Description

一种雾化器及其电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及模拟吸烟技术领域,尤其是涉及一种雾化器及应用该雾化器的电子烟。
背景技术
在目前的电子烟市场上,大多数雾化器采用底部注液或侧面注液或顶部注液的方式,从技术发展历程来看,早期的雾化器大多是底部注液,由于底部注液不方便且密封效果较差,现在大多采用顶部注液或侧面注液,其中,后两种注液方式的雾化器一般都是要将雾化器顶部旋开或旋转到指定位置后再进行注液,注液完成后需再将顶部恢复到原来的位置,相比于早期的底部注液,顶部或侧部注液更加方便与卫生,但顶部或侧部注液时操作过程也不是十分便捷,频繁的操作容易降低用户对产品的体验感。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种雾化器及其电子烟,旨在简化现在雾化器较繁琐的注液步骤,以提升用户体验感。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种雾化器,所述雾化器包括设有注液孔的雾化器主体以及设于所述雾化器主体一端的上盖组件,所述上盖组件包括盖设在所述注液孔上的上盖,所述上盖或者所述雾化器主体设有相互配合设置的第一方向限位件和第二方向限位件,所述第一方向限位件用于解锁所述第二方向限位件,所述第二方向限位件在解锁后可沿预设方向移动以解除所述上盖与所述雾化器主体的锁定,从而可打开所述上盖露出所述注液孔。
进一步地,所述上盖可密封所述注液孔。
进一步地,所述上盖上设有安装槽,所述第一方向限位件设于所述安装槽内,所述第二方向限位件连接于所述第一方向限位件上,所述雾化器主体上设有与所述第二方向限位件配合的卡合凹槽。
进一步地,所述上盖组件与所述雾化器主体铰接,或者,所述上盖组件与所述雾化器主体滑动连接。
进一步地,所述雾化器主体设有安装槽,所述第一方向限位件设于所述安装槽内,所述第二方向限位件连接于所述第一方向限位件上,所述上盖上设有与所述第二方向限位件配合的卡合凹槽。
进一步地,所述第一方向限位件包括滑块和第二复位弹性件,所述第二方向限位件包括卡合件和第一复位弹性件,所述第二复位弹性件连接于所述滑块的下侧,所述第一复位弹性件连接于所述滑块的一端,所述卡合件连接于所述滑块相对于所述第一复位弹性件的另一端,当所述上盖组件与雾化器主体盖合时,所述第一复位弹性件将所述卡合件沿所述上盖的径向抵入所述卡合凹槽,所述第二复位弹性件将所述卡合件沿所述上盖的轴向抵持于所述卡合凹槽的内顶壁,所述注液孔被封闭。
进一步地,所述安装槽内设有限位凸起,当所述上盖组件与雾化器主体盖合时,所述滑块抵靠所述限位凸起,下压所述滑块可使所述滑块与所述限位凸起分离。
进一步地,所述滑块对应所述第一复位弹性件的一端设有定位柱,所述第一复位弹性件靠近所述滑块的端部套设于所述定位柱上;所述滑块对应所述第二复位弹性件的一侧设有定位孔,所述第二复位弹性件靠近所述滑块的端部嵌设于所述定位孔内。
进一步地,所述滑块相对于所述第二复位弹性件的另一侧设有凸台,所述上盖对应所述凸台处设有定位槽,所述凸台嵌入所述定位槽中。
进一步地,所述安装槽靠近所述第二复位弹性件的一侧设有第一开口,所述安装槽靠近所述卡合件的一侧设有第二开口,所述第一开口处封盖有可拆卸的内衬件,所述卡合件从所述第二开口伸出所述上盖。
一种雾化器,所述雾化器包括上盖组件以及设有注液孔的雾化器主体,所述上盖组件包括上盖,所述上盖和所述雾化器主体中的一个上设置有活动空间、卡合装置以及限位凸起,所述上盖和所述雾化器主体中的另一个上设置有卡合凹槽,所述卡合装置具有第一端和第二端,移动所述卡合装置,所述卡合装置在第一位置和第二位置之间切换,当所述卡合装置位于所述第一位置时,所述卡合装置的第一端与所述卡合凹槽卡合,所述卡合装置的第二端与所述限位凸起相抵持,从而使得所述上盖盖合所述注液孔,当所述卡合装置位于所述第二位置时,所述卡合装置的第二端错开所述限位凸起而与所述活动空间对准,将所述卡合装置的第二端移入所述活动空间时,所述卡合装置的第一端对应移出所述卡合凹槽而解除与所述卡合凹槽的卡合,从而使得所述上盖能够被移动而露出所述注液孔。
