起皱,而且布匹的落料十分不准确,布匹经常不在该激光裁床的激光裁剪范围内,从而使得激光裁床裁剪不规则,不整齐,浪费布料,裁剪出来的布料也不符合规格,导致企业的生产效率降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、落料准确、能够在裁剪之前预先张紧布料,使得布料平铺于网链上,防止布料出现褶皱的用于服装裁剪设备的压料导向机构。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种用于服装裁剪设备的压料导向机构,包括开幅辊、导向辊、网链、至少两根相互平行且水平设置的张紧辊以及驱动张紧辊横向移动以使张紧辊与开幅辊在竖直方向交错设置的驱动组件,所述开幅辊与相邻的张紧辊与相互平行且反向转动,所述导向辊设于开幅辊下方,并位于网链上方。带有该压料导向机构的服装裁剪设备,使得布料在张紧辊和开幅辊之间张紧输送,布料能张紧平铺于网链上,有效地避免布料因出现褶皱而裁剪出错,导致裁剪出的布料不符合规格。更有的是,现有的服装裁剪设备上还可以在网链上设置多个压料导向机构,一个压料导向机构即代表一个工位。多个工位工作,更能提高服装裁剪设备的生产效率。
本发明还可以做以下进一步改进。
所述开幅辊包括多片等径弧形片和辊轴,所述弧形片沿辊轴的圆周方向呈多排贴附在辊轴外表面上,相邻排与排的弧形片错位设置,所述弧形片的形状与辊轴的外表面相适配。所述弧形片随辊轴转动而转动输送布料,其表面的摩擦力较大,便于输送布料。而且,由于相邻排与排的弧形片错位设置,布料输 送的过程中,布料被开幅辊的两端弧形片往辊轴的两边张紧,从而进一步增大布料的张紧程度。
所述驱动组件由转轮、齿轮以及连接架构成,所述张紧辊转动设置在连接架上,所述连接架上对应齿轮设有齿条,所述转轮与齿轮驱动连接,所述齿轮与齿条啮合传动。
所述网链下方设有向下抽风的抽风机。
所述导向辊旁设有用于检测布料到位的传感器。
本发明的有益效果是。
(一)本发明通过相互平行、交错设置、反向转动的张紧辊和开幅棍来张紧和输送布料,从而实现布料被各辊张紧输送,布料能准确投放并平铺于网链上,本发明有效地避免了裁剪设备因布料出现褶皱而裁剪出错,导致裁剪出的布料不符合规格,布料浪费,企业的生产效率降低。
(二)本发明通过在网链下方设置向下抽风的抽风机,使布料能吸附并张紧于网链上,有效地提高了网链对待裁剪布料的吸附能力,从而不仅方便了裁床对布料的裁剪,还有利于提高裁剪的精度,降低布料在裁床上裁剪时对额外稳固装置的要求,简化了裁床的设备结构,有利于降低企业的生产成本和设备维护成本。
(三)本发明的导向辊旁还设有检测布料到位的传感器,当服装裁剪设备的某个工位的传感器检测到布料输送到位后,其他工位上的各个辊停止输送布料,从而能有效地避免各个工位在往网链输送布料时相互影响,使得服装裁剪设备实现有序地输送和裁剪布料,保证服装裁剪设备正常工作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1,如图1至图5所示,一种服装裁剪设备,包括多个压料导向机构,一个压料导向机构代表一个工位,所述压料导向机构包括开幅辊8、导向辊9、网链10、三根相互平行且水平设置的张紧辊5以及驱动张紧辊5横向移动以使张紧辊5与开幅辊8在竖直方向交错设置的驱动组件6,所述开幅辊8与相邻的张紧辊5与相互平行且反向转动,所述导向辊9设于开幅辊8下方,并位于网链10上方。
作为本发明更具体的技术方案。
所述开幅辊8包括多片等径弧形片81和辊轴82,所述弧形片81沿辊轴82的圆周方向呈多排贴附在辊轴82外表面上,相邻排与排的弧形片81错位设置,所述弧形片81形状与辊轴82的外表面相适配。开幅辊的外表面即是开幅辊8的工作面,开幅辊8的工作面是由多片等径弧形片81的弧形面组成。参考图5,三片弧形片组成一排,多排弧形片的弧形面贴附在辊轴的外表面构成了开幅辊的工作面。所述弧形片81随辊轴转动而转动输送布料,所述弧形片表面的摩擦力较大,由于相邻排与排的弧形片81错位设置,布料输送的过程中,布料被开幅辊8的两端弧形片81往网链两边张紧,从而进一步增大布料的张紧程度。当然为了增大或缩小布料的张紧程度,使布料能更好地平铺于网链上,本发明可根据不同的布料,适当地增加或减少开幅棍和张紧辊的数量。