进一步地,所述卡合装置于所述第一位置移动至所述第二位置的移动方向为第一方向,所述卡合装置的第一端移出所述卡合凹槽的移动方向为第二方向,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相垂直。
进一步地,所述雾化器还包括第一弹性复位件以及第二弹性复位件,所述第一弹性复位件和所述第二弹性复位件均与所述卡合装置相抵持,且所述第一弹性复位件沿所述第二方向设置,所述第二弹性复位件沿所述第一方向设置,将所述卡合装置沿所述第一方向移动时, 需要克服所述第二弹性复位件的弹性作用,将所述卡合装置沿所述第二方向移动时,需要克服所述第一弹性复位件的弹性作用。
进一步地,所述上盖上设置有安装槽,所述卡合装置、所述第一弹性复位件以及所述第二弹性复位件均位于所述安装槽内,且所述安装槽内的部分空间构成所述活动空间,所述卡合凹槽开设在所述雾化器主体上,所述上盖与所述雾化器主体铰接。
进一步地,所述安装槽贯穿所述上盖的下端面而形成第一开口,所述安装槽贯穿所述上盖的侧壁而形成第二开口,所述上盖组件还包括盖设在所述第一开口上的内衬件,所述卡合装置位于所述安装槽与所述内衬件围合形成的空间内,且所述卡合装置的第一端通过所述第二开口伸出所述上盖外,所述安装槽还贯穿所述上盖的上端面而形成定位槽使得所述卡合装置部分露出。
进一步地,所述安装槽与所述卡合装置下侧之间的空间为下侧让位空间,所述安装槽与所述卡合装置的第二端之间的空间为后侧让位空间,所述第一弹性复位件设置在所述下侧让位空间内,所述第二弹性复位件设置在所述后侧让位空间内,且所述后侧让位空间构成所述活动空间。
进一步地,所述安装槽开设在所述上盖的侧壁上且贯穿所述上盖的的侧壁而形成通孔,所述卡合装置通过所述通孔而部分露出。
进一步地,所述雾化器主体上设置有安装槽,所述卡合装置、所述第一弹性复位件以及所述第二弹性复位件均位于所述安装槽内,且所述安装槽内的部分空间构成所述活动空间,所述卡合凹槽开设在所述上盖上,所述上盖与所述雾化器主体滑动连接。
进一步地,所述卡合装置包括滑块以及卡合件,所述卡合件设置在所述滑块的一端并构成所述卡合装置的第一端,所述滑块与所述卡合件相对的另一端构成所述卡合装置的第二端。
一种电子烟,包括如上所述的任一种雾化器以及与所述雾化器电性连接的电池组件。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的电子烟的雾化器,当需要注液时,只需操作第一方向限位件将所述第二方向限位件解锁,然后第二方向限位件在解锁后可沿预设方向移动以解除所述上盖与所述雾化器主体的锁定,便可打开所述上盖以解除所述上盖对所述注液孔的密封,用于注液。因此,注液步骤便捷,用户体验感好。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
实施例1
请参照图1所示,本发明的实施例1公开一种电子烟,包括雾化器1以及与所述雾化器1电性连接的电池组件,电池组件向所述雾化器1提供电能供其雾化使用。
请参照图2、图4、图13、图16-图18所示,所述雾化器1包括设有注液孔201的雾化器主体20以及设于所述雾化器主体20一端的上盖组件10,所述上盖组件10包括盖设在所述注液孔201上的上盖101以及相互配合设置的第一方向限位件30和第二方向限位件40。所述上盖101可密封注液孔201,所述第一方向限位件30用于解锁所述第二方向限位件40,所述第二方向限位件40在解锁后可沿预设方向移动以解除所述上盖101与所述雾化器主体20的锁定,从而可打开所述上盖101露出所述注液孔201,即打开所述上盖101以解除所述上盖101对所述注液孔201的密封。需要说明是,第一方向限位件30和第二方向限位件40中的第一方向和第二方向是指的两个不同的方向,可以为互相垂直的两个方向,例如,本实施方式中,指的是雾化器1的轴向和径向,在其他实施方式中,也可以为非互相垂直的两个方向。
请参照图4、图10、图13所示,所述上盖101上设有安装槽1061,所述第一方向限位件30设于所述安装槽1061内,所述第二方向限位件40连接于所述第一方向限位件30上,所述雾化器主体20上设有与所述第二方向限位件40配合的卡合凹槽202。
请参照图2、图3、图4所示,所述雾化器主体20上端边缘设置连接件204,所述连接件204上设有第三开口205,卡合凹槽202设于连接件204的内侧,所述第三开口205的两侧设有相对设置的第一销钉孔203,在本实施例中,所述注液孔201设有2个,均设于雾化器主体20的上端面上。
需要说明的是,注液孔201是用于向雾化器1中注液的入口,雾化器1中还包括与注液孔201连通的储液腔(未示出),可以理解的,注液孔201的数量和形状并不做限定。
请参照图2、图4、图7所示,所述上盖101的侧部设有凸出的连接凸起105,所述连接 凸起105上设有第二销钉孔1051。
请参照图2、图7、图8所示,所述上盖组件10与所述雾化器主体20铰接,具体的说,所述连接凸起105嵌入所述第三开口205中,使第一销钉孔203与第二销钉孔1051处于同轴位置,再通过一销钉插入第一销钉孔203及第二销钉孔1051中,从而完成上盖组件10与雾化器主体20的铰接。需要说明的是,所述第一销钉孔203的内径略大于所述销钉的外径,所述第二销钉孔1051的内径与所述销钉的外径相等,使得销钉在第一销钉孔203内可自由转动,但销钉与第二销钉孔1051紧密配合而不会相对转动,从而达到上盖组件10相对雾化器主体20旋转的目的。
在其中一种实施方式中,所述上盖组件10与所述雾化器主体20的铰接轴(即,所述销钉)上设有弹性件(图未示),所述弹性件(图未示)能够使得所述上盖组件10绕铰接轴自动翻转。在本实施例中,所述销钉上套设弹簧,从而达到上盖组件10绕铰接轴自动翻转的目的。
在其他未示出的实施方式中,上盖组件10与雾化器主体20还可以卡接、转动连接并不做限定。
请参照图2、图10所示,所述上盖101下侧设有凸条106,所述凸条106的两侧设有2个对称的密封座102,所述安装槽1061设于所述凸条106的端部,所述雾化器主体20上对应所述密封座102的位置设有注液孔201,当所述上盖组件10封盖所述雾化器主体20上端时,所述密封座102封堵所述注液孔201,以防止雾化器主体20内的烟液从注液孔201流出。
请参照图9、图10所示,在本实施例中,所述密封座102由设于所述上盖101上的固定凸台1021以及套设于所述固定凸台1021外的密封套1022组成。可选的,密封套1022采用硅胶或橡胶等具有密封性能的材料。可以理解的,在其他实施方式中,可单独采用密封件,代替固定凸台1021和密封套1022的组合,密封件可选为硅胶柱或其他合适的材料。
请参照图4、图8、图13所示,所述第一方向限位件30沿上盖101轴向设置在所述安装槽1061内,所述第二方向限位件40沿上盖101径向设置。具体的,所述第一方向限位件30包括滑块103和第二复位弹性件108,所述第二方向限位件40包括卡合件1031和第一复位弹性件107,所述安装槽1061内预留有供所述滑块103轴向运动的下侧让位空间1066,以及供所述滑块103径向运动的后侧让位空间1065,所述第二复位弹性件108连接于下侧让位空间1066内,所述第一复位弹性件107连接于后侧让位空间1065内,所述卡合件1031连接于所述滑块103相对于所述第一复位弹性件107的另一端,当所述上盖组件10与雾化器主体20盖合时,所述第一复位弹性件107将所述卡合件1031沿径向抵入所述卡合凹槽202,所述 第二复位弹性件108将所述卡合件1031沿轴向抵持于所述卡合凹槽202的内顶壁,所述注液孔201被封闭。本实施方式中,所述卡合件1031为沿着滑块103一端水平伸出的凸条。
请参照图4、图13、图14所示,所述滑块103在所述安装槽1061内可径向滑动,所述滑块103对应所述第一复位弹性件107的一端设有定位柱1033,所述第一复位弹性件107靠近所述滑块103的端部套设于所述定位柱1033上,通过设置定位柱1033,使得第一复位弹性件107在安装时更加方便以及在工作过程中第一复位弹性107不容易错位,在本实施例中,所述定位柱1033设有2根,分别设于所述滑块103的两侧,对应地,所述第一复位弹性件107也设有2件,分别套设在所述定位柱1033上,对称设置2组定位柱1033与第一复位弹性件107,用以保证滑块103在滑动过程中受力平衡以及提供足够的回复力。在本实施例中,所述第一复位弹性件108为复位弹簧、弹片等。