所述驱动组件6由转轮7、齿轮62以及连接架63构成,所述三根张紧辊5转动设置在连接架63上,所述转轮与齿轮62驱动连接(即转动齿轮可驱动齿轮转动),所述连接架63上对应齿轮62设有齿条61,所述齿轮62与齿条61啮合传动。布料输送至开幅棍时,工人即可通过正转转轮来控制压紧机构左移动从而来压紧布料,操作容易,十分方便。等该匹布料输送完之后,工人即可以反转转轮使压紧机构向右移动远离送料辊,为下一匹布料的进料做准备。
所述网链10下方设有向下抽风的抽风机12。本发明通过在网链下方设置抽风机12,使布料能吸附并张紧于网链上,有效地提高了网链对待裁剪布料的吸附能力,从而不仅方便了裁床对布料的裁剪,还有利于提高裁剪的精度,降低布料在裁床上裁剪时对额外稳固装置的要求,简化了裁床的设备结构,有利于降低企业的生产成本和设备维护成本,并且提高了企业裁剪作业的效率,降低企业的生产成本。
所述导向辊旁设有用于检测布料到位的传感器11,当服装裁剪设备的某个工位上的布料已被输送到开幅棍8上时,工人即可转动转轮使压紧机构左移动压紧布料,当布料继续往下输送至导向辊时(即已到位),传感器11会立刻向裁剪设备的控制系统发出到位信号,继而控制系统向其他工位的压料导向机构发出停止信号,其他压料导向机构的张紧辊、开幅棍以及导向辊会立即停止输送布料。由于该服装裁剪设备具有多个工位,即有多个压料导向机构,只有当某个工位上的一匹布料被裁剪设备裁剪完成之后,该服装裁剪设备控制系统才会向其他的压料导向机构张紧辊、开幅棍以及导向辊发出输送布料信号,这样就能有序地裁剪每个工位的布料,避免各工位在输送布料至网链上时相互影响,保证服装裁剪设备正常工作。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种用于服装裁剪设备的压料导向机构,其特征在于:包括开幅辊(8)、导向辊(9)、网链(10)、至少两根相互平行且水平设置的张紧辊(5)以及驱动张紧辊(5)横向移动以使张紧辊(5)与开幅辊(8)在竖直方向交错设置的驱动组件(6),所述开幅辊(8)与相邻的张紧辊(5)相互平行且反向转动,所述导向辊(9)设于开幅辊(8)下方,并位于网链(10)上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述用于服装裁剪设备的压料导向机构,其特征在于:所述开幅辊(8)包括多片等径弧形片(81)和辊轴(81),所述弧形片(81)沿辊轴(81)的圆周方向呈多排贴附在辊轴(81)外表面上,相邻排与排的弧形片(81)错位设置,所述弧形片(81)形状与辊轴(81)的外表面相适配。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述用于服装裁剪设备的压料导向机构,其特征在于:所述驱动组件(6)由转轮(7)、齿轮(62)以及连接架(63)构成,所述张紧辊(5)转动设置在连接架(63)上,所述转轮(7)与齿轮(62)驱动连接,所述连接架(63)上对应齿轮(62)设有齿条(61),所述齿轮(62)与齿条(61)啮合传动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述用于服装裁剪设备的压料导向机构,其特征在于:所述网链(10)下方设有向下抽风的抽风机(12)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述用于服装裁剪设备的压料导向机构,其特征在于:所述导向辊(9)旁设有用于检测布料到位的传感器(11)。