请参照图6、图13、图14所示,所述滑块103在所述安装槽1061内可轴向滑动,所述滑块103对应所述第二复位弹性件108的一侧设有定位孔1034,所述第二复位弹性件108靠近所述滑块103的端部嵌设于所述定位孔1034内。通过设置定位孔1034,使得第二复位弹性件108在安装时更加方便以及在工作过程中第二复位弹性件108不容易错位,在本实施例中,所述第二复位弹性件108为复位弹簧、弹片等。
请参照图7、图14所示,所述滑块103相对于所述第二复位弹性件108的另一侧设有凸台1032,所述上盖101对应所述凸台1032处设有定位槽1011,所述凸台1032嵌入所述定位槽1011中。通过所述定位槽1011,用户可从上盖101的上侧将手指按压到所述凸台1032上,用于推动滑块103。在其中一种实施方式中,为了用户更容易推动所述滑块103,所述凸台1032的上端设有凹槽1035。
请参照图4所示,所述安装槽1061内设有限位凸起1064,当所述上盖组件10与雾化器主体20盖合时,所述滑块103抵靠所述限位凸起1064,下压所述滑块103可使所述滑块103与所述限位凸起1064分离。
下压所述滑块103使所述第二复位弹性件108收缩、所述卡合件1031轴向脱离所述卡合凹槽202的内顶壁以及所述滑块103的后侧避让所述限位凸起1064,完成所述第二方向限位件40的解锁;后推所述滑块103使所述第一复位弹性件107收缩以及所述卡合件1031径向移出所述卡合凹槽202,完成所述上盖101与所述雾化器主体20的解锁;从而可打开上盖组件10。
请参照图10所示,所述安装槽1061的内侧壁上设有止挡块1063。止挡块1063用于滑块103在向后推的过程中提供止位,从而提醒用户卡合凸台1031已经完全移出卡合凹槽202, 可进行翻转上盖组件10的操作。
请参照图8、图10所示,所述安装槽1061贯穿凸条106的底壁形成第一开口10611,所述安装槽1061贯穿凸条106与连接凸起105相对一侧的侧壁形成第二开口10612,所述第一开口10611处封盖有可拆卸的内衬件104,所述卡合件1031从所述第二开口10612伸出所述上盖101。
请参照图6、图10、图11所示,所述安装槽1061的两相对侧壁上设有内衬件卡合槽1062,所述内衬件104的两相对侧设有卡合突起1041,所述卡合突起1041卡入所述内衬件卡合槽1062内。
请参照图6、图13所示,在本实施例中,所述第二复位弹性件108靠近所述内衬件104的一端设有滚珠109,所述滚珠109的下端抵接于所述内衬件104,当滑块103被前推或后推时,所述第二复位弹性件108与所述内衬件104之间依靠所述滚珠109作为中间介质相对移动,减少滑动摩擦。
请参照图6、图12所示,在本实施例中,所述内衬件104的上侧设有滚珠滑槽1042,当滑块103被推动滑行时,所述滚珠109沿所述滚珠滑槽1042滑动,滚珠滑槽1042提供滚珠109滑行的导向作用。
本实施例的电子烟的雾化器,滑块103与安装槽1061之间设置有第一复位弹性件107和第二复位弹性件108,在上盖组件10封盖雾化器主体20时,所述第一复位弹性件107将所述滑块103外端抵入所述卡合凹槽202,所述第二复位弹性件108将所述卡合件1031轴向抵持于所述卡合凹槽202的上侧,即使用户向后推滑块103,由于滑块103后侧与限位凸起1064的抵持作用,滑块103的卡合件1031卡设在所述卡合凹槽202内,所以光靠向后推滑块103仍然不能翻转上盖101,打开注液孔201。因此,当需要注液时,必须先下压再后推滑块103用两个连续动作才能翻转上盖101打开注液孔201,从而一定程度提升了开启难度,用以防护儿童误打开。
实施例2
本实施例公开一种电子烟,其雾化器与实施例1所述雾化器的结构区别仅在于:
请参照图15、图16、图17所示,所述雾化器主体20设有第一方向限位件30和第二方向限位件40,所述第一方向限位件30沿雾化器主体20径向设置,所述第二方向限位件40沿雾化器主体20轴向设置,且所述安装槽1061设置在雾化器主体20的侧壁上,所述上盖组件10与所述雾化器主体20滑动连接。卡合凹槽202设置在上盖101上。
请参照图16、图17、图18所示,需要注液时,沿雾化器径向向内按压所述滑块103使 所述第二复位弹性件108收缩,从而使得所述滑块103的下端避让所述限位凸起1064,完成所述第二方向限位件40的解锁;当第二方向限位件40解锁后,可以沿雾化器轴向向下推所述滑块103使得所述第一复位弹性件107收缩,从而使得所述卡合件1031沿雾化器轴向移出所述卡合凹槽202,进而完成所述上盖101与所述雾化器主体20的解锁;然后可将上盖组件10沿雾化器主体20的上端面滑动,使雾化器主体20上的注液孔201露出,用于注液。
实施例3
本实施例公开一种电子烟(图未示),其雾化器与实施例1所述雾化器的结构区别仅在于:
所述安装槽1061设置在上盖101的侧壁上,且所述安装槽1061内所有部件整体旋转90°,所述滑块103沿上盖101径向设置,所述卡合件1031沿上盖101轴向设置。并且上盖101上与安装槽1061相对应位置设有通孔50,用于让用户穿过通孔50接触到滑块103。若要翻转打开上盖101,则需要使得卡合件1031沿上盖101轴向移动脱离卡合凹槽202。但是,由于上盖101上设置有抵持在滑块103一侧的限位凸起1064,使得滑块103无法沿上盖101的轴向移动。当需要注液时,需要先向内按压滑块103,使得第二复位弹性件108压缩,从而使得滑块103与限位凸起1064脱离,此时,第二方向限位件40被解锁,可以沿上盖101的轴向向上移动滑块103,使得卡合件1031脱离卡合凹槽202,完成所述上盖101与所述雾化器主体20的解锁;最后可翻转上盖101,露出注液孔201。
此外,可以对卡合件1031的形状做适应性改进,卡合件1031的顶端向右侧弯折形成弯折部(图未示),卡合凹槽202对应改进,使得弯折部卡合在卡合凹槽202中。所述弯折部使得在一个具体实施方式中向上移动滑块103或者在另一个具体实施方式中向下移动滑块103时,所述卡合件1031始终卡合在卡合凹槽202内。只有当卡合件1031先沿上盖101的径向移动,才能沿上盖101的轴向移动移除卡合凹槽202。
综上所述,本发明的电子烟的雾化器,当需要注液时,只需操作第一方向限位件将所述第二方向限位件解锁,然后第二方向限位件在解锁后可沿预设方向移动以解除所述上盖与所述雾化器主体的锁定,便可打开所述上盖以解除所述上盖对所述注液孔的密封,用于注液。因此,注液步骤便捷,用户体验感好。
只要不违背本发明创造的思想,对本发明的各种不同实施例进行任意组合,均应当视为本发明公开的内容;在本发明的技术构思范围内,对技术方案进行多种简单的变型及不同实施例进行的不违背本发明创造的思想的任意组合,均应在本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器(1)包括设有注液孔(201)的雾化器主体(20)以及设于所述雾化器主体(20)一端的上盖组件(10),所述上盖组件(10)包括盖设在所述注液孔(201)上的上盖(101),所述上盖(101)或者所述雾化器主体(20)设有相互配合设置的第一方向限位件(30)和第二方向限位件(40),所述第一方向限位件(30)用于解锁所述第二方向限位件(40),所述第二方向限位件(40)在解锁后可沿预设方向移动以解除所述上盖(101)与所述雾化器主体(20)的锁定,从而可打开所述上盖(101)露出所述注液孔(201)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述上盖(101)可密封所述注液孔(201)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述上盖(101)上设有安装槽(1061),所述第一方向限位件(30)设于所述安装槽(1061)内,所述第二方向限位件(40)连接于所述第一方向限位件(30)上,所述雾化器主体(20)上设有与所述第二方向限位件(40)配合的卡合凹槽(202)。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述上盖组件(10)与所述雾化器主体(20)铰接,或者,所述上盖组件(10)与所述雾化器主体(20)滑动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器主体(20)设有安装槽(1061),所述第一方向限位件(30)设于所述安装槽(1061)内,所述第二方向限位件(40)连接于所述第一方向限位件(30)上,所述上盖(101)上设有与所述第二方向限位件(40)配合的卡合凹槽(202)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一方向限位件(30)包括滑块(103)和第二复位弹性件(108),所述第二方向限位件(40)包括卡合件(1031)和第一复位弹性件(107),所述第二复位弹性件(108)连接于所述滑块(103)的下侧,所述第一复位弹性件(107)连接于所述滑块(103)的一端,所述卡合件(1031)连接于所述滑块(103)相对于所述第一复位弹性件(107)的另一端,当所述上盖组件(10)与雾化器主体(20)盖合时,所述第一复位弹性件(107)将所述卡合件(1031)沿上盖(101)的径向抵入所述卡合凹槽(202),所述第二复位弹性件(108)将所述卡合件(1031)沿上盖(101)的轴向抵持于所述卡合凹槽(202)的内顶壁,所述注液孔(201)被封闭。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述安装槽(1061)内设有限位凸起(1064),当所述上盖组件(10)与雾化器主体(20)盖合时,所述滑块(103)抵靠所述限位凸起(1064),下压所述滑块(103)可使所述滑块(103)与所述限位凸起(1064)分离。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述滑块(103)对应所述第一复位弹性件(107)的一端设有定位柱(1033),所述第一复位弹性件(107)靠近所述滑块(103)的 端部套设于所述定位柱(1033)上;所述滑块(103)对应所述第二复位弹性件(108)的一侧设有定位孔(1034),所述第二复位弹性件(108)靠近所述滑块(103)的端部嵌设于所述定位孔(1034)内。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述滑块(103)相对于所述第二复位弹性件(108)的另一侧设有凸台(1032),所述上盖(101)对应所述凸台(1032)处设有定位槽(1011),所述凸台(1032)嵌入所述定位槽(1011)中。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述安装槽(1061)靠近所述第二复位弹性件(108)的一侧设有第一开口(10611),所述安装槽(1061)靠近所述卡合件(1031)的一侧设有第二开口(10612),所述第一开口(10611)处封盖有可拆卸的内衬件(104),所述卡合件(1031)从所述第二开口(10612)伸出所述上盖(101)。
  11. 一种电子烟,包括雾化器以及与所述雾化器电性连接的电池组件,其特征在于,所述雾化器为权利要求1-10任一项所述的雾化器。
  12. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器包括上盖组件(10)以及设有注液孔(201)的雾化器主体(20),所述上盖组件(10)包括上盖(101),所述上盖(101)和所述雾化器主体(20)中的一个上设置有活动空间、卡合装置以及限位凸起(1064),所述上盖(101)和所述雾化器主体(20)中的另一个上设置有卡合凹槽(202),所述卡合装置具有第一端和第二端,移动所述卡合装置,所述卡合装置在第一位置和第二位置之间切换,当所述卡合装置位于所述第一位置时,所述卡合装置的第一端与所述卡合凹槽(202)卡合,所述卡合装置的第二端与所述限位凸起(1064)相抵持,从而使得所述上盖(101)盖合所述注液孔(201),当所述卡合装置位于所述第二位置时,所述卡合装置的第二端错开所述限位凸起(1064)而与所述活动空间对准,将所述卡合装置的第二端移入所述活动空间时,所述卡合装置的第一端对应移出所述卡合凹槽(202)而解除与所述卡合凹槽(202)的卡合,从而使得所述上盖(101)能够被移动而露出所述注液孔(201)。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述卡合装置于所述第一位置移动至所述第二位置的移动方向为第一方向,所述卡合装置的第一端移出所述卡合凹槽(202)的移动方向为第二方向,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相垂直。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器还包括第一弹性复位件(107)以及第二弹性复位件(108),所述第一弹性复位件(107)和所述第二弹性复位件(108)均与所述卡合装置相抵持,且所述第一弹性复位件(107)沿所述第二方向设置,所述第二弹性复位件(108)沿所述第一方向设置,将所述卡合装置沿所述第一方向移动时,需要克服所述第二弹性复位件(108)的弹性作用,将所述卡合装置沿所述第二方向移动时,需要克服所述 第一弹性复位件(107)的弹性作用。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述上盖(101)上设置有安装槽(1061),所述卡合装置、所述第一弹性复位件(107)以及所述第二弹性复位件(108)均位于所述安装槽(1061)内,且所述安装槽(1061)内的部分空间构成所述活动空间,所述卡合凹槽(202)开设在所述雾化器主体(20)上,所述上盖(101)与所述雾化器主体(20)铰接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述安装槽(1061)贯穿所述上盖(101)的下端面而形成第一开口(10611),所述安装槽(1061)贯穿所述上盖(101)的侧壁而形成第二开口(10612),所述上盖组件(10)还包括盖设在所述第一开口(10611)上的内衬件(104),所述卡合装置位于所述安装槽(1061)与所述内衬件(104)围合形成的空间内,且所述卡合装置的第一端通过所述第二开口(10612)伸出所述上盖(101)外,所述安装槽(1061)还贯穿所述上盖(101)的上端面而形成定位槽(1011)使得所述卡合装置部分露出。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述安装槽(1061)与所述卡合装置下侧之间的空间为下侧让位空间(1066),所述安装槽(1061)与所述卡合装置的第二端之间的空间为后侧让位空间(1065),所述第一弹性复位件(107)设置在所述下侧让位空间(1066)内,所述第二弹性复位件(108)设置在所述后侧让位空间(1065)内,且所述后侧让位空间(1065)构成所述活动空间。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述安装槽(1061)开设在所述上盖(101)的侧壁上且贯穿所述上盖的(101)的侧壁而形成通孔(50),所述卡合装置通过所述通孔(50)而部分露出。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器主体(20)上设置有安装槽(1061),所述卡合装置、所述第一弹性复位件(107)以及所述第二弹性复位件(108)均位于所述安装槽(1061)内,且所述安装槽(1061)内的部分空间构成所述活动空间,所述卡合凹槽(202)开设在所述上盖(101)上,所述上盖(101)与所述雾化器主体(20)滑动连接。
  20. 根据权利要求12-19任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述卡合装置包括滑块(103)以及卡合件(1031),所述卡合件(1031)设置在所述滑块(103)的一端并构成所述卡合装置的第一端,所述滑块(103)与所述卡合件(1031)相对的另一端构成所述卡合装置的第二端。
  21. 一种电子烟,包括雾化器以及与所述雾化器电性连接的电池组件,其特征在于,所述雾化器为权利要求12-20任一项所述的雾化器。
